step S301, analyzing the sign-in task state information records, and determining the completion number of the sign-in tasks;
step S302, determining that the processing result meets a preset triggering condition, wherein the preset triggering condition is that the ratio of the completion number of the check-in tasks to the preset number of participants is not less than a preset ratio value.
The prompt message generated by the server in step S107 may be: "all people checked in".
Specifically, if the preset trigger condition is that the number of people signing in is greater than or equal to 80% of the number of people participating in the conference and the preset number of people participating in the conference is 100, when the server determines that the number of completed tasks signing in is 80, a prompt message that all people sign in is generated, and the prompt message can be pushed to the user terminal corresponding to the user in the conference group.
According to the technical scheme, the completion condition of the sign-in task of the target is automatically acquired, whether the ratio of the completion quantity of the sign-in task to the preset number of participants is not smaller than a preset proportional value is automatically judged through information analysis, and a prompt message for prompting that all the participants sign in is automatically generated when the condition is met, so that the aim of automatically acquiring the sign-in condition of the participants is fulfilled without wasting a long time or frequently inquiring by all users, and the working efficiency is improved during an online conference.
In this embodiment, the obtaining, by the server in step S105, the task state record information for the target document may include:

step S401, analyzing the sign-in task state information records and the reading task state information records, and determining the completion number of the sign-in tasks and the completion number of the reading tasks;
step S402, determining that the processing result meets a preset triggering condition, wherein the preset triggering condition is that the ratio of the number of completed reading tasks to the number of completed check-in tasks is not less than a preset ratio value.
The prompt message generated by the server in step S107 may be: "all people read out".
Specifically, if the predetermined trigger condition is "the number of reading people is greater than or equal to 80% of the number of participating persons", when the server determines that the number of completed tasks is 100 and the number of completed reading tasks is 80, "all people have read" prompt message is generated, and the prompt message can be pushed to the user terminal corresponding to the predetermined user in the target group, for example, to the user terminal corresponding to the host.
According to the technical scheme, the sign-in task completion condition and the reading task completion condition of the target are automatically obtained, whether the ratio of the completion number of the reading tasks to the completion number of the sign-in tasks is not smaller than a preset ratio value is automatically judged through information analysis, and a prompt message prompting that all people are read is automatically generated when the condition is met, so that the reading condition of the participants can be automatically known under the condition that all users do not waste long time or frequently inquires, and the working efficiency is improved when online document processing is carried out.
The content of the prompt message may be adjusted according to actual needs, as shown in fig. 5, the prompt message displayed at the user terminal may further include the time of message generation, so that the user can know the specific time of completion of check-in.
The predetermined users receiving the push message may be one or more users, and may be set according to actual needs.
The method includes that a plurality of kinds of prompting messages are generated after preset triggering conditions and conditions are met, no matter which kind of triggering conditions and prompting messages are preset, and no matter which kind of triggering conditions and prompting messages are set by a user with host authority or a system administrator, as long as the conditions are used for judging analysis results of task state record information and the prompting messages are used for prompting corresponding users to complete tasks of target documents, the task state can be confirmed no longer through the existing inquiry or waiting confirming mode with low efficiency, the problems in the prior art can be solved, corresponding effects can be obtained, and after the triggering conditions and the prompting messages are set, a record can be generated in MySQL, and the record format is as shown in Table 3:
Figure BDA0002706981740000091
TABLE 3
When the target user record information is not increased or updated, the server generates and analyzes the task state record information continuously based on the target user record information, the processing result does not change, and the server pressure is increased, so that when at least one of the completion number of the check-in tasks and the completion number of the reading tasks of the target document is determined to change, the server analyzes the task state record information, the processing resource of the server is saved, and the server pressure caused by long-time detection of kafka is reduced.
After acquiring the task state record information for the target document, the server may generate a reading schedule for each user in the target group, and display an online document reading page of the user terminal corresponding to each user, as shown in fig. 8, below the "i read completed" button.
