The electronic archive data processing system of the present application and its method of operation are described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 1-4.
As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides an electronic filing data processing system, which includes an electronic filing service system and an electronic filing support system, wherein the electronic filing service system is used for processing financial data and generating corresponding format files and data; the electronic filing support system is used for supporting the operation of the electronic filing service system, and a filing data module and a filing setting module are arranged in the electronic filing service system; the electronic filing support system is used for bearing the standardized processing of the data based on the electronic filing service system according to the configuration of the electronic filing data processing system, generating accounting documents, business documents, invoice data and attachment information data of the electronic filing system based on the electronic filing service system to the source system data, generating corresponding data files according to the data file printing templates, and uploading the data files to the file server to obtain results of the electronic filing system.
Further, the electronic filing service system is used for acquiring and standardizing and printing financial system data to generate electronic filing system file data; the electronic archive support system is for supporting operation of the electronic archive data processing system. An archiving data module and an archiving setting module are arranged in the electronic archiving service system, the archiving data module is used for receiving financial system business data and standardized electronic archive system archive data generated after the standardization, and the archiving data module comprises an accounting document unit, a document unit associated with a document, a business document unit, an invoice data unit, an accessory information data unit and an account book information archive unit; the filing setting module is used for defining the data structures corresponding to the various data, the corresponding standardized mapping relation and the printing template, and finishing the standardization and printing of the data according to the set rules and the printing template.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, an electronic filing support system in the electronic filing data processing system is used for supporting the operation of the electronic filing data processing system, a management platform system and a technical platform system are arranged in the electronic filing support system, the management platform system is used for managing daily operation of a platform, and the technical platform system is used for providing data storage and transmission functions; the management platform system is internally provided with a permission management module, a log management module, a task management module, a business management module and a parameter setting module; the technical platform system is internally provided with an enterprise-level distributed application service unit, a distributed relational database RD6, a distributed message queue unit, a distributed memory unit, a platform DevOps and a computer and storage platform unit.
The functions of each functional module in the management platform system of the electronic filing support system are as follows:
1. and the permission management module is used for: the rights management module is a bottom layer core function of the electronic filing data processing system and mainly comprises functions of user management, role management, data rights management and the like; the authority management module realizes the authorization of inquiring the data range based on the user login authorization, the role access control authorization and the data authority through a flexible configuration mode. User management realizes control of user access system authority by defining user login codes and user passwords. Role management realizes role operation of function nodes and function node buttons by distributing the function nodes; and realizing user access authority control and operation button authority control by combining the user.
The data authority management presets the data authority level of the internal transaction data processing system, the data authority management comprises organization-level authority control, department-level authority control and user-level authority control, the data authority management is combined with user management and role management for use, and the data authority operation authority range of the user to the functional nodes can be strictly controlled.
2. And the log management module is used for: the log management module defines a log in log, an operation log, a service log, a task log, and an interface log. The system manager can check the cause of the error occurrence and leave trace of the operation through the log management module. Providing basis for the analysis of the application condition of the internal transaction data processing system.
The log management function node records the user log-in system time, log-out system time and whether the user is on line currently or not. The operation log management function node records various operation information records of the system, including records of operations such as data inquiry, data addition, data modification, data deactivation/activation, data deletion and the like, of a user. The service log management function node records service calling information, calling time and processing result information among the micro services of the platform. And the task log management function node records the system background timing task execution information. Including timing task execution results, execution time, etc. The interface log management function node records the calling record, the executing result and the executing message information of the external system integrated interface.
3. The task management module:
the task management module centrally manages all background automatic task information of the platform, and can set task basic information, task execution time and the like; the task management module can agree with automation applications such as data capture, data processing, program processing and the like, so that manual operation is reduced, and usability of the system and the like is enhanced. And the task execution log is combined to track, record and analyze the task execution condition. The task management module comprises task management and a task executor, and the task management can be defined by information such as tasks, operation modes, task parameters, execution strategies and the like. The task executor binds the tasks on the basis of task management and the like, sets the execution sequence and the execution time of the tasks, realizes the sequential execution of the multiple tasks, and can meet the requirement of complex background task processing scenes.
4. Business process module:
the business process module is a business approval process module, and the functions of the business approval process module comprise three modules of process category definition, approval process design, approval message center and the like. The corresponding approval process strategy can be flexibly set aiming at the functional node with approval requirements, and bill approval application is realized. The flow category definition defines the functional nodes to be approved, and the definition comprises information such as flow identification, approval path, withdrawal path, data interface and the like. The approval process design is used for designing a specific approval process for the process category. The approval message center centrally manages all approval messages in the running process of the approval process.
5. Parameter setting module:
the parameter setting module is a parameter setting management module and is used for defining some control parameter information in the process of system application operation and task execution; the method is used for solving different application requirements of different enterprises; controlling through parameter setting management; the method is convenient for a manager to carry out quick configuration application when carrying out system initialization configuration, and enhances the flexibility of the platform.
The technical platform system is internally provided with an enterprise-level distributed application service unit, a distributed relational database RD6, a distributed message queue unit, a distributed memory unit, a platform DevOps and a computer and storage platform unit; the function of each functional module in the technical platform system of the internal transaction support system is as follows.
The enterprise-level distributed application service EDAS (Enterprise Distributed Application Service) adopted by the invention is a Cloud native PaaS platform for application hosting and micro-service management, provides full stack solutions for application development, deployment, monitoring, operation and maintenance and the like, and simultaneously supports micro-service operation environments such as Spring Cloud, apache Dubbo and the like, so that a client application is assisted to easily Cloud. Preferably, a Spring Cloud platform is used.
Preferably, the distributed relational database RD6 used in the invention is a relational database, which is a MySQL database. The distributed message queue unit adopts a message queue middleware which is RabbitMQ; the internal transaction support system has high performance, high availability, scalability and final consistency architecture, and can solve the problems of application coupling, asynchronous message, flow cutting and the like. Furthermore, the distributed caching unit in the internal transaction supporting system adopts the distributed caching as Redis, so that the data which are frequently used and have small change in login authorization information, basic files and the like are stored, and the data can be rapidly used in the service occurrence process.
In particular, platform DevOps in the electronic archive support system facilitates communication, collaboration and integration between development (application/software engineering), technical operation and Quality Assurance (QA) departments, and adopts a gitlab+jenkins+bash script+docker mirror server+k8s or docker swarm to automatically pull mirror deployment. In the electronic archiving and supporting system, when a developer submits or merges codes, the Gitlab can check the operation of submitting the codes or merging the codes, inform Jenkins to execute compiled codes and package codes to a docker mirror image, submit the mirror image to a mirror image server, and a trigger of the mirror image server can inform k8s or docker swarm to update the mirror image and deploy an environment.
Further, the electronic filing support system adopts a computer and a storage platform unit, which realizes the storage and management of computer information data and saves the data in a computer platform; preferably, the storage platform used is seven Niu Yun, OSS of alicloud, minio, etc.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a method for implementing electronic archive data processing, which is implemented based on an electronic archive service system, a client financial system and an electronic archive system of an electronic archive data processing system, and the implementing method includes the following steps:
step S1, initiating an archiving task, namely operating the archiving of the certificates and the attachments in an electronic file system, and initiating the archiving of the certificates and the archiving processing tasks of the bill attachments;

