Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
The present invention contemplates that entities responsible for collecting, analyzing, disclosing, transmitting, storing, or otherwise using such personal information data will comply with established privacy policies and/or privacy practices. In particular, such entities should enforce and adhere to the use of privacy policies and practices that are recognized to meet or exceed industry or government requirements for maintaining privacy and security of personal information data. Such policies should be easily accessible to users and should be updated as data collection and/or usage changes. Personal information from the user should be collected for legitimate and legitimate uses by the entity and not shared or sold outside of these legitimate uses. Furthermore, such acquisition/sharing should be performed after receiving user informed consent. Furthermore, such entities should consider taking any necessary steps to defend and secure access to such personal information data, and to ensure that others who have access to the personal information data comply with their privacy policies and procedures. In addition, such entities may subject themselves to third party evaluations to prove compliance with widely accepted privacy policies and practices. In addition, policies and practices should be adjusted to collect and/or access specific types of personal information data and to apply applicable laws and standards including specific considerations of jurisdiction. For example, in the united states, the collection or acquisition of certain health data may be governed by federal and/or state laws, such as the health insurance association and accountability act (HIPAA); while other countries may have health data subject to other regulations and policies and should be treated accordingly. Therefore, different privacy practices should be maintained for different personal data types in each country.
Regardless of the foregoing, the present invention also contemplates embodiments in which a user selectively prevents use or access to personal information data. That is, the present invention contemplates that hardware elements and/or software elements may be provided to prevent or block access to such personal information data. For example, in terms of accessing or storing health information, the techniques of the present invention may be configured to allow a user to opt-in or opt-out of participating in the collection of personal information data during registration services or at any time thereafter. In another example, the user may choose not to provide certain types of health-related information. In yet another example, the user may choose to limit the length of time the health-related information is maintained or to prohibit the storage of the health-related information entirely. In addition to providing "opt-in" and "opt-out" options, the present invention contemplates providing notifications related to accessing or using personal information. De-identification may be facilitated by removing particular identifiers (e.g., date of birth, etc.), controlling the amount or specificity of stored data (e.g., collecting location data at a city level rather than at an address level), controlling how data is stored (e.g., aggregating data among users), and/or other methods, as appropriate.
At present, for large equipment articles, on one hand, due to the problems of complexity, specialty and the like of use, the transaction process of the articles not only comprises delivery, but also comprises services such as installation, debugging, acceptance and the like, and is not suitable for a transaction mode of paying full payment for one time; on the other hand, because the transaction amount of the equipment is usually large, the conventional online transaction rule can only carry out settlement of merchants after payment of all money, thereby influencing the fund turnover efficiency of the merchants and bringing certain fund pressure to the merchants. And the traditional offline transaction not only increases the daily management and transaction cost for users and merchants, but also is not beneficial to the extraction, statistics and analysis of transaction information. That is, for such articles, there is no efficient transaction mode which can satisfy the appeal of users and merchants at the same time, and the practical application cannot be well satisfied.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an order payment settlement method, which comprises the steps of generating batch payment orders comprising a plurality of payment nodes according to order placing requests of users; according to a payment request of a user, when an acceptance settlement node is obtained, acceptance settlement is carried out on a merchant; and when the surplus settlement node is obtained, carrying out surplus settlement on the merchant. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention not only supports online payment and settlement, meets the demands of batch payment of the user side, but also supports the advance settlement of partial money of the merchant at a specific payment node, solves the problem of capital turnover of the merchant, reduces the capital pressure of the merchant and ensures the rights and interests of the merchant.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method for settlement of order payment according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for settlement of order payment according to an embodiment of the present invention includes steps S101 to S104 as follows.
Step S101, generating a batch payment order according to a received ordering request, wherein the batch payment order comprises a plurality of payment nodes, and the payment nodes comprise acceptance settlement nodes and surplus settlement nodes.
