It is only necessary to note that, under different delivery indexes, different target service systems obtain corresponding sub-delivery indexes. The customer relation management system and the data consumption service system are both target service systems in a content platform (particularly an advertisement platform).

The content creator creates a delivery plan 1 and a delivery plan 2 for the commodity. In response to the creation operation of the placement plan 1 and the placement plan 2 for the commodity by the content creator, the advertisement platform may acquire the placement plan 1 and the placement plan 2. At least advertisement 1 for the commodity and city 1, city 2, and city 3 to which advertisement 1 is to be delivered are included in delivery plan 1. At least advertisement 2 for the item and city 1, city 2, and city 3 to which advertisement 2 is to be placed are included in placement plan 2.
In addition, the content creator may set a regional delivery condition for the commodity in the commodity library. When creating the regional delivery condition, the content creator determines that the delivery index of city 1 is the delivery consumption amount, the delivery index of city 2 is the delivery consumption amount, and the delivery index of city 3 is the delivery consumption amount. And setting corresponding releasing conditions for each city. For example, city 1 corresponds to a delivery condition that the delivery consumption amount satisfies the upper limit of the delivery budget of 50 ten thousand yuan, city 2 corresponds to a delivery condition that the delivery consumption amount satisfies the upper limit of the delivery budget of 40 ten thousand yuan, and city 3 corresponds to a delivery condition that the delivery consumption amount satisfies the upper limit of the delivery budget of 30 ten thousand yuan. Furthermore, the regional delivery conditions corresponding to the commodities are synchronized from the commodity library to the budget calculation service. And the budget calculation service corresponding to the regional delivery conditions is used for realizing the calculation of the delivery indexes of all cities in the regional delivery conditions. And respectively associating the delivery plan 1 and the delivery plan 2 corresponding to the commodities with the regional delivery conditions corresponding to the commodities so as to add the delivery plan 1 and the delivery plan 2 to the budget calculation service corresponding to the regional delivery conditions. And acquiring target user terminals in cities 1, 2 and 3 under the delivery plan 1 based on the model parameters of the delivery plan 1 and the content delivery model. And obtaining target user terminals in the city 1, the city 2 and the city 3 under the delivery plan 2 based on the model parameters of the delivery plan 2 and the content delivery model.
The advertising platform provides a schedule control service system that includes a placement engine. The delivery engine delivers the advertisement 1 in the delivery plan 1 to the target user terminals in the cities 1, 2 and 3 under the delivery plan 1 according to the delivery plan 1. And according to delivery plan 2, delivering advertisement 2 in delivery plan 2 to target user terminals in city 1, city 2 and city 3 under delivery plan 2.
After the delivery, the budget calculation service calculates the delivery consumption amount of city 1 in real time to determine whether the delivery consumption amount of city 1 reaches the delivery budget upper limit, calculates the delivery consumption amount of city 2 in real time to determine whether the delivery consumption amount of city 2 reaches the delivery budget upper limit, and calculates the delivery consumption amount of city 3 in real time to determine whether the delivery consumption amount of city 3 reaches the delivery budget upper limit. The plan control service system also includes a data center system. When the investment amount of the release in the city 1 reaches the release pre-calculation upper limit corresponding to the city 1, the pre-calculation service notifies the data center system, so that the data center system removes the city 1 in the release plan 1 and the release plan 2.
In a specific implementation, the product ID, the city 1 ID, the delivery plan 1 ID, and the delivery plan 2 ID may be transmitted to the plan control service system. The plan control service system identifies a commodity, a city 1, an impression plan 1, and an impression plan 2 based on the commodity ID, the ID of the city 1, the ID of the impression plan 1, and the ID of the impression plan 2, and excludes the city 1 from the city 1 of the impression plan 1 and the impression plan 2. Furthermore, the budget calculation service may determine the sum of the investment amount for delivery in city 1 under the delivery plan 1 and the investment amount for delivery in city 1 under the delivery plan 2 as the investment amount for delivery in city 1; determining the sum of the throwing consumption amount of the city 2 under the throwing plan 1 and the throwing consumption amount of the city 2 under the throwing plan 2 as the throwing consumption amount of the city 2; the sum of the placement cost amount for city 3 under placement plan 1 and the placement cost amount for city 3 under placement plan 2 is determined as the placement cost amount for city 3.
It is understood that, when the release indexes of the respective cities are the amount of reserves, the budget calculation service may obtain, through the customer relationship management system, the amount of reserves of city 1, the amount of reserves of city 2, and the amount of reserves of city 3 under the release plan 1, and obtain the amount of reserves of city 1, the amount of reserves of city 2, and the amount of reserves of city 3 under the release plan 2. Further, the amount of the withheld resources of city 1 is the sum of the amount of the withheld resources of city 1 under the delivery plan 1 and the amount of the withheld resources of city 1 under the delivery plan 2; the amount of the withheld resources of the city 2 is the sum of the amount of the withheld resources of the city 2 under the release plan 1 and the amount of the withheld resources of the city 2 under the release plan 2; the amount of capital withheld for city 3 is the sum of the amount of capital withheld for city 3 under delivery plan 1 and the amount of capital withheld for city 3 under delivery plan 2. Furthermore, the preset computing service can determine whether the amount of the reserved funds of the city 1, the city 2 and the city 3 reaches the corresponding upper limit of the amount of the reserved funds. As an alternative example, data transfer between the budget computing service and the customer relationship management system may be in the form of Kafka messages.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that in the method of the present invention, the order of writing the steps does not imply a strict order of execution and any limitations on the implementation, and the specific order of execution of the steps should be determined by their function and possible inherent logic.

