The block chain-based banking business handling method applied to the bank counter server in the embodiment of the invention is described in detail below.

The business processing instruction carries a banking business identifier, an identity identifier of the user and a device identifier of the ATM.
For S305, the service processing information is, for example, information that needs to be processed and responded by the server in the banking process. Specifically, when the counter terminal transacts business for the user according to the operation information submitted by the user through the ATM, the counter terminal generates business processing information, then the business processing information is sent to the bank counter server, and the bank counter server receives the business processing information sent by the counter terminal and processes the business processing information so as to complete business transaction for the user.
Illustratively, when the user makes a large transfer, the service processing information includes, for example: transfer account information, payee account information, transfer amount, transfer verification information, and the like.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a banking business handling device based on the blockchain, as described in the following embodiment. And a fifth processing module 405, configured to receive service processing information sent by the counter terminal selected by the user according to the operation information of the user, and complete service handling for the user according to the service processing information.

step 4: the ATM receives the free counter information sent by the bank counter server according to the banking service identifier and provides the free counter information for the user;
Step 5: the ATM receives a counter identifier selected by the user according to the idle counter information;
step 6: the ATM sends the counter identification selected by the user to a bank counter server;
step 7: after receiving the counter identifier selected by the user and sent by the ATM, the bank counter server determines a counter terminal selected by the user according to the counter identifier selected by the user and sends a service processing instruction to the counter terminal selected by the user;
step 8: after receiving the business processing instruction sent by the bank counter server, the counter terminal sends an operation instruction to the ATM;
step 9: the ATM receives an operation instruction sent by the counter terminal and provides the operation instruction for a user;
step 10: the ATM receives operation information submitted by the user according to the operation instruction;
step 11: the ATM sends the operation information to the counter terminal;
step 12: the bank counter terminal generates business processing information according to the operation information and sends the business processing information to the bank counter server;
step 13: and the bank counter server processes the business processing information to complete business handling.
The embodiment of the invention also provides computer equipment, which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor realizes the banking business handling method based on the block chain when executing the computer program.

In an embodiment of the invention, the ATM performs the following method: receiving a business handling request submitted by a user; wherein, the business handling request carries a banking business identifier and an identity identifier of the user; according to the business handling request, sending an idle counter information acquisition request to a bank counter server in a blockchain; the free counter information acquisition request carries the banking service identifier and the identity identifier of the user; the bank counter server and each counter terminal are nodes in the block chain respectively; receiving idle counter information sent by a bank counter server according to the banking business identifier; wherein, the idle counter information comprises: counter identification and position information of the idle counter, counter identification corresponding to the idle counter and business handling information corresponding to the counter; providing idle counter information for a user, receiving counter identifiers selected by the user according to the idle counter information, and sending the counter identifiers selected by the user to a bank counter server so that the bank counter server can send business processing instructions to counter terminals corresponding to the counter identifiers selected by the user, wherein the business processing instructions carry bank business identifiers, the identity identifiers of the user and the equipment identifiers of the ATM; receiving a counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user, and sending an operation instruction after receiving the service processing instruction; providing the operation instruction for a user, and transmitting operation information submitted by the user according to the operation instruction to a counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user; and the counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user completes business handling for the user according to the operation information. Thus, the ATM can be connected with the counter terminals of all banking sites to help users to complete counter business handling on the ATM, and the ATM is used for realizing the allocation of counter resources of all banking sites, so that the allocation efficiency of the counter resources of the banks is improved, the resource waste is reduced, the business handling efficiency of the counter of the banks is improved, the queuing time of the users is shortened, and the user experience is improved.

receiving a business handling request submitted by a user; wherein, the business handling request carries a banking business identifier and an identity identifier of the user;
according to the business handling request, sending an idle counter information acquisition request to a bank counter server in a blockchain; the free counter information acquisition request carries the banking service identifier and the identity identifier of the user; the bank counter server and each counter terminal are nodes in the block chain respectively;
receiving idle counter information sent by a bank counter server according to the banking business identifier; wherein, the idle counter information comprises: counter identification and position information of the idle counter, counter identification corresponding to the idle counter and business handling information corresponding to the counter;
providing idle counter information for a user, receiving counter identifiers selected by the user according to the idle counter information, and sending the counter identifiers selected by the user to a bank counter server so that the bank counter server can send business processing instructions to counter terminals corresponding to the counter identifiers selected by the user, wherein the business processing instructions carry bank business identifiers, the identity identifiers of the user and the equipment identifiers of the ATM;
Receiving a counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user, and sending an operation instruction after receiving the service processing instruction;
providing the operation instruction for a user, and transmitting operation information submitted by the user according to the operation instruction to a counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user; the counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user completes business handling for the user according to the operation information;
receiving a business handling request submitted by a user, comprising:
when detecting that a user inserts a bank card, acquiring account information of the bank card;
prompting the user to select a banking business identifier of a banking business to be transacted when a preset password corresponding to account information of the banking card is consistent with a password input by the user;
acquiring the identity of the user according to the account information;
and determining a business handling request submitted by the user according to the banking business identifier and the identity identifier.
2. The blockchain-based banking method of claim 1, wherein the teller's transaction information includes at least one of: the processed service identification of the processed service of the teller, the average processing time length and the processing times corresponding to each processed service respectively, and the evaluation information corresponding to each teller under each processed service respectively.
3. The blockchain-based banking transaction method of claim 1, wherein the operation instruction includes: a voice operation instruction; providing the operation indication to the user, comprising: playing the voice operation instruction to the user through a connected earphone;
and/or, the operation instruction comprises: a text operation instruction; providing the operation indication to the user, comprising: and displaying the text operation instruction on a graphical interactive interface of the ATM.

The blockchain-based banking method of claim 1, wherein the operational information includes at least one of: the user submits the signature information through the signature information acquisition device of the ATM, and the identity card image and the face image of the user are acquired by the image acquisition device on the ATM.
5. A blockchain-based banking transaction method, characterized by nodes applied to a blockchain, the nodes being a bank counter server, the method comprising:
receiving an idle counter information acquisition request sent by an ATM;
according to the banking service identification and the user identification contained in the free counter information acquisition request, determining a free counter terminal capable of handling banking service corresponding to the banking service identification from all nodes of the blockchain;
Generating idle counter information according to counter identification, position information, teller identification and teller business handling information of the idle counter terminal, and sending the idle counter information to the ATM;
after receiving the counter identifier selected by the user and sent by the ATM, determining a counter terminal selected by the user according to the counter identifier selected by the user, and sending a service processing instruction to the counter terminal selected by the user; the business processing instruction carries a banking business identifier, an identity identifier of the user and a device identifier of the ATM; the counter terminal selected by the user sends an operation instruction to the ATM according to the service processing instruction, and the user sends operation information to the selected counter terminal by using the ATM according to the operation instruction;
and receiving service processing information sent by the counter terminal selected by the user according to the operation information of the user, and completing service handling for the user according to the service processing information.
6. A blockchain-based banking transaction device, for use with an ATM, comprising:

the first processing module is used for providing idle counter information for a user, receiving counter identifiers selected by the user according to the idle counter information, and sending the counter identifiers selected by the user to the bank counter server so that the bank counter server can send business processing instructions to counter terminals corresponding to the counter identifiers selected by the user, wherein the business processing instructions carry banking business identifiers, the identity identifiers of the user and the equipment identifiers of the ATM;
The second processing module is used for receiving the counter terminal corresponding to the counter identifier selected by the user and sending an operation instruction after receiving the service processing instruction;
