The policy display system provides five functions of policy query, policy display, policy interpretation, policy feedback and platform data overview:
and (4) policy query: the page search bar is provided with four functions, namely policy finding, item finding, hot search word and global query.
And (3) policy display: the method is divided into five specific columns, namely 'my policy', 'latest policy', 'hot policy', 'professional policy' and 'policy file' in sequence, and a 'view more' button is arranged behind each column.
And (3) policy interpretation: four columns of department interpretation, expert interpretation, media interpretation and graphic interpretation are set.
And (3) policy feedback: the policy feedback button is set in a floating window on the home page. After clicking, the items are subdivided into 'opinion collection', 'communication and exchange', 'consultation in affairs' and 'complaint suggestion'.
Platform data overview: the platform data overview column is arranged at the bottom of the system, and comprises a cashing total amount, an online policy total amount, a benefit enterprise total amount, a benefit personal total amount and a appeal handling number from left to right in sequence. And displaying the total amount of policy floor funds, the total amount of online policies, the amount of appeal handling and the total number of benefits of enterprises and individuals.
It should be noted that, a common user of the system is connected with a unified user platform, and the system is connected with the platform through an interface according to the access rule of the unified user platform to obtain the basic information of the user, including name, identification number, mobile phone number, login password and the like; the administrator user is connected with the policy combing platform, and shares the user data of a network office user center (the policy combing system and the network office use the same user center) with the platform. If the user is a registration and first login platform, the system automatically pushes a policy full label to the user according to a four-level label system of the policy combing platform, the user selects according to personal needs, and the system records label data selected by the user in the user data to serve as a basis for pushing the policy to the user.
Then, the data result of the policy standardization process is called, including documents, each element of the policy, derivative relations and corresponding matters. Classifying and displaying according to a four-level label system with four dimensions of 'theme classification', 'special subject classification', 'industry classification' and 'policy object'; meanwhile, according to the label selected by the user, the file and the policy containing the same label data are pushed to a policy pushing column to be used as a subscription policy set of the user.
The policy display platform is provided with a retrieval function, fuzzy search is adopted, a user can perform matching retrieval on file policy titles and full texts by inputting keywords in file names or texts, and all file policies under the label category can be retrieved through labels.
In the process of user operation, recording access records, search records, click records and browsing records of a user in real time, and establishing a user behavior model, wherein the user behavior model is a file and a policy which are used for recording a label of a policy clicked by the user through the operation behavior of the user on a platform, recording the number of clicks and pushing the same label data to the user from high to low according to the arrangement of the number of clicks.
Then, according to a policy cashing application instruction of a user on a front-end display page, inquiring the item code in the item database, sending an instruction for calling the item transaction guide to the item combing platform, and displaying a feedback result. And matching corresponding office information in the office database according to the office code in the application instruction submitted by the user, and confirming that the office is classified into standardized items, non-standardized items and the like.
And then, sending a request to a corresponding item handling approval system, wherein the message carries the information field of the user, initiating an item handling service, and recording a unique item handling identification code. And polling the office result to the corresponding office examination and approval system according to the unique office identification code.
And displaying the result of the fed-back office result to realize a policy cashing process.
And linking the office information related to fund subsidy with a government affair subsidy management system, carrying out fund transfer and reconciliation, and recording the amount, flow direction and time of the fund by a result feedback policy cashing system. And displaying the execution condition of the administrative strategy in a relational graph mode according to the incidence relation of the files, the policies and the matter elements. And summarizing the evaluation data of each front-end evaluation channel, and pushing results to corresponding policy issuing departments and governments at all levels.
Integrating evaluation data, and displaying dimensions (different provinces, cities and counties, different levels, different document sending execution departments, different circulation links, different operators and the like) according to combination rules (the front, middle and rear stages of policy making, the links of policy implementation and the like). Decision support is provided for policy publishers to make new policies and optimize existing policies.
In the aspect of function realization, the platform respectively performs data interaction with a unified user authentication system, a business administration system of each government department, a unified item directory system, a unified business handling system and a unified business handling system, and provides unified policy data service support for channels such as a PC (personal computer) end, a mobile end, a government hall, a self-service terminal and the like and external systems of each industry.
In the aspect of data architecture, the platform carries out labeling processing on policy data and user data, builds a model and analyzes the data, and provides differentiated and accurate policy push service for different users. In the aspect of user service interaction, an administrator is adopted to uniformly manage all the users, and the authority rules are set to ensure that different post personnel use the corresponding system function modules.
