The license plate number, the vehicle type, the vehicle color, the driving direction, whether the line is pressed, whether the driver and the passenger are belted with safety belts or not and the like of the vehicle can be identified by carrying out image identification processing on the shot image data, whether the vehicle runs in the reverse direction or not and whether the line is broken or not and whether the driver and the passenger are not belted with safety belts or not can be judged according to the driving direction or not, whether the vehicle is broken or not and whether the driver and the passenger are broken or not, namely whether the vehicle is broken or not is judged, and illegal behavior information is determined, and meanwhile, the license plate number of the vehicle is taken as illegal vehicle information. Therefore, the purposes of determining the information of the illegal behaviors and the information of the illegal vehicles according to the traffic detection data are achieved through an image identification processing mode, and the method is concise and convenient to implement.
The image recognition processing of the photographed image may be implemented using an existing image processing model or image processing algorithm.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the 5G network-based traffic data processing method of the present invention, the traffic detection data includes photographed image data, photographed time data, and photographed position data corresponding to each other, and the S21 includes:
S21B1: performing image recognition processing on the shot image data to obtain a vehicle license plate number, and associating the vehicle license plate number with corresponding shooting time data and shooting position data;
S21B2: calculating a vehicle running speed corresponding to the vehicle license plate number according to the shooting time data and the shooting position data associated with the same vehicle license plate number;
S21B3: and comparing the vehicle running speed with a preset speed limit threshold corresponding to the shooting position data, and taking overspeed violations as the violating behavior information and the corresponding vehicle license plate numbers as the violating vehicle information if the vehicle running speed is larger than the preset speed limit threshold.
The power calculation gateway obtains traffic detection data of a plurality of traffic detection devices in a preset area, and takes two traffic detection devices as an example for aspect description, and the traffic detection devices are respectively called a first traffic detection device and a second traffic detection device. Assuming that a user vehicle sequentially runs through a first traffic detection device and a second traffic detection device, correspondingly generating first shooting image data, first shooting time data and first shooting position data; and second photographed image data, second photographing time data, second photographing position data. The power computing gateway respectively carries out image recognition processing on the first shooting image data, can acquire the license plate number of the user vehicle, and correspondingly associates the license plate number of the user vehicle with the first shooting time data and the first shooting position data; after the same-definition gateway performs image recognition processing on the second shot image data, the user vehicle license plate number is also related to the second shot time data and the second shot position data. The method comprises the steps of taking a vehicle license plate number of a user as a screening condition, acquiring associated first shooting time data, second shooting time data, first shooting position data and second shooting position data, calculating and processing according to the first shooting time data and the second shooting time data to obtain a time difference value, processing according to the first shooting position data and the second shooting position data to obtain a distance value, dividing the distance value by the time difference value, and calculating and obtaining the vehicle running speed of the user vehicle running between a first traffic detection device and a second traffic detection device. And comparing the running speed of the vehicle with a preset speed limit threshold value of a road section corresponding to the shooting position data, and obtaining whether the user vehicle overspeed. Therefore, according to traffic detection data of different traffic detection devices, whether the vehicle is overspeed or not can be detected, and the calculation is concise and is convenient for specific application and implementation.
In the working process described above by taking the case of two traffic detection devices as an example, in practical application, the computing gateway may possibly acquire traffic detection data of more traffic detection devices, and based on the above, a person skilled in the art can extend to application scenarios of multiple traffic detection devices, so as to calculate the running speed of the vehicle between the traffic detection devices, and further achieve the effect of determining whether the vehicle is speeding illegally.
In some embodiments of the traffic data processing method based on the 5G network of the present invention, after S21B2, the method further includes:
and correcting the running speed of the vehicle according to the preset error correction value.
