Furthermore, the terms "comprise" and "have," as well as any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a process, method, apparatus, article, or article that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those listed but may optionally include other steps or elements not listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or article.
Reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment may be included in at least one embodiment of the invention. The appearances of such phrases in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. Those of skill in the art will explicitly and implicitly appreciate that the embodiments described herein may be combined with other embodiments.
The invention discloses an automatic control method and device for intelligent equipment, which can take a user group as a control unit of the intelligent home, realize intelligent control of the equipment based on the user group, and avoid that each user acquires equipment rights through client registration one by one or shares the equipment rights with other users one by a single binding user of the intelligent home. The following will describe in detail.
In order to better understand the method and apparatus for automatically controlling an intelligent device described in the present invention, first, a scene architecture to which the method for automatically controlling an intelligent device is applicable is described, and specifically, the scene architecture may be shown in fig. 1, and fig. 1 is an architecture schematic diagram of a scene architecture disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the scenario architecture may include a user terminal, an intelligent home cloud platform (or an intelligent home cloud server), and an intelligent home device end. Optionally, the user terminal may be a mobile terminal of the user (such as a mobile phone, an application program on a tablet, etc.), a fixed terminal of the user (such as program software on a desktop computer), or a control terminal of the device (such as a remote controller corresponding to the device); the intelligent home cloud platform can comprise an internet of things platform, a business center platform and an intelligent application platform; the smart home device end can comprise a networking smart home device and/or a smart home device (such as a smart television set and an air conditioner). The internet of things platform in the intelligent home cloud platform can comprise a security authentication module, a device access module, a device management module and a device data updating module; the business center platform in the intelligent home cloud platform can comprise a core service module (the core service module can comprise a user management sub-module and a space service sub-module); the intelligent application platform in the intelligent home cloud platform can comprise an intelligent scene module, an intelligent manager module and an intelligent service module. Wherein:
The user terminal may be configured to send a device control request to the intelligent home cloud platform in a certain scenario (e.g., a home scenario, an office scenario, etc.), where the device control request may include a user identity, optionally, the user identity may be an identity of a user in the certain scenario (e.g., a mobile phone number of the user in the home scenario, a employee number of the user in the office scenario, etc.), a group identity of a certain user group (e.g., a group 1 of the home), a biometric identity matched with the first user (e.g., fingerprint acquisition information), and a user identity in a bound certain user group (e.g., a "father" in a "home" user group). When the intelligent home cloud platform receives the equipment control request, the core service module can identify whether a user group where the user is located exists from the existing user group library according to the user identity. If the user group exists, matching the user group with the highest matching degree with the user from one or more user groups where the user exists; if the user identification is not present, a matched user group is created for the user immediately according to the user identification, and after the user group is created, the user group can be accessed into the networked intelligent home equipment and/or intelligent home equipment through the equipment access module so as to be used for subsequent equipment control by the user. It should be noted that, when receiving new device access information, the device data update module may update the original device management and control information according to the new device access information. In addition, the smart home cloud platform can also share at least one of the user list under each user group, the device use permission of each user, the device configuration permission of each user and the scene configuration permission of each user to the smart home device end, so that the subsequent smart home device end authenticates the user through the information.
Further, after determining the user group matched with the user, the device management module can acquire the networked devices under the user group. Further optionally, all devices that have been networked in the user group may be used as devices that are controllable by the user, or devices that are matched with the user may be selected specifically according to the user id, for example, the "father" user in the "family" group may use an air conditioner or a television, and the "child" user in the "family" group may only use an air conditioner. Still further, after identifying the devices under the user group that the user can control, the user can further determine the use authority of the devices possessed by the user according to the user identity, so that the user can control the devices at the intelligent home device end according to the use authority; the scene configuration under the user group corresponding to the user can be determined through the environment parameters (such as temperature, humidity, regional position and the like) which are acquired by the space service sub-module in the core service module and are matched with the user, so that the intelligent application platform can automatically generate matched equipment control parameters through the scene configuration, intelligent control is performed on equipment at the intelligent household equipment end, application service experience is provided for the user, for example, when the user is identified to need to be at home in a night period, at the moment, according to the office scene mode configured in the 'home' user group, an intelligent housekeeper module in the intelligent application platform can provide office rest reminding function for the user (for example, after the user office is monitored for 1 hour, the user is reminded to rest for a period of time), and the intelligent service module can also provide noise reduction service (for example, generate control parameters for correspondingly regulating and controlling the volume and send the control parameters to the equipment control end of the intelligent television so that the noisy television can reduce the volume).
