The server is used for acquiring a speaking rule and conference participant information adopted by the conference through the voice equipment and carrying out association setting on the conference participant information and control equipment used in the conference process of the conference participant information, wherein the control equipment at least comprises microphone equipment; the speaking rule at least comprises one rule of polling speaking and answering speaking; determining floor control information of conference participants, wherein the floor control information comprises a floor sequence and/or a floor time;
the voice equipment is used for responding to the control instruction of the server and playing the speech reminding corpus at the speech time interval of the participants so as to guide the conference process;
and the server is also used for controlling the microphone equipment used by the speaker to be in an open state and controlling the microphone equipment used by other conference participants to be in a closed state by issuing instructions to the voice equipment in the speaking period of the conference participants.
The server may be provided with a conference data processing device as shown in any one of fig. 5 to 8 and 10.
In the practical application scene, voice device can be intelligent audio amplifier, and voice device accessible wiFi and server communication connect, through the control device communication connection that wiFi or BT Mesh participator used, therefore the meeting place is not restricted, and organizer can hand-held voice device, and participator can hand-held control device, and the meeting place that has the network to cover of random selection just can develop the meeting.

The communication component 113 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the electronic device and other devices. The electronic device may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 113 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 113 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
A power supply component 114 that provides power to the various components of the electronic device. The power components 114 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for an electronic device.
Audio component 115 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 115 may include a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 111 or transmitted via the communication component 113. In some embodiments, audio component 115 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The display 116 includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (24)

1. A conference data processing method, comprising:
determining speech control information of at least two participants, wherein the speech control information comprises a speech sequence and/or speech time;
And controlling voice equipment to play a speech reminding corpus to guide the conference process according to the speech control information in the speech time interval of the participants.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
in the speaking period of the conference participants, the microphone devices used by the speaker are controlled to be in an open state, and the microphone devices used by other conference participants are controlled to be in a closed state.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a speaking rule and conference participant information adopted by a conference, and performing association setting on the conference participant information and control equipment used in the conference process of the conference participant information, wherein the control equipment at least comprises microphone equipment; the speaking rule at least comprises one of polling speaking and answering speaking.
The determining floor control information of the conference participants comprises:

4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining floor control information for conference participants from the floor rule and conference participant information comprises:
Receiving a speaking application request initiated by the conference participants in the process of answering and speaking through the control equipment used by the conference participants, and determining speaking control information of the conference participants on the conference according to the speaking request.
5. The method of claim 3 or 4, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a speaking time extension application initiated by a current speaker through the control equipment used by the speaker in a speaking period of the participants, and sending the content of the application to the control equipment used by other participants for displaying;
and determining whether to prolong the speaking time of the current speaker according to feedback information which is sent by other participants through the control equipment used by the participants and whether to approve the content of the application, and adjusting the speaking control information of the participants who wait to speak subsequently after determining to prolong the speaking time.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
and recording the speaking content of the participants and forming a conference record based on the speaking voice signal collected by the microphone device in the conference execution process.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
In the conference execution process, the speaking content of the conference participants is recorded based on the speaking voice signals collected by the microphone equipment, converted into characters and then put on a screen to be displayed for the conference participants.
8. The method of claim 3, wherein the control device further comprises an earphone provided to be worn by a conference participant, the method further comprising:
and in the process of meeting execution, transmitting the speaking voice signals collected by the microphone equipment to earphones worn by each participant for playing.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the transmitting the speech voice signal collected by the microphone device to headphones worn by conference participants for playback comprises:
and converting the speaking voice signal into a voice signal with a specified language type, and transmitting the voice signal to earphones worn by each conference participant for playing.
10. A conference data processing method, comprising:
determining speech control information of at least two participants, wherein the speech control information comprises a speech sequence and/or speech time;
and outputting the speech reminding information to guide the conference progress according to the speech control information.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the outputting floor alert information comprises: and outputting the speech reminding information in a voice mode and/or displaying the speech reminding information on a screen.
12. A conference data processing apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a speaking time sequence determining module, a speaking time sequence determining module and a speaking processing module, wherein the speaking time sequence determining module is used for determining speaking control information of at least two participants, and the speaking control information comprises a speaking sequence and/or speaking time;

the delayed application processing module is used for receiving a speaking time extension application initiated by the current speaker through the control equipment used by the speaker in the speaking time period of the participants, and sending the content of the application to the control equipment used by other participants for displaying; and determining whether to prolong the speaking time of the current speaker according to feedback information which is sent by other participants through the control equipment used by the participants and whether to approve the content of the application, and triggering the speaking time sequence determining module to adjust the speaking control information of the participants who need to speak subsequently after determining to prolong the speaking time.
17. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