According to the scheme, the method for policy full-flow service is provided by the application and comprises the following steps: and the policy files and the interpretations are imported and split in batches through a policy carding system. Meanwhile, the policy data application combines the user information of the provincial basic database to provide policy accurate pushing and retrieval service for the user, show policies, files, items and interpretation and collect user evaluation information; and the user clicks the link of the reportable item, and the cashing management system automatically matches the cashing condition after receiving the cashing instruction, realizes policy cashing and records data. The policy decision support system generates a policy map according to the derivative relationship among the policies, the user evaluation information and the cashing information. Finally, a policy map can be used for providing decision support for policy optimization, so that the experience of various users is continuously and comprehensively improved.
Another embodiment of the present application provides a device for policy full-flow service, as shown in fig. 4, specifically including:
a first obtaining unit 401, configured to obtain, for each user, registration information of the user.
The registration information comprises a plurality of policy tags selected by a user during registration; the policy label is a label based on a four-level label system. The label of the four-level label system is obtained by batch import and split of the policy files and the interpretation through the policy combing system.
A first extracting unit 402, configured to extract, for each policy tag, a policy corresponding to the policy tag from the policy repository.
The first display unit 403 is configured to display the policy, the policy file to which the policy belongs, and the link of the reportable item to the user, so as to implement accurate matching between the policy and the user.
The receiving unit 404 is configured to receive a cashing instruction of a user, and obtain a cashing situation of a policy in response to the cashing instruction, so as to implement online policy cashing.
Wherein, the cashing instruction is generated by the user clicking the link of the reportable item required by the user.
The generating unit 405 is configured to determine a derivative relationship between policies, generate a policy map according to the derivative relationship and a cashing situation of the policies, and provide decision support for policy optimization through the policy map.
For a specific working process of the unit disclosed in the above embodiment of the present application, reference may be made to the content of the corresponding method embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, an implementation manner of the generating unit 405 includes:
and the identification unit is used for performing text identification on the policy files according to each policy file to obtain text data of the policy files.
And the cleaning unit is used for cleaning the text data of the policy file to obtain the target text data.
And the second extraction unit is used for extracting a sentence candidate set of the book name number in the target text data by using the regular expression as the policy entity name.
And the first coding unit is used for sorting the policy entity names and performing text identification coding on all the book name numbers to obtain first coding information.
And the classification unit is used for classifying texts according to the first coding information and determining a policy needing to be processed.
And the second coding unit is used for performing text masking on the policies to be processed according to the relationship types among the policies, and coding the sentences after masking to obtain second coding information.
Wherein the relationship types include: revision, foundation, implementation, reply, mention, revocation, forwarding and publication.
And the determining unit is used for extracting the relationship by using the second coding information and determining the mechanism information corresponding to the policy needing to be processed.
Wherein the organization information includes: the issuing organization, the implementing organization and the auditing organization, and the upper and lower level relations among the issuing organization, the implementing organization and the auditing organization.
And a second obtaining unit configured to obtain a policy similar to the policy to be processed.
And the generating subunit is used for generating a policy map according to the policy to be processed, the organization information corresponding to the policy to be processed, the similar policy of the policy to be processed and the cashing situation of the policy.

Optionally, in another embodiment provided by the present application, the generating subunit is further configured to generate a policy map according to the policy to be processed, the institution information corresponding to the policy to be processed, the similar policy to the policy to be processed, the redemption condition of the policy, and the evaluation information.

According to the above scheme, the present application provides a device for policy full-flow service: first, the first acquisition unit 401 acquires registration information of a user for each user; the registration information comprises a plurality of policy tags selected by a user during registration; the policy label is a label based on a four-level label system; then, the first extracting unit 402 extracts, for each policy tag, a policy corresponding to the policy tag from the policy repository; the first display unit 403 is used for displaying the policy, the policy file to which the policy belongs and the link of the reportable item to the user, so as to realize accurate matching between the policy and the user; the receiving unit 404 is configured to receive a cashing instruction of a user, and obtain a cashing condition of a policy by responding to the cashing instruction; the cashing instruction is generated by clicking a link of the required reportable item by a user, so that online policy cashing is realized; the generating unit 405 determines the derivative relationship between the policies, and generates a policy map according to the derivative relationship and the cashing situation of the policies. So that the policy map can subsequently be used to provide decision support for policy optimization. The policy full-flow service is provided, and the experience of various users is continuously and comprehensively improved.
