Abstract

The invention discloses a service processing method and a service processing device, and relates to the field of data preprocessing. With the popularization of intelligent equipment and the rapid development of mobile internet, online channels such as mobile phone banks become main channels of all product sales and user services, and accordingly user behavior habits change greatly, more and more users prefer digital and mobile service experiences, the online trend of user behaviors is accelerated, and the accelerated fusion development of online and offline channels of banks is promoted.

In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that the prior art has at least the following problems: a standard and uniform control background is not set, a service mode is taken as an example, a mobile banking support a home service mode and a store handling mode, a handheld website channel supports a home mailing service mode and a home service mode, namely, each channel is selected according to own requirements, and as the channels are continuously increased, the rule control of combing each channel is difficult.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a service processing method and apparatus, which can at least solve the problem in the prior art that a standard and uniform rule management and control background is not provided, which causes difficulty in managing channel rules.

In order to achieve the above object, according to an aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a service processing method, including:

responding to the selection operation of a target channel, calling a reservation preprocessing component, inquiring and displaying a reservation service list corresponding to the target channel, and receiving the selection operation of a target reservation service in the reservation service list;

determining a service parameter type corresponding to the target reservation service, and inquiring a function number corresponding to the service parameter type to call an interface corresponding to the function number to obtain a service parameter corresponding to the service parameter type;

and acquiring a page parameter corresponding to the target reservation service, generating a reservation page by combining the service parameter, and displaying the reservation page so as to perform corresponding operation according to the operation information in the reservation page.

Optionally, before responding to the selection operation of the target channel, the method further includes:

receiving one or more reserved services configured for the target channel, generating a reserved service list based on the one or more reserved services, and storing the corresponding relation between the number of the target channel and the reserved service list into a database of the reservation preprocessing component; and

receiving a service parameter configured for each reserved service, establishing a corresponding relation between the number of each reserved service and the type of the service parameter, and storing the corresponding relation into the database.

Optionally, the service parameter includes at least one of a service mode parameter, a file list parameter, and a notification mode parameter.

According to the scheme provided by the invention, one embodiment of the invention has the following advantages or beneficial effects: aiming at the differences of different reservation channels, only reservation service lists under different reservation channels are stored, a parameter control mode is provided to set service parameters for each reservation service, and the subsequent reservation channels only care about the service parameters of the reservation service, so that the data transmission size is reduced, and the processing progress of the reservation service is accelerated; if the reservation channels and the reservation services need to be expanded, the method can be completed only according to the same operation, and the operation is simple and convenient, so that the control rules of all the reservation channels are unified and integrated.

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. According to the technical scheme, the data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like meet relevant regulations of national laws and regulations.

Referring to fig. 1, a main flowchart of a service processing method provided in an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:

s101: responding to the selection operation of a target channel, calling a reservation preprocessing component, inquiring and displaying a reservation service list corresponding to the target channel, and receiving the selection operation of a target reservation service in the reservation service list;

In the above embodiment, for step S101, the reservation service in this embodiment refers to a service that the user reserves to be transacted, such as personal account filling, reservation for open account, reservation for large amount cash withdrawal, foreign currency reservation, billing, and the like.

The modes of the reservation preprocessing are divided into the following modes:

According to the above description, it can be known that different subscription channels support different service modes due to different subscription filling modes, and different document lists required by different subscription services in the same subscription channel are also different. In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 709, and/or installed from the removable medium 711.
