The first video resource association instruction can be a video resource which is requested to be acquired by a first terminal, and an authority attribute is configured for at least one terminal in a target organization where the first terminal is located; the video resource can be acquired by the storage service system in response to a video resource recording instruction sent by the first terminal or acquired from a third-party service in response to a video resource downloading instruction sent by the first terminal.
S32, determining a target organization to which the first terminal belongs based on the terminal number and a preset organization relation table, and taking at least one terminal in the target organization as a first target terminal;
the permission attribute of the video resource may be configured that at least one terminal in a target organization to which the first terminal belongs has a viewing permission, so that after the storage service system acquires the terminal number of the first terminal, the storage service system may determine the target organization to which the first terminal belongs based on a preset organization relation table, and use at least one terminal in the target organization as the first target terminal.
And S33, configuring the authority attribute of the video resource corresponding to the first video resource association instruction to enable the first target terminal to have viewing authority.
After determining the target organization to which the first terminal belongs, the storage service system can acquire the terminal numbers of all terminals in the target organization, and associate the terminal numbers with the video resources to realize that the permission for viewing the video resources is configured for all terminals in the target organization, so that the terminals belonging to the same organization can share the video resources which can be viewed by each terminal in the organization.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining, by the terminal number and a preset organization relationship table, the preset video resource authority attribute further includes:
s41, responding to a second video resource association instruction sent by a second terminal, and acquiring at least one terminal number recorded in the second video resource association instruction;
the storage service system can be provided with a system administrator, the system administrator has the permission to view all the video resources, the system administrator can use the terminal used by the system administrator to send a second video resource association instruction to the storage service system, and the second video resource association instruction can configure the viewing permission for the terminal in the organization and can also configure the viewing permission for the terminal outside the target organization.
Specifically, the second terminal may be a terminal used by a system administrator, the system administrator may send a second video resource association instruction to the storage service system by using the terminal used by the system administrator, the second video resource association instruction may be a video resource requested to be acquired by the first terminal, and configure an authority attribute for at least one terminal specified by the user, and when receiving the second video resource association instruction, the storage service system may obtain, in response to the second video resource association instruction, at least one terminal number recorded in the second video resource association instruction, so as to configure a video resource viewing authority for the at least one terminal number recorded in the second video resource association instruction.
S42, taking at least one terminal corresponding to the at least one terminal number as a second target terminal;
the authority attribute of the video resource may be configured that at least one terminal in an organization to which the second terminal belongs has viewing authority, or configured that a terminal outside the target organization has viewing authority, so that the storage service system may use at least one terminal corresponding to at least one terminal number as the second target terminal after acquiring the at least one terminal number recorded in the second video resource association instruction.
And S43, configuring the authority attribute of the video resource corresponding to the second video resource association instruction to enable the second target terminal to have viewing authority.
After determining the second target terminal, the storage service system may configure the permission attribute of the video resource corresponding to the second video resource association instruction as that the second target terminal has the viewing permission.
Step 303, receiving a video resource acquisition request sent by a terminal;
when a user needs to check the video resource, the user can operate on the terminal to send a video resource acquisition request to the storage service system, and after receiving the video resource acquisition request, the storage service system can analyze the video resource acquisition request to obtain the terminal number of the terminal, and further can inquire the terminal number to determine the identity of the terminal corresponding to the terminal number.
The terminal may be an ethernet terminal or a video network terminal, which is not limited in the present invention.
The video resource acquisition request may carry a terminal number of the terminal, so that the storage service system can identify the identity and the right of the terminal.
In specific implementation, the terminal can directly generate a video resource acquisition request aiming at the operation of a user on the terminal; then, the terminal can send the video resource acquisition request to the storage service system aiming at the sending operation of the user;
when the method is applied to the video network, for a terminal which is not accessed to the video network, the video network can be accessed by logging in the video network by adopting a video network terminal account, the terminal can be regarded as a video network terminal after being accessed to the video network, and the terminal can also generate a video resource acquisition request aiming at the operation of a user on the terminal after being accessed to the video network; then, the terminal may send a video resource acquisition request to the storage service system for a sending operation of the user.