Another embodiment of the present application provides a server, as shown in fig. 5, including:

The one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors 501, cause the one or more processors 501 to implement a method of policy workflow services as described in any of the above embodiments.
Another embodiment of the present application provides a computer storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method of policy workflow services as described in any of the above embodiments.
In the above embodiments disclosed in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The apparatus and method embodiments described above are illustrative only, as the flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of apparatus, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Those skilled in the art can make or use the present application. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the application. Thus, the present application is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
Claims (10)
1. A method for policy full flow services, comprising:
aiming at each user, acquiring registration information of the user; wherein the registration information comprises a plurality of policy tags selected by the user during registration; the policy labels are labels based on a four-level label system; the label of the four-level label system is obtained by batch import and split of policy files and interpretations through a policy carding system;
for each policy label, extracting a policy corresponding to the policy label from a policy library;
showing the policy, the policy file to which the policy belongs and the link of the reportable item to the user, and realizing accurate matching of the policy and the user;
receiving a cashing instruction of the user, responding to the cashing instruction, obtaining the cashing condition of the policy, and realizing online policy cashing; wherein, the cashing instruction is generated by the user clicking the link of the reportable item required by the user;
and determining a derivative relation among the policies, generating a policy map according to the derivative relation and the cashing condition of the policies, and providing decision support for policy optimization through the policy map.
2. The method of policy flow services according to claim 1, further comprising:
and receiving registration information uploaded by a user, and responding to the registration information.
3. The method of policy flow services according to claim 1, further comprising:
and showing the user the cashing condition of the policy.
4. The method of policy flow services according to claim 3, further comprising:
receiving evaluation information of the user; wherein the evaluation information comprises user evaluation of the redemption process and evaluation of the policy.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the generating a policy map according to the derivative relationship and the policy redemption comprises:
for each policy file, performing text recognition on the policy file to obtain text data of the policy file;
cleaning the text data of the policy file to obtain target text data;
extracting a sentence candidate set of the title number in the target text data by using a regular expression as a policy entity name;
sorting the policy entity names, and performing text identification coding on all the book title numbers to obtain first coding information;
classifying texts according to the first coding information, and determining a policy needing to be processed;
according to the relation type among the policies, performing text masking on the policies needing to be processed, and encoding sentences subjected to masking to obtain second encoding information; wherein the relationship type includes: revising, foundation, implementation, reply, mention, abolishment, forwarding and releasing;
performing relation extraction by using the second coding information, and determining mechanism information corresponding to the policy needing to be processed; wherein the organization information includes: the system comprises a release mechanism, an implementation mechanism, a auditing mechanism and a superior-subordinate relation among the release mechanism, the implementation mechanism and the auditing mechanism;
acquiring a similar policy to the policy needing to be processed;
and generating a policy map according to the policy to be processed, the organization information corresponding to the policy to be processed, and the similar policy of the policy to be processed and the cashing situation of the policy.
6. The method of policy flow services according to claim 5, further comprising:
and generating a policy map according to the policy to be processed, the organization information corresponding to the policy to be processed, the similar policy of the policy to be processed, the cashing condition of the policy and the evaluation information.
7. The method of policy flow services according to claim 1, further comprising:
a query request for a policy map is received and responded to.
8. An apparatus for policy workflow services, comprising:
a first acquisition unit configured to acquire, for each user, registration information of the user; wherein the registration information comprises a plurality of policy tags selected by the user during registration; the policy label is a label based on a four-level label system; the label of the four-level label system is obtained by batch import and split of policy files and interpretations through a policy carding system;
the first extraction unit is used for extracting the policy corresponding to the policy label from a policy library aiming at each policy label;
the first display unit is used for displaying the policy, the policy file to which the policy belongs and the link of the reportable item to the user so as to realize accurate matching of the policy and the user;
the receiving unit is used for receiving a cashing instruction of the user, responding to the cashing instruction, obtaining the cashing condition of the policy and realizing online policy cashing; wherein, the cashing instruction is generated by the user clicking the link of the reportable item required by the user;
and the generating unit is used for determining the derivative relationship among the policies, generating a policy map according to the derivative relationship and the cashing condition of the policies, and providing decision support for policy optimization through the policy map.
9. A server, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon;
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a method of policy workflow services according to any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method of policy workflow services according to any of claims 1 to 7.