In order to avoid erroneous judgment caused by the detection error, the preset error correction value can be set according to the designed error range, and the vehicle running speed is corrected according to the preset error correction value, for example, the preset error correction value is 1%, and the calculated vehicle running speed is corrected to 99% of the vehicle running speed, so that the 99% of the vehicle running speed is compared with the preset speed limit threshold, and the erroneous judgment probability is reduced.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the 5G network-based traffic data processing method of the present invention, the S22 includes:
s221: when the illegal behavior information is overspeed, comparing the running speed of the vehicle with the preset speed limit threshold value which is 1.5 times of the running speed of the vehicle;
s222: if the vehicle running speed is greater than 1.5 times of the preset speed limit threshold, determining that the serious overspeed belongs to the preset serious illegal action;
s223: and if the running speed of the vehicle is less than or equal to 1.5 times of the preset speed limit threshold, determining that the common overspeed does not belong to the preset serious illegal action.
When the illegal behavior of the illegal vehicle is overspeed, whether the running speed of the vehicle is greater than 50% of a preset speed limit threshold value or not is further judged, namely, the preset speed limit threshold value which is 1.5 times of the preset speed limit threshold value is judged, and if the running speed of the vehicle is greater than 1.5 times of the preset speed limit threshold value, the illegal behavior is serious overspeed, and the illegal behavior belongs to preset serious illegal behavior. If the vehicles are allowed to continue to run, serious traffic accidents can be caused, so that traffic law enforcement departments serve as reminding targets, and then illegal action information, namely serious overspeed and illegal vehicle information, is sent, so that the traffic law enforcement departments can timely stop the serious overspeed vehicles. Therefore, the vehicle with serious overspeed can be judged, the serious overspeed illegal behavior can be restrained in time, and the road safety is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments of the 5G network-based traffic data processing method of the present invention, after S3, the method further includes:
s5: acquiring mobile signaling data, wherein the mobile signaling data are used for representing the identification code, the position information and the mobile state of user equipment;
s6: screening the mobile signaling data according to the traffic detection data corresponding to the illegal vehicle to acquire the mobile signaling data corresponding to the illegal vehicle as target signaling data;
s7: and sending the illegal action information and the illegal vehicle information to corresponding user equipment according to the target signaling data.
The mobile signaling data refers to signaling messages generated by the user equipment and the mobile communication network, such as the 5G network, and related network control messages and metadata, and include information such as identification codes, location information, time information, base stations and the like of the user, and the user equipment can be tracked according to the mobile signaling data. The user equipment, such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer with a SIM card, and the like, generates mobile signaling data when the access signal base station is active. The required mobile signaling data can be acquired from a server of a communication carrier, a base station, or the like.
Based on the acquired mobile signaling data, the position and the movement state of the user equipment can be known, and in addition, the position, the vehicle running direction and the vehicle running speed of the illegal vehicle can be known according to traffic detection data corresponding to the illegal vehicle. Further, the movement signaling data is screened according to the position, the vehicle running direction and the vehicle running speed of the offending vehicle, so that the movement signaling data matched with the offending vehicle, namely the movement signaling data corresponding to the actual driver of the passengers on the offending vehicle, can be obtained as target signaling data. According to the target signaling data, the identification code of the user equipment, such as a mobile phone number, can be obtained, and the illegal action information and the illegal vehicle information can be sent to the user equipment corresponding to the target signaling data, so that passengers on the illegal vehicle can remind and require drivers to drive safely, and meanwhile, under the condition that the vehicle borrows for others to drive, the actual drivers can be reminded to stop the illegal action, thereby being beneficial to further enhancing the reminding and intervention effects in the event, adapting to the driving scene of the vehicle borrowing, reducing the illegal action and improving the road safety.
Referring to fig. 7, the present invention further provides a computing gateway, including a memory 830, a processor 810, and a computer program stored in the memory 830 and executable on the processor 810, wherein the processor implements the traffic data processing method based on the 5G network when executing the program.
