The concrete implementation is as follows: after the space grids to be rented which meet the requirements are distributed to the merchants, the batch of space grids to be rented are bound with the merchant codes and the access entry link addresses (for example, the data records of the space grid identifiers, the merchant codes and the access entry link addresses are stored) and are stored in a partition management system or/and a space renting service system, and meanwhile, a multi-public-number entry address is generated and consists of the merchant codes and the access entry link addresses, so that the user can rent the space grids which are rented by the merchants in batch (namely the space grids to be rented distributed by the merchants) by using the public numbers of the merchants.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flowchart of a method for providing a space rental service according to an established multiple public access according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps:
step S201: and configuring the renting request access entrance according to the multiple public number entrance addresses, and generating a renting request access entrance menu pointing to the multiple public number entrance addresses. The concrete implementation is as follows: a multi-public access address generated according to the method for establishing a multi-public access shown in fig. 1 is directed to a partition management system or a space rental service system, thereby generating an access, and a request menu of the access is configured on a corresponding public user interface, so that when a user performs a rental service by clicking the rental request access menu, a request is transmitted to the partition management system or the space rental service system according to the address direction. If the request is sent to the partition management system, the partition management system separates the merchant code and the user information from the request, finds corresponding space lattice information according to the merchant code, generates a user request comprising the space lattice information and a specific request after preprocessing the received request, and sends the user request to the space renting system, and the space renting system processes the user request like processing other common user requests. The content preprocessed by the partition management system and the generated request parameter may be adapted according to the type of the call interface of the space renting system (which parameters are needed, for example), which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. If the information is sent to the space renting service system, the space renting service system needs to store the corresponding merchant codes and the to-be-rented space grid information corresponding to the merchant codes, so that when the space renting service system receives a user request containing the merchant codes, the space renting service system finds the corresponding space grid information according to the merchant codes and the user information so as to perform corresponding processing (such as renting authorization, renting ending, door opening and the like). The multiple public number entrance addresses are configured on the public numbers, and the formats and modes of link popup can be adjusted by merchants to realize personalized customization, so that the access entrance address only needs to be ensured to point to the renting request access entrance generated according to the multiple public number entrance addresses. When the user wants to rent the space grid on the public number, the request is sent out, and when the user sends out the request, the access entrance is activated, and the request is sent to the partition management system or the space renting service system.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a flowchart of a method for space leasing based on multiple public access according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the following steps:

When a request for accessing the portal menu through a lease request is received from a user under the merchant flag, the merchant code, the request type and request parameters of the public number, such as the size of a lease space, lease user information and the like, are obtained.

Then, the space to be leased under the name of the merchant is found according to the merchant code, and then corresponding processing is performed according to the request type (such as lease authorization, door opening, lease ending and the like) and request parameters such as user information, for example: when the request is a renting authorization request, allocating a space cell for the user according to the request type and the user information, generating an unlocking instruction, controlling the space cell to be opened, and updating the renting state information of the space cell (such as whether renting is performed or not and the renting user information); when the request is a request for finishing renting, acquiring a corresponding space grid according to the request type and the user information, generating a payment instruction or an unlocking instruction, controlling the space grid to be opened, and updating the renting state of the space grid; and when the request is a door opening request, acquiring user information, finding a corresponding space grid, generating an unlocking instruction to control the space grid to be opened, updating the renting state of the space grid and the like. Meanwhile, according to the processing result, feedback information such as payment amount, success of door opening, authorization result and the like can be generated and fed back to the current user.
Wherein, the control space check is opened, can be the space check control module who transmits unlocking instruction to storing device, and its unblanking of direct control can refer to prior art, and it is unnecessary to describe here.
In addition, in the preferred embodiment, feedback information such as lease starting time and the like can be output to the partition management system, so that a merchant can conveniently check and manage the subordinate space lattice by logging in the partition management system through the merchant code.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a flowchart of a method for space leasing based on a multiple public access according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method comprises the following steps:

Step S404: and configuring a lease charging rule and an integral deduction rule. And configuring the charging rule of the leased space grid in the public number management system of the merchant. The charging rule may be, for example, daily charging or on-time charging, and the point rule may be that the merchant may set points for the user to obtain and use, and when the user is in the rental space, the user may deduct the rental fee according to different point rules.