Still further, when the smart home cloud platform receives a device configuration request (the device configuration request may include a user identity of the user and a configuration type corresponding to a usage right of a device to be configured) sent by a user terminal of the user, the smart home cloud platform may determine, through a security authentication module, whether the user has the device configuration right according to the user identity, where it may be determined, according to the user identity, whether a user level of the user in the user group reaches a user level capable of configuring the usage right of the device; if yes, the equipment configuration request of the user is met; if not, a request instruction corresponding to the device configuration request can be generated to request whether other users with the device configuration authority in the user group agree to the device configuration request. Specifically, the security authentication module may perform user level authentication for a configuration type that is a device configuration type or a scene configuration type, where the device configuration type may be a unbinding function of a device, an adding function of a device, a control function of a device, an editing function of a device, a sharing function of a device, a user group management function of a device, and so on; the scene configuration type may be a unbinding function of a scene, an adding function of a scene, a control function of a scene, an editing function of a scene, a sharing function of a scene, a user group management function of a scene, and the like.
The application scenario to which the automatic control method of the intelligent device is applicable is described above, and the automatic control method and the device of the intelligent device are described in detail below.
Example 1

In the embodiment of the present invention, the first device control request may be used to request to control a device in a current scenario, where the device may be understood as an intelligent home device (also referred to as an intelligent home device) and may also be understood as an intelligent office device. Alternatively, the first user may be any first user in a home scenario (such as father, child, visitor, etc.), or any first user in an office scenario (such as a general employee, army, customer, etc.). Further optionally, the user terminal of the first user comprises a smart phone and/or a computer of the first user and/or a wearable device (e.g. a smart watch) with a device control unit. Further, the first device control request may include a first user identifier corresponding to the first user, where the first user may correspond to one or more first user identifiers. Optionally, the first user id may be an id of the first user in a certain scenario (e.g. father id in a home scenario, minister id in an office scenario, employee number, mobile phone number, etc.) or a biometric id matched with the first user (e.g. face collection information, fingerprint collection information, etc.), or may be a user id in a certain user group bound in a smart home (e.g. "father" in a "home" user group), or may be a group id of a certain user group (e.g. group 1). Still further, the device requiring control may be an intelligent device (such as an air conditioner, a fan, etc. in a home scene, a printer, a water dispenser, etc. in an office scene) at a certain intelligent home device end in a certain scene, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
202. And determining a first user group where the first user is located according to the first user identification.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first user identity can be obtained from the received first equipment control request, and the user group where the first user is located is determined through the first user identity. Alternatively, the first user may be affiliated with one or more user groups. Further alternatively, the first user group may be created directly by the creation identifier associated with the first user, or all user groups where the first user is located may be first matched from a predetermined user group library, and then the first user group is determined from all user groups. Specifically, the creation of the user group may be registered for creation by a creation identifier such as a mobile phone number, an identification card number, a virtual nickname, etc. of the user.
Further, after creating the user group, the user group may include the following group configuration: one or more of a user or users in the user group, one or more controllable intelligent devices in the user group, device configuration and/or scene configuration matching all controllable intelligent devices, and device configuration rights and/or scene configuration rights and/or usage rights of each intelligent device possessed by each user. For example, after a user creates a user group through mobile phone number registration (the user can be regarded as an administrator in the user group), other users can be bound to the user group through mobile phone number binding, and other users can be invited to join the user group through link sharing; the user group can bind the networked intelligent devices; meanwhile, the device configuration authority and/or scene configuration authority and/or use authority information of each intelligent device of each user added to the user group can be shared with the corresponding intelligent devices, namely, the configuration or use authority information of each user can be acquired between the intelligent devices, so that the function requirements of each user in the user group can be uniformly counted, information sharing among the intelligent devices can be realized, and the intelligent devices can be controlled more conveniently.
