For example, after the 5G message corresponding to each conference receiver is generated, the 5G message may be associated with the communication method corresponding to the conference receiver, and after the association, the 5G message is uniformly sent to each conference receiver.
According to the technical scheme, in the embodiment, when the 5G message center receives the conference change request of the conference initiator, determining meeting change information, meeting types and communication modes related to a meeting receiver and the meeting receiver according to the meeting change request, acquiring a 5G message template related to the meeting types, and generates a 5G message corresponding to the conference receiver according to the conference change information and the 5G message template, and sends the 5G message to the target conference receiver based on the communication mode associated with the conference receiver, so as to remind the conference receiver of the conference change through the 5G message, because the 5G message can be rapidly generated according to the conference change information and notified to the conference receiver when the conference is changed, the problem that the conference progress is not affected by the conference change notification in time is solved, and the effect of rapid conference change notification can be realized through the technical scheme of the application.
A second embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, before step S110 based on the first embodiment, the second embodiment of the present application further includes steps S210 to S220, and the second embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
step S210, when receiving an access request sent by a conference receiver, acquiring the identity authentication information of the conference receiver based on the authentication interface of the 5G message center.
In this embodiment, each conference receiver participating in the conference needs to perform identity authentication to perform services such as subsequent conference change notification. And each conference receiver participating in the conference can perform the conference change notification service of the conference only by performing identity authentication and establishing connection with the conference initiator.
Optionally, the conference receiver may generate an access request of the conference receiver when the conference link generated by the conference initiator is clicked, that is, when the conference receiver clicks the conference link of the conference initiator, the 5G message center indicates that the access request sent by the conference receiver is received. The method can also be used for indicating that the 5G message center receives the access request sent by the conference receiver when the conference receiver scans the two-dimensional code.
Optionally, when the 5G message center receives an access request sent by a conference receiver, the identity authentication information of the conference receiver may be obtained based on an authentication interface of the 5G message center, and the identity authentication information may be pre-bound with a communication mode of the conference receiver without being re-input by the conference receiver. The identity authentication information of the conference receiver can be acquired based on the authentication interface of the 5G message center, so that the risk of privacy disclosure caused by the need of inputting a communication mode again is avoided.
Step S220, sending the identity authentication information to the conference initiating terminal, so that the conference initiating terminal performs identity authentication on the conference receiving party based on the identity authentication information, and after the identity authentication is successful, sending the conference change request to the 5G message center.
In this embodiment, after the identity authentication information is acquired, the identity authentication information is sent to the conference initiating terminal for identity verification, and the purpose of the verification is mainly to improve the security of the conference, especially for some high-confidentiality conferences, if real-name identity authentication is not performed, the risk of content leakage may be caused. Therefore, the conference initiating terminal carries out identity verification on the conference receiving party based on the identity authentication information, judges whether the identity is in accordance with the previously reserved identity information or not, and if so, indicates that the identity verification is successful. After the identity authentication is successful, the conference initiator can send a conference change request to the 5G message center, and meanwhile, the conference receiver can also receive a conference change notification.
Step S110, when receiving a conference change request of a conference initiator, determining conference change information, a conference type, and a communication mode associated with a conference receiver according to the conference change request.
Step S120, acquiring a 5G message template associated with the conference type, and generating a 5G message corresponding to the conference receiver according to the conference change information and the 5G message template;
and step S130, sending the 5G message to the target conference receiving terminal based on the communication mode associated with the conference receiving terminal so as to remind the conference receiving terminal of conference change through the 5G message.
According to the technical scheme, the identity of the conference receiver is verified before the conference change notification is carried out, and the identity authentication information of the conference receiver can be acquired based on the authentication interface of the 5G message center in the identity authentication process, so that the risk of privacy disclosure caused by the fact that a communication mode needs to be input again is avoided, in addition, after the identity authentication is successful, the conference initiating terminal can send the conference change request to the 5G message center, and meanwhile, the conference receiver can receive the conference change notification.