Step S405: and responding to a payment request from the lease request access entrance, and calculating the rent to be paid according to the lease charging rule and the integral deduction rule. The concrete implementation is as follows: when the user stops renting the space grid, the user selects the renting stopping service under the public number, the user sends a payment request to the public number management system of the merchant at the access entrance, the multiple public number management system of the merchant verifies and calculates the payment rent according to the configured renting charging rule and the integral deduction rule, and if the user has the integral, the payment rent can be deducted by the integral according to the integral deduction rule. The user can conveniently and flexibly rent the space and pay the fee.
In a preferred embodiment, the rental charging rule and the integral deduction rule may also be configured in a space grid rental system or a partition management system of the storage device, and the corresponding rule is stored under the corresponding merchant number. After the user sends a request for ending rent through the multiple public number entrance link, the rent system or the subarea management system calculates the payment rent according to the request, the rent time, the rent charging rule and the integral deduction rule, the final payment amount is fed back to the public number through the entrance link, and the user finishes payment. Therefore, the member management system of the merchant can be combined with the renting system.
FIG. 5 schematically illustrates a block diagram of a server for establishing multiple public access portals, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in figure 5 of the drawings,
the server comprises a storage medium 5, wherein a link generation module 6 and a space management module 7 are stored in the storage medium 5, wherein the link generation module 6 is used for generating an access entrance link address rented by a space; the space management module 7 is configured to generate a multiple public access address output based on the first lease request and the access link address in response to the received first lease request. And the space management module 7 in the server comprises: a configuration unit 701, a space grid allocation unit 702 and a multiple public number establishment unit 703. The configuration unit 701 is configured to assign a merchant code to each merchant; the space grid allocation unit 702 is configured to obtain, according to the first lease request, a merchant code of the requesting merchant and a space grid to be leased; the multiple public number establishing unit 703 is configured to bind the to-be-rented space grid with the merchant code and the access entry link address, and generate multiple public number entry addresses for output or/and storage according to the merchant code and the access entry link address of the requesting merchant. In specific use, the configuration unit 701 allocates a corresponding merchant code to each merchant who makes a request. When a merchant makes a first lease request (a batch lease request made for the merchant) to the server, the spatial grid allocation unit 702 may obtain information of a merchant code, a leased spatial grid area, number, type, and the like from the first lease request, and obtain batched spatial grids according to the information, so as to perform spatial grid allocation in response to the first lease request of the merchant, thereby allocating the spatial grids to be leased for the merchant. According to the first lease request of the merchant, such as information of the area, the type, the quantity and the like of batch lease, because the storage medium 5 of the server also stores the detailed information of the space lattice, the information of the space lattice which can be allocated to the current merchant can be obtained according to the request parameters and the stored information in the first lease request of the merchant, and the adaptive space lattice is allocated to the merchant, namely the space lattice to be leased is allocated to the merchant. In addition, the link generating module 6 may first establish an access entry link address according to the merchant code of the merchant and the spatial grid information to be rented, and a specific implementation method may refer to the method shown in fig. 1. Then, the spatial grid state information to be rented is obtained through the spatial grid allocation unit 702, the batch of spatial grids to be rented are bound with the merchant codes and the access entry link addresses (for example, the batch of spatial grids to be rented are bound through data records stored as the spatial grid identifiers, the merchant codes and the access entry link addresses) and are stored in the server, and meanwhile, multiple public number entry addresses are generated and are composed of the merchant codes and the access entry link addresses, so that the user can rent the spatial grids rented by the merchants in batch (namely, the spatial grids to be rented, which are allocated by the merchants), by using the public numbers of the merchants, and therefore, the establishment of the multiple public number entries is completed.
