A library is a place where books are collected and a reading space is provided to readers, and management of books is a very heavy and important work because it stores a large number of books.
Purchasing books is an important item among many management works for books. Because the books can be damaged and lost in the daily borrowing process, and readers and managers can also put forward the demands on some books, the books need to be supplemented in time. At present, the book picking and selecting system in a library has more related objects, is more complicated to operate, has longer flow and is inconvenient for readers to report book requirements.

The embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent book picking and selecting platform, which is used for solving the problem that a book picking and selecting system in the prior art is complex.

Fig. 1 is a schematic composition diagram of an intelligent book picking platform according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent book picking and selecting platform, which comprises:
the reader end is used for acquiring book information selected by readers to form a reader recommendation list;
the management terminal is used for acquiring the reader recommending list, responding to the operation of a manager to audit the reader recommending list and forming an ordering list;
the management server is used for forming a corresponding order according to the order list;
and the shop side is used for receiving order orders.
For example, the reader side, the management side and the museum configuration side can all be application programs installed on a smart phone, and when an application program mode is adopted, the platform of the invention can adopt a C/S architecture. Of course, a B/S architecture may also be used, i.e., readers, managers, and museum personnel may log into the platform of the present invention through a browser.
The platform users mainly have 5 types, namely interview teachers, subject librarians, hospital teachers, readers and museum configuration personnel, wherein the interview teachers have the maximum authority of all users as management personnel, can configure related subjects, mailboxes and the like, and are responsible for auditing and issuing operations for recommendation initiated by reader roles. The discipline librarian, the hospital teacher and the reader can initiate purchasing as reader roles, and the difference is that the discipline librarian and the hospital teacher can perform batch purchasing, and the reader can only perform foreground retrieval purchasing or self-purchasing.
Before the user logs in, users in various roles need to log in, and the user needs to input a user name, a password and an authentication code during logging in, and can log in after clicking a login button. If the username or password is entered incorrectly, a corresponding prompt may be displayed on the user interface.
In a possible embodiment, the management server is further configured to obtain a reader recommendation list, and perform a review process on the book information in the reader recommendation list.
Illustratively, the duplication checking process of the book information in the reader recommendation list by the management server includes: inquiring and determining whether repeated book information exists in the recommendation list of the readers; inquiring and determining whether book information which is repeated with library collection book data of the library exists in the recommendation list of the reader; and inquiring and determining whether book information which is duplicated with the recommended book data exists in the recommendation list of the readers.
The three inquiry operations can be sequentially carried out, namely, whether repeated book information exists in the reader recommending list is determined firstly, if not, whether the book information which is repeated with the library collection book data of the library exists in the reader recommending list is determined, and if not, whether the book information which is repeated with the recommended book data exists in the reader recommending list is determined finally. If the repeated book information is determined to exist in any one of the three items, corresponding reminding information can be sent to the management end and/or the reader end.
In a possible embodiment, the management server is further configured to recommend books to readers, and the book information obtained by the readers is information of books selected by the readers from the books recommended by the management server or information of books searched by the readers.
Illustratively, the recommending books to readers by the management server includes: recommending corresponding books according to the labels selected by the readers; recommending corresponding books according to the publishers selected by readers; and recommending the corresponding books according to the subject categories selected by the reader according to the Chinese drawing method.
The recommendation modes can be called interest recommendation, publisher recommendation, middle map recommendation and subject professional recommendation, wherein the middle map recommendation and the subject professional recommendation belong to the corresponding books recommended by the reader according to the subject categories selected by the middle map. These several modes of referral may be selected by the reader or other reader roles.
For the first recommendation mode, readers or other reader roles can select tags which are interested in and tags which need to be removed, and the tags are stored and formed into personalized tags by the readers. And subsequently, book recommendation can be carried out by the reader side according to the stored personalized tags.
For the second recommendation mode, the reader or other reader roles may input the name of the publisher in the search box, and after the reader side acquires the name of the publisher, the management server may form recommended book information corresponding to the publisher.
For the third recommendation mode, readers or other reader roles can select required subject categories in the middle map method, and after the reader side acquires the subject category names, the management server can form recommended book information corresponding to the subject categories.
No matter which purchasing mode of the three modes is adopted, readers or other reader roles can select required books from the books recommended by the readers, and then the books are added into the purchasing vehicle. In the shopping recommending vehicle, readers or other reader roles can further inquire and screen the added books, remove the books which are not needed, and finally the reserved books can be added into the shopping recommending list of the readers.
In a possible embodiment, when the management terminal performs auditing processing on the reader recommendation list, book information which is approved enters the ordering list, and for the book information which is not approved, a reason for not allowing the book information to pass is obtained, and the auditing state of the book information in the reader recommendation list and the reason for not allowing the book information which is not approved correspondingly are sent to the reader terminal through the management server.
For example, the manager can view all the recommended books through the management terminal, including the books that have been accepted, have not been accepted, and are to be accepted, and meanwhile, the management terminal can also count the states of all the books and show the books to the manager in a chart manner. During specific operation, pages to be adopted, adopted and unadopted can be switched on the user interface, and information such as book names or ISBN (identity information base) can be input into the pages to be adopted to inquire books. The column of each item of book information can display the details of the book, including the name of the book, the ISBN, the classification, the publishing company and the like, and managers can perform passing or failing audit processing on the book according to the regulations of the library and need to fill in specific reasons when the audit fails.
In embodiments of the present invention, both the reader role and the administrator may upload locally stored book documents, including but not limited to EXCEL or Marc files. And the user can also carry out a plurality of times of additional import or the export operation of the book list for the existing book list. The data of the platform can be automatically matched with a CCBD Kyoto book system, and for books with CCBD marks, a user can click a corresponding button in an interface and jump to the CCBD system to check Marc data.
For the books recommended to be purchased by the user and approved by the manager, if the books are already distributed to the library by the library distributor or the kyoto books, the management server can send notification information to the reader through the reader end to notify the reader to go to borrow the recommended books.
In a possible embodiment, further comprising: the system comprises a scanning device, a management end and an ordering list, wherein the scanning device is used for scanning and obtaining entity book information, and the management end is also used for adding the entity book information into the ordering list after a manager finishes checking the entity book information.
Illustratively, when a visiting teacher participates in activities such as an offline book show and the like, some books are found to be compared, physical book information such as bar codes on the books can be scanned through a current collection scanning device such as a smart phone, the physical book information can be uploaded to a management server through a management terminal, the management server needs to perform duplicate checking processing on the physical book information, and the physical book information can be entered into an ordering list only through the duplicate checking processing.
In the embodiment of the invention, the platform can also perform statistics on various generated data, including recommendation statistics, book selection statistics, order statistics, interview statistics, user information statistics, batch information query statistics and the like, and the data obtained through statistics can be displayed to a manager in an icon mode.

recommending corresponding books according to the labels selected by the readers;
recommending corresponding books according to the publishers selected by readers;
and recommending the corresponding books according to the subject categories selected by the reader according to the Chinese drawing method.

The intelligent book collection platform of claim 1, wherein when the management terminal performs audit processing on the reader recommending list, book information that is approved enters the ordering list, a non-passing reason input by a manager is obtained for book information that is not approved, and the audit state of the book information in the reader recommending list and the non-passing reason corresponding to the book information that is not approved are sent to the reader terminal through the management server.