Step 304, determining at least one video resource of which the terminal has the viewing permission according to the terminal number carried in the video resource acquisition request, a preset organization relation table and a preset video resource permission attribute;
in the existing storage service system, all video resources are managed by a system administrator, and the acquisition of the video resources by the terminal is obtained by the allocation of the system administrator, so that the allocation method is not convenient for the acquisition of the video resources. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the authority attribute is preset for the video resource in the storage service system, and the authority attribute defines the terminal capable of acquiring the video resource, so that the storage service system can directly determine at least one video resource with the viewing authority of the terminal according to the terminal number, the preset organization relation table and the authority attribute of the video resource, and the storage service system can directly allocate the at least one video resource with the viewing authority of the terminal to the terminal without waiting for allocation of a system administrator, thereby improving the efficiency of video resource allocation.
After receiving the video resource acquisition request, the storage service system can determine the identity of the terminal according to the terminal number carried by the video resource acquisition request, so that after the identity of the terminal is determined, the organization to which the terminal belongs can be further determined according to a preset organization relation table, and finally, based on the preset video resource permission attribute, the terminal itself and other terminals in the organization to which the terminal belongs are determined to have the viewing permission of which video resources, so that at least one video resource which the terminal has the viewing permission is finally determined.
Step 305, returning the at least one video resource to the terminal.
After determining that the terminal has at least one video resource with the viewing right, the storage service system may return the at least one video resource to the terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, allocating video resources to a terminal outside a target organization where the first terminal is located includes:
s51, responding to an on-demand list acquisition request sent by a system administrator, and sending an on-demand list to a terminal corresponding to the system administrator; the on-demand list is used for the system administrator to search the target video resource;
in the embodiment of the invention, if the terminal not belonging to the target organization needs to view the video resource, the system administrator can acquire the video resource from the storage service system and allocate the video resource to the terminal not belonging to the target organization.
Specifically, the user using the terminal may send a video acquisition request to the terminal used by the system administrator through the terminal, or may send information that requires to acquire video resources to the system administrator through a general mobile terminal, for example, by sending a mail, sending instant information, or the like, or may directly communicate with each other, which is not limited in the present invention. The method comprises the steps that a system administrator knows that a terminal needs to acquire video resources, and then sends an on-demand list acquisition request to a storage service system, the storage service system can respond to the on-demand list acquisition request sent by the system administrator and send an on-demand list to the terminal corresponding to the system administrator, and the on-demand list is used for the system administrator to search for target video resources so as to distribute the target video resources.
And S52, responding to the video resource allocation request sent by the system administrator, and sending the target video resource to the terminal corresponding to the on-demand list acquisition request.
When the system administrator selects the target video resource, the terminal used by the system administrator sends a video resource allocation request to the storage service system, and the storage service system can receive and respond to the video resource allocation request sent by the system administrator and send the target video resource to the terminal corresponding to the on-demand list acquisition request.
In specific implementation, a resource manager can be further arranged in the storage service system, and the resource manager can be an administrator of a specific organization and manage all video resources which can be viewed by all terminals of the organization. When the terminal needing to acquire the video resource is a terminal outside the target organization, the storage service system can allocate the target video resource to a system administrator, the system administrator can allocate the target video resource to a resource administrator, and the resource administrator allocates the target video resource to the terminal.
As an example of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a communication flow chart of a video resource allocation method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Before a conference begins, organization and input terminal information can be established in a storage service system, and terminals are distributed to the organization to establish association between the terminals and the organization; conference software for participating in a conference and recording a conference video can be installed on the terminal; in the process of meeting, the storage service system can receive a meeting video resource recording instruction sent by a terminal or meeting software, and the storage service system can respond to the meeting video resource recording instruction to establish a meeting video recording task; in the process of recording the conference video, the storage service system can acquire the terminal number of a terminal sending a conference video resource recording instruction, associate the terminal with the video resource and realize that the terminal and at least one terminal belonging to the same target organization as the terminal are configured with authority attributes; for a conference participated by a plurality of persons, a terminal used by a chairman is generally responsible for sending a conference video instruction, so the acquired terminal number can be a chairman number; the terminal can receive only self-visible instructions sent by the terminal, and the authority attribute is configured to be that the terminal only sending the conference video resource recording instruction has viewing authority; the storage service system can receive a recording stopping instruction sent by the terminal, stop recording in response to the recording stopping instruction, and store the video resource for the terminal to obtain and view.