Fig. 6 schematically shows a block diagram of a system for space leasing based on multiple public access according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in figure 6 of the drawings,
the system comprises a first server 8 for establishing a multiple public access and a second server 9 for providing a space rental service, wherein the first server 8 is configured to generate a multiple public access address in response to a received first lease request. The second server 9 is configured to bind the space bay with the corresponding public number according to the multiple public number entry address, and perform space lease processing in response to requests from different public numbers. By separating the service processing for generating the multiple public number entry addresses from the request service processing for renting and accessing based on the multiple public number entry addresses, smooth response and execution of the service can be ensured, and the expandability is better. The specific implementation method for generating the multiple public number entry address, binding the multiple public number address with the space lattice, and responding to the personal user request may refer to the description of the above method part, which is not described herein again. A multi-public number entrance link is established through the first server 8, the second server 9 binds the space grid and the public number of the commercial tenant, the renting request of the individual user can be independently processed through the second server 9, corresponding space grid information is obtained according to the binding condition and enters the request response of the individual user, the request response cannot be mixed with the service of the first server 8, and the non-differentiation of the access of the individual user is realized. Therefore, multiple public number entrance addresses can be generated through the cooperation among the servers, individual user requests based on the multiple public number entrance addresses can be received, in the concrete implementation, the format and the mode of link popup can be adjusted by a merchant, personalized customization is realized, and only the address of an access entrance is required to be ensured to point to a renting request access entrance generated according to the multiple public number entrance addresses. When a user wants to rent the space grid on the public number, a request is sent, when the user sends the request, the access entrance is activated, and the request is sent to the second server 9 (wherein the second server 9 can be configured with the partition management system or/and the space renting service system, and the partition management system can also be configured on another server separately, such as a third server), and the system can provide a way for the merchant to manage the space grid and the batch rented space grid.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a system for space leasing based on multiple public access according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, unlike the embodiment shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment,
the second server 9 is further provided with a space renting module 901 and a charging module 902, wherein the space renting module 901 is configured to generate a control signal in response to a second renting request from a corresponding public number entry, and control a corresponding space grid action. The charging module 902 is configured to perform calculation of the rent to be paid according to the lease charging rule and the integral deduction rule in response to the payment request from the corresponding public access. The space renting module 901 can be arranged in a space renting system of the storage device, when a user under a merchant flag wants to rent a space grid, a renting request can be sent to the space renting module 901 according to a plurality of public numbers pointed by an entry menu, the renting request can comprise renting types, sizes, affiliated merchants and personal user information, the space renting module 901 feeds back the renting request according to parameter information in the renting request, and the storage device renting operation can be realized through the public numbers. When the user wants to end the rental, the user may send a payment request to the second server 9, the charging module 902 may calculate the final payment amount of the user according to the configured charging rule and the point deduction rule, the charging rule may be set to, for example, daily charging or on-time charging, and the like, the point rule may be that the merchant may set a point for the user to obtain and use, and when the user wants to end the rental in the rental space, the user may deduct the rental fee according to different point rules. In this way, the space renting module 901 and the charging module 902 can provide a way for the user to rent the space grid and pay the renting cost of the space grid, so that the user can conveniently and directly rent the space grid under the corresponding public number, and the problem that other terminals need to be downloaded to realize renting is avoided.
In other embodiments, the charging module 902 may also be disposed on a public number management platform of a merchant, and the merchant directly manages the charging rules and the integral deduction rules of the user, that is, after performing payment processing, the merchant sends the payment request to the space renting system for processing.
In a preferred embodiment, the method may be implemented by program instructions and stored in an electronic device, which may only have a storage medium such as a usb disk, or may further include an execution unit such as a smartphone.