In particular, on-line transaction based on some specific goods, due to its complexity and expertise, the goods transaction is often not only a main link of delivery, but also the merchant needs to provide subsequent services to the user, such as installation, debugging, acceptance and the like. In order to ensure the quality of these services, usually in the early stage of transaction establishment, a user and a merchant negotiate on a specific payment transaction rhythm of a transaction article (transaction article), and a transaction payment process of the transaction article is divided into a plurality of payment nodes, which may mainly include payment nodes for making a deposit, acceptance payment, acceptance settlement, remainder payment, remainder settlement and the like, and may also mainly include payment nodes for making a deposit, installation and debugging payment, acceptance settlement, remainder payment, remainder settlement and the like.
According to one embodiment of the invention, generating a batch payment order based on a received order placement request comprises: acquiring the item information of the order to be generated according to the received order placing request; determining the type of the order to be generated as a batch payment order under the condition that the item information comprises an item with a batch payment identifier; and generating a batch payment order according to the article information and the payment rule.
Specifically, when a user sends an ordering request through an online trading platform, the ordering request with a batch payment identifier is sent to a purchase article which is supported and needs to be paid in batches, and the online trading platform acquires corresponding article information according to the received ordering request; and under the condition that the article information comprises the batch payment identifier, checking and auditing to determine that the type of the order to be generated is a batch payment order.
According to another embodiment of the invention, generating a batch payment order based on the item information and payment rules comprises: selecting batch payment order templates meeting the payment rules from a preset batch payment order template set; acquiring user information according to the ordering request; and generating a batch payment order according to the user information, the article information and the selected batch payment order template.
Specifically, as mentioned above, in the early stage of transaction establishment, the user and the merchant negotiate on the specific payment transaction rhythm of the transaction product, and determine the specific payment node involved in the transaction, the percentage of the payment amount corresponding to each payment node in the total amount of the transaction product, and the planned payment completion time corresponding to each payment node, and establish the payment rule of the transaction. When a user makes an online ordering request, the online transaction platform guides a merchant to set a payment rule when recognizing that the ordering request is a batch payment order, and after the ordering request is checked by the user, the online transaction platform determines the specific payment rhythm of the transaction and generates the batch payment order. Certainly, the setting of the payment rule may also be implemented by the user performing the setting and being checked by the merchant, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
Specifically, the payment rule may be set through a page, where the set specific batch quantity is, that is, the payment node, the payment proportion corresponding to each payment node, the planned payment completion time of each payment node, the fulfillment content (shipment after this payment, settlement after this payment, etc.) corresponding to each payment node, the basic information (specification, quantity, price, etc.) of the purchased article, and the batch payment identifier.
Additionally, in order to generate batch payment orders more conveniently and quickly, a merchant can preset a commonly used batch payment order template set in advance according to historical transaction information of a transaction product, when the batch payment orders need to be generated, a batch payment order template meeting payment rules is selected from the preset batch payment order template set, and then the user information and the transaction product information in an order placing request are combined to generate the batch payment orders of the transaction conveniently and quickly.
FIG. 2 is a schematic flow diagram of a batch payment order generation process according to an embodiment of the present invention. A user submits an order placing request comprising batch payment identification through an online transaction platform; the online transaction platform checks the ordering request, and guides a merchant or a user to set payment rules for the articles needing batch payment when batch payment identification is identified; the order system generates an order comprising batch payment orders, splits the order into batch payment orders and common orders for storage, and marks the batch payment orders so that when the order is transmitted to the ledger system, the ledger system determines accounts receivable of each payment node according to the batch payment orders.
Through the establishment of the batch payment order, batch payment demands on a subscriber line are met, and the online transaction of the goods in the embodiment of the invention is promoted.
Step S102, responding to a payment request of a user, and obtaining a payment node corresponding to the payment request.
