Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a trusted payment method, which may be executed by a trusted platform, as shown in fig. 1, and the method includes:
s101: a payment request sent by a lender is received.
Wherein the payment request includes a payment amount, a service provider identification, and a lender identification.
The lender, after purchasing a service or item or the like from the service provider, may send a payment request to the trusted platform to request the trusted platform to pay the service provider the amount of the purchased service or item, so the payment request includes the payment amount, the service provider identification, and the lender identification.
The payment request may further include a payment identifier to indicate the payment request, and after the trusted platform receives the payment request, it may query whether the payment identifier is included in the history log. If the payment request is received and processed by the trusted platform, the trusted platform can directly send a processed prompt message to the lender; if not, the subsequent flow may be performed.
It should be noted that the payment request may further include confidence related to the payment, such as transaction information.
S102: and inquiring the balance of the deposit corresponding to the service provider based on the service provider identification, and inquiring the current loan total of the lender based on the lender identification.
Before the trustee receives the payment request of the lender, the trustee already serves as the trustee to sign a loan trustee contract with the lender and the service provider, namely, the balance of the deposit corresponding to the service provider and the current total loan amount of the lender are stored, so that the balance of the deposit corresponding to the service provider can be inquired based on the service provider identification in the step, and the current total loan amount of the lender can be inquired based on the lender identification.
The guarantee fund is that when the lender cannot normally repay, the trustee can use the guarantee fund to pay the repayment of the lender, so that the receivable amount of the lender is related to the guarantee amount degree provided by the service provider, and therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, whether the payment request of the lender at this time is met can be judged based on the guarantee fund balance corresponding to the service provider, namely, the guarantee fund balance corresponding to the service provider can be inquired in the step.
S103: and calling a preset auditing model according to the balance of the deposit and the current total loan amount to judge whether to execute a payment process.
The auditing model is preset, specifically can be obtained through training of algorithm models such as machine learning, and can also be generated based on a calculation algorithm.
The specific steps may be performed as: judging whether the sum of the total loan amount and the payment amount is larger than the product of the balance of the deposit and a preset coefficient; if yes, determining not to execute the payment process; and if not, determining to execute the payment process. The preset coefficient may be preset based on the requirement, and may be set to 10, for example.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the lender usually determines the credit line thereof, and the total amount of borrowed money of the lender cannot exceed the credit line, so before the step is executed, the credit line of the lender may be further obtained to determine whether the sum of the current total amount of loan and the payment amount is greater than the credit line; if yes, sending a payment failure message to the lender; if not, whether the payment process is executed or not is judged.
S104: if not, a payment failure message is sent to the lender.
S105: if yes, sending a payment confirmation message to the lender, and paying the payment amount to the service provider.
If not, the trustee (the trustee) refuses the payment request and does not pay, so that a payment failure message can be sent to the lender; if yes, the trustee agrees to the payment request, namely the self-payment process is carried out, so that a payment confirmation message is sent to the lender, and the payment amount is paid to the service provider. The specific process of paying the payment amount to the service provider can be to inquire an account corresponding to the service provider identifier, pay the loan of the payment amount to the account corresponding to the service provider identifier, or can also be to inquire an account corresponding to the lender identifier and an account corresponding to the service provider identifier, pay the loan of the payment amount to the account corresponding to the lender identifier first, and pay the account corresponding to the service provider identifier from the account corresponding to the lender identifier.
It should be noted that the trusted platform can also perform the payment process of the lender, such as payment and settlement, for example, if the loan is overdue and the loan is within 20 days of overdue, the trusted platform automatically deducts the deposit to return the overdue loan and/or interest.
In the embodiment of the invention, the trustee can be used as a loan trustee, after a lender purchases services or articles from a service provider each time, a payment request is sent to the trustee platform, the trustee platform pays the payment amount of the lender to the service provider when determining that the payment can be made, so that the trustee platform is used for controlling and supervising the direction of the loan, the loan is used for appointed purposes, and the loan can be ensured not to be stolen. .
The method for generating a loan trusted contract according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201: a loan request is received, the loan request including a lender identification and a service provider identification.
Wherein the loan request is sent by the lender and includes an identifier of the lender and an identifier of the service provider indicating that the loan is to be used to pay the lender for the purchase of a service or item from the service provider.
S202: and acquiring the service information of the service provider based on the service provider identification, and determining the guarantee fund limit of the service provider based on the service information.
Wherein the trusted party can manage the service provider. The business information may include a full data packet of the service provider, for example, the service provider can provide the energy link group, and the business information may include a unified social credit code, a business name, a business type, business owner information (a business owner name, an identity card number), a guarantee amount available, platform transaction information (e.g., the amount of money to be transacted on the energy link platform in about 12 months per month), self account information, and the like.