A third embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4, the meeting invitation may be performed before the meeting is changed or the meeting is logged in after receiving the meeting requirement again after the meeting is changed according to the first embodiment. Alternatively, the meeting invitation may be an operation performed after the identity authentication is passed. The third embodiment of the present application further includes steps S310 to S340, and the conference information notification method of the present application includes the following steps:
step S310, sending query requests to all online conference receiving ends associated with the conference receiving end;
step S320, receiving a feedback result of the query request, and determining login time, system process number and CPU usage record of each conference receiving end according to the feedback result;
step S330, determining a target conference receiving end according to the login time, the system process number and the CPU usage record of each conference receiving end;
step S340, sending a conference invitation to the target conference receiving end, so that the target conference receiving end logs in the conference based on the conference invitation.
In this embodiment, the conference receiver may log in multiple conference receivers simultaneously or multiple login accounts may exist simultaneously. Therefore, after receiving the conference invitation, it is necessary to determine a target conference receiver, which is one end that can log in the conference. Specifically, the conference initiator may send a query request to the 5G message center. When receiving the query request, the 5G message center sends the query request to all online conference receiving ends associated with a conference receiving party; the query request is mainly used for querying the use condition of each online conference receiving end.
In an application scenario, although a conference receiver logs in a plurality of terminals at the same time, the conference receiver may log in history but forget to log out, and at this time, if the conference receiver does not use the terminal, the conference receiver cannot receive the related information of the conference in time. Therefore, it is necessary to send a query request to all online conference receiving terminals associated with each conference receiving terminal, and determine a target conference receiving terminal according to a feedback result of the query request. Specifically, the login time, the number of system processes, and the CPU usage record of each conference receiving end may be determined according to the feedback result, and then the target conference receiving end may be determined according to the login time, the number of system processes, and the CPU usage record of each conference receiving end. Optionally, the conference receiving end whose CPU utilization is greater than the preset value may be determined as the target conference receiving end according to the latest login time and the number of system processes greater than the preset value.
Optionally, after the target conference receiving end is determined, the conference invitation may be sent to the target conference receiving end through a 5G message center, so that the target conference receiving end can log in the conference based on the conference invitation. Wherein, the target conference receiving end can directly log in the conference.
According to the technical scheme, the target conference receiving end can be determined according to the login time, the system process number and the CPU use record of each conference receiving end associated with the conference receiving end, and then the conference invitation is sent to the target conference receiving end, so that the target conference receiving end can be rapidly determined, and the conference receiving end can rapidly enter the conference.
A fourth embodiment.
As shown in fig. 5, after step S340 according to the third embodiment, the fourth embodiment of the present application further includes steps S410 to S420, and the fourth embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
step S310, sending query requests to all online conference receiving ends associated with the conference receiving end;
step S320, receiving a feedback result of the query request, and determining login time, system process number and CPU usage record of each conference receiving end according to the feedback result;
step S330, determining a target conference receiving end according to the login time, the system process number and the CPU usage record of each conference receiving end;
step S340, sending a conference invitation to the target conference receiving end, so that the target conference receiving end logs in the conference based on the conference invitation.
Step S410, when receiving the meeting notice request of the meeting initiating terminal, determining meeting material link according to the meeting notice request;
step S420, sending the conference material link to the target conference receiving end, so that the target conference receiving end can jump to a conference material browsing page based on the conference material link, so that the conference receiving end can browse the conference material.
In this embodiment, when receiving a conference notification request from a conference initiator, the 5G message center may determine a conference material link according to the conference notification request, where the conference material link is a material related to the conference. By clicking the conference material link, the corresponding conference material browsing page can be skipped to, and the conference material browsing page can be a PPT (point to point) related to the conference, a file or other materials related to the conference, and the like. The conference material link can be sent to a target conference receiving end through a 5G message center, so that the target conference receiving end can jump to a conference material browsing page based on the conference material link, and a conference receiving end can browse the conference material.