The power calculation gateway can acquire the running state of each vehicle on the road according to the traffic detection data by acquiring the traffic detection data of the traffic detection equipment in the preset area range, determine the corresponding illegal behavior information of each illegal vehicle, the vehicle information of the illegal vehicle and the reminding target, and send the illegal behavior information of the illegal vehicle and the illegal vehicle information to the reminding target. According to the traffic detection data, the power calculation gateway determines the corresponding illegal behavior information of the illegal vehicles and the illegal vehicle information and sends the illegal behavior information to the reminding target, compared with the process of collecting the traffic detection data to the central processing node for calculation and analysis, the power calculation gateway is utilized to realize the function of edge calculation, the traffic detection data from the preset area range is obtained, the data transmission time is short, the data quantity is small, the data processing efficiency can be improved, the data processing time can be shortened to the second level, further, the message can be timely sent to the reminding target, the effect of reminding and intervening the illegal behavior of the vehicles is achieved, the illegal behavior of the vehicles is reduced, and the road safety is improved.
Fig. 7 illustrates a physical structure schematic of a computing gateway, as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus may include: processor 810, communication interface (Communications Interface) 820, memory 830, and communication bus 840, wherein processor 810, communication interface 820, memory 830 accomplish communication with each other through communication bus 840. The processor 810 may invoke logic instructions in the memory 830 to perform a 5G network based traffic data processing method comprising: acquiring traffic detection data of traffic detection equipment in the preset area range, wherein the traffic detection data is used for representing the running state of a road vehicle; according to the traffic detection data, determining corresponding illegal behavior information, illegal vehicle information and reminding targets of all illegal vehicles; and sending the illegal action information and the illegal vehicle information to the reminding target.
Further, the logic instructions in the memory 830 described above may be implemented in the form of software functional units and may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium when sold or used as a stand-alone product. Based on this understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art or in a part of the technical solution, in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the computing gateway may be preloaded with an operating system Ubuntu, which is advantageous for supporting traffic detection devices of different vendors, such as traffic gate devices, with different algorithm platforms.
Referring to fig. 8, as an example of one specific application, the computing gateway 100 covers traffic-gate devices, i.e., traffic detection devices, within a 10 km range. The user vehicle sequentially passes through the first traffic gate device 201 and the second traffic gate device 202, the power calculation gateway 100 obtains traffic detection data of the first traffic gate device 201 and the second traffic gate device 202 through a 5G network, the traffic detection data comprises shooting image data, shooting time data and shooting position data, wherein the number of the user vehicle license plate can be obtained according to the shooting image data as a vehicle in advance AJ139, and the vehicle in advance AJ139 can be obtained according to the shooting time data and the shooting position data to pass through the first traffic gate device 201 at 14:00:00 and pass through the second traffic gate device 202 at 14:00:29. According to the distance 1054 m between the first traffic gate device 201 and the second traffic gate device 202 and the running time of 29 seconds, the vehicle running speed of the vehicle between the first traffic gate device 201 and the second traffic gate device 202 can be calculated and obtained to be 130.84km/h, assuming that the error correction value is 1%, the vehicle running speed is 129.54km/h after correction and exceeds the road section preset speed limit threshold value of 120km/h, determining that the vehicle is an illegal vehicle and does not belong to preset serious illegal behaviors, and sending the illegal behavior information and the illegal vehicle information, namely overspeed and vehicle license number of the illegal vehicle of the user equipment of an illegal vehicle owner. Meanwhile, the overspeed and the vehicle license plate number of the vehicle are sent to passengers and actual drivers on the illegal vehicles by processing based on the movement instruction data.
The present invention also provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, is implemented to perform the above-described 5G network-based traffic data processing method.
When the processor executes the computer program, traffic detection data of traffic detection equipment in a preset area can be obtained, the running state of each vehicle on a road can be obtained according to the traffic detection data, the offence information corresponding to the offence vehicle, the vehicle information of the offence vehicle and the reminding target are determined, the offence information of the offence vehicle and the offence vehicle information are sent to the reminding target, compared with a process of collecting the offence information and the offence vehicle information to a central processing node for calculation and analysis, the traffic detection data from the preset area is obtained, the data transmission time is short, the data quantity is less, the data processing efficiency can be improved, the data processing time is shortened to the second level, and further, the message can be timely sent to the reminding target, the effect of reminding and intervening in the offence is achieved, the offence of the vehicle is reduced, and the road safety is improved.