Because the principle of solving the problem of the device in the embodiment of the present disclosure is similar to that of the method for delivering the content in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the implementation of the device may refer to the implementation of the method, and repeated details are not repeated.

Based on the content delivery method provided by the above method embodiment, the present application further provides an electronic device, including: one or more processors; a storage device, on which one or more programs are stored, which when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the content delivery method of any of the embodiments described above.
Referring now to FIG. 4, shown is a schematic diagram of an electronic device 1300 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present application. The terminal device in the embodiment of the present application may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a Digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a PAD (Portable android device), a PMP (Portable multimedia Player), a car terminal (e.g., car navigation terminal), and the like, and a fixed terminal such as a Digital TV (television), a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 4 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, electronic device 1300 may include a processing device (e.g., central processing unit, graphics processor, etc.) 1301 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 1302 or a program loaded from a storage device 1306 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1303. In the RAM1303, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 1300 are also stored. The processing device 1301, the ROM1302, and the RAM1303 are connected to each other via a bus 1304. An input/output (I/O) interface 1305 is also connected to bus 1304.

For example, embodiments of the present application include a computer program product comprising a computer program carried on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. Examples of communication networks include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), the Internet (e.g., the Internet), and peer-to-peer networks (e.g., ad hoc peer-to-peer networks), as well as any currently known or future developed network.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device.
The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform the content delivery method.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present application may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including but not limited to an object oriented programming language such as Java, smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).

