In order to enable a person skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the present application, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and the claims of the present application and the above figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that the embodiments of the application described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples do not represent all implementations consistent with the application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with aspects of the application as detailed in the accompanying claims.
In live scenes, particularly in e-commerce live scenes, various live events are typically held on important holidays. For example, a challenge campaign may be presented to the user within the living room, and in the event that the user participates in the campaign and completes the challenge, a product coupon may be issued to the user; the manner in which the challenge is completed may be by a jaywalking game, purchasing a specified number of products, etc., without limitation. Taking the purchase of a specified number of products as a challenge index as an example, a host can set the type of the products and the purchase quantity of the challenge event to be purchased in advance, and can display the challenge event identification in a living room of a client side of a spectator during the starting, and optionally, the challenge event identification can be an event pendant, a suspension window, a link and the like so as to attract users to participate in the challenge event. In the process of the user participating in the challenge game, the server side can synchronously display the information of the number of the users participating in the challenge game, the volume of the products, the release number of the virtual resources, the completion progress of the user participating in the challenge game and the like to the client side of the audience so as to build a challenge atmosphere. Further, under the condition that the user purchases the specified number of products and completes the challenges, the server can issue corresponding virtual resources to the client of the audience, and the user is stimulated to participate in purchasing other products on the platform, so that the total amount of product deals in the living room is improved.
Typically, live events are preheated before they begin, and event information is pushed to users to drain the anchor. In the embodiment of the application, a platform responsible for draining a host is called a live broadcast service platform, before the host can open a live broadcast activity to be held in the live broadcast service platform, a configurator configures the live broadcast activity and the corresponding activity configuration information thereof in the live broadcast service platform in advance based on the live broadcast activity opened by the host, associates the live broadcast activity with a live broadcast room identifier corresponding to the host information, and sets the start date of the live broadcast activity. Under the condition that the activity configuration information is configured, the live broadcast service platform can push live broadcast activities to be held by a host on the start date to more audience clients so as to attract more users to participate in the live broadcast activities for the host.
Since the activity configuration information is manually configured by a configurator, there is usually a period of days or even weeks between the time when the activity configuration information is configured and the date of the opening, during which a situation that the activity information changes may occur; in addition, in the live broadcast activity process, because the number of users participating is large, the live broadcast activity can be affected due to the conditions of insufficient network, product inventory, abnormal virtual resources and the like. Therefore, it is necessary to patrol the activity configuration information of the live broadcast activity before the live broadcast activity starts, and patrol the development condition of the live broadcast activity in the live broadcast activity proceeding process, so as to timely process the live broadcast activity when the configuration information of the live broadcast activity does not meet the preset configuration information or the live broadcast activity is abnormal, and ensure the smooth proceeding of the live broadcast activity.
Based on the above, the embodiment of the application provides a live broadcast activity detection method, which is applicable to a server corresponding to a live broadcast platform and is used for carrying out tour inspection on live broadcast activities before the live broadcast activities start and/or in the live broadcast activities, and processing the anomalies when the anomalies are detected. For convenience of explanation, in the embodiment of the present application, the inspection mode before the live broadcast event starts is referred to as a first inspection mode, and the inspection mode during the live broadcast event is referred to as a second inspection mode.
Fig. 1a is a flowchart of a live broadcast activity detection method corresponding to a first inspection mode according to an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 1a, the method includes:
s1, acquiring main broadcasting information of a live broadcasting activity, wherein the main broadcasting information comprises a live broadcasting room identifier corresponding to the live broadcasting activity;
s2, acquiring activity configuration information corresponding to a live broadcast activity under the condition that the live broadcast state corresponding to the live broadcast room identification is not started;
and S3, outputting first prompt information under the condition that the activity configuration information is determined not to meet the preset configuration information, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting to modify the activity configuration information.
In the embodiment of the application, the server side can acquire the anchor information of the live broadcast event already started in a preset period in the process of carrying out the patrol on the live broadcast event which is not started, and determine the identifier of the live broadcast room corresponding to the live broadcast event according to the anchor information. In the embodiment of the application, the specific duration of the preset time period is not limited, and the specific duration can be one week, two weeks or three weeks before the sowing date, or can be flexibly selected according to actual requirements; the specific content of the anchor information is also not limited, and optionally includes, but is not limited to, an anchor identifier, an on-air date, a live event identifier, a live room identifier, and a live scene identifier corresponding to the live room identifier. Further, according to the identifier of the live broadcasting room, a corresponding live broadcasting state can be determined, when the live broadcasting state corresponding to the identifier of the live broadcasting room is not started, activity configuration information corresponding to a live broadcasting activity is obtained, whether the activity configuration information meets preset configuration information is determined, and when the obtained activity configuration information does not meet the preset configuration information is determined, first prompt information is output to configuration personnel to prompt the configuration personnel to modify the activity configuration information, so that the situation that the live broadcasting activity cannot be smoothly carried out is avoided.
