Specifically, after a plurality of target file pages are extracted, the screen-casting client displays a keyword input field, a user can input fifth text information strongly related to a conference subject in the keyword input field, the screen-casting client extracts paragraphs including the fifth text information in each target file page, and the plurality of paragraphs are organized into sub-files according to the page number of the target file page where each paragraph is located. Such as: when paragraph 1 is extracted from page 2, paragraph 2 is extracted from page 4, and paragraph 3 is extracted from page 3, the plurality of paragraphs are organized in the order of paragraph 1, paragraph 3, and paragraph 2.
According to the method, the screen-casting client can detect the size information and the real-time network speed information of the text files to be uploaded by the users in the cloud conference group; then obtaining estimated uploading time of the text file according to the size information and the real-time network speed information; under the condition that the estimated uploading time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold, acquiring a conference theme of a current conference in the cloud conference group; extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference subject from the text file; and finally, generating a sub-document according to the target document pages, and uploading the sub-document to the cloud. Therefore, under the condition that time consumption for uploading the original text file is long, the screen projection client can extract content (namely a plurality of target file pages) related to a conference theme of a current conference from the text file, abandon the content irrelevant to the conference theme, generate a subfile file based on the content related to the conference theme, upload the subfile file to the cloud so as to carry out screen projection sharing on the subfile file, the time consumption for uploading the file can be reduced, users in a cloud conference group hardly need to wait for the completion of file uploading, and therefore user experience is facilitated to be improved.
Based on the description of the above-mentioned embodiment of the file transmission method, please refer to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a file transmission apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes a detection unit 601 and a processing unit 602; wherein:
the detection unit 601 is used for detecting size information and real-time network speed information of a text file to be uploaded by a user in the cloud conference group;
the processing unit 602 is configured to obtain estimated uploading time of the text file according to the size information and the real-time network speed information;
the processing unit 602 is further configured to obtain a conference theme of a current conference in the cloud conference group when the estimated upload time consumption is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold;
the processing unit is also used for extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference subject from the text file;
the processing unit 602 is further configured to generate a sub-document according to the plurality of target document pages, and upload the sub-document to the cloud.
It can be seen that, in the file transmission apparatus shown in fig. 6, the size information and the real-time network speed information of the text file to be uploaded by the user in the cloud conference group can be detected; then obtaining estimated uploading time of the text file according to the size information and the real-time network speed information; under the condition that the estimated uploading time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold, acquiring a conference theme of a current conference in the cloud conference group; extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference subject from the text file; and finally, generating a sub-document according to the target document pages, and uploading the sub-document to the cloud. Therefore, under the condition that time consumption for uploading the original text file is long, the screen projection client can extract content (namely a plurality of target file pages) related to a conference theme of a current conference from the text file, abandon the content irrelevant to the conference theme, generate a subfile file based on the content related to the conference theme, upload the subfile file to the cloud so as to carry out screen projection sharing on the subfile file, the time consumption for uploading the file can be reduced, users in a cloud conference group hardly need to wait for the completion of file uploading, and therefore user experience is facilitated to be improved.
In a possible implementation manner, in terms of extracting multiple target document pages related to a conference topic from a text document, the processing unit 602 is specifically configured to:
displaying a user input field on a user interface;
acquiring first text information input by a user in a user input field;
determining a plurality of candidate file pages from the text file according to the first text information;
and extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference subject from the candidate file pages.
In a possible implementation manner, in terms of extracting a plurality of target document pages related to the conference subject from the plurality of candidate document pages, the processing unit 602 is specifically configured to:
for any one candidate file page A in the candidate file pages, entity identification is carried out on second text information in the candidate file page A;
constructing a first entity relation set corresponding to the candidate file page A based on the identified entities;
matching each entity relationship in the first entity relationship set with a conference theme to obtain a first matching degree score between each entity relationship and the conference theme;
and if the number of the entity relations of which the first matching degree score is greater than or equal to the preset score threshold value in the first entity relation set reaches the preset number threshold value, determining the candidate file page A as a target file page to obtain a plurality of target file pages.
In a possible implementation manner, in terms of extracting multiple target document pages related to a conference topic from a text document, the processing unit 602 is specifically configured to:
for any file page B in the text file, entity recognition is carried out on third text information in the file page B;
constructing a second entity relation set corresponding to the file page B based on the identified entities;
determining a plurality of candidate file pages related to the conference subject from the text file according to the second entity relationship set;
displaying a user input field on a user interface;
acquiring fourth text information input by a user in a user input field;
and extracting a plurality of target file pages from the candidate file pages according to the fourth text information.
In a possible implementation manner, in terms of determining, from the text file, a plurality of candidate document pages related to the conference topic according to the second entity relationship set, the processing unit 602 is specifically configured to:
matching each entity relationship in the second entity relationship set with the conference theme to obtain a second matching degree score between each entity relationship and the conference theme;
and if the number of the entity relations of which the second matching degree scores are greater than or equal to the preset score threshold value in the second entity relation set reaches the preset number threshold value, determining the file page B as a candidate file page to obtain a plurality of candidate file pages.