In the context of this application, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. According to one or more embodiments of the present application, [ example one ] there is provided a content delivery method, the method comprising:
responding to a release plan creating operation of a target object in a content platform, and acquiring at least one release plan of the target object; the delivery plans comprise target contents of the target object and each delivery plan comprises the same delivery area; the number of the throwing areas is multiple;
according to each delivery plan, delivering the target content of the target object in the delivery plan to target user terminals of a plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan;
in the releasing process, when the releasing areas meet releasing conditions corresponding to the releasing areas, the releasing areas in each releasing plan are removed until each releasing area meets the corresponding releasing conditions.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, in example two, before target content of the target object in the delivery plan is delivered to target user terminals of a plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan according to each delivery plan, the method further includes:
responding to the setting operation of the regional releasing condition corresponding to the target object, and acquiring the regional releasing condition corresponding to the target object; the regional throwing conditions comprise every throwing condition corresponding to the throwing region, and the throwing condition corresponding to the throwing region is that any throwing index of the throwing region meets a preset range corresponding to the throwing index.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, in example three, there is provided a content delivery method, when the target content is an advertisement, the delivery index is a delivery consumption amount or a reserve amount; when the putting index is the putting consumption amount, the preset range corresponding to the putting index is a preset amount range; and when the releasing index is the reserved amount, the preset range corresponding to the releasing index is a preset reserved amount range.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, [ example four ] there is provided a content delivery method, the method further comprising:
associating each delivery plan with the sub-area delivery condition so as to add each delivery plan to budget calculation service corresponding to the sub-area delivery condition;
in the release process, when the release area satisfies the release condition corresponding to the release area, removing the release area in each release plan until each release area satisfies the corresponding release condition, including:
in the release process, obtaining release indexes of each release area calculated by the budget calculation service;
and when any release index of the release areas meets the preset range corresponding to the release index, stopping releasing to the release areas, and removing the release areas in each release plan until each release area meets the corresponding release condition.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, in an example v, a content delivery method is provided, where a delivery index of a delivery area is obtained by adding sub-delivery indexes of the delivery areas in each delivery plan.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, an [ example six ] provides a content delivery method, where after the budget calculation service sends the object identifier of the target object, the plan identifier of each delivery plan, and the area identifier of the delivery area to a target service system corresponding to the delivery index in the content platform, the target service system obtains and returns the object identifier of the target object, the plan identifier of each delivery plan, and the area identifier of the delivery area to the budget calculation service.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, an [ example seven ] provides a content delivery method, wherein an acquisition process of target user terminals of a plurality of delivery areas under a delivery plan includes:
inputting characteristic data of each releasing user in a plurality of releasing areas under the releasing plan into a content releasing model corresponding to the releasing plan, and acquiring a predicted triggering probability which is output by the content releasing model and corresponds to each releasing user;
determining the releasing users corresponding to the prediction trigger probability meeting a preset probability range as target releasing users in a plurality of releasing areas under the releasing plan; and the terminal corresponding to the target release user is a target user terminal.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, [ example eight ] there is provided a content delivery method, the method further comprising:
acquiring content delivery result data of a plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan; the content delivery result data comprises characteristic data of target delivery users in a plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan and actual trigger probability corresponding to the target delivery users;
inputting feature data of target releasing users of a plurality of releasing areas under the releasing plan into a content releasing model corresponding to the releasing plan, and acquiring a predicted triggering probability corresponding to the target releasing users output by the content releasing model;
and training the content delivery model according to the predicted trigger probability corresponding to the target delivery user and the actual predicted trigger probability corresponding to the target delivery user.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, an [ example nine ] provides a content delivery apparatus, including a first obtaining unit configured to obtain at least one delivery plan of a target object in response to a delivery plan creation operation for the target object in a content platform; the delivery plans comprise target contents of the target object and each delivery plan comprises the same delivery area; the number of the throwing areas is multiple;
the delivery unit is used for delivering the target content of the target object in the delivery plan to the target user terminals of a plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan according to each delivery plan;
and the processing unit is used for removing the throwing areas in each throwing plan until each throwing area meets the corresponding throwing condition when the throwing area meets the corresponding throwing condition in the throwing process.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, [ example ten ] there is provided a content delivery apparatus, the apparatus further comprising:
a condition setting unit, configured to, before launching the target content of the target object in the launch plan to target user terminals in multiple launch areas under the launch plan according to each launch plan, obtain a sub-area launch condition corresponding to the target object in response to a setting operation on the sub-area launch condition corresponding to the target object; the regional throwing conditions comprise every throwing condition corresponding to the throwing region, and the throwing condition corresponding to the throwing region is that any throwing index of the throwing region meets the preset range corresponding to the throwing index.

the association unit is used for associating each release plan with the sub-area release condition so as to add each release plan to the budget calculation service corresponding to the sub-area release condition;
the processing unit 303 includes:
the acquiring subunit is configured to acquire, in the release process, a release index of each release area calculated by the budget calculation service;
and the processing subunit is used for stopping the release to the release areas when any release index of the release areas meets the preset range corresponding to the release index, and removing the release areas in each release plan until each release area meets the corresponding release condition.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, in an embodiment, a content delivery apparatus is provided, wherein a delivery index of a delivery area is obtained by adding sub delivery indexes of the delivery areas in each delivery plan.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, an [ example fourteen ] content delivery apparatus is provided, where after the budget calculation service sends the object identifier of the target object, the plan identifier of each delivery plan, and the area identifier of the delivery area to a target service system corresponding to the delivery index in the content platform, the target service system obtains and returns the object identifier of the target object, the plan identifier of each delivery plan, and the area identifier of the delivery area to the budget calculation service.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, [ example fifteen ] there is provided a content delivery apparatus, the apparatus further comprising a second obtaining unit configured to obtain target user terminals of a plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan;
the second obtaining unit is specifically configured to:
inputting characteristic data of each releasing user in a plurality of releasing areas under the releasing plan into a content releasing model corresponding to the releasing plan, and acquiring a predicted triggering probability which is output by the content releasing model and corresponds to each releasing user;
determining the releasing users corresponding to the prediction trigger probability meeting a preset probability range as target releasing users in a plurality of releasing areas under the releasing plan; and the terminal corresponding to the target release user is a target user terminal.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, [ example sixteen ] there is provided a content delivery apparatus, the apparatus further comprising:
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain content delivery result data of a plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan; the content delivery result data comprises characteristic data of target delivery users in a plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan and actual trigger probability corresponding to the target delivery users;
a fourth obtaining unit, configured to input feature data of target released users in multiple release areas under the release plan into a content release model corresponding to the release plan, and obtain a predicted trigger probability, which is output by the content release model and corresponds to the target released users;
and the training unit is used for training the content delivery model according to the predicted trigger probability corresponding to the target delivery user and the actual predicted trigger probability corresponding to the target delivery user.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, there is provided an electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the content delivery method of any of the embodiments.
According to one or more embodiments of the present application, an eighteenth example provides a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the content delivery method of any of the embodiments.
It should be noted that, in the present specification, the embodiments are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments may be referred to each other. For the system or the device disclosed by the embodiment, the description is simple because the system or the device corresponds to the method disclosed by the embodiment, and the relevant points can be referred to the method part for description.
It should be understood that in the present application, "at least one" means one or more, "a plurality" means two or more. Claims (11)

