Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description, wherein it is to be understood that, on the premise of no conflict, the following embodiments or technical features may be arbitrarily combined to form new embodiments.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a visual flow verification and approval method, which is characterized in that the trend of the whole flow is customized in a visual mode, the flexibility of flow editing and auditing is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Firstly, configuring a corresponding account number for each flow initiator having flow initiation authority in advance, and binding the account number of each flow initiator with a PC terminal of a station where the flow initiator is located; each flow initiator can log in the account number of the flow initiator in the appointed software, initiate the flow through a visual interface on the appointed software and carry out custom setting on the trend of the flow.
As shown in fig. 1, an icon list area and a flow editing area are provided in the visual interface, a predefined plurality of flow icons are displayed in the icon list area, the flow icons include a start flow icon and an end flow icon, each start flow icon represents a flow, for example, the start flow icon a represents a contract checking flow, the start flow icon B represents a leave-in flow, and the start flow icon C represents a money requesting flow; the end-point flow icon represents the final filing position of the flow, and the filing position can be the PC terminal address of any one flow initiator or the PC terminal address of a plurality of flow initiators.
When a current flow initiator wants to initiate a flow, dragging the flow icons from the starting point in the icon list area to the flow editing area according to actual requirements, dragging the end point flow icons in the icon list area to the flow editing area, drawing connecting lines between the flow icons, wherein the connecting lines are connecting lines with directions, the flow icons pointed by the arrow directions of the connecting lines are the end point flow icons, and generating corresponding starting point flow nodes and end point flow nodes according to the flow icons.
In some embodiments, a plurality of starting point flow icons can be connected successively, so that after one flow is finished, the other flow is triggered to start, and various actual use requirements of flow initiating personnel are met. For example, the request flow is issued immediately after a contract approval flow is initiated and completed. The archiving may be performed at the end of each flow, or may be performed after all flows are completed. The combination mode of the flow is not limited herein, and the flow initiator can edit the flow according to the actual use requirement.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the process checking and approving method specifically includes the following steps:
step S1: acquiring drawing operation executed on a visual interface, and generating and displaying a flow chart comprising a starting point flow node and an end point flow node in real time;
step S2: acquiring an input flow type, creating a corresponding flow file, editing key information and marking key points, and creating an intermediate flow node in the flow chart according to the mark type;
step S3: and responding to the verification request to verify the flow chart, distributing the flow chart file to the intermediate flow node for approval according to the flow chart when the verification is successful, and finally, flowing to the end flow node to obtain an approval result.
In this embodiment, after the corresponding start flow icon and end flow icon are dragged to the flow editing area in a visual manner, the start flow node automatically calls a flow template pre-stored in a database according to the flow type corresponding to the start flow icon as the flow file, the flow file can be regarded as a file template corresponding to each flow, and the positions, needing to be filled by flow initiating personnel, in the template are marked in advance, so that key information can be automatically written into the flow file in the follow-up process, and the flow file is circulated and approved to finally complete the whole flow approval process.
The flow type corresponding to the starting point flow icon comprises a contract flow and a basic business flow; for example, the flow such as asking for money or asking for the false does not need to carry out professional examination and approval of the contract file, the flow is classified into a basic business flow, the examination and approval process of the flow of the type is relatively simple, and the flow can be ended basically only by examining and approving the time, the amount and other parameters in the flow. In order to improve the flexibility of examination and approval of the contract flow, the embodiment can optimize the contract flow when the contract flow is initiated, automatically write the content of the contract file, jump a plurality of examination and approval personnel to examine and approve the contract file according to actual requirements, and improve the efficiency.
When the visual interface generates the starting point flow node, a flow initiator can click the starting point flow node in the interface, the visual interface calls out the corresponding flow file, and the flow initiator can enter information at each pre-marked position in the flow file, so that the flow file is perfected.
In some embodiments, the process initiating personnel can also directly input key information in an information input frame of the visual interface, wherein the key information can be content such as money, time, customer information, business information, contract term details and the like, after the input key information is acquired, the key information can be subjected to key word analysis to analyze which parameter is input information, and if 30 American gold is input, the input money parameter can be judged as the input money parameter because the 30 American gold key comprises the American gold key; and locating the position of the flow file corresponding to the key information, namely finding the position in the flow file where the amount parameter needs to be written in, and automatically writing the key information into the flow file.
Besides inputting key information, a process initiating person can also perform key point labels on the process file, and the process initiating person can add corresponding key point labels to any paragraph position in the process file according to requirements; the key point labels are used for determining intermediate nodes of the whole process, so that the process file flow of the starting point process node is transferred to the intermediate nodes for processing and then is finally filed in the ending point process node.
At least two types of key point labels are predefined in the visual interface, one key point label is a template label, and the other key point label is an approval label. If the examination is required, the examination label can be directly added in the flow file, so that the flow file of the examination flow can be directly transferred to the second intermediate node for the specified examination personnel to examine, and the examination operation of the examination and approval of the basic business flows of the examination and approval is completed. If the contract flow is the contract flow, the complex contract approval flow can be completed by combining the template label and the approval label.
