Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
For ease of understanding, an application scenario to which the embodiment of the present disclosure is applied will be described first with reference to fig. 1.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, there are a live client 101, a viewer client 102, and a server 103. Both the live client 101 and the audience client 102 are provided with live application programs, a user (anchor) can live through the live application program in the live client 101, and the user (audience or fan) can watch live content of the anchor through the live application program in the audience client 102. The server 103 may be a live server, which may provide live services, e.g., the live server may forward live content of the live client 101 to the viewer client 102.
During the process of viewing the live broadcast by the viewer client 102, if the viewer considers that the live broadcast content or the live broadcast behavior is inappropriate, the viewer may feed back (e.g., report) information to the live broadcast in the live broadcast software in the viewer client 102. For example, the user may click on a preset control in the live page to cause the live application to display the information feedback page. For ease of understanding, an information feedback page in the related art is described below with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an information feedback page in the related art. Referring to fig. 2, page 201 through page 204 are included.
See page 201, which includes a live window of anchor 1 and a live window of anchor 2. The live window of the anchor 1 is used for displaying the live pictures of the anchor 1, and the live window of the anchor 2 is used for displaying the live pictures of the anchor 2. Also included in page 201 is a "more" control (… control). If the user thinks that the live broadcasting behavior of anchor 1 or anchor 2 is improper, the user can feed back (report) information. When the user needs to give a report, the user can click the more control, so that the terminal device displays the page 202.
Referring to page 202, a plurality of controls are included, such as a "share" control, a "clear" control, a "top hit" control, and a "report" control. If the user needs to report the live broadcast, the user can click the report control, so that the terminal device displays the page 203.
Please refer to page 203, which includes a preset information feedback page M. The information feedback page M comprises a plurality of information options (violation, smoking and drinking, dangerous behaviors and the like), an input box, a photo uploading control and a 'submitting' control. The user may enter a selection operation in a plurality of information options, enter detailed report information in an input box, and upload a photograph.
Referring to page 204, after the user completes entering information, the "submit" control can be clicked to submit the reason for the report.
In the above process, the content displayed in the information feedback page M is preset, so that the user can only perform information feedback based on the content in the information feedback page M, and the viewer can only perform information feedback for the live broadcast and cannot perform information feedback for a certain anchor broadcast, which results in poor flexibility of information feedback. The information feedback page M comprises more contents, so that the information feedback page M needs to occupy a larger area, the information feedback page M shields most live broadcast windows, and the user is influenced to watch live broadcast videos in the live broadcast windows in the information feedback process of the user.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to solve the above technical problem, a feedback page may be generated according to a live broadcast type of a current live broadcast, so that a relevance between content in the feedback page and the current live broadcast is higher, and flexibility of displaying the feedback page is improved; the page information fed back by the current live broadcast can be displayed on a plurality of feedback pages, so that the occupied area of each feedback page is small, the feedback pages are prevented from shielding the live broadcast window more, and after a user inputs the feedback information in one feedback page, the terminal equipment can automatically display the next feedback page, automatic page guide is carried out for the user, and the flexibility of display of the feedback pages is further improved.
Hereinafter, the technical means shown in the present application will be described in detail by specific examples. It should be noted that the following embodiments may exist independently or may be combined with each other, and the description of the same or displayed contents is not repeated in different embodiments.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a page display method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 3, the method may include:
s301, responding to the operation of a live broadcast feedback control in the live broadcast page, and acquiring the live broadcast type of the current live broadcast.
The operation of the live broadcast feedback control in the live broadcast page may be a click operation, for example, when the user needs to perform information feedback on the current live broadcast, the user may click the live broadcast feedback control.
The type of live currently being live may include: single live room type, multiple live room type, live goods type, live game type, etc. The single live broadcast type refers to a live broadcast having only one live broadcast, and this type of live broadcast may also be referred to as a non-PK live broadcast. The multiple live broadcast room type refers to a live broadcast with multiple live broadcast rooms, and this type of live broadcast may also be referred to as a PK live broadcast, for example, a PK live broadcast may generally be a double PK, that is, two anchor broadcasts perform PK live broadcast through two live broadcast rooms. The live broadcast type of goods refers to live broadcast in which goods are promoted by live broadcast, and in this type of live broadcast, a host broadcasts promotion of goods. The game live type is a live broadcast relating to a game, and for example, when a game is played directly, a live broadcast of a game skill, a live broadcast of a game tutorial, and the like can be performed.