After the video resource is stored in the storage service system, when a video resource acquisition request sent by a terminal is received, the authority attribute of the video resource corresponding to the video resource acquisition request can be determined, the authority attribute is configured to enable a first target terminal to have a viewing authority, and the first target terminal is at least one terminal in a target organization corresponding to the terminal sending the video resource recording instruction; the storage service system can directly allocate video resources to the terminal according to the preset organization relation table and the video resource authority. And if the terminal is a terminal outside the target organization, acquiring the video resource from the storage service system by a system administrator, and allocating the video resource to a resource administrator, wherein the resource administrator allocates the video resource to a terminal which is not in the same organization as the terminal sending the video resource recording instruction.
According to the video resource allocation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal is associated with the organization, and the authority attribute is configured for the video resource, so that when the storage service system receives the video resource acquisition request sent by the terminal, the video resource with the viewing authority can be directly allocated for the terminal according to the authority attribute of the video resource and the preset organization relation table, the allocation of a system administrator is not required to be waited, and the convenience of video resource allocation is improved. And the authority attribute is configured for the video resource, so that only the terminal in the authority range limited by the authority attribute can acquire and watch the video resource, the requirement of keeping the video resource secret is met, and the safety of the video resource is ensured.
It should be noted that for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are shown as a series of combinations of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments. Further, those of skill in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the embodiments of the invention.
Referring to fig. 5, a block diagram of a video resource allocation apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and is applied to a storage service system, where the storage service system is communicatively connected to at least one terminal, and specifically includes the following modules:
a first receiving module 501, configured to receive a video resource acquisition request sent by a terminal;
a first determining module 502, configured to determine, according to a terminal number and a preset organization relationship table carried in the video resource acquisition request, and a preset video resource permission attribute, at least one video resource to which the terminal has a viewing permission;
a video resource returning module 503, configured to return the at least one video resource to the terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
the first acquisition module is used for responding to a first video resource association instruction sent by a first terminal and acquiring the terminal number of the first terminal;
a second determining module, configured to determine, based on the terminal number and a preset organization relation table, a target organization to which the first terminal belongs, and use at least one terminal in the target organization as a first target terminal;
the first permission configuration module is used for configuring the permission attribute of the video resource corresponding to the first video resource association instruction as that the first target terminal has viewing permission;
the first video resource association instruction is a video resource which is requested to be acquired by a first terminal, and at least one terminal in a target organization where the first terminal is located is configured with authority attribute; the video resource is acquired by the storage service system in response to the video resource recording instruction sent by the first terminal or acquired from a third-party service in response to the video resource downloading instruction sent by the first terminal.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the creating module is used for receiving a creating instruction and creating at least one organization relation table in the storage service system; the organization relation table records organized information;
and the organization association module is used for receiving an organization association instruction, acquiring at least one terminal number of a terminal corresponding to the organization, and establishing an association relationship between at least one terminal and the organization by writing the terminal number of the terminal into the organization relationship table.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
the second obtaining module is used for responding to a second video resource association instruction sent by a second terminal and obtaining at least one terminal number recorded in the second video resource association instruction;
a third determining module, configured to use at least one terminal corresponding to the at least one terminal number as a second target terminal;
the second permission configuration module is used for configuring the permission attribute of the video resource corresponding to the second video resource association instruction to be that the second target terminal has the viewing permission;
the second terminal is a terminal used by a system administrator; the second video resource association instruction is a video resource which is acquired by aiming at the first terminal request, and at least one terminal appointed by a user is configured with authority attribute; the video resource is acquired by the storage service system in response to the video resource recording instruction sent by the first terminal or acquired from a third-party service in response to the video resource downloading instruction sent by the first terminal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
the video resource generation module is used for responding to the video resource recording instruction sent by the terminal, generating video resources corresponding to the video resource recording instruction and storing the video resources in the storage service system;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the video resource downloading module is used for responding to the video resource downloading instruction sent by the terminal, acquiring the video resource corresponding to the video resource downloading instruction from a third-party service and storing the video resource in the storage service system.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
the on-demand list sending module is used for responding to an on-demand list obtaining request sent by a system administrator and sending an on-demand list to a terminal corresponding to the system administrator; the on-demand list is used for the system administrator to search a target video resource;
and the sending module is used for responding to the video resource allocation request sent by the system administrator and sending the target video resource to the terminal corresponding to the on-demand list acquisition request.