In particular, as shown in connection with FIG. 2, the system shown in FIG. 2 includes an electronic archive system, an electronic archive data processing system, and a customer finance system. FIG. 2 shows a method for implementing electronic archive data processing, and the steps of each flowchart are described in detail according to the flowchart shown in FIG. 2. The method comprises the following steps:
The implementation method of electronic archive data processing shown in fig. 2 is not an enlarged display in fig. 4, and includes the following steps:
step 1, initiating an archiving and collecting task in an electronic archive system and transmitting the archiving and collecting task to an electronic archiving data processing system; after receiving the request of the electronic archive archiving task, the electronic archive data processing system initiates a request for acquiring credential data; and sending the credential data request to the client financial system;
step 2, after the client financial system receives the request of the credential data, returning the credential data to the electronic filing data processing system; the electronic filing data processing system receives and stores the credential data and starts to print the credential data format file according to the specified format; the electronic filing data processing system initiates a request for acquiring a voucher-associated document to the client financial system based on the voucher data format file;
step 3, after receiving the request for acquiring the voucher-associated document, the client financial system extracts the voucher-associated document based on the specified rule and sends the voucher-associated document data back to the electronic filing data processing system; the electronic filing data processing system receives and stores the document data associated with the certificates; the method comprises the steps that the method starts sending to obtain accessory information data to a client financial system based on voucher-associated bill data, the client financial system receives an accessory information bill obtaining request, extracts the accessory information data based on the client financial data and returns the accessory information data to an electronic filing data processing system; the electronic filing data processing system receives and stores the accessory information data;
Step 4, the electronic filing data processing system initiates a document data acquisition request to the client financial system, the client financial system extracts document data based on the client financial data and returns the document data to the electronic filing data processing system, and the electronic filing data processing system receives and stores the document data; printing a document data format file according to a specified format, and then writing back a state to a document associated document in an electronic filing data processing system;
step 5, inquiring invoice data and corresponding mapping rules in the electronic filing data processing system, and standardizing the invoice data based on the corresponding mapping rules; further, inquiring the accessory information data and the corresponding mapping rules, and normalizing the accessory data based on the corresponding mapping rules; inquiring bill data and corresponding mapping rules on the basis of the standardized attachment data, and standardizing the bill data based on the corresponding mapping rules;
and 6, based on standardized invoice data, accessory data and receipt data, combining a data file template under inquiry archive data, generating a data file, uploading the data file to a file server, and recording an acquisition result and an acquisition state.
In one implementation of the electronic archive data processing method, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, archive task queries are performed at intervals, and electronic archive status records and archive status updates are performed based on the query results. 4. the invoice data unit comprises financial system invoice data and standardized electronic archive invoice data, comprises multiple types of invoice data and associated bill data, and nodes in the unit are automatically accessed by a financial system interface or synchronized by invoice center data, so that a user is supported to export or query conditions under the corresponding invoice data nodes;
5. The accessory information data unit is used for associating business documents and comprises financial system accessory information data and standardized electronic file accessory information data, nodes in the unit are automatically accessed by a financial system interface, and a user is supported to export or query conditions under the corresponding accessory information nodes;
6. the system comprises an account book information archive unit, a node data processing unit and a node data processing unit, wherein the account book information archive unit is a financial system account book information basic archive, and the node data is automatically accessed by a financial system interface or newly added and maintained under the node to support user condition inquiry;