According to the technical scheme, the conference data can be sent to the target conference receiving end through the 5G message center so as to be browsed by the target conference receiving end, and therefore the effect of data browsing is conveniently and quickly achieved.
Fifth embodiment.
As shown in fig. 6, in a fifth embodiment of the present application, a conference information notification method of the present application is applied to a conference initiator, where the conference initiator is in communication connection with a 5G message center, and includes the following steps:
step S510, conference change information, conference types, and communication modes associated with the conference receivers are obtained.
Step S520, generating a conference change request according to the conference change information, the conference type and the communication mode associated with the conference receiver;
step S530, the conference change request is sent to the 5G message center, so that when the 5G message center receives the conference change request, the conference change information, the conference type, and the communication mode of the conference receiver and the conference receiver are determined according to the conference change request, the 5G message template associated with the conference type is obtained, the 5G message corresponding to the conference receiver is generated according to the conference change information and the 5G message template, and the 5G message is sent to the target conference receiver associated with the conference receiver based on the communication mode of the conference receiver, so that the conference receiver is reminded of the conference change through the 5G message.
In this embodiment, when the conference information needs to be changed, the conference initiator may obtain the conference change information, the conference type, and the communication mode between the conference receiver and the conference receiver. And generating a conference change request according to the conference change information, the conference type and the communication mode associated with the conference receiver, and then sending the conference change request to a 5G message center so as to generate a 5G message through the 5G message center and inform a target conference receiving end. The conference change information may be voice information and/or image information. Each conference has a corresponding conference type, the conference type is determined according to the subject content of the conference, and different conference types correspond to a tag, such as an academic report conference, a technical sharing conference and the like. The conference receiver invites objects for the conference, namely, all the participants except the initiating conference. Each conference receiver has an associated communication mode, which includes but is not limited to telephone communication or short message communication based on a mobile phone number or a telephone number, communication based on a micro signal on a communication application, and the like. The communication mode needs to be acquired and recorded in advance, so that a corresponding conference receiver can be quickly contacted when an emergency occurs.
According to the technical scheme, when meeting information needs to be changed, a meeting change request is generated according to the meeting change information, the meeting type and the communication mode related to the meeting receiver and is sent to the 5G message center, so that the 5G message is generated through the 5G message center and is notified to a target meeting receiving end, and the efficiency of meeting change notification is improved.
A sixth embodiment.
As shown in fig. 7, based on the fifth embodiment, before step S510, the sixth embodiment of the present application further includes steps S610 to S620, and the sixth embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
step S610, when receiving a scanning request of a two-dimensional code sent by a conference receiver, sending an access request to a 5G message center, so that when receiving the access request, the 5G message center acquires identity authentication information of the conference receiver scanning the two-dimensional code based on an authentication interface of the 5G message center, and sends the identity authentication information to the conference initiator;
step S620, receiving the identity authentication information, and performing identity verification on the conference receiver based on the identity authentication information;
after the identity authentication is successful, executing step S510, obtaining meeting change information, a meeting type, and a communication mode associated with a meeting receiver;
step S520, generating a conference change request according to the conference change information, the conference type and the communication mode associated with the conference receiver;
step S530, the conference change request is sent to the 5G message center, so that when the 5G message center receives the conference change request, the conference change information, the conference type, and the communication mode of the conference receiver and the conference receiver are determined according to the conference change request, the 5G message template associated with the conference type is obtained, the 5G message corresponding to the conference receiver is generated according to the conference change information and the 5G message template, and the 5G message is sent to the target conference receiver associated with the conference receiver based on the communication mode of the conference receiver, so that the conference receiver is reminded of the conference change through the 5G message.