203. And determining target equipment with the use authority of the first user from all the equipment corresponding to the first user group, and executing matched control operation on the target equipment.
In this embodiment of the present invention, optionally, one or more intelligent devices (such as an air conditioner, a fan, an intelligent door lock, etc.) that are pre-bound to the first user group may be directly determined as a target device that is requested to be controlled by the first user, or may be selected from one or more intelligent devices that are pre-bound to the first user group according to a first user identity, and used as a target device that can be controlled by the first user, or may be used as a target device that can be controlled by the first user, by obtaining a device identifier (such as a device number of a device) of the target device that is required to be controlled by the first user and the first user identity, where the device identifier is included in the device control request, so as to determine whether the first user can control the target device, and if the determination result is yes, then determine that the first user has the use authority of the target device. Wherein the target device may be one or more devices.
Further optionally, after determining all the target devices controllable by the first user, the first user may directly control the corresponding target device through the smart home client or a control end matched with the target device; the use authority of the first user to the target equipment can be determined according to the first user identity, and then the target equipment is controlled according to the use authority of the target equipment; the method comprises the steps of determining the use authority of a first user to target equipment and scene configuration information matched with the first user according to the first user identity, generating control parameters of the target equipment matched with the first user according to the use authority of the first user to the target equipment and the scene configuration information matched with the first user, and finally automatically controlling the target equipment according to the control parameters of the target equipment. Specifically, the scene configuration information may include environmental parameters and behavior habit parameters that match the first user. For example, when a device control request sent by a "father" user in a "family" user group is received, an air conditioner is queried to be bound in the current "family" user group, and the "father" user is queried to have the use authority of the air conditioner and matched scene configuration information (e.g. in summer, the "father" member is used to adjust the air conditioner temperature to 25 ℃), at this time, relevant device control parameters can be automatically generated, and the air conditioner is automatically started and adjusted to 25 ℃.
Therefore, by implementing the embodiment of the invention, on one hand, the user group can be used as the equipment control unit of the intelligent home, the intelligent control of the equipment of the intelligent home is realized, the individual binding users of the intelligent home are not required to share the equipment rights one by one to other users, on the other hand, the information sharing among the equipment can be realized, and the occurrence of the equipment well isolation condition is avoided. Therefore, the method is beneficial to simplifying the equipment control flow, shortening the time required for equipment control, improving the equipment control efficiency, enriching the intelligent control modes of the equipment, improving the use experience of a user and improving the user viscosity of the intelligent home.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart of another automatic control method of an intelligent device according to an embodiment of the invention. The method for automatically controlling the intelligent device described in fig. 3 may be applied to any one of a home scene, an office scene, and the like having an automatic control device of the intelligent device, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. The automatic control device of the intelligent device may include a device control system, an intelligent home cloud platform, an intelligent server, an intelligent control device, wherein the intelligent server includes a local server or a cloud server (such as an intelligent home cloud server), and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. As shown in fig. 3, the automatic control method of the smart device may include the following operations:
301. A first device control request sent by a user terminal of a first user is received.
302. And determining a first user group where the first user is located according to the first user identification.
In the embodiment of the present invention, for other descriptions of step 301 to step 302, please refer to the detailed descriptions of step 201 to step 202 in the first embodiment, and the description of the embodiment of the present invention is omitted.
