estimating the visual angle based on the eye image of the user to obtain the visual angle direction of the user; the user eye image is acquired through an image sensor configured on an access device of the virtual world;
inputting the user visual angle direction and image data of the virtual world for advertising into a detection model to detect an advertising attention area, and obtaining the advertising attention area;
constructing a virtual environment characteristic carrying the attention duration of the advertisement attention area;
inputting the virtual environment characteristics and the candidate advertisements of the virtual world into an advertisement scoring model for advertisement scoring calculation, and determining target candidate advertisements in the candidate advertisements according to the obtained advertisement scores.

Claims (16)

1. An advertisement putting processing method of a virtual world comprises the following steps:
estimating the visual angle based on the eye image of the user to obtain the visual angle direction of the user; the eye images of the user are collected through an image sensor configured on the access equipment of the virtual world;
inputting the user visual angle direction and image data of the virtual world for advertising into a detection model to detect an advertising attention area, and obtaining the advertising attention area;
constructing a virtual environment characteristic carrying the attention duration of the advertisement attention area;
inputting the virtual environment characteristics and the candidate advertisements of the virtual world into an advertisement scoring model for advertisement scoring calculation, and determining target candidate advertisements in the candidate advertisements according to the obtained advertisement scores.
2. The advertisement placement processing method for a virtual world according to claim 1, wherein the user eye image includes: eye color images and/or eye infrared images;
correspondingly, the image sensor of the access device configuration comprises: the eye infrared image acquisition device comprises an image sensor for acquiring eye color images and/or an infrared sensor for acquiring eye infrared images.
3. The advertisement placement processing method for a virtual world according to claim 2, wherein before the step of estimating a viewing angle based on the eye image of the user and obtaining a viewing direction of the user is executed, the method further comprises:
aligning the eye color image and the eye infrared image, and calculating a multi-mode quality score based on alignment characteristic points of the eye color image and the eye infrared image obtained after alignment;

calculating the feature similarity of the aligned eye color image and the aligned eye infrared image based on the aligned feature points of the aligned eye color image and the aligned eye infrared image;
calculating the multi-modal quality score according to the feature similarity and a preset constant; wherein the multi-modal quality score is equal to a ratio of the preset constant to a square of the feature similarity.
5. The advertisement placement processing method for a virtual world according to claim 1, wherein the advertisement attention area detection comprises:
determining a three-dimensional view position of the user view direction mapped in the virtual world;
and detecting an image area corresponding to the three-dimensional visual angle position in the image data of the delivered advertisement as the advertisement attention area.
6. The method for processing advertisement placement in a virtual world as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the step of inputting the user viewing direction and the image data of the advertisement placed in the virtual world into a detection model for detecting an advertisement attention area and obtaining the advertisement attention area is executed, the method further comprises:
rendering an advertisement image based on the image data of the delivered advertisement, and outputting a rendering result to the access equipment;
the delivered advertisements are randomly selected and determined in an advertisement pool and/or a sequence advertisement, or the delivered advertisements are obtained by matching in the advertisement pool and/or the sequence advertisement based on user interest data.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the length of interest of the advertisement interest area is calculated as follows:

calculating the user attention based on the first eye feature and the second eye feature.
9. The advertisement putting processing method of the virtual world according to claim 1, wherein the virtual environment features further carry advertisement subject features;
wherein the advertisement subject characteristics include: and the advertisement subject characteristics are obtained by carrying out characteristic extraction on the advertisement image of the advertisement, and/or the attention subject characteristics are obtained by carrying out characteristic extraction on the sub-image of the area corresponding to the attention area of the advertisement.
10. The method for processing advertisement placement in a virtual world according to claim 1, wherein the constructing of the virtual environment feature carrying the attention duration of the advertisement attention area includes:

and carrying out vector splicing on the attention duration vector, the attention degree vector and the main characteristic vector, and taking the obtained spliced vector as the virtual environment characteristic.
11. The advertisement placement processing method of a virtual world according to claim 1, wherein the advertisement scoring model includes: a reinforcement learning model constructed based on a reinforcement learning algorithm;