Taking the contract flow as an example, if a section of specified content which is not recorded in the flow file needs to be filled in the current flow file and the specified content is written in the previous flow file, in order to reduce repeated editing of the content, a flow initiator can add a template tag in a section where the specified content needs to be added in the current flow file. When software judges that the template label is marked in the flow file, the flow chart automatically creates a first intermediate node, adds the first intermediate node between a starting point flow node and an end point flow node and automatically generates a connecting line so as to transfer the flow file flow to the first intermediate node.
The first intermediate node is a local/cloud storage space with a designated address, a large number of history files are stored in the local/cloud storage space, each history file can be marked with a corresponding template label for a certain paragraph in advance, for example, a certain paragraph of the history file a is marked with a template label a, and a certain paragraph of the history file B is marked with a template label B. And different file contents correspond to different template labels, and the two sections of the history file A can be respectively marked with the template labels A1 and A2.
If the flow initiator adds the template tag A1 in the current flow file, the history file A containing the template tag A1 can be found from the first intermediate node, the paragraph marked with the template tag A1 in the history file A is extracted, and the paragraph marked with the template tag A1 in the current flow file is automatically filled in, so that the content supplementing operation of the current flow file is completed.
The approval tag is used for determining which approval personnel are required to approve the current flow file; different approvers predefine different approval tags; the process initiating personnel can add a corresponding approval tag to any paragraph position in the process file according to the requirement, generate a second intermediate node in the process diagram according to the approval tag marked by the process file, and add the second intermediate node between the starting point process node and the end point process node; if the flow chart includes the first intermediate node, the flow initiator can also perform personalized configuration on the sequence between the first intermediate node and the second intermediate node, and connect the first intermediate node and the second intermediate node through connecting wires to form a complete flow chart.
At this time, the flow file may be transferred to the second intermediate node according to the flow direction of the flow chart. And the flow file which is about to complete content supplementation or the flow file which is not marked with the template label is directly circulated to the second intermediate node, the second intermediate node is provided with an approval reminding mechanism, and approval information is pushed to an approver bound with the approval label so as to prompt the approver to log in the second intermediate node for flow approval.
If different approval tags are respectively added to different paragraph positions in the flow file by a flow initiating person, a plurality of second intermediate nodes can be created according to the number of the approval tags, and the number of the second intermediate nodes is consistent with the number of the approval tags; the second intermediate nodes can be the same level, namely the file paragraphs marked with the approval tags are split, the split file paragraphs are simultaneously distributed to the second intermediate nodes of the same level, and approval messages are pushed according to the approvers matched with the approval tags, so that each approver is reminded to log in the corresponding second intermediate node to carry out auditing on the split file paragraphs.
In some embodiments, the created plurality of second intermediate nodes may be different levels, and the process initiator may sequentially edit the approval tags added to the process file, that is, after each file paragraph marked with the approval tag is split from the process file, sequentially distribute the split file paragraphs to the corresponding second intermediate nodes according to the sequence, after the approval operation of the previous node is completed, flow the approval content and the approval result of the previous node to the next second intermediate node according to the sequence of the tags until the approval process of all the second intermediate nodes is completed according to the sequence of the tags.
Meanwhile, before each flow node is created in the visual interface and the flow file is circulated among the nodes, whether the currently drawn flow chart is complete or not needs to be judged according to a preset business flow verification rule, namely whether a starting point flow node, a second middle flow node or an end point flow node is absent or not is judged, if the flow node is not ensured, the flow is complete, the verification is passed, at the moment, a flow initiating person can press a flow submitting button in the visual interface, which is equivalent to starting to execute the approval flow, and the system executes flow approval operation according to the sequence of each flow node in the flow chart. If any node in the second intermediate node, the starting point flow node or the end point flow node is not found in the flow chart in the verification process, the judgment process is incomplete, and at the moment, even if a process initiating person presses a process submitting button in a visual interface, the process cannot be started to execute, and the flow file cannot be circulated.
After each second intermediate node receives the flow file of the circulation, each second intermediate node generates reminding information according to the approval personnel information bound by the approval labels and the addresses of the second intermediate nodes, the reminding information is pushed to a PC terminal where the approval personnel are located, the approval personnel can go to the corresponding second intermediate nodes according to the addresses in the reminding information, approval is carried out on the whole flow file/part of the flow file on the second intermediate nodes to generate approval results, and finally the approval results of all the second intermediate nodes are collected, integrated into the whole flow file and circulated to the terminal flow node for display.
In some embodiments, the content to be approved may be directly pushed to the PC terminal of the approver according to the PC terminal address of the approver corresponding to the approval tag, and after the approver completes approval on its own PC terminal, the PC terminal may upload the flow file and the approval result to the second intermediate node, and then flow to the endpoint flow node for summarizing and displaying.
