Under the condition that the time consumption for uploading the original text file is long, the screen-throwing client can extract contents (namely a plurality of target file pages) related to the conference theme of the current conference from the text file, discard contents irrelevant to the conference theme, generate a sub-text file based on the contents related to the conference theme, upload the sub-text file to the cloud to carry out screen-throwing sharing on the sub-text file, so that the time consumption for uploading the file can be reduced, and users in the cloud conference group hardly need to wait for the completion of file uploading, thereby being beneficial to improving user experience.
Based on the description of the above embodiments of the file transfer method, please refer to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a file transfer device provided in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, where the device includes a detection unit 601 and a processing unit 602; wherein:
the detection unit 601 is configured to detect size information and real-time internet speed information of a text file to be uploaded by a user in a cloud conference group;
the processing unit 602 is configured to obtain estimated uploading time of the text file according to the size information and the real-time network speed information;
the processing unit 602 is further configured to obtain a conference theme of a current conference in the cloud conference group when the estimated uploading time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold;
the processing unit is also used for extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference theme from the text file;
the processing unit 602 is further configured to generate a sub-text file according to the plurality of target file pages, and upload the sub-text file to the cloud.
It can be seen that, in the file transmission device shown in fig. 6, size information and real-time internet speed information of a text file to be uploaded by a user in a cloud conference group can be detected; then obtaining estimated uploading time of the text file according to the size information and the real-time network speed information; acquiring a conference theme of a current conference in the cloud conference group under the condition that the estimated uploading time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold; extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference theme from the text file; and finally, generating a sub-text file according to the target file pages, and uploading the sub-text file to the cloud. Under the condition that the time consumption for uploading the original text file is long, the screen-throwing client can extract contents (namely a plurality of target file pages) related to the conference theme of the current conference from the text file, discard contents irrelevant to the conference theme, generate a sub-text file based on the contents related to the conference theme, upload the sub-text file to the cloud to carry out screen-throwing sharing on the sub-text file, so that the time consumption for uploading the file can be reduced, and users in the cloud conference group hardly need to wait for the completion of file uploading, thereby being beneficial to improving user experience.
In one possible implementation, the processing unit 602 is specifically configured to, in extracting a plurality of target file pages related to a conference theme from a text file:
displaying a user input field on a user interface;
acquiring first text information input by a user in a user input field;
determining a plurality of candidate file pages from the text file according to the first text information;
a plurality of target file pages related to the conference subject are extracted from the plurality of candidate file pages.
In one possible implementation, the processing unit 602 is specifically configured to, in extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference subject from a plurality of candidate file pages:
for any one candidate file page A in the plurality of candidate file pages, carrying out entity identification on the second text information in the candidate file page A;
constructing a first entity relationship set corresponding to the candidate file page A based on the identified entity;
matching each entity relation in the first entity relation set with a meeting topic to obtain a first matching degree score between each entity relation and the meeting topic;
and if the number of the entity relationships with the first matching degree score larger than or equal to the preset score threshold value in the first entity relationship set reaches the preset number threshold value, determining the candidate file page A as a target file page so as to obtain a plurality of target file pages.
In one possible implementation, the processing unit 602 is specifically configured to, in extracting a plurality of target file pages related to a conference theme from a text file:
for any one file page B in the text file, carrying out entity identification on third text information in the file page B;
constructing a second entity relationship set corresponding to the file page B based on the identified entity;
determining a plurality of candidate file pages related to the conference theme from the text file according to the second entity relationship set;
displaying a user input field on a user interface;
acquiring fourth text information input by a user in a user input field;
and extracting a plurality of target file pages from the plurality of candidate file pages according to the fourth text information.
In one possible implementation, the processing unit 602 is specifically configured to, in determining, from the text file, a plurality of candidate file pages related to the conference subject according to the second set of entity relationships:
matching each entity relation in the second entity relation set with the topic of the meeting to obtain a second matching degree score between each entity relation and the topic of the meeting;
and if the number of the entity relationships with the second matching degree score larger than or equal to the preset score threshold value in the second entity relationship set reaches the preset number threshold value, determining the file page B as a candidate file page so as to obtain a plurality of candidate file pages.
In one possible implementation, the processing unit 602 is specifically configured to, in generating the sub-text file according to the plurality of target file pages:
displaying a plurality of target file pages on a user interface according to the sequence of page numbers;
updating page numbers of the plurality of target file pages in response to adjustment of the sequence of the plurality of target file pages on the user interface by a user;
the plurality of target file pages are organized into sub-text files based on the updated page numbers.
In one possible implementation, the processing unit 602 is specifically configured to, in generating the sub-text file according to the plurality of target file pages:
displaying a keyword input field on a user interface;
acquiring fifth text information input by a user in a keyword input field;
retrieving in each of the plurality of target document pages using the fifth text information to determine at least one paragraph from each of the target document pages;
a plurality of paragraphs determined from a plurality of target file pages are organized into a sub-text file.
Based on the description of the method embodiment and the device embodiment, the embodiment of the application also provides electronic equipment. Referring to fig. 7, the electronic device includes at least a processor 701, an input device 702, an output device 703, and a memory 704. In one embodiment, the processor 701 of the electronic device provided in the embodiments of the present application may be configured to perform a series of processing of a file transfer method:
detecting size information and real-time network speed information of a text file to be uploaded by a user in a cloud conference group;
obtaining estimated uploading time of the text file according to the size information and the real-time network speed information;
acquiring a conference theme of a current conference in the cloud conference group under the condition that the estimated uploading time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold;
extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference theme from the text file;
and generating a sub-text file according to the plurality of target file pages, and uploading the sub-text file to the cloud.