In the embodiment of the application, the activity configuration information comprises activity information and virtual resource information, and before the first prompt information is output, optionally, it can be determined whether an association relationship exists between the activity information and the virtual resource information, and whether each item of the activity information and the virtual resource information respectively meets the corresponding preset condition; and under the condition that no association relation exists between the activity information and the virtual resource information or at least one item of the activity information and the virtual resource information does not meet the corresponding preset conditions, determining that the activity configuration information does not meet the preset configuration information, or determining that the activity configuration information meets the preset configuration information. Optionally, the activity configuration information includes activity information and virtual resource information; the activity information comprises, but is not limited to, an activity type, an activity starting date, an activity index, an activity duration and constraint information corresponding to the activity, wherein the constraint information comprises, but is not limited to, live scene identifications associated with live activities, associated anchor identifications, associated virtual resource identifications, associated product identifications, total number of associated product fortifications and number of users participatable in the activity, the activity index refers to an index which each user participated in the activity needs to reach, and the total number of the associated product fortifications refers to the total number of products purchasable by all users participated in the activity; the virtual resource information includes, but is not limited to, the number of virtual resources, the type of virtual resource, the status of the virtual resource, and the date of issue of the virtual resource. In the embodiment of the application, the specific type of the virtual resource information is not limited, and optionally, the virtual resource information can be coupons or the number of times that each user can participate in live broadcast activities; the types of coupons can be one or more types, for example, the types of coupons can be coupons containing digital currency, coupons for purchasing products, combinations of multiple types of coupons, and the like, and the specific value of each type of coupon can be flexibly set according to the specific situation of the live broadcast activity, and the application is not limited herein.
Based on the above, when determining whether each item of the activity information and/or the virtual resource information respectively satisfies the corresponding preset condition, the determination may be performed according to the above items of information. Assuming that the activity type of the activity information in the corresponding preset configuration information of the live broadcast activity opened by the host is a purchase type, the activity starting date is 2022, 2 months and 12 days, the activity index is that no less than 5 products are purchased by people, the types of the products are no less than 2, and the activity duration is 2 hours; the virtual resource amount associated with the live broadcast activity is a 50-yuan voucher, the associated live broadcast scene is an A scene, the associated anchor is an anchor, the associated product at least comprises a product A and a product B, the total number of corresponding diagonals is 500 ten thousand, and the number of users participated in the activity is 5 ten thousand; the virtual resource type corresponding to the virtual resource information is 50 gold bond, the number of the virtual resources is 10 ten thousand, and the corresponding issuing date is 2022 years, 2 months and 12 days. For example, when the activity type, the activity start date, the activity index and the activity duration in the activity information are detected to meet the corresponding preset conditions, but no associated virtual resource identifier is detected in the activity information, or when the identifier which is not a 50-element voucher and corresponds to the associated voucher identifier is detected, no association relationship exists between the activity information and the virtual resource information. For another example, if it is detected that the live broadcast event is associated with a voucher with an amount of 50 yuan, but at least one of an event type, an event start date, an event index, an event duration, other constraint information corresponding to the event, and/or a virtual resource number, a virtual resource state, or a release date is inconsistent with the corresponding preset condition, it is determined that the event configuration information does not satisfy the preset configuration information.
Based on the above, when the activity configuration information is detected not to meet the preset configuration information, the first prompt information can be output to the configurator, so that the configurator is prompted to modify the information item which does not meet the preset configuration information, and smooth live broadcast activity is ensured. For example, in the case that no association relationship exists between the activity information and the virtual resource information, the configurator may output prompt information of "XX live broadcast activity does not associate with the virtual resource"; based on the configuration information, the configuration personnel can modify the activity configuration information of the live broadcast activity, and establish the association relationship between the live broadcast activity and the correct virtual resource. For another example, if it is detected that the activity information and/or the virtual resource information include information items that do not satisfy the preset condition, a prompt message of "XX abnormality of XX live activity" and/or "XX abnormality of XX virtual resource" may be output to the configurator; based on this, the configurator may modify the activity configuration information of the live activity and/or the corresponding information items in the virtual resource information.
