acquiring a physical state value of a user;
acquiring a physical state target value corresponding to the user;
judging whether the physical state value reaches the physical state target value or not;
calculating a difference value between the physical state value and the physical state target value under the condition that the physical state value does not reach the physical state target value, and displaying the physical state value, the physical state target value and the difference value according to a preset first display mode;
and under the condition that the physical state value reaches the physical state target value, displaying target achievement information and the physical state value according to a preset second display mode.
2. The information presentation method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring the physical state target value corresponding to the user includes:
under the condition that a pre-stored physical state target value corresponding to the user exists, acquiring the pre-stored physical state target value corresponding to the user; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and under the condition that the pre-stored physical state target value corresponding to the user is not available, calculating the physical state target value corresponding to the user according to the identity information of the user.
3. The information presentation method according to claim 1, wherein the presenting the physical state value, the physical state target value, and the difference value according to a preset first presentation manner includes:
determining target color saturation according to a difference value between the physical state value and the physical state target value and a preset first corresponding relation; the first corresponding relation is a corresponding relation between the difference value and the color saturation, and the smaller the difference value is, the higher the color saturation corresponding to the difference value is;
and displaying the physical state numerical value, the physical state target value and the difference value according to the target color saturation and a preset picture.

The information display method according to claim 3, wherein the preset pictures are a plurality of pictures; before the displaying the physical state value, the physical state target value and the difference value according to the target color saturation and the preset picture, the method comprises the following steps:
determining a target picture according to a difference value between the physical state value and the physical state target value and a preset second corresponding relation; the second corresponding relation is a corresponding relation between the difference value and the preset picture;
the displaying the physical state value, the physical state target value and the difference value according to the target color saturation and a preset picture comprises the following steps:

The information presentation method according to claim 1, wherein the physical state values include physiological characteristic values and exercise characteristic values, and the physical state target values corresponding to the user include exercise characteristic target values corresponding to the user; the physiological characteristic values include at least: heart rate value, body temperature, blood oxygen content, respiratory rate and blood pressure value; the motion characteristic parameters at least comprise: step frequency, stride length, exercise distance, exercise time, calorie consumption and pace making;
the motion characteristic target value corresponding to the user is obtained through the following steps:
judging whether the user is in a motion state or not according to the physiological characteristic value and the motion characteristic value;
and under the condition that the user is in a motion state, acquiring the motion characteristic target value corresponding to the user.
8. The information presentation method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the physical state target values are plural, and after the physical state target values corresponding to the user are acquired, comprising:
acquiring switching information of the physical state target value, and determining the physical state target value after switching according to the switching information;
and judging whether the physical state value reaches the physical state target value after switching.
