The policy display platform is provided with a retrieval function, fuzzy search is adopted, a user can perform matching retrieval on file policy titles and full texts by inputting keywords in file names or texts, and all file policies under the label category can be retrieved through labels.
In the process of user operation, recording access records, search records, click records and browsing records of a user in real time, and establishing a user behavior model, wherein the user behavior model is a file and a policy which are used for recording a label of a policy clicked by the user through the operation behavior of the user on a platform, recording the number of clicks and pushing the same label data to the user from high to low according to the arrangement of the number of clicks.
Then, according to a policy cashing application instruction of a user on a front-end display page, inquiring the item code in the item database, sending an instruction for calling the item transaction guide to the item combing platform, and displaying a feedback result. Meanwhile, the policy data application combines the user information of the provincial basic database to provide policy accurate pushing and retrieval service for the user, show policies, files, items and interpretation and collect user evaluation information; and the user clicks the link of the reportable item, and the cashing management system automatically matches the cashing condition after receiving the cashing instruction, realizes policy cashing and records data. The policy decision support system generates a policy map according to the derivative relationship among the policies, the user evaluation information and the cashing information. Finally, a policy map can be used for providing decision support for policy optimization, so that the experience of various users is continuously and comprehensively improved.
Another embodiment of the present application provides a device for policy full-flow service, as shown in fig. 4, specifically including:
a first obtaining unit 401, configured to obtain, for each user, registration information of the user.
The registration information comprises a plurality of policy tags selected by a user during registration; the policy label is a label based on a four-level label system. The label of the four-level label system is obtained by batch import and split of the policy files and the interpretation through the policy combing system.
A first extracting unit 402, configured to extract, for each policy tag, a policy corresponding to the policy tag from the policy repository.
The first display unit 403 is configured to display the policy, the policy file to which the policy belongs, and the link of the reportable item to the user, so as to implement accurate matching between the policy and the user.
The receiving unit 404 is configured to receive a cashing instruction of a user, and obtain a cashing situation of a policy in response to the cashing instruction, so as to implement online policy cashing.
Wherein, the cashing instruction is generated by the user clicking the link of the reportable item required by the user.
The generating unit 405 is configured to determine a derivative relationship between policies, generate a policy map according to the derivative relationship and a cashing situation of the policies, and provide decision support for policy optimization through the policy map.

And the second coding unit is used for performing text masking on the policies to be processed according to the relationship types among the policies, and coding the sentences after masking to obtain second coding information.
Wherein the relationship types include: revision, foundation, implementation, reply, mention, revocation, forwarding and publication.
And the determining unit is used for extracting the relationship by using the second coding information and determining the mechanism information corresponding to the policy needing to be processed.
Wherein the organization information includes: the issuing organization, the implementing organization and the auditing organization, and the upper and lower level relations among the issuing organization, the implementing organization and the auditing organization.
And a second obtaining unit configured to obtain a policy similar to the policy to be processed.
And the generating subunit is used for generating a policy map according to the policy to be processed, the organization information corresponding to the policy to be processed, the similar policy of the policy to be processed and the cashing situation of the policy.

According to the above scheme, the present application provides a device for policy full-flow service: first, the first acquisition unit 401 acquires registration information of a user for each user; the registration information comprises a plurality of policy tags selected by a user during registration; the policy label is a label based on a four-level label system; then, the first extracting unit 402 extracts, for each policy tag, a policy corresponding to the policy tag from the policy repository; the first display unit 403 is used for displaying the policy, the policy file to which the policy belongs and the link of the reportable item to the user, so as to realize accurate matching between the policy and the user; the receiving unit 404 is configured to receive a cashing instruction of a user, and obtain a cashing condition of a policy by responding to the cashing instruction; the cashing instruction is generated by clicking a link of the required reportable item by a user, so that online policy cashing is realized; the generating unit 405 determines the derivative relationship between the policies, and generates a policy map according to the derivative relationship and the cashing situation of the policies. So that the policy map can subsequently be used to provide decision support for policy optimization. The policy full-flow service is provided, and the experience of various users is continuously and comprehensively improved.