The live broadcast type can be obtained from the live broadcast information of the current live broadcast, or the live broadcast type of the current live broadcast can be obtained by requesting a live broadcast server.
S302, generating a first feedback page according to the live broadcast type, and displaying the first feedback page.
The first feedback page refers to a home page in the feedback page, the first feedback page may include at least one feedback object (report object), and the user may select a target feedback object from the at least one feedback object and perform information feedback on the target feedback object.
When the live broadcast types are different, at least one feedback object included in the first feedback page is different. For example, the relationship between the live type and the at least one feedback object included in the first feedback page may be as shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Type of live broadcast Feedback object
Single live room type Live broadcast of the field
Multiple live room types Live broadcast of the field, each anchor
Type of goods live broadcast Live broadcast of goods
Type of live game Live broadcast and game
The first feedback page comprises 1 st part of page information for feeding back the current live broadcast, and the 1 st part of page information comprises: the identification of at least one feedback object and partial page information corresponding to the target feedback object.
For ease of understanding, the first feedback page is described below in conjunction with fig. 4A-4B.
Fig. 4A is a schematic diagram of a first feedback page provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 4A, the current live broadcast type is a multi-user live broadcast (PK live broadcast) page including a first feedback page N, where the first feedback page N includes three feedback objects: the live broadcast system comprises a main broadcast of my party (main broadcast 1), a main broadcast of the opposite party (main broadcast 2) and a local live broadcast. The first feedback page also comprises partial page information corresponding to the target feedback object: report the reason and "submit" control.
Fig. 4B is a schematic diagram of a first feedback page provided in the embodiment of the disclosure. In contrast to fig. 4A, the "submit" control may not be included in the first feedback page, which may reduce occlusion of the live broadcast window.
And S303, displaying the (i + 1) th feedback page when the user feedback information corresponding to the (i) th feedback page is acquired.
The ith feedback page comprises ith part of page information for feeding back the current live broadcast, wherein i is an integer between 1 and M, M is an integer larger than 1, and M is the number of the feedback pages. That is, the page information fed back to the current live broadcast may be divided into M parts of partial page information, and the M parts of partial page information are sequentially displayed through M feedback pages.
Optionally, the M feedback pages are different pages in the feedback panel, so that the M feedback pages are smoother in the switching process. The feedback panel is a panel type control.
The (i + 1) th feedback page may be generated first, and then the (i + 1) th feedback page may be displayed. The (i + 1) th feedback page can be generated according to the user feedback information corresponding to the ith feedback page. Specifically, the basic page information corresponding to the (i + 1) th feedback page may be obtained, the (i + 1) th partial page information is generated according to the basic page information and the user feedback information corresponding to the (i + 1) th feedback page, and the (i + 1) th feedback page is generated according to the (i + 1) th partial page information.
The user feedback information corresponding to the ith feedback page refers to the user feedback information input by the user in the ith feedback page. The user feedback information input by the user may include at least one of: the information selected by the user in the information options in the ith feedback page, the information input by the user in the input box of the ith feedback page, and the like.
The basic page information corresponding to the (i + 1) th feedback page refers to the inherent page information in the (i + 1) th feedback page, that is, the basic page information corresponding to the (i + 1) th feedback page is unrelated to the user feedback information corresponding to the (i) th feedback page, in other words, the basic page information corresponding to the (i + 1) th feedback page is the same no matter what user feedback information is input by the user in the (i) th feedback page.
The i +1 th part of page information comprises part or all of the basic page information corresponding to the i +1 th feedback page and the user feedback information corresponding to the i th feedback page. Optionally, the i +1 th page information may further include user feedback information corresponding to the first i-1 feedback pages.
In the process, after the user inputs the completion information in one feedback page, the terminal device automatically displays the next feedback page, so that the user is guided to fill the feedback information automatically and smoothly, and the smoothness of the user operation is ensured.