303. And querying all devices corresponding to the first user group.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the device corresponding to the first user group may be a device bound by a user group in a home scene or an office scene, such as a washing machine, a television, a refrigerator, etc. bound by a "home" user group in a home scene; or printers, computers, lights, etc. bound by a "corporate" user group in an office setting. Specifically, the device may be bound into a user group by: receiving a device network allocation request sent by a user, wherein the device network allocation request can comprise a user group identifier which is required to be bound by the device; networking equipment according to the user group identifier and binding the equipment to the matched user group; and monitoring the networking condition of the equipment, and when the networking failure of the equipment is monitored, generating a networking failure instruction of the equipment and outputting the networking failure instruction to a user terminal of the user. Further, after the device is bound to the user group, detecting whether the device has a history binding record matching the user group; when detecting that the equipment has a history binding record matched with the user group, acquiring history equipment configuration information and/or history scene configuration information of the equipment under the user group according to the history binding record, and synchronously associating the history equipment configuration information and/or the history scene configuration information with the user group. In this way, the user group can be used as a dimension to maintain the configuration information, even if the equipment is unbinding, after the equipment is rebinding again, the configuration information under the user group can still be read, and reconfiguration is not needed, so that the control efficiency of the equipment is improved.
304. And determining the equipment matched with the first user identity from all the equipment corresponding to the first user group according to the first user identity, taking the equipment as target equipment with the first user using right, and executing matched control operation on the target equipment.
In this embodiment of the present invention, optionally, according to the first user id (e.g., the employee number of the first user, the nickname of the first user in the first user group, etc.), all the devices bound in the first user group may be directly determined as all the devices matched with the first user id, and used as all the devices controllable by the first user; and the equipment matched with the first user identity can be screened out from all the equipment bound in the first user group according to the first user identity and used as target equipment controlled by the first user. For example, if it can be determined that the first user belongs to the first user group according to the employee number of the first user, and the first user group is already bound with an air conditioner or a computer device, the first user can directly control the air conditioner or the computer device in the first user group; or according to the employee number of the first user, it can be determined that the first user belongs to the first user group and belongs to a low-level user in the first user group, and the first user group is bound with an air conditioner and a computer device, so that the first user can only control the air conditioner device in the first user group but cannot control the computer device in the first user group because the first user is the low-level user.
Therefore, by implementing the embodiment of the invention, the user group can be used as the control unit of the intelligent home, the intelligent equipment can be controlled, and the equipment which can be controlled by each user in the user group can be determined according to the specific user identity, so that the intelligent equipment can be controlled in a targeted and accurate manner under the condition of networking the intelligent home, the control mode of the equipment is reasonably planned, the safety of the equipment is ensured when the user uses the equipment, and the intelligent control mode of the equipment is enriched.
In an alternative embodiment, performing the matched control operation on the target device in step 304 may include:
and determining the use authority of the first user to the target equipment according to the first user identity, and executing matched control operation on the target equipment according to the use authority of the target equipment.
In this optional embodiment, specifically, according to the first user id, the device function of the target device that can be used by the first user, that is, the device authority, for example, the "father" user in the "family" user group may have the program viewing authority of the smart tv set, while the "child" user in the "family" user group does not have the program viewing authority of the smart tv set, may be determined. Furthermore, according to the use authority of the target device, the target device can be controlled, namely, a father user in a family user group can watch related programs by using the intelligent television, and a child user cannot watch the related programs. Still further, the target device may authenticate the usage right of the first user before being controlled, where a biometric identifier (e.g., fingerprint, voiceprint, etc.) of the first user may be used, and a non-biometric identifier (e.g., password, cell phone number, etc.) of the first user may also be used to authenticate the usage right of the first user. For example, a "father" user in a "family" user group has program viewing rights of an intelligent television, and before a television program is viewed, the user can input a fingerprint into a fingerprint input device of the intelligent television, so that the intelligent television can authenticate the user's use rights through the fingerprint.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can determine the equipment use permission of the user according to the identity of the specific user in the user group, so that the equipment use permission of the equipment can be effectively distributed and managed, the reasonable planning of the equipment use permission of the equipment in the user group is facilitated, and the safety of the user in using the equipment is also facilitated.
In another optional embodiment, the determining, according to the first user id, the usage right of the target device by the first user in the above step may include:
acquiring device parameters of target devices;
according to the first user identity, analyzing the matching condition of the equipment parameters of the target equipment and the first user identity;
and determining the use authority of the first user on the target equipment according to the matching condition of the equipment parameters of the target equipment and the first user identification.