From the above description of the embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the embodiments may be implemented by means of software plus necessary general hardware platforms, or of course may be implemented by means of hardware. Based on this understanding, the foregoing technical solution may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method described in the respective embodiments or some parts of the embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. The traffic data processing method based on the 5G network is characterized by being applied to a computing gateway in a preset area range and comprising the following steps of:
acquiring traffic detection data of traffic detection equipment in the preset area range, wherein the traffic detection data is used for representing the running state of a road vehicle;
according to the traffic detection data, determining corresponding illegal behavior information, illegal vehicle information and reminding targets of all illegal vehicles;
and sending the illegal action information and the illegal vehicle information to the reminding target.
2. The 5G network-based traffic data processing method of claim 1, further comprising: and uploading the traffic detection data to a central computing node.
3. The traffic data processing method based on the 5G network according to claim 1, wherein the determining, according to the traffic detection data, the offending behavior information, the offending vehicle information, and the reminding target corresponding to each offending vehicle includes:
according to the traffic detection data, determining corresponding illegal behavior information of each illegal vehicle and illegal vehicle information;
judging whether the preset serious illegal behaviors belong to the preset serious illegal behaviors or not according to the illegal behavior information;
if the traffic law enforcement department belongs to the preset serious illegal behavior, determining a preset traffic law enforcement department as the reminding target;
if the preset serious violation behavior does not belong to the preset serious violation behavior, inquiring information of a violation vehicle owner according to the information of the violation vehicle owner, and determining the violation vehicle owner as the reminding target.

The traffic data processing method according to claim 3, wherein the traffic detection data includes photographed image data, and the determining the offending behavior information and the offending vehicle information corresponding to each offending vehicle based on the traffic detection data includes:
performing image recognition processing on the shot image data, and judging whether a violation vehicle exists or not;
if the illegal vehicle exists, identifying the illegal behavior information of the illegal vehicle and identifying the license plate number of the illegal vehicle as the illegal vehicle information.

The traffic data processing method according to claim 3, wherein the traffic detection data includes photographed image data, photographed time data, and photographed position data corresponding to each other, and the determining, based on the traffic detection data, the offence information and the offence vehicle information corresponding to each offence vehicle includes:
performing image recognition processing on the shot image data to obtain a vehicle license plate number, and associating the vehicle license plate number with corresponding shooting time data and shooting position data;
calculating a vehicle running speed corresponding to the vehicle license plate number according to the shooting time data and the shooting position data associated with the same vehicle license plate number;
and comparing the vehicle running speed with a preset speed limit threshold corresponding to the shooting position data, and taking overspeed violations as the violating behavior information and the corresponding vehicle license plate numbers as the violating vehicle information if the vehicle running speed is larger than the preset speed limit threshold.

The 5G network-based traffic data processing method according to claim 5, further comprising, after said calculating a vehicle running speed corresponding to the vehicle license plate number from the photographing time data and the photographing position data associated with the same vehicle license plate number:
and correcting the running speed of the vehicle according to the preset error correction value.
7. The traffic data processing method based on the 5G network according to claim 5, wherein the determining whether the traffic data belongs to the preset serious violation according to the violation information comprises:
when the illegal behavior information is overspeed, comparing the running speed of the vehicle with the preset speed limit threshold value which is 1.5 times of the running speed of the vehicle;
if the vehicle running speed is greater than 1.5 times of the preset speed limit threshold, determining that the serious overspeed belongs to the preset serious illegal action;
and if the running speed of the vehicle is less than or equal to 1.5 times of the preset speed limit threshold, determining that the common overspeed does not belong to the preset serious illegal action.
8. The 5G network-based traffic data processing method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the sending the offending behavior information and the offending vehicle information to the alert target:
acquiring mobile signaling data, wherein the mobile signaling data are used for representing the identification code, the position information and the mobile state of user equipment;
screening the mobile signaling data according to the traffic detection data corresponding to the illegal vehicle to acquire the mobile signaling data corresponding to the illegal vehicle as target signaling data;
and sending the illegal action information and the illegal vehicle information to corresponding user equipment according to the target signaling data.
9. A computing gateway comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the 5G network-based traffic data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when the program is executed.
10. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the 5G network-based traffic data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