For example, assuming that M is 3, after the terminal device displays the 1 st feedback page, the user may input user feedback information 1 in the 1 st feedback page; after a user inputs user feedback information 1 in a 1 st feedback page, the terminal device may obtain the user feedback information 1, generate a 2 nd user feedback page according to the user feedback information 1, and display the 2 nd user feedback page, where the 2 nd user feedback page may include part or all of the information in the user feedback information 1, and the user may input user feedback information 2 in the 2 nd user feedback page; after the user inputs the user feedback information 2 in the 2 nd feedback page, the terminal device may obtain the user feedback information 2, and generate a 3 rd user feedback page according to the user feedback information 2, where the 3 rd user feedback page may include part or all of the user feedback information 1 and/or the user feedback information 2, and after the terminal device displays the 3 rd user feedback page, the user may input the user feedback information 3 in the 3 rd user feedback page.
Next, with reference to fig. 5, two adjacent feedback pages (i-th feedback page and i + 1-th feedback page) are explained by a specific example.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a feedback page provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure. See fig. 5, including page 501 and page 502.
Referring to page 501, a report object, a report reason option, and a "submit" control are included in the first feedback page N1. The user can select the user feedback information in the first feedback page, for example, the user selects the report object as the opposite side (anchor 2), and the report reason is selected as "deliberately war". After the user selection is completed (filling out the required content in the first feedback page N1), the terminal device automatically displays a second feedback page N2.
Referring to the page 502, the second feedback page N2 includes basic page information (report PK control, report live broadcast control, report description input box control, click upload photo control, submit control) corresponding to the second feedback page and user feedback information (report object and reason: the other party (anchor 2) intentionally warns) in the first feedback page.
In the process, the page information fed back to the current live broadcast is displayed through at least two feedback pages, so that the page content in one feedback page is less, and the feedback page is prevented from shielding the live broadcast window more. After the user inputs the user feedback information in the previous feedback page, the terminal device automatically displays the next feedback page, namely, automatic page guidance is carried out for the user, so that the page display is smoother.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, after the terminal device obtains the operation of the user on the live broadcast feedback control in the live broadcast page, the terminal device may obtain the live broadcast type of the current live broadcast, generate a first feedback page according to the live broadcast type, and display the first feedback page; after the user inputs the feedback information on the first feedback page, the terminal device can automatically display the next feedback page, and so on; because the content in the feedback page is related to the live broadcast type of the current live broadcast, the relevance between the content in the feedback page and the current live broadcast is higher, so that the content in the feedback page can meet the actual feedback requirement of a user, and the display flexibility of the feedback page is improved; the method includes splitting page information fed back by current live broadcast into a plurality of parts of page information, and displaying a part of page information in each feedback page, so that the area occupied by each feedback page is small, further more shielding of the feedback page on a live broadcast window is avoided, and after a user inputs feedback information in one feedback page, terminal equipment can automatically display the next feedback page, automatic page guidance is carried out for the user, and the flexibility of feedback page display is further improved.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the following takes an example that page information fed back to the current live broadcast is displayed through two feedback pages, and the display method of the above pages is further described in detail through the embodiment shown in fig. 6.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of another page display method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 6, the method may include:
s601, responding to the operation of a live broadcast feedback control in the live broadcast page, and acquiring the live broadcast type of the current live broadcast.
It should be noted that the execution process of S601 may refer to the execution process of S301, and details are not described here.
S602, determining at least one feedback object according to the live type.
When the live types are different, at least one feedback object is also different. For example, the relationship between the live type and the at least one feedback object may be as shown in table 1, and will not be described herein.
And S603, determining a target feedback object in at least one feedback object.
A preset object of the at least one feedback object may be determined as a target feedback object. For example, referring to fig. 4A, assume that at least one feedback object includes: the live broadcast, my party (anchor 1) and the opposite party (anchor 2) can set my party (anchor 1) in the three feedback objects as a preset object.
In an actual application process, a preset object may be set according to actual needs, and this is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
And S604, acquiring feedback page information corresponding to the target feedback object.
The feedback page information corresponding to the target feedback object may include a feedback reason (reporting reason), and when the target feedback objects are different, the feedback reasons may be different.
S605, generating a first feedback page according to the at least one feedback object, the target feedback object and the feedback page information corresponding to the target feedback object.
The first feedback page is a feedback header page, and the first feedback page may include an identifier of at least one feedback object, a control indicating a target feedback object, and feedback page information corresponding to the target feedback object.