Specifically, the payment nodes of the batch payment order in the embodiment of the invention have sequence numbers, the sequence numbers of the payment nodes are the payment sequence, and the online payment is carried out according to the sequence numbers of the payment nodes. Based on the generated batch payment order, the user can obtain the total amount of the goods, the payment nodes and the corresponding payment sequence included in the goods transaction, the payment proportion of each payment node, the payment amount corresponding to each payment proportion, the planned payment completion time corresponding to each payment node and the current payment state (the completed or to-be-completed payment node) through the payment page. The user clicks 'go pay' in the payment page to send a payment request to the online transaction platform, the online transaction platform obtains the payment sequence and the current payment state of the batch payment orders according to the payment request, and the payment node with the most number in the payment nodes to be completed is used as the payment node of the payment request for the time, so that online payment is carried out. And the machine account, the capital account and the accounting system of the online transaction platform check and sell according to the received payment, and update receivable and real payment, payment to account information and accounting report information in the batch payment order.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of online payment according to an embodiment of the present invention. In response to a payment request of a user, a cash register of the online transaction platform executes corresponding payment, receives payment, and sends payment information to a machine account, a fund account and an accounting system for verification and cancellation, and updates receivable and cash, cash to account information and accounting report information in batch payment orders.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the payment node further comprises a shipping node; the method further comprises the following steps: and under the condition that the payment node is a delivery node, judging whether the payment amount of the user meets the payment rule, and under the condition that the payment rule is met, prompting a merchant to deliver the product.
Specifically, based on payment rules of batch payment items, when the payment amount of the user reaches a preset delivery order amount, the merchant performs delivery. Delivery performance is an important link in a transaction, and generally, payment nodes which need to be completed in the early stage of the transaction are defined by setting a payment in performance content of a certain payment node and then delivering. When the shipping node is executed, whether the received payment amount of the user meets the payment rule needs to be judged, and if yes, a shipping prompt is sent to the merchant.
Fig. 4 is a main flow diagram of delivery performance according to an embodiment of the present invention. Based on the generated batch payment orders, on one hand, the online trading platform sends the batch payment orders to the merchant, on the other hand, monitors the current payment nodes of the batch payment orders, and updates the state of the batch payment orders to be in a waiting state for delivery when the batch payment orders enter the delivery nodes. When receiving batch payment orders and obtaining the batch payment orders, a merchant obtains collection information from an accounting system of a platform when the batch payment orders are in a state of waiting for delivery, checks and confirms that the payment amount of a user meets the delivery requirement in the payment rule, and performs delivery fulfillment; and updating the order state to be that the goods are delivered from the warehouse, and sending the updated order state to a management background of the platform in a shared manner so as to synchronously update the state of the batch payment order in the order system of the platform.
Through the delivery node, delivery fulfillment of the transaction products according to the payment amount is achieved, and limitation of an existing delivery mode of full payment is avoided.
And step S103, under the condition that the payment node is an acceptance settlement node, acceptance settlement is carried out on the merchant according to the received money, wherein the received money comprises the acceptance amount.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the acceptance settlement node is triggered by: in response to receiving an acceptance file for the batch payment order, sending an acceptance payment request for the batch payment order to the user; and triggering the acceptance settlement node in response to receiving the acceptance amount.
Specifically, in order to guarantee the rights and interests of merchants to the greatest extent on the basis of transaction performance, the transaction habits of the articles in the embodiment of the invention are comprehensively considered, and acceptance settlement nodes are set. Generally, the acceptance of a transaction article comprises a plurality of functional indexes, and in the initial stage of transaction, a user and a merchant agree on an acceptance file, so that the user can conveniently perform record checking in the acceptance process to determine that the acceptance passes, and the acceptance file can be completed by the user or can be completed by the user after being sorted by the merchant and confirmed by the user. According to the set payment rule, the online transaction platform determines that the article passes the acceptance according to the acceptance file of the received batch payment order so as to send a request for payment acceptance check to the user; after the user confirms that the acceptance passes and pays the acceptance check, the platform triggers an acceptance settlement node according to the received acceptance check, the merchant performs acceptance settlement, the received money or part of the money is settled to the merchant, and the settlement proportion is determined by the payment rule.