In yet another embodiment, the processor 701 performs extracting a plurality of target file pages related to a conference theme from a text file, including:
Displaying a user input field on a user interface;
acquiring first text information input by a user in a user input field;
determining a plurality of candidate file pages from the text file according to the first text information;
a plurality of target file pages related to the conference subject are extracted from the plurality of candidate file pages.
In yet another embodiment, the processor 701 performs extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference subject from a plurality of candidate file pages, including:
for any one candidate file page A in the plurality of candidate file pages, carrying out entity identification on the second text information in the candidate file page A;
constructing a first entity relationship set corresponding to the candidate file page A based on the identified entity;
matching each entity relation in the first entity relation set with a meeting topic to obtain a first matching degree score between each entity relation and the meeting topic;
and if the number of the entity relationships with the first matching degree score larger than or equal to the preset score threshold value in the first entity relationship set reaches the preset number threshold value, determining the candidate file page A as a target file page so as to obtain a plurality of target file pages.
In yet another embodiment, the processor 701 performs extracting a plurality of target file pages related to a conference theme from a text file, including:
For any one file page B in the text file, carrying out entity identification on third text information in the file page B;
constructing a second entity relationship set corresponding to the file page B based on the identified entity;
determining a plurality of candidate file pages related to the conference theme from the text file according to the second entity relationship set;
displaying a user input field on a user interface;
acquiring fourth text information input by a user in a user input field;
and extracting a plurality of target file pages from the plurality of candidate file pages according to the fourth text information.
In yet another embodiment, the processor 701 executes a method for determining a plurality of candidate document pages related to a conference subject from a text document according to a second set of entity relationships, comprising:
matching each entity relation in the second entity relation set with the topic of the meeting to obtain a second matching degree score between each entity relation and the topic of the meeting;
and if the number of the entity relationships with the second matching degree score larger than or equal to the preset score threshold value in the second entity relationship set reaches the preset number threshold value, determining the file page B as a candidate file page so as to obtain a plurality of candidate file pages.
In yet another embodiment, the processor 701 executes a method for generating a sub-text file from a plurality of target file pages, comprising:
Displaying a plurality of target file pages on a user interface according to the sequence of page numbers;
updating page numbers of the plurality of target file pages in response to adjustment of the sequence of the plurality of target file pages on the user interface by a user;
the plurality of target file pages are organized into sub-text files based on the updated page numbers.
In yet another embodiment, the processor 701 executes a method for generating a sub-text file from a plurality of target file pages, comprising:
displaying a keyword input field on a user interface;
acquiring fifth text information input by a user in a keyword input field;
retrieving in each of the plurality of target document pages using the fifth text information to determine at least one paragraph from each of the target document pages;
a plurality of paragraphs determined from a plurality of target file pages are organized into a sub-text file.
By way of example, the electronic device may be any local device in the application environment shown in FIG. 1, including but not limited to a processor 701, an input device 702, an output device 703, and a memory 704. The computer program of the computer storage medium may illustratively include computer program code, which may be in source code form, object code form, executable file or some intermediate form, etc. The computer readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying the computer program code, a recording medium, a U disk, a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a computer Memory, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), an electrical carrier signal, a telecommunications signal, a software distribution medium, and so forth.

obtaining estimated uploading time of the text file according to the size information and the real-time network speed information;
acquiring a conference theme of a current conference in the cloud conference group under the condition that the estimated uploading time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold;
extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference theme from the text file;
generating a sub-text file according to the target file pages, and uploading the sub-text file to a cloud;
the extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference theme from the text file includes:
displaying a user input field on a user interface;
acquiring first text information input by a user in the user input field;
determining a plurality of candidate file pages from the text file according to the first text information;
extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference theme from the plurality of candidate file pages;
the extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference theme from the plurality of candidate file pages includes:
For any one candidate file page A in the plurality of candidate file pages, carrying out entity identification on second text information in the candidate file page A;
constructing a first entity relationship set corresponding to the candidate file page A based on the identified entity;
matching each entity relation in the first entity relation set with the conference theme to obtain a first matching degree score between each entity relation and the conference theme;
if the number of the entity relationships with the first matching degree score being greater than or equal to a preset score threshold in the first entity relationship set reaches a preset number threshold, determining the candidate file page A as a target file page so as to obtain a plurality of target file pages;
or,
the extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference theme from the text file includes:
for any one file page B in the text file, carrying out entity identification on third text information in the file page B;
constructing a second entity relationship set corresponding to the file page B based on the identified entity;
determining a plurality of candidate file pages related to the conference theme from the text file according to the second entity relation set;
Displaying a user input field on a user interface;
acquiring fourth text information input by a user in the user input field;
extracting the target file pages from the candidate file pages according to the fourth text information;
the determining, from the text file, a plurality of candidate file pages related to the conference theme according to the second entity relationship set, including:
matching each entity relation in the second entity relation set with the conference theme to obtain a second matching degree score between each entity relation and the conference theme;
and if the number of the entity relationships with the second matching degree score being greater than or equal to a preset score threshold in the second entity relationship set reaches a preset number threshold, determining the file page B as a candidate file page so as to obtain the plurality of candidate file pages.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a sub-text file from the plurality of target file pages comprises:
displaying the target file pages on a user interface according to the sequence of page numbers;
updating page numbers of the plurality of target file pages in response to adjustment of the sequence of the plurality of target file pages on a user interface by a user;
And organizing the target file pages into the sub-text files based on the updated page numbers.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a sub-text file from the plurality of target file pages comprises:
displaying a keyword input field on a user interface;
acquiring fifth text information input by a user in the keyword input field;
retrieving in each target file page of the plurality of target file pages using the fifth text information to determine at least one paragraph from each target file page;
and organizing a plurality of paragraphs determined from the target file pages into the sub-text file.