For example, referring to fig. 4A, the first feedback page N includes identifiers of 3 feedback objects (live broadcast, my (anchor 1), and opposite side (anchor 2)), a control (selected icon) indicating a target feedback object (my (anchor 1)), and feedback page information (report reason) corresponding to the target feedback object.
And S606, displaying the first feedback page.
After the first feedback page is displayed, the user may reselect the target feedback object, so that the first feedback page is updated, which may be implemented as follows: responding to the operation of a user on a control of the first feedback object, and if the first feedback object is different from the target feedback object, updating the target feedback object into the first feedback object; acquiring feedback page information corresponding to the first feedback object; and updating the first feedback page according to the feedback page information corresponding to the first feedback object. The user's operation on the control of the first feedback object may be a click operation.
A target feedback object is displayed in a first feedback page displayed by the terminal device, and if the user does not need to feed back the target feedback object but needs to feed back other feedback objects (e.g., a first feedback object), the user can click a control of the first feedback object. After the user clicks the control of the first feedback object, the terminal device may first determine whether the first feedback object is the same as the current target feedback object, if so, the terminal device does not update the first feedback page, and if not, the terminal device obtains feedback page information corresponding to the first feedback object, and updates the first feedback page according to the feedback page information corresponding to the first feedback object.
Next, the updating of the first feedback page will be described with reference to fig. 7 to 8.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating an update of a first feedback page according to an embodiment of the disclosure. See fig. 7, which includes page 701 and page 702.
Referring to page 701, including the first feedback page N1, in the first feedback page N1, the target feedback object is my (anchor 1). Assuming that the user does not need to report my (anchor 1) but needs to report the other party (anchor 2), the user can click on a selected control of the other party (anchor 2) to cause the terminal device to display the page 702.
Referring to the page 702, assuming that the reporting reasons corresponding to my party (anchor 1) and the opposite party (anchor 2) are the same, the reporting reasons included in the first feedback page N1 and the updated first feedback page N2 are the same, and the target feedback object is the opposite party (anchor 2) in the updated first feedback page N2.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating another update of a first feedback page according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. See fig. 8, including page 801 and page 802.
Referring to page 801, including the first feedback page N1, in the first feedback page N1, the target feedback object is my (anchor 1). Assuming that the user does not need to report the live broadcast to my party (anchor 1), the user can click on the control of the live broadcast, so that the terminal device displays the page 802.
Referring to the page 802, assuming that the reporting reasons corresponding to the live broadcast and the party (anchor 1) are different, the reporting reason corresponding to the live broadcast is displayed in the updated first feedback page N2, and the target feedback object is the live broadcast in the updated first feedback page N2.
S607, user feedback information corresponding to the first feedback page is obtained.
The user feedback information corresponding to the first feedback page refers to the feedback information input by the user in the first feedback page.
For example, referring to fig. 5, assuming that the page 501 is a first feedback page, the feedback information input by the user in the first feedback page includes: the identification of the target feedback object (the opposite party (anchor 2)) selected by the user, and the reporting reason (deliberate wars) selected by the user.
And S608, acquiring basic page information corresponding to the second feedback page.
The basic page information corresponding to the second feedback page refers to the inherent page information in the second feedback page, that is, the basic page information corresponding to the second feedback page is irrelevant to the user feedback information corresponding to the first feedback page, in other words, the basic page information corresponding to the second feedback page is the same no matter what user feedback information the user inputs in the first feedback page.
For example, referring to fig. 5, if the page 502 is a second feedback page, the corresponding basic page information in the second feedback page includes: the input box to report the description and click on the upload photo control.
And S609, determining second part of page information corresponding to the second feedback page according to the user feedback information corresponding to the first feedback page and the basic page information corresponding to the second feedback page.
The second part of page information at least comprises user feedback information corresponding to the first feedback page and basic page information corresponding to the second feedback page.
The second part of page information may further include historical input information, for example, if the second feedback page includes an input box control, it is determined whether historical input information corresponding to the input box control exists, and if so, it is determined that the second part of page information further includes the historical input information.
Optionally, the historical input information corresponding to the input box control includes: and in the process of the current operation of the feedback panel, the user inputs the information in the input box control for the last time. For example, the time period of one operation process of the feedback panel refers to the time period from the start of the feedback panel to the close of the feedback panel, and a plurality of feedback pages can be switched among a plurality of times in one operation process of the feedback panel.