Fig. 5 is a schematic main flow chart executed by the acceptance settlement node according to the embodiment of the present invention. And the management background of the online transaction platform receives the acceptance file, sends an acceptance check payment request to the user, and after receiving the acceptance check payment, charges the merchant for settlement through the account charging system according to the received acceptance check payment.
Through the setting of the acceptance settlement node, the consumption caused by the goods returning and refunding operation due to the quality problem in the earlier stage is avoided, the settlement is carried out on the merchant in the earlier stage on the basis of ensuring the transaction, and the fund pressure of the merchant is effectively relieved.
And step S104, under the condition that the payment node is a surplus settlement node, performing surplus settlement on the merchant according to all unsettled money.
Generally, after the acceptance and settlement node is completed, the subsequent payment node is used for paying and settling the remaining money, and when the remaining money calculation node is executed, the remaining money settlement is performed on the merchant according to all unsettled money. Of course, a plurality of settlement payment nodes may be set after the acceptance settlement node of the payment rule, and then subsequent settlement is performed according to the set calculation payment node, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises: monitoring an execution result of each payment node included in the batch payment order; updating the state of the batch payment orders and the remaining to-be-paid money according to the execution result; and generating a payment prompt message and sending the payment prompt message to the user according to the state of the batch payment orders and the residual payment to be paid.
Specifically, in the whole transaction process, the online transaction platform monitors the execution result of each payment node in the order, and updates the state of the order, the verification of accounts receivable for payment and the remaining amount to be paid according to the execution result of each payment node, so that the current state of the order, the executed payment node, the amount of paid money, the executed payment node and the amount of paid money to be paid are displayed for the user and the merchant. In addition, the online transaction platform timely sends a payment prompt message and related transaction information to the user according to the planned payment completion time of the payment node in the payment rule and the remaining to-be-paid money, so that overdue is reduced.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the remainder settlement node has a time attribute; the method further comprises the following steps: in response to receiving the acceptance amount, recording the completion time of the acceptance settlement node; and updating the latest execution time of the residual settlement node according to the completion time of the acceptance settlement node.
Specifically, considering that the actual completion time of the payment node may not be consistent with the planned completion time, especially an acceptance link has a certain uncertainty, which may affect the actual completion time of the acceptance settlement node, the online transaction platform records the actual payment time of each payment node after completing the payment node, and sequentially updates the planned completion time, i.e., the latest execution time, of the subsequent payment nodes such as the surplus settlement node according to the actual payment completion time of the acceptance settlement node, so that the platform can accurately manage and prompt the payment promulgation time for accepting the surplus.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of the architecture for settlement of order payment according to the embodiment of the present invention. The architecture comprises a bottom system layer, a business data layer, an application service layer and a business presentation layer from the bottom layer to the upper layer of the architecture. The bottom system layer mainly comprises an article system for managing articles, a merchant system for butting and serving merchants, a transaction system for providing transactions, an order system for generating and managing orders, a charging system and a settlement system for charging and settling accounts according to the orders, and a standing book, a fund account and an accounting system related to fund management. The business data layer mainly obtains business data through a bottom layer system, and the business data mainly comprises main data information, order data information, charging data information, settlement data information, standing book capital account data information and accounting data information of transaction articles. The application service layer is mainly used for processing and managing business data acquired by the bottom layer system, and comprises the steps of setting batch payment rules, identifying batch payment orders, executing batch payment according to the generated batch payment orders, verifying and selling the batch orders in batches by the fund management system according to the collection information, reminding the transaction in due time according to the order state, and managing acceptance and settlement. The service display layer realizes the payment settlement operation of the online order form to the foreground user, the background merchant and the platform for providing service application.