In a preferred embodiment, the electronic archive data processing system must include or configure three-party applications, service classifications, service types, and data structure definitions, and if not configured, tenant permission issuing and file printing generation cannot be performed; the data structure mapping provides a standardized scheme of data, if the data is not configured, the system directly takes the accessed financial system source data for archiving, and the process of generating the electronic archive system archive data in a standardized way is not performed; the bill type is set into configuration business bill type and printing coding information, if the financial system needs to document filing, the content needs to be configured, and if the financial system does not need to document data processing, the system does not need to document data processing.

In order to implement the electronic archive data processing system and the electronic archive data processing implementation method thereof, in the implementation method of electronic archive data processing of the invention, each functional module needs to be configured or set for the electronic archive data processing system of the invention, and the specific steps of each functional module are as follows:

3) Business document: defining the service types corresponding to all the receipts in the filing, such as payable bill, payment bill, reimbursement bill and the like, and carrying out definition release according to the service receipt type of the financial system, wherein the service types comprise corresponding codes and names and are used for receiving service receipt data;
4) Bill: defining the corresponding business types of various invoices in the archiving, such as value-added tax electronic common invoices, all-electric invoices, rated invoices and the like, and carrying out defined release according to the invoice types generated by actual business, wherein the invoice types comprise and correspond to code names for receiving invoice data;
5) Accessories: and defining the service type corresponding to the additional information related in the archiving, wherein the service type is used for accepting the accessory information data and comprises the corresponding code name.
F4-1. Configuration data structure definition setting: under the corresponding service type, establishing corresponding data structure definition information for defining the contents of specific structures, fields and the like of data, wherein the configuration comprises the following steps:

The configuration content of the configuration data structure map setting is as follows:

The method for processing and implementing electronic archive data according to claim 6, wherein a management platform system and a technical platform system are arranged in the electronic archive supporting system, and the management platform system is used for daily operation of the management platform and is internally provided with a permission management module, a log management module, a task management module, a service management module and a parameter setting module.