For example, if in the process of one operation of the feedback panel, when the terminal device displays a second feedback page at a certain time, the user inputs text information 1 in the input box control of the second feedback page, and if a jump is made from the second feedback page to at least one other feedback page and from the other feedback page to the second feedback page, in this case, text information 1 may be determined as the historical input information corresponding to the second feedback page.
Optionally, in order to improve accuracy of determining the historical input information corresponding to the input box control, determining the historical input information corresponding to the input box control may include: and in the process of the current operation of the feedback panel, the user inputs the text information in a second feedback page which is displayed last time and has the same reason as the current feedback.
For example, if in the process of one operation of the feedback panel, when the terminal device displays a second feedback page (assuming that the feedback reason is reason 1) at a certain time, the user inputs text information 1 in the input box control of the second feedback page, and if a user jumps to at least one other feedback page from the second feedback page and jumps to the second feedback page from the other feedback page, and the feedback reason corresponding to the second feedback page is reason 1, in this case, the text information 1 may be determined as the historical input information corresponding to the second feedback page.
Next, history input information will be described with reference to fig. 9 by way of a specific example.
Fig. 9 is a schematic page diagram of history input information provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. See fig. 9, including pages 901-906. In fig. 9, a feedback page is taken as a report page, and a feedback object is taken as a report object for example.
Please refer to a page 901, which includes a first report page, where a report object selected by a user in the first report page is a party (anchor 1), and the report reason is deliberate warfare; after the user has input the report reason, the terminal device automatically displays a second report page, specifically, please refer to page 902.
Referring to page 902, a second report page is included that includes the report information entered by the user in the first report page: the reporting object is the party (anchor 1), and the reporting reason is deliberate warfare. The second report page includes an input box control for reporting description, and the user can input text information in the input box control, and it is assumed that the text information input by the user in the input box control is "anchor 1 voice carve, intentionally aggressive". After the user finishes inputting in the input box control, if the user wants to update the report object to the live broadcast, the user can click the "report live broadcast" control, so that the terminal device displays the page 903.
Referring to the page 903, including the updated first report page, since the report object in the first report page in the page 903 is different from the report object in the first report page in the page 901, the content in the first report page in the page 903 is different from the content in the first report page in the page 901. If the user wants to replace the report object, the user can click the "report PK" control, so that the terminal device displays the page 904.
See page 904, including the updated first report page in which the report object is updated to me (anchor 1). The user may select the reason for reporting in page 904, specifically, please see page 905.
Referring to page 905, the user may select the reason for the report to be deliberately warfare. After the user selects the reporting reason to be deliberate warfare, the terminal device automatically displays the page 906.
Referring to page 906, including the updated second report page, the report information entered by the user in page 905 (report subject is my (anchor 1), and the reason for the report is deliberate war), and the report description entered by the user in the second report page in page 902 (anchor 1 voice diligence, deliberately aggressive). That is, when the terminal device displays the second report page in the pages 906, the user does not need to manually input information in the input frame, and the report description (anchor 1 voice tick, intentional assault) input last time by the user can be displayed in the input frame. If the user needs to use the last input report description, the report description is reserved, and if the user does not need to use the last input report description, the user can update the report description in the input box.
S610, generating a second feedback page according to the second part of page information, and displaying the second feedback page.
The second feedback page may further include a submission control, and after the user inputs the feedback information in the second feedback page, the submission control may be clicked to submit the feedback information by the terminal device.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the content in the feedback page displayed by the terminal device is related to the live broadcast type of the current live broadcast, so that the content in the feedback page is more related to the current live broadcast, the content in the feedback page can meet the actual feedback requirement of the user, and the display flexibility of the feedback page is improved; the method includes the steps that page information fed back by the current live broadcast is split into a plurality of partial page information, and one part of page information is displayed in each feedback page, so that the area occupied by each feedback page is small, the feedback page is prevented from shielding a live broadcast window more, and after a user inputs feedback information in one feedback page, the terminal equipment can automatically display the next feedback page, automatic page guiding is carried out for the user, and the flexibility of displaying the feedback page is further improved. The terminal equipment can also cache text information input by the user in the input box, and when the input box is displayed again in the switching process of the multiple feedback pages, the content input by the user in the input box last time can be displayed in the input box in a default mode, so that repeated text input by the user is avoided, user operation is simplified, and user experience is improved.
