Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method of data entry according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method comprising the steps of:
step S102, displaying a picture in a first area of the interface, wherein the picture comprises source data.
Specifically, the source data may be data to be entered into a database on a paper document, the interface may be data entry software installed on any terminal device of a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a computer, etc. (including but not limited to any software installed on a terminal device for entering data, taking a computer as an example, in many industries, a worker is required to enter the content of the paper document into the terminal device through the data entry software installed on the computer, if the paper document is placed on a table according to the existing data entry method, the worker can see the paper document and enter the data into the terminal device (for example, a computer) at the same time, which is not only inconvenient to operate but also prone to error, resulting in inaccurate data entered into the system, the picture may be a picture obtained by scanning or shooting the paper document, through the step S102, the method has the advantages that the paper file is converted into the electronic picture to be displayed on the interface for inputting the data, so that data inputting personnel can conveniently check the source data, and the paper file does not need to be frequently checked in the data inputting process.
In the embodiments of the present application, a customer information entry system of a gene testing company is taken as an example for explanation, and the interface is a customer information entry system that is used by the gene testing company for entering customer information).
And step S104, displaying a data template in a second area of the interface, wherein the data template comprises at least one text box for entering text data.
Specifically, the data template may be a template used in data entry software to convert a paper document into electronic data; the data template comprises a plurality of text boxes and is used for inputting corresponding data on the paper file. The second area may be an area on the interface different from the first area, and the first area and the second area may set different positions on the interface according to different application scenarios, for example, in an alternative embodiment, the first area may be a left half area of the interface, and the second area may be a right half area of the interface; in another alternative embodiment, the first region may be the upper half region of the interface and the second region may be the right half region of the interface.
As an alternative embodiment, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an alternative data entry interface according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, an electronic picture containing source data is displayed on the left half side of the data entry interface, and a data template for entering data is displayed on the right half side of the data entry interface.
Through the S104, the data template for inputting data is displayed in another area (namely the second area) different from the first area in the interface, so that data inputting personnel can conveniently fill data in the data template in the second area according to the picture displayed in the first area, and the risk of data recording errors caused by frequently checking paper files with heads down by the data inputting personnel is reduced.
And S106, under the condition that any text box in the data template is selected, positioning an image area corresponding to the text box in the picture, wherein the data in the image area is used for being input into the text box.
Specifically, when the content in the picture containing the source data is entered into the corresponding data template, the content to be filled in different text boxes in the data template corresponds to different areas in the picture, and in order to further improve the accuracy of data entry, when a worker selects any text box in the data template in the second area to enter data, the image area corresponding to the selected text box in the picture can be directly positioned, so that the worker can fill the data content contained in the positioned image area in the corresponding text box in the data template.
Still taking the data entry interface shown in fig. 2 as an example, when the data entry person selects the "age" of the text box in the right half area (i.e., the second area) of the data entry interface shown in fig. 2, the picture displayed in the left half area (i.e., the first area) will be automatically positioned to the image area displaying the content of the "age" on the picture, as shown in fig. 3, the mouse is placed into the text box, the system automatically positions to the designated position of the picture on the left side, and optionally, the positioned designated position may also be marked by using a rectangle frame with color.
It can be seen from the above that, in the above embodiment of the present application, the picture of the paper file to be entered is displayed in the first area of the data entry interface, the data template for entering data is displayed in the second area of the data entry interface, and when any text box of the data to be entered is selected in the data template, the picture displayed in the first area is automatically located in the image area corresponding to the text box, so that the data in the image area is entered into the corresponding text box, and the purpose of automatically locating the data to be entered when the data is entered is achieved, thereby achieving the technical effects of improving the accuracy of data entry and the working efficiency, and further solving the technical problem that the paper file is entered into the information base manually in the prior art, and errors are easily caused, so that the accuracy of the data entered by the entry system is low.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, in the case that any text box in the data template is selected, locating the image area corresponding to the text box in the picture may include the following steps:
step S402, clicking any text box in the data template;
step S404, acquiring identification information of the text box;
step S406, the picture displayed in the first area is identified, and the image area matched with the identification information in the picture is searched.