Further, when it is detected that the live broadcast state corresponding to the identifier of the live broadcast room is in progress, a second inspection mode may be adopted to inspect the live broadcast activity, where in the embodiment of the present application, the second inspection mode refers to detecting whether information corresponding to each information item in the activity configuration information satisfies a preset release condition in the live broadcast activity progress, outputting second prompting information for prompting modification of the activity configuration information when it is determined that the preset release condition is not satisfied, and releasing corresponding virtual resources to a user account participating in the live broadcast activity when it is determined that the preset release condition is satisfied. For example, in the case of determining that the live status is in progress, current activity information of the live activity may be detected periodically, and whether the product inventory is sufficient, whether the number of virtual resources is sufficient, whether the virtual resources are valid, whether the access traffic of the user reaches an access upper limit allowed by the live activity, and so on may be determined according to the product inventory number associated with the live activity, the remaining number of associated virtual resources, the status of the virtual resources, and the number of users participating in the live activity. Further, under the condition that the fact that the preset issuing condition is not met exists in the activity configuration information is detected, the server side outputs second prompt information corresponding to the information items which do not meet the preset issuing condition to the configuration personnel, and the configuration personnel can modify the information items which do not meet the preset issuing condition. For example, the product a associated with the live campaign is not in stock, and the server may output a second prompt message similar to "the number of products a does not satisfy the preset dispensing condition" to the configurator; based on this, the configurator can modify the inventory quantity of the a products corresponding to the live campaign; or under the condition that the modification is not possible, prompt the anchor to finish the live broadcast activity in time so as not to influence the live broadcast activity and the virtual resource issuing result.
In the embodiment of the application, the server can update the activity information according to the participation result information of the live broadcast activity in the process of participating in the live broadcast activity by the user. The participation result information of the live broadcast event comprises, but is not limited to, the participation quantity of the user of the live broadcast event and the ordering information of the user, wherein the ordering information comprises the completion quantity of the event index of each product. Based on the method, the server can update the activity information according to the number of user participation in the live broadcast activity, the number of activity index completion of each product, and the preset activity index and the preset virtual resource release number of the corresponding product of the live broadcast activity, and synchronously display the updated activity information to the anchor client and the audience client. In the embodiment of the application, the content of the activity information is not limited to be displayed on the anchor client and the audience client, and optionally, the displayed activity information content comprises, but is not limited to, the number of user participation in live broadcast activities, the number of finished activity indexes of products, the number of virtual resource release and the like; further, it is not limited whether the content of the activity information displayed by the anchor client and the audience client is the same, and the content of the activity information displayed by the anchor client and the audience client may be the same or different.
For example, in the case that the user completes the preset activity index, the server side can synchronously display information such as the number of users participating in the live broadcast activity, the number of completed activity indexes, the number of virtual resources issued and the like to the anchor client side and the audience client side so as to create a fierce activity atmosphere in the live broadcast room; further optionally, in order to enable the anchor to know details of the live broadcast activity, the anchor client may also display the remaining inventory number of the product, the remaining number of the virtual resources, and the like, so that the anchor may flexibly adjust the progress of the live broadcast activity according to participation of the live broadcast activity. For example, under the condition that the currently completed activity index of the participating user does not exceed the preset activity index, the anchor can flexibly adjust the index value corresponding to the activity index according to the residual quantity of the product and the residual quantity of the virtual resource, so as to increase the index value corresponding to the activity index under the condition that the residual quantity of the product and the residual quantity of the virtual resource are sufficient and a large number of users want to participate in the live broadcast activity, or reduce the index value corresponding to the activity index under the condition that the residual quantity of the product and/or the residual quantity of the virtual resource is short, thereby ensuring the smooth proceeding of the live broadcast activity.
In the embodiment of the application, the method is not limited by how the server determines to carry out the inspection in the first inspection mode or the second inspection mode, and optionally, whether the live broadcast activity starts or not can be determined according to the live broadcast state so as to determine which inspection mode to use for the inspection; for example, if the live broadcast state is not started, determining that the live broadcast activity is not started, and performing patrol by using a first patrol mode; for another example, if the live broadcast status is in progress, it is determined that the live broadcast activity has started, and the second inspection mode is used for inspection.