In this alternative embodiment, optionally, the device parameter of the target device may include one or more of a device type of the target device, a pre-delivery information type of the target device, device owner information of the target device, and user usage information of the target device. Specifically, the device type of the target device may be a television, a radio, a printer, etc.; the pre-transmission information type of the target equipment can be light information type (such as light color, light flicker frequency and the like) which can be transmitted by light, program information type (such as emotion program, children program and the like) which can be transmitted by a television, sound information type (such as noise in a working mode) which can be transmitted by a washing machine and the like; the device owner information of the target device may be device purchaser information of the target device; the user usage information of the target device may be a user identity of the target device, a usage period of the target device, a usage frequency of the target device, etc., which is not limited in this alternative embodiment. Further, according to the first user identity, a matching condition of the device parameter of the target device and the first user identity can be analyzed, namely, whether the device parameter of the target device is matched with the first user identity is judged, and according to the matching condition, the device use permission of the target device matched with the first user is determined. For example, for "children" users in a "family" user group, only children programs of the smart tv set can be watched, but not emotion programs; as another example, computers purchased by "father" users in a "home" user group can only be used by "father" users, while others cannot.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can determine the equipment use permission matched with the user through the acquired equipment parameters, so that the equipment use permission of each user in the user group can be determined according to the acquired equipment parameters and reasonably, the accuracy of the determined equipment use permission of the user is further improved, and the accurate control of the intelligent equipment is realized.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise:
detecting whether a device configuration request sent by a first user through a corresponding user terminal is received or not;
when detecting that a device configuration request is received, determining a user grade of a first user in a first user group according to the first user identity;
judging whether the user grade is greater than or equal to a preset user grade threshold value;
when the judgment result is yes, configuring the use permission of the equipment according to the configuration type corresponding to the use permission of the equipment;
when the judging result is negative, generating a request instruction matched with the equipment configuration request, and sending the request instruction to other users except the first user in the first user group;
when an approval instruction corresponding to the request instruction is received, the use permission of the device is configured according to the configuration type corresponding to the use permission of the device.
In this alternative embodiment, the device configuration request may be sent synchronously with the first device control request, or may be sent sequentially. Specifically, the device configuration request may be used to request configuration of the usage rights of the device; the first device control request may further include a configuration type corresponding to a usage right of the device, where the configuration type may include a device configuration type, such as a unbinding function of the device, an adding function of the device, a control function of the device, an editing function of the device, a sharing function of the device, a user group management function of the device, and so on; the method can also comprise a scene configuration type, such as a unbinding function of the scene, an adding function of the scene, a control function of the scene, an editing function of the scene, a sharing function of the scene, a user group management function of the scene and the like. Further, whether the first user has the configuration permission to configure the configuration type corresponding to the use permission of the device can be judged according to the user grade of the first user in the first user group. Still further, when it is determined that the first user has the configuration right, the usage right of the device may be configured directly according to the configuration type, otherwise, a configuration application may be issued to other users having the configuration right. For example, when a low-level user in the "home" user group does not have the configuration right, a configuration application may be issued to a high-level user having the configuration right, so as to flexibly configure the usage right of the device.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can effectively manage and allocate the equipment configuration permission according to the user grade, and further perform user-made security planning on the equipment configuration permission, so that the configuration flexibility and the security of the equipment configuration permission under the user group are ensured.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise:
when a second equipment control request sent by a user terminal of a second user is received, acquiring a second user identity corresponding to the second user according to the second equipment control request;
determining a second user group in which the second user is located according to the second user identity;
judging whether the first user group and the second user group belong to the same user group or not;
when the first user group and the second user group are judged to belong to the same user group, judging whether the first user and the second user need to control the target equipment or not;
when the judgment result is yes, determining the membership of the first user and the second user according to the first user identity and the second user identity;
determining the use priority of the first user and the second user on the target equipment according to the membership;
Determining a user with the permission of using the target equipment according to the use priority of the first user and the second user to the target equipment;
and triggering the matched control operation to be executed on the target equipment according to the corresponding use permission of the user using the target equipment.