According to the video resource allocation device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal is associated with the organization, and the authority attribute is configured for the video resource, so that when the storage service system receives the video resource acquisition request sent by the terminal, the video resource with the viewing authority can be directly allocated for the terminal according to the authority attribute of the video resource and the preset organization relation table, the allocation of a system administrator is not required to be waited, and the convenience of video resource allocation is improved. And the authority attribute is configured for the video resource, so that only the terminal in the authority range limited by the authority attribute can acquire and watch the video resource, the requirement of keeping the video resource secret is met, and the safety of the video resource is ensured.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The embodiment of the invention also provides electronic equipment which comprises a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory are communicated with each other through the communication bus;
a memory for storing a computer program;
the processor is configured to implement the steps of the video resource allocation method according to any of the above embodiments when executing the program stored in the memory.
Embodiments of the present invention further provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in the video resource allocation method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.

Claims (10)

1. A video resource allocation method, applied to a storage service system, where the storage service system is in communication connection with at least one terminal, the method includes:
receiving a video resource acquisition request sent by a terminal;
determining at least one video resource with viewing permission of the terminal according to the terminal number carried in the video resource acquisition request, a preset organization relation table and a preset video resource permission attribute; the preset video resource authority attribute is determined by the terminal number and a preset organization relation table;
and returning the at least one video resource to the terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the preset video resource permission attribute is determined by the terminal number and a preset organization relation table, and comprises:
responding to a first video resource association instruction sent by a first terminal, and acquiring a terminal number of the first terminal;
determining a target organization to which the first terminal belongs based on the terminal number and a preset organization relation table, and taking at least one terminal in the target organization as a first target terminal;
configuring the authority attribute of the video resource corresponding to the first video resource association instruction to enable the first target terminal to have viewing authority;
the first video resource association instruction is a video resource which is requested to be acquired by the first terminal, and at least one terminal in a target organization where the first terminal is located is configured with authority attribute.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the preset video resource permission attribute is determined by the terminal number and a preset organization relation table, and further comprising:
receiving a creating instruction, and creating at least one organization relation table in the storage service system; the organization relation table records organized information;
receiving an organization association instruction, acquiring a terminal number of at least one terminal corresponding to the organization, and establishing an association relationship between the at least one terminal and the organization by writing the terminal number of the terminal into the organization relationship table.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the preset video resource permission attribute is determined by the terminal number and a preset organization relation table, and further comprising:
responding to a second video resource association instruction sent by a second terminal, and acquiring at least one terminal number recorded in the second video resource association instruction;
taking at least one terminal corresponding to the at least one terminal number as a second target terminal;
configuring the authority attribute of the video resource corresponding to the second video resource association instruction to enable the second target terminal to have viewing authority;
the second terminal is a terminal used by a system administrator; the second video resource association instruction is a video resource which is acquired by aiming at the first terminal request, and at least one terminal appointed by the user is configured with the authority attribute.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the obtaining of the video resource comprises:
responding to a video resource recording instruction sent by the terminal, generating a video resource corresponding to the video resource recording instruction and storing the video resource in the storage service system;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
responding to a video resource downloading instruction sent by the terminal, acquiring a video resource corresponding to the video resource downloading instruction from a third-party service, and storing the video resource in the storage service system.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein allocating video resources for the terminal outside the target organization where the first terminal is located comprises:
responding to an on-demand list acquisition request sent by a system administrator, and sending an on-demand list to a terminal corresponding to the system administrator; the on-demand list is used for the system administrator to search the target video resource;
and responding to the video resource allocation request sent by the system administrator, and sending the target video resource to the terminal corresponding to the on-demand list acquisition request.
7. A video resource allocation apparatus, applied to a storage service system, the storage service system being communicatively connected to at least one terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a video resource acquisition request sent by a terminal;
the first determining module is used for determining at least one video resource of which the terminal has the viewing permission according to the terminal number carried in the video resource acquisition request, a preset organization relation table and a preset video resource permission attribute;
and the video resource returning module is used for returning the at least one video resource to the terminal.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the acquisition module is used for responding to a first video resource association instruction sent by a first terminal and acquiring the terminal number of the first terminal;
a second determining module, configured to determine, based on the terminal number and a preset organization relation table, a target organization to which the first terminal belongs, and use at least one terminal in the target organization as a first target terminal;
the first permission configuration module is used for configuring the permission attribute of the video resource corresponding to the first video resource association instruction as that the first target terminal has viewing permission;
the first video resource association instruction is a video resource which is requested to be acquired by a first terminal, and authority attributes are configured for at least one terminal in a target organization where the first terminal is located.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors; and
one or more machine readable media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the electronic device to perform the video asset allocation method of any of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for causing a processor to execute the video resource allocation method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