In the above embodiments disclosed in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The apparatus and method embodiments described above are illustrative only, as the flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of apparatus, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. Claims (10)

1. A method for policy full flow services, comprising:
aiming at each user, acquiring registration information of the user; wherein the registration information comprises a plurality of policy tags selected by the user during registration; the policy labels are labels based on a four-level label system; the label of the four-level label system is obtained by batch import and split of policy files and interpretations through a policy carding system;
for each policy label, extracting a policy corresponding to the policy label from a policy library;
showing the policy, the policy file to which the policy belongs and the link of the reportable item to the user, and realizing accurate matching of the policy and the user;
receiving a cashing instruction of the user, responding to the cashing instruction, obtaining the cashing condition of the policy, and realizing online policy cashing; wherein, the cashing instruction is generated by the user clicking the link of the reportable item required by the user;
and determining a derivative relation among the policies, generating a policy map according to the derivative relation and the cashing condition of the policies, and providing decision support for policy optimization through the policy map.
2. The method of policy flow services according to claim 1, further comprising:
and receiving registration information uploaded by a user, and responding to the registration information.
3. The method of policy flow services according to claim 1, further comprising:
and showing the user the cashing condition of the policy.
4. The method of policy flow services according to claim 3, further comprising:
receiving evaluation information of the user; wherein the evaluation information comprises user evaluation of the redemption process and evaluation of the policy.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the generating a policy map according to the derivative relationship and the policy redemption comprises:
for each policy file, performing text recognition on the policy file to obtain text data of the policy file;
cleaning the text data of the policy file to obtain target text data;
extracting a sentence candidate set of the title number in the target text data by using a regular expression as a policy entity name;
sorting the policy entity names, and performing text identification coding on all the book title numbers to obtain first coding information;
classifying texts according to the first coding information, and determining a policy needing to be processed;
according to the relation type among the policies, performing text masking on the policies needing to be processed, and encoding sentences subjected to masking to obtain second encoding information; wherein the relationship type includes: revising, foundation, implementation, reply, mention, abolishment, forwarding and releasing;
performing relation extraction by using the second coding information, and determining mechanism information corresponding to the policy needing to be processed; wherein the organization information includes: the system comprises a release mechanism, an implementation mechanism, a auditing mechanism and a superior-subordinate relation among the release mechanism, the implementation mechanism and the auditing mechanism;
acquiring a similar policy to the policy needing to be processed;
and generating a policy map according to the policy to be processed, the organization information corresponding to the policy to be processed, and the similar policy of the policy to be processed and the cashing situation of the policy.
6. The method of policy flow services according to claim 5, further comprising:
and generating a policy map according to the policy to be processed, the organization information corresponding to the policy to be processed, the similar policy of the policy to be processed, the cashing condition of the policy and the evaluation information.
7. The method of policy flow services according to claim 1, further comprising:
a query request for a policy map is received and responded to.
8. An apparatus for policy workflow services, comprising:
a first acquisition unit configured to acquire, for each user, registration information of the user; wherein the registration information comprises a plurality of policy tags selected by the user during registration; the policy label is a label based on a four-level label system; the label of the four-level label system is obtained by batch import and split of policy files and interpretations through a policy carding system;
the first extraction unit is used for extracting the policy corresponding to the policy label from a policy library aiming at each policy label;
the first display unit is used for displaying the policy, the policy file to which the policy belongs and the link of the reportable item to the user so as to realize accurate matching of the policy and the user;
the receiving unit is used for receiving a cashing instruction of the user, responding to the cashing instruction, obtaining the cashing condition of the policy and realizing online policy cashing; wherein, the cashing instruction is generated by the user clicking the link of the reportable item required by the user;
and the generating unit is used for determining the derivative relationship among the policies, generating a policy map according to the derivative relationship and the cashing condition of the policies, and providing decision support for policy optimization through the policy map.
9. A server, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon;
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a method of policy workflow services according to any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method of policy workflow services according to any of claims 1 to 7.