In this alternative embodiment, the second device control request may be sent synchronously with the first device control request, or may be sent sequentially. Specifically, the second device control request may include a second user identifier corresponding to the second user (e.g., a user number of a user group in which the second user is located, an identification card number of the second user, etc.). Further, when the second device control request and the first device control request are acquired, whether the first user and the second user are in the same user group or not can be judged according to the first user identity and the second user identity, whether the two users need to control the same target device or not is judged, and when the two users are in the same user group and both need to control the target device, which user has the use priority of the target device can be judged through the membership relationship. Specifically, the larger the usage priority, the more preferentially the target device is used. For example, when it is determined that the first user ("father" user) and the second user ("visitor" user) belong to the "family" user group and all need to control the smart tv set, according to the membership of the "father" user and the "visitor" user in the "family" user group, it may be known that the "visitor" user belongs to the "father" user, and then it may be determined that the "father" user has the use priority of the smart tv set, so that the smart tv set may be controlled according to the device use permission corresponding to the "father" user having the use priority.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can determine the users with the use priority among the plurality of users in the same group according to the membership, so that the use priority of the users can be maintained by the dimension of the user group, the reasonable distribution and management and control of the equipment use authority of the users are facilitated, and the orderly control of the intelligent equipment can be realized.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise:
when the first user group and the second user group are judged to not belong to the same user group, judging whether the first user and the second user need to control the target equipment or not;
when the judgment result is yes, determining group parameters of the first user group and group parameters of the second user group;
determining the use priority of the first user group and the second user group to the target equipment according to the group parameters of the first user group and the group parameters of the second user group;
determining a user corresponding to the user group with the permission of using the target equipment according to the using priority of the first user group and the second user group to the target equipment;
and triggering the execution of the matched control operation on the target equipment according to the use permission corresponding to the user group with the use target equipment permission.
In this optional embodiment, specifically, when it is determined that the two users are not in the same user group but both need to control the target device, the user group with the use priority may be determined by the group parameters of the two user groups, so that the target device is controlled according to the device use authority of the user corresponding to the user group with the use priority. Optionally, the group parameters of the first user group and the group parameters of the second user group include user identities of all corresponding users and/or device usage conditions of all corresponding devices, where the device usage conditions of all devices may include device usage conditions of a target device, such as a number of times of usage, a single use duration, a single use condition of the target device, and so on. For example, when it is determined that the first user belongs to the "family 1" user group and the second user belongs to the "family 2" user group, and both users need to control the intelligent air conditioner, the device usage situation of the target device under different user groups can be obtained according to the group parameters of the "family 1" user group and the "family 2" user group, for example, most users in the "family 1" user group often use the intelligent air conditioner, and the usage situation is good, and the damage situation of the intelligent air conditioner is not caused, and the users in the "family 2" user group do not use the intelligent air conditioner, so that the user group can determine that the "family 1" user group has the usage priority of the intelligent air conditioner according to the device usage situation of the target device corresponding to the two user groups, and at this time, the usage priority can be granted to the first user corresponding to the "family 1" user group, thereby controlling the intelligent air conditioner according to the device usage rights of the first user.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can also determine the equipment use priority of the user in different user groups according to the use conditions of the equipment in different user groups, enriches the intelligent determination modes of the equipment use priority, and further more reasonably plans the equipment use authorities of the users in different user groups, thereby being beneficial to the subsequent ordered control of the equipment and avoiding the condition of disordered equipment control.