In this embodiment, when receiving a scanning request of a two-dimensional code sent by a conference receiver, a conference initiator sends an access request to an authentication server in a 5G message center, so that when receiving the access request, the authentication server obtains identity authentication information of the conference receiver scanning the two-dimensional code based on an authentication interface in the 5G message center, sends the identity authentication information to the conference initiator for identity verification, and determines whether the identity matches with previously reserved identity information, if so, the identity verification is successful. After the identity authentication is successful, the conference initiator can acquire the conference change information, the conference type, the communication mode associated with the conference receiver and the conference receiver, and send a conference change request to the 5G message center.
A seventh embodiment.
As shown in fig. 8, in the seventh embodiment of the present application, the conference information notification method of the present application may further be:
firstly, a conference initiator acquires conference change information, a conference type, a conference receiver and a communication mode associated with the conference receiver; generating a conference change request according to the conference change information, the conference type and a communication mode associated with the conference receiver;
then, the conference initiating terminal sends the conference change request to the 5G message center;
then, when receiving the conference change request, the 5G message center determines conference change information, a conference type and a communication mode associated with a conference receiver and the conference receiver according to the conference change request, acquires a 5G message template associated with the conference type, and generates a 5G message corresponding to the conference receiver according to the conference change information and the 5G message template;
and finally, the 5G message center sends the 5G message to a target conference receiving end associated with the conference receiving end based on the communication mode associated with the conference receiving end so as to remind the conference receiving end of conference change through the 5G message.
An eighth embodiment.
As shown in fig. 9, in the eighth embodiment of the present application, the conference information notification method of the present application may further be:
firstly, when receiving a scanning request of a two-dimensional code sent by a conference receiver, a conference initiating terminal sends an access request to a 5G message center;
then, when receiving an access request, the 5G message center acquires identity authentication information of a conference receiver scanning the two-dimensional code based on an authentication interface of the 5G message center, and sends the identity authentication information to the conference initiator;
then, the conference initiating terminal receives the identity authentication information and carries out identity verification on the conference receiving terminal based on the identity authentication information;
then, after the identity authentication is successful, the conference initiating terminal acquires conference change information, a conference type and a communication mode associated with a conference receiver, and generates a conference change request according to the conference change information, the conference type and the communication mode associated with the conference receiver;
then, the conference initiating terminal sends the conference change request to the 5G message center;
then, when receiving the conference change request, the 5G message center determines conference change information, a conference type and a communication mode associated with a conference receiver and the conference receiver according to the conference change request, acquires a 5G message template associated with the conference type, and generates a 5G message corresponding to the conference receiver according to the conference change information and the 5G message template;
and finally, the 5G message center sends the 5G message to a target conference receiving end associated with the conference receiving end based on the communication mode associated with the conference receiving end so as to remind the conference receiving end of conference change through the 5G message.
While a logical order is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different from that shown or described herein.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a meeting information notification program is stored, and when the meeting information notification program is executed by a processor, the meeting information notification program implements the steps of the meeting information notification method described above, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
Since the storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application is a storage medium used for implementing the method in the embodiments of the present application, based on the method described in the embodiments of the present application, a person skilled in the art can understand a specific structure and a modification of the storage medium, and thus details are not described here. Any storage medium used in the method of the embodiment of the present application is intended to be protected by the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A conference information notification method is characterized in that the method is applied to a 5G message center, and a conference initiating terminal is connected with a target conference receiving terminal of a conference receiving terminal through the 5G message center; the conference information notification method comprises the following steps:
when receiving a conference change request of a conference initiator, determining conference change information, a conference type and a communication mode associated with a conference receiver according to the conference change request;
acquiring a 5G message template associated with the conference type, and generating a 5G message corresponding to the conference receiver according to the conference change information and the 5G message template;
and sending the 5G message to the target conference receiving end based on the communication mode associated with the conference receiving end so as to remind the conference receiving end of conference change through the 5G message.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the meeting change information includes voice information and/or image information, and wherein generating the 5G message corresponding to the meeting recipient according to the meeting change information and the 5G message template comprises:
performing keyword recognition on the voice information and/or the image information to obtain meeting time, meeting places and meeting flows;
and obtaining a 5G message corresponding to the conference receiver according to the conference time, the conference place, the conference flow, the conference receiver and the 5G message template.