1. A method for content delivery, the method comprising:
responding to a release plan creating operation of a target object in a content platform, and acquiring at least one release plan of the target object; the delivery plans comprise target contents of the target object and each delivery plan comprises the same delivery area; the number of the throwing areas is multiple;
according to each delivery plan, delivering the target content of the target object in the delivery plan to target user terminals of a plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan;
in the releasing process, when the releasing areas meet releasing conditions corresponding to the releasing areas, the releasing areas in each releasing plan are removed until each releasing area meets the corresponding releasing conditions.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to delivering the target content of the target object in the delivery plan to the target user terminals of the plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan according to each of the delivery plans, the method further comprises:
responding to the setting operation of the regional releasing condition corresponding to the target object, and acquiring the regional releasing condition corresponding to the target object; the regional throwing conditions comprise every throwing condition corresponding to the throwing region, and the throwing condition corresponding to the throwing region is that any throwing index of the throwing region meets a preset range corresponding to the throwing index.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the target content is an advertisement, the delivery index is a delivery consumption amount or a set aside amount; when the putting index is the putting consumption amount, the preset range corresponding to the putting index is a preset amount range; and when the releasing index is the reserved amount, the preset range corresponding to the releasing index is a preset reserved amount range.
4. A method according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
associating each delivery plan with the sub-area delivery condition so as to add each delivery plan to budget calculation service corresponding to the sub-area delivery condition;
in the release process, when the release area satisfies the release condition corresponding to the release area, removing the release area in each release plan until each release area satisfies the corresponding release condition, including:
in the release process, obtaining release indexes of each release area calculated by the budget calculation service;
and when any release index of the release areas meets the preset range corresponding to the release index, stopping releasing to the release areas, and removing the release areas in each release plan until each release area meets the corresponding release condition.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the placement index for the placement area is obtained by adding sub-placement indexes for the placement area in each of the placement plans.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein after the budget calculation service sends the object identifier of the target object, the plan identifier of each delivery plan, and the area identifier of the delivery area to the target service system corresponding to the delivery index in the content platform, the target service system obtains and returns the object identifier of the target object, the plan identifier of each delivery plan, and the area identifier of the delivery area to the budget calculation service.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the target user terminals for the plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan comprises:
inputting characteristic data of each releasing user in a plurality of releasing areas under the releasing plan into a content releasing model corresponding to the releasing plan, and acquiring a predicted triggering probability which is output by the content releasing model and corresponds to each releasing user;
determining the releasing users corresponding to the predicted trigger probability meeting a preset probability range as target releasing users in a plurality of releasing areas under the releasing plan; and the terminal corresponding to the target release user is a target user terminal.
8. The method of claim 1 or 7, further comprising:
acquiring content delivery result data of a plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan; the content delivery result data comprises characteristic data of target delivery users in a plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan and actual trigger probability corresponding to the target delivery users;
inputting characteristic data of target releasing users of a plurality of releasing areas under the releasing plan into a content releasing model corresponding to the releasing plan, and acquiring a predicted triggering probability corresponding to the target releasing users output by the content releasing model;
and training the content delivery model according to the predicted trigger probability corresponding to the target delivery user and the actual predicted trigger probability corresponding to the target delivery user.
9. A content delivery apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a third acquisition unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for responding to the launching plan creating operation of a target object in a content platform and acquiring at least one launching plan of the target object; the delivery plans comprise target contents of the target object and each delivery plan comprises the same delivery area; the number of the throwing areas is multiple;
the delivery unit is used for delivering the target content of the target object in the delivery plan to target user terminals of a plurality of delivery areas under the delivery plan according to each delivery plan;
and the processing unit is used for removing the throwing areas in each throwing plan until each throwing area meets the corresponding throwing condition when the throwing area meets the corresponding throwing condition in the throwing process.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon,
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the content delivery method of any of claims 1-8.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out a method of content delivery according to any of claims 1-8.