The guarantee fund limit of the service provider can be determined based on the acquired business information, and the following steps can be specifically executed: calling a preset calculation model based on the service information, and calculating the operation type of the service provider; obtaining the type of the service which can be provided by the service provider in the loan request to judge whether the operation type is consistent with the type of the service which can be provided; if not, sending a rejection prompt message; if yes, determining the guarantee fund amount of the service provider based on the service information, and storing the type of the available service and the guarantee fund amount.
The calculation model is preset, transaction data of the service provider can be extracted through the service information, and then the operation type of the service provider is calculated. The type of service that may be provided by the service provider in the loan request, i.e., the type of service or item that may be provided to the lender. It is required that the operation type of the service provider is consistent with the type of the service provider's available service, and the side can guarantee the loan use.
S203: and acquiring the service information of the lender based on the lender identification so as to calculate the credit line of the lender.
The business information of the lender can be acquired based on big data and other related technologies, and then the reliability of the business information is ensured through the assistance of an OCR technology. The service information of the lender can be set according to the requirement, and then whether the lender allows the loan can be judged based on the preset standard. For example, the preset criteria may include enterprises and individual industrial businesses approved for registration by an industrial and commercial administration; the method conforms to the national industrial policy and the bank credit policy; the credit balance of an enterprise (lender) at a bank does not exceed 500 million, and the debt items which are not settled are normal and concerned; the method is characterized in that a business owner does not have overdue loan currently, the number of times of overdue or debt within 30 days (inclusive) in nearly 2 years does not exceed 6, credit records of overdue or debt over 30 days do not exist in nearly 2 years, and the loan risk is classified into secondary and following records in banks does not exist in nearly 2 years; the enterprises and business owners do not list people losing credit executives lists and serious illegal losing credit enterprise lists; the credit account is not listed in the internal control list of the bank credit customer, the bad credit and the verification and cancellation customer list; the bank anti-money laundering anti-fraud client list is not listed, and the online business risk investigation system (RSD) bottom line rule is not touched; non-money laundering high-risk customers, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the types of loan enterprises can be divided, and the corresponding credit line calculation model is set so as to ensure the accuracy of credit line calculation. For example, taking enterprise categories including oil stations, electric piles and logistics as examples, the method for calculating the credit line may be: if the enterprise is an oil station enterprise, calculating according to the following mode: the credit line granted by a lender is min (200 ten thousand, a1, a2), a1 is the highest credit line of the lender in the business data, and a2 is 50% of the transaction amount of the platform of approximately 12 months; if the enterprise is an electric pile enterprise, calculating according to the following mode: the credit line granted by a lender is min (200 ten thousand, B1, B2), B1 is the highest credit line in the lender business data, and B2 is 40% of the transaction amount of the near 12-month platform; if the lender is a logistics enterprise, calculating according to the following mode: the loan amount of a lender is min (200 ten thousand, C1, C2), C1 is the highest loan amount in the lender's business data, and C2 is 40% of the near 12-month platform transaction amount.
This step can be specifically performed as: and determining the enterprise category of the lender based on the business information of the lender, inquiring the corresponding credit line calculation model, calling the credit line calculation model, and calculating the credit line of the lender by combining the business information of the lender.
It should be noted that, the credit line of the lender can also be calculated to obtain the type of the service that can be provided by the service provider in the loan request, so as to determine whether the enterprise category and the type of the service that can be provided are matched; the purpose of the loan can be guaranteed only if the enterprise category is matched with the type of the service which can be provided, and if not, a refusal prompt message is sent; if yes, the credit line of the lender is calculated and stored.
S204: and generating the loan trusted contract based on the lender identifier, the service provider identifier, the guarantee money amount and the credit line.
The loan entrusted contract may be pre-defined with a contract template, which is generated based on the contract template in this step. After the loan and acceptance contract is generated, the acceptance platform can also execute the processes of signing and the like, and can simultaneously display information such as a loan account number, an account name, a loan issuing account number, a use acceptance description, a payment due period, acceptance payment and the like on line so as to be convenient for a lender to check.
In the embodiment of the invention, the trustee can be used as a loan trustee, after a lender purchases services or articles from a service provider each time, a payment request is sent to the trustee, and the trustee pays the payment amount of the lender to the service provider when determining that the payment can be made, so that the loan purpose of the lender is realized, the loan is prevented from being used, the loan is not required to be manually monitored and prevented from being used, the cost is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