In yet another optional embodiment, the determining, in step 302, the first user group in which the first user is located according to the first user id may include:
judging whether at least one user group where the first user is located exists in a predetermined user group library according to the first user identity;
if the judgment result is negative, creating a user group matched with the first user according to the first user identity, and taking the user group as the first user group where the first user is located;
when the judgment result is yes, acquiring group parameters of each user group matched with the first user;
according to the first user identity and the group parameters of each user group, determining a user group matched with the first user from all the user groups as a first user group where the first user is located;
In this alternative embodiment, in particular, one or more user groups may be included in the user group library, while the user composition and device composition may be inconsistent between user groups, and one user may exist in multiple user groups. Alternatively, there may or may not already be a plurality of user groups matching the first user in the user group library. Further, when there is no user group matching the first user, a new user group matching the first user may be created by a user group creation identifier (e.g., mobile phone number, employee number, etc.) of the first user; when there is a user group matched with the first user, the user group with the highest matching degree with the first user can be determined through the group parameter of each user group matched with the first user. Further optionally, the group parameter of each user group matched with the first user may include a device usage condition of all devices corresponding to the first user in each user group, for example, an air conditioner usage duration of the first user recorded in the "family 1" user group, a fan usage number of the first user recorded in the "family 2" user group, and so on. For example, when there are a "family 1" user group and a "family 2" user group that match a first user, the group parameters of the two user groups that match the first user may be compared, for example, there are multiple device control records of the first user in the "family 2" user group, and only one device control record of the first user in the "family 1" user group, where it may be determined that the "family 2" user group matches the first user more highly, and the "family 2" user group may be used as the first user group where the first user is located, so that the first user may control the device more conveniently.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can reasonably create or distribute the user group to the specific user according to the identity of the user, which is beneficial to improving the reliability and accuracy of the determined user group, and further improving the user experience of the user when using the user group to control the equipment, thereby improving the user viscosity of the smart home.
In yet another optional embodiment, after querying all devices corresponding to the first user group in step 303, the method may further include:
judging whether equipment matched with the equipment identification exists in all the equipment corresponding to the first user group according to the equipment identification;
when the judgment result is negative, acquiring the equipment service condition corresponding to the equipment matched with the equipment identifier by each user of a plurality of other user groups in the user group library;
analyzing the equipment use condition corresponding to the equipment matched with the equipment identifier of each user in all the users to obtain the use analysis result corresponding to the equipment matched with the equipment identifier;
judging whether a use analysis result corresponding to the equipment matched with the equipment identifier meets a binding condition that the equipment matched with the equipment identifier is bound to the first user group;
And when the judgment result is yes, binding the equipment matched with the equipment identifier to the first user group.
In this optional embodiment, when the first device control request is received and the first device control request further includes a device identifier of a device required to be controlled by the first user, optionally, according to the device identifier of the device, when it is determined that, under the first user group, there is no device required to be controlled by the first user, whether the device with the matched device identifier can be automatically bound to the first user group according to a device usage situation corresponding to a device with which each user in other user groups matches the device identifier. Specifically, the device usage situation corresponding to the device with the device identifier matched by each user may include the number of times and/or a single-use duration and/or a single-use situation of the device with the device identifier matched by the user (e.g. whether the device with the device identifier matched keeps a good running state). For example, when it is found that most users in other user groups use the equipment matched with the equipment identifier, and the running state of the equipment matched with the equipment identifier is kept good, it can be determined that the use analysis result of the equipment matched with the equipment identifier meets the automatic binding condition, and then the equipment matched with the equipment identifier is automatically bound into the first user group, so that the first user can conveniently control the equipment matched with the equipment identifier through the first user group; if no user in the other user groups uses the equipment matched with the equipment identifier, the use analysis result corresponding to the equipment matched with the equipment identifier can be judged not to meet the automatic binding condition, and at the moment, the equipment matched with the equipment identifier can be bound into the first user group by sending a binding request to the user with the binding authority in the first user group.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can automatically identify whether the equipment meets the equipment binding condition of the user group, so that the binding flow of the equipment is simplified, the intelligent management and control mode of the equipment under the user group is improved, and the management and control efficiency of the intelligent equipment is improved.

and determining the use authority of the first user on the target equipment according to the matching condition of the equipment parameters of the target equipment and the first user identification.
In this alternative embodiment, the device parameters of the target device include one or more of a device type of the target device, a pre-delivery information type of the target device, device owner information of the target device, and user usage information of the target device.
Therefore, the automatic control device for the intelligent device described in fig. 5 can determine the device use authority matched with the user through the acquired device parameters, so that the device use authority of each user in the user group can be determined according to the obtained device parameters and reasonably, the accuracy of the determined device use authority of the user is further improved, and the accurate control of the intelligent device is realized.
