acquiring weather information and traffic information of an area between the user terminal and the plurality of network points, wherein the traffic information comprises road vehicle information and traffic signal lamp information;
according to the position information of the plurality of network points, the weather information, the traffic information, the position information of the user terminal and the traffic mode, utilizing a time-consuming prediction model to predict the time consumption of arrival of each network point in the plurality of network points so as to obtain time-consuming prediction values of the plurality of network points;
and determining a target network point from the network points according to the time consumption predicted values of the network points, and pushing the target network point to the user terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and generating a route from the position of the user terminal to the position of the target network point according to the weather information, the traffic information, the position information of the user terminal, the traffic mode and the position information of the target network point.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the position information of the user terminal is updated to the position information of the target network point, acquiring a time-consuming actual value of the target network point;
and correcting the time-consuming prediction model according to the time-consuming actual value.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
generating service reservation information according to the time-consuming prediction value of the target network point;
and sending the service reservation information to the target network point.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
responding to a service inquiry operation, and sending a service inquiry request to the target network point;
and after receiving the service information from the target network point, pushing the service information to the user terminal, wherein the service information comprises service basic information and service progress.
6. The method according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the time-consuming prediction model comprises a random forest boosting algorithm and a CART classification algorithm.
7. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a network point determining unit, a network point determining unit and a network point determining unit, wherein the network point determining unit is used for determining the position information of a user terminal and determining a plurality of network points corresponding to the position information when receiving a network point query instruction from the user terminal; the website query instruction comprises a traffic mode of a user;
the road condition information acquisition unit is used for acquiring weather information and traffic information of an area between the user terminal and the plurality of network points, wherein the traffic information comprises road vehicle information and traffic signal lamp information;
the time-consuming prediction unit is used for predicting the time-consuming arrival of each of the multiple network points by using a time-consuming prediction model according to the position information of the multiple network points, the weather information, the traffic information, the position information of the user terminal and the traffic mode to obtain time-consuming prediction values of the multiple network points;
and the network point screening unit is used for determining a target network point from the plurality of network points according to the time consumption predicted values of the plurality of network points and pushing the target network point to the user terminal.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
and the route generating unit is used for generating a route from the position of the user terminal to the position of the target network point according to the weather information, the traffic information, the position information of the user terminal, the traffic mode and the position information of the target network point.
9. A data processing apparatus, characterized by comprising: a processor, a memory, a system bus;
the processor and the memory are connected through the system bus;
the memory is to store one or more programs, the one or more programs comprising instructions, which when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the method of any of claims 1-6.
