Claims (8)

1. A method for managing a presentation workflow, comprising:
acquiring file data of each engineering project flow module;
identifying the file attribute of each file data based on a semantic identification algorithm, and extracting attribute keywords of each file data;
verifying attribute keywords of each file data one by one according to a preset file data list;
when the verification result is that part of verification passes, selecting and highlighting file data of which the attribute keywords cannot be matched with the preset file data list, and then generating a first abnormal prompt list;
when the verification result is that all the verification passes, scanning the document content of each file data based on the semantic recognition algorithm to judge whether the file data is a revised manuscript;
selecting and highlighting file data of the revised manuscript, and then generating a second abnormal prompting list;
displaying the first abnormal prompt list or the second abnormal prompt list, and displaying the current flow progress of each engineering project flow module;
the file data which cannot be matched with the preset file data list by the highlight attribute keywords comprises:
file data which cannot be matched with the preset file data list based on the highlight attribute keywords in the first highlight form;
the file data of the highlight revision manuscript comprises:
highlighting file data of the revised manuscript based on the second highlighting form; wherein the first highlighting form is different from the second highlighting form.

The method of claim 1, wherein the engineering project flow module comprises engineering data of an engineering business flow module, a financial flow module and a user flow module; the system comprises an engineering business process module, a financial process module and a user process module, wherein the engineering business process module is used for storing and managing corresponding engineering business data according to a preset business main line, the financial process module is used for storing and managing engineering financial data corresponding to the business main line, and the user process module is used for storing and managing engineering user data corresponding to the business main line;

the semantic recognition algorithm is based on the identification of file names of each file data so as to identify file attributes of each file data;
and extracting attribute keywords of each file data.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein scanning the document content of each of the document data based on the semantic recognition algorithm to determine whether a document of the document data is a revised contribution, comprises:
scanning the document content of each file data one by one based on the semantic recognition algorithm;
judging whether the document of the file data has revising marks and/or color marks or not; wherein the revision trace includes one or more of a deletion trace, an addition trace, and a modification trace;
if yes, judging the file data as revised manuscripts.