It can be understood that the method and system for multiple public access according to the embodiment of the present invention have more application scenarios and examples in the technology of internet of things, and the embodiment of the present invention cannot be exhaustive, and the embodiment of the present invention should not be considered as a limitation to the application thereof.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept thereof, and these changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for establishing multiple public access, comprising the steps of:
generating an access entry link address for space leasing;
acquiring a merchant code of a merchant sending a request according to a received first lease request, determining an area to which the merchant currently sending the request belongs and a domain authority corresponding to the area according to a pre-divided area, and allocating an adaptive space lattice for the merchant currently sending the request as a space lattice to be leased according to a space lattice state in the domain authority, wherein the pre-divided area is formed by dividing the area by taking the space lattice as a unit, and the area comprises the corresponding space lattice under the area and the domain authority allocated to the area so as to identify the merchant to which each space lattice can be allocated;
binding the space grid to be rented with the merchant code and the access entrance link address;
and generating a multi-public-number entrance address output according to the merchant code of the merchant sending the request and the access entrance link address, wherein the multi-public-number entrance address can enable a user to rent the space lattice to be rented allocated for the merchant by using the public number of the merchant sending the request, and the merchant is different from the user, has a user group and can provide storage service for the user group.
2. The method of establishing multiple public access according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
and distributing the merchant codes for the merchants.
3. A method for providing space rental service, comprising:
and configuring a lease request access portal according to a multi-public-number portal address, and generating a lease request access portal menu output pointing to the multi-public-number portal address, wherein the multi-public-number portal address is generated based on the method for establishing the multi-public-number portal of claim 1 or 2.
4. A method for renting space, comprising the steps of:
controlling a corresponding space grid action in response to a request from a lease request access portal menu pointing to a multiple public access address generated based on the method of establishing a multiple public access according to claim 1 or 2.
5. A method for spacial tenancy according to claim 4, wherein the act of controlling the corresponding spacial grid in response to a request from the lease request to access an entry menu comprises the steps of:
acquiring a merchant code, a request type and request parameters according to the request;
generating an unlocking instruction and feedback information according to the merchant code, the request type, the request parameter and the spatial trellis state;
and controlling the corresponding space grid to be opened according to the unlocking instruction, and outputting the feedback information.
6. A method of space leasing according to claim 5, wherein said method further comprises:
configuring a renting charging rule and an integral deduction rule;
and responding to a payment request from the renting request access entry menu, and calculating the rent to be paid according to the renting charging rule and the integral deduction rule.
7. A server for establishing multiple public access, comprising a storage medium, wherein a link generation module and a space management module are stored in the storage medium, wherein,
the link generating module is used for generating an access entrance link address leased by the space;
the space management module is used for responding to a received first lease request and generating a multi-public-number entry address according to the first lease request and an access entry link address;
wherein the space management module comprises
The space grid allocation unit is used for acquiring a merchant code of a requesting merchant according to the first lease request, determining an area to which the merchant currently sending the request belongs and a domain authority corresponding to the area according to the pre-divided area, and allocating an adaptive space grid for the merchant currently sending the request as a space grid to be leased according to the space grid state in the domain authority, wherein the pre-divided area is formed by dividing the area by taking the space grid as a unit, and the area comprises the corresponding space grid under the area and the domain authority allocated to the area so as to identify the merchant to which each space grid can be allocated; and
and the multi-public-number establishing unit is used for binding the space grid to be rented with the merchant code and the access entry link address, generating a multi-public-number entry address according to the merchant code of the requesting merchant and the access entry link address, and outputting the multi-public-number entry address, wherein the multi-public-number entry address can enable a user to use the public number of the merchant sending the request to rent the space grid to be rented allocated for the merchant, and the merchant is different from the user, has a user group of the user and can provide storage service for the user group of the user.
8. The server according to claim 7, wherein the space management module further comprises:

9. A system for space leasing based on a multiple public access, comprising a first server for establishing the multiple public access and a second server for providing a space leasing service, wherein,
the first server configured to generate a multiple public number entry address in response to the received first lease request, embodied as the server of claim 7 or 8;
and the second server is configured to bind the space grid with the corresponding public number according to the multiple public number entry addresses and respond to requests from different public numbers to perform space renting processing.
10. The system for multi-public access-based space leasing according to claim 9, wherein a space leasing module and a billing module are provided on said second server, wherein,
the space renting module is used for responding to a second renting request from the corresponding public number entrance, generating a control signal and controlling the corresponding space lattice to act; and/or
And the charging module is used for responding to the payment request from the corresponding public number entrance and calculating the rent to be paid according to the rent charging rule and the integral deduction rule.