Specifically, in the above embodiment, when a data entry person enters source data on a paper file into a database, the data entry person may click any text box in a data template of a data entry interface to obtain identification information of the selected text box, perform image recognition on an electronic picture of the paper file displayed in a first area according to the identification information of the text box, find an image area in the picture matching the identification information of the selected text box, and mark the image area so that the data entry person can quickly see data to be entered.
As an optional implementation manner, in a case that any text box in the data template is selected, after positioning an image region in the picture corresponding to the text box, the method may further include: the located image area is marked. Alternatively, the located image area may be marked with a rectangular frame.
For example, after clicking a text box for inputting an age in fig. 3, the identification information of the text box is acquired as "age", and the content regarding the age is identified from the picture displayed on the left half side of the interface and marked, as an area indicated by a rectangular box in fig. 3.
By the embodiment, the purpose of automatically positioning the position of the data to be recorded in the electronic picture of the paper file on the interface when the data to be recorded is recorded in the data template on the interface can be realized.
Further, as an optional implementation manner, in a case that any text box in the data template is selected, after positioning an image area in the picture corresponding to the text box, the method may further include: and displaying a local amplification area of the picture in the first area, wherein the local amplification area comprises an image area.
Because the characters on the electronic picture of the paper file displayed in the interface are limited by the space of the first area, the characters on the picture are small, and therefore after the image area of the data to be input in the picture is positioned, the local area where the image area positioned on the picture is located can be enlarged, so that data input personnel can more quickly check the data to be input, and the accuracy of data input is further improved.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, in a case that any text box in the data template is selected, after locating an image area in the picture corresponding to the text box, the method may further include:
step S502, acquiring first entry data and second entry data, wherein the first entry data and the second entry data are respectively data entered by two different users in a data template;
step S504, comparing the first input data with the second input data to obtain a difference result;
step S506, based on the difference result, marks the corresponding text box in the data template.
Specifically, in the above embodiment, since data is entered by a single person, the safety and accuracy of the data cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, two or more data entry personnel can enter data, and then, through the scheme disclosed in the steps S502 to S506, the data entered by a plurality of data entry personnel can be compared, and the text box with the difference data in the data template is marked, so that the purpose of verifying the accuracy of the entered data is achieved.
Further, based on the foregoing embodiment, as an optional implementation manner, as shown in fig. 6, after marking the corresponding text box in the data template based on the difference result, the method may further include the following steps:
step S602, proofreading the data in the marked text box in the data template;
in step S604, the collated data template is output as a file in a predetermined format.
Specifically, after one or more text boxes with differences in data entered by a plurality of data entry personnel are marked in the data template, the content in the marked text boxes can be collated, and optionally, the content in the text boxes can be collated based on the corresponding content in the electronic picture of the paper file. Finally, the collated data is output as a file in a predetermined format (including but not limited to Txt, Word, Excel, PDF, etc.).
Based on the above example, as an optional implementation, after the first entry data and the second entry data are acquired, the method may further include: and acquiring a text box without data in the data template based on the first entry data and/or the second entry data, and marking.
Through the embodiment, the content which is missed to be recorded in the data template is marked, so that data entry personnel can conveniently confirm whether the data is missed to be recorded or not, and the phenomenon of missing to be recorded when the data is recorded is reduced.
Optionally, based on any optional or preferred embodiment, in an optional embodiment, before displaying the picture in the first area of the interface, the method may further include: and uploading the picture containing the source data.
The picture containing the source data can be a picture obtained by scanning or shooting a paper file, and an electronic picture of the paper file obtained can be uploaded to a database of data entry software on the electronic picture. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an alternative image uploading interface according to an embodiment of the present invention.