In one possible implementation, in generating the sub-document based on the plurality of target document pages, the processing unit 602 is specifically configured to:
displaying a plurality of target file pages on a user interface according to the sequence of page numbers;
updating the page numbers of the target file pages in response to the adjustment of the sequence of the target file pages on the user interface by the user;
the plurality of target file pages are organized into sub-file pages based on the updated page numbers.
In one possible implementation, in generating the sub-document based on the plurality of target document pages, the processing unit 602 is specifically configured to:
displaying a keyword input field on a user interface;
acquiring fifth text information input by a user in a keyword input field;
retrieving in each of the plurality of target document pages using the fifth text information to determine at least one paragraph from each of the target document pages;
a plurality of paragraphs identified from a plurality of target document pages are organized into sub-document pages.
Based on the description of the method embodiment and the device embodiment, the embodiment of the application further provides an electronic device. Referring to fig. 7, the electronic device at least includes a processor 701, an input device 702, an output device 703 and a memory 704. The processor 701, the input device 702, the output device 703, and the memory 704 within the electronic device may be connected by a bus or other means.
The memory 704 is used for storing a computer program comprising program instructions, and the processor 701 is used for executing the program instructions stored by the memory 704. The processor 701 (or CPU) is a computing core and a control core of the electronic device, and is adapted to implement one or more instructions, and in particular, is adapted to load and execute the one or more instructions so as to implement a corresponding method flow or a corresponding function.
In an embodiment, the processor 701 of the electronic device provided in the embodiment of the present application may be configured to perform a series of processes of a file transfer method:
detecting size information and real-time network speed information of a text file to be uploaded by a user in a cloud conference group;
obtaining estimated uploading time of the text file according to the size information and the real-time network speed information;
under the condition that the estimated uploading time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold, acquiring a conference theme of a current conference in the cloud conference group;
extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference subject from the text file;
and generating a sub-file according to the target file pages, and uploading the sub-file to the cloud.
In another embodiment, the processor 701 performs the extraction of a plurality of target document pages related to the topic of the conference from the text document, including:
displaying a user input field on a user interface;
acquiring first text information input by a user in a user input field;
determining a plurality of candidate file pages from the text file according to the first text information;
and extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference subject from the candidate file pages.
In another embodiment, the processor 701 performs the extracting of the target document pages related to the conference topic from the candidate document pages, including:
for any one candidate file page A in the candidate file pages, entity identification is carried out on second text information in the candidate file page A;
constructing a first entity relation set corresponding to the candidate file page A based on the identified entities;
matching each entity relationship in the first entity relationship set with a conference theme to obtain a first matching degree score between each entity relationship and the conference theme;

In another embodiment, the processor 701 performs the extraction of a plurality of target document pages related to the topic of the conference from the text document, including:
for any file page B in the text file, entity recognition is carried out on third text information in the file page B;
constructing a second entity relation set corresponding to the file page B based on the identified entities;
determining a plurality of candidate file pages related to the conference subject from the text file according to the second entity relationship set;
displaying a user input field on a user interface;
acquiring fourth text information input by a user in a user input field;
and extracting a plurality of target file pages from the candidate file pages according to the fourth text information.
In another embodiment, the processor 701 performs the step of determining a plurality of candidate document pages related to the topic of the conference from the text document according to the second entity relationship set, including:
matching each entity relationship in the second entity relationship set with the conference theme to obtain a second matching degree score between each entity relationship and the conference theme;
and if the number of the entity relations in the second entity relation set, of which the second matching degree score is greater than or equal to the preset score threshold value, reaches the preset number threshold value, determining the file page B as a candidate file page to obtain a plurality of candidate file pages.
In yet another embodiment, the processor 701 performs generating a sub-document based on a plurality of target document pages, including:
displaying a plurality of target file pages on a user interface according to the sequence of page numbers;
updating the page numbers of the target file pages in response to the adjustment of the sequence of the target file pages on the user interface by the user;
the plurality of target file pages are organized into sub-file pages based on the updated page numbers.
In yet another embodiment, the processor 701 performs generating a sub-document based on a plurality of target document pages, including:
displaying a keyword input field on a user interface;
acquiring fifth text information input by a user in a keyword input field;
retrieving in each of the plurality of target document pages using the fifth text information to determine at least one paragraph from each of the target document pages;
a plurality of paragraphs identified from a plurality of target document pages are organized into sub-document pages.
Illustratively, the electronic device may be any local device in the application environment shown in FIG. 1, including but not limited to a processor 701, an input device 702, an output device 703, and a memory 704. And the system also comprises a memory, a power supply, an application client module and the like. The input device 702 may be a keyboard, touch screen, radio frequency receiver, etc., and the output device 703 may be a speaker, display, radio frequency transmitter, etc. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the schematic diagrams are merely examples of an electronic device and are not meant to be limiting, and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or different components.