3. The method for notifying meeting information according to claim 2, wherein the step of obtaining a 5G message corresponding to the meeting recipient according to the meeting time, the meeting location, the meeting flow, the meeting recipient, and the 5G message template includes:
respectively acquiring preset identifications matched with the meeting time, the meeting place, the meeting process and the meeting receiver from the 5G message template;
determining the position of each preset identifier in the 5G message template;
and respectively replacing the preset identifications corresponding to the positions by adopting the meeting time, the meeting place, the meeting process and the meeting receiver to generate a 5G message corresponding to the meeting receiver.

The method for notifying meeting information of claim 1, wherein before the step of determining meeting change information, meeting type, meeting receiver and communication mode associated with the meeting receiver according to the meeting change request when receiving the meeting change request from the meeting initiator, the method further comprises:
when an access request sent by a conference receiver is received, acquiring identity authentication information of the conference receiver based on an authentication interface of the 5G message center;
and sending the identity authentication information to the conference initiating terminal so that the conference initiating terminal carries out identity authentication on the conference receiver based on the identity authentication information, and sending the conference change request to the 5G message center after the identity authentication is successful.
5. The meeting information notification method of claim 1, wherein the meeting information notification method further comprises:
sending a query request to all online conference receiving ends associated with the conference receiver;
receiving a feedback result of the query request, and determining login time, system process number and CPU (Central processing Unit) use records of each conference receiving end according to the feedback result;
determining a target conference receiving end according to the login time, the system process number and the CPU usage record of each conference receiving end;
and sending a conference invitation to the target conference receiving end so that the target conference receiving end can log in the conference based on the conference invitation.
6. The method for notifying meeting information of claim 5, wherein after the step of sending a meeting invitation to the target meeting receiving end so that the target meeting receiving end logs in a meeting based on the meeting invitation, the method further comprises:
when receiving a conference notification request of the conference initiator, determining conference material links according to the conference notification request;
and sending the conference material link to the target conference receiving end so that the target conference receiving end can jump to a conference material browsing page based on the conference material link to allow the conference receiving end to browse the conference material.
7. A conference information notification method is characterized in that the method is applied to a conference initiating terminal, and the conference initiating terminal is in communication connection with a 5G message center; the conference information notification method comprises the following steps:
acquiring meeting change information, meeting types and communication modes related to a meeting receiver;
generating a conference change request according to the conference change information, the conference type and a communication mode associated with the conference receiver;
and sending the conference change request to the 5G message center, so that when the 5G message center receives the conference change request, the 5G message center determines conference change information, a conference type and a communication mode associated with a conference receiver according to the conference change request, acquires a 5G message template associated with the conference type, generates a 5G message corresponding to the conference receiver according to the conference change information and the 5G message template, and sends the 5G message to a target conference receiving end associated with the conference receiver based on the communication mode associated with the conference receiver so as to remind the conference receiver of conference change through the 5G message.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the step of obtaining the meeting change information, the meeting type, the meeting receiver and the communication method associated with the meeting receiver further comprises:
when a scanning request of a two-dimension code sent by a conference receiver is received, sending an access request to a 5G message center, so that the 5G message center obtains identity authentication information of the conference receiver scanning the two-dimension code based on an authentication interface of the 5G message center when receiving the access request, and sending the identity authentication information to the conference initiator;
receiving the identity authentication information, and performing identity verification on the conference receiver based on the identity authentication information;
and after the identity authentication is successful, executing the steps of obtaining the conference change information, the conference type and the communication mode associated with the conference receiver.

A 5G message center, the 5G message center comprising: memory, processor and a meeting information notification program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the meeting information notification program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the meeting information notification method of any of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a meeting information notification program is stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the meeting information notification method of any one of claims 1-6, or which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the meeting information notification method of any one of claims 7-8.