It should be noted that, since the steps in the file transmission method are implemented when the processor 701 of the electronic device executes the computer program, the embodiments of the file transmission method are all applicable to the electronic device, and all can achieve the same or similar beneficial effects.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer storage medium (Memory), which is a Memory device in an electronic device and is used to store programs and data. It is understood that the computer storage medium herein may include a built-in storage medium in the terminal, and may also include an extended storage medium supported by the terminal. The computer storage medium provides a storage space that stores an operating system of the terminal. Also stored in this memory space are one or more instructions, which may be one or more computer programs (including program code), suitable for loading and execution by processor 701. The computer storage medium may be a high-speed RAM memory, or may be a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory; alternatively, it may be at least one computer storage medium located remotely from the processor 701. In one embodiment, one or more instructions stored in a computer storage medium may be loaded and executed by processor 701 to perform the corresponding steps described above with respect to the file transfer method.
Illustratively, the computer program of the computer storage medium includes computer program code, which may be in the form of source code, object code, an executable file or some intermediate form, and the like. The computer-readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying the computer program code, recording medium, usb disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), electrical carrier wave signals, telecommunications signals, software distribution medium, and the like.
It should be noted that, since the computer program of the computer storage medium is executed by the processor to implement the steps in the file transmission method, all the embodiments of the file transmission method are applicable to the computer storage medium, and can achieve the same or similar beneficial effects.

Claims (10)

1. A file transmission method is applied to a screen projection client, and comprises the following steps:
detecting size information and real-time network speed information of a text file to be uploaded by a user in a cloud conference group;
obtaining estimated uploading time of the text file according to the size information and the real-time network speed information;
under the condition that the estimated uploading time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold, acquiring a conference theme of a current conference in the cloud conference group;
extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference subject from the text file;
and generating a subfile according to the target file pages, and uploading the subfile to a cloud.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein extracting a plurality of target document pages related to the conference subject from the text document comprises:
displaying a user input field on a user interface;
acquiring first text information input by a user in the user input field;
determining a plurality of candidate file pages from the text file according to the first text information;
and extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference subject from the candidate file pages.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein extracting the plurality of target document pages related to the conference subject from the plurality of candidate document pages comprises:
for any candidate file page A in the candidate file pages, carrying out entity identification on second text information in the candidate file page A;
constructing a first entity relation set corresponding to the candidate file page A based on the identified entities;
matching each entity relationship in the first entity relationship set with the conference theme to obtain a first matching degree score between each entity relationship and the conference theme;
and if the number of the entity relationships of which the first matching degree score is greater than or equal to a preset score threshold value in the first entity relationship set reaches a preset number threshold value, determining the candidate file page A as a target file page to obtain the target file pages.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein extracting a plurality of target document pages related to the meeting topic from the text document comprises:
for any file page B in the text file, carrying out entity identification on third text information in the file page B;
constructing a second entity relation set corresponding to the file page B based on the identified entities;
determining a plurality of candidate document pages related to the conference subject from the text document according to the second entity relationship set;
displaying a user input field on a user interface;
acquiring fourth text information input by a user in the user input field;
and extracting the target file pages from the candidate file pages according to the fourth text information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining a plurality of candidate document pages from the text document that are related to the subject of the conference based on the second set of entity relationships comprises:
matching each entity relationship in the second entity relationship set with the conference subject to obtain a second matching degree score between each entity relationship and the conference subject;
and if the number of the entity relationships of which the second matching degree score is greater than or equal to a preset score threshold value in the second entity relationship set reaches a preset number threshold value, determining the document page B as a candidate document page to obtain a plurality of candidate document pages.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a child document from the plurality of target document pages comprises:
displaying the target file pages on a user interface according to the sequence of page numbers;
updating the page numbers of the target file pages in response to the adjustment of the sequence of the target file pages on a user interface by a user;
organizing the plurality of target file pages into the sub-file based on the updated page number.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a child document from the plurality of target document pages comprises:
displaying a keyword input field on a user interface;
acquiring fifth text information input by a user in the keyword input field;
retrieving in each of the plurality of target document pages using the fifth text information to determine at least one paragraph from each of the target document pages;
organizing a plurality of paragraphs determined from the plurality of target document pages into the sub document.
8. The file transmission device is characterized by being applied to a screen projection client side and comprising a detection unit and a processing unit;
the detection unit is used for detecting the size information and the real-time network speed information of the text file to be uploaded by the user in the cloud conference group;
the processing unit is used for obtaining estimated uploading time of the text file according to the size information and the real-time network speed information;
the processing unit is further configured to acquire a conference theme of a current conference in the cloud conference group when the estimated uploading time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold;
the processing unit is further used for extracting a plurality of target file pages related to the conference subject from the text file;
the processing unit is further configured to generate a sub-document according to the target document pages, and upload the sub-document to a cloud.
9. An electronic device comprising an input device and an output device, further comprising:
a processor adapted to implement one or more computer programs; and the number of the first and second groups,
memory storing one or more computer programs adapted to be loaded by the processor and to perform the method according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer storage medium, characterized in that it stores one or more instructions adapted to be loaded by a processor and to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
