6. calling a reservation success page to show that reservation is successful, and displaying a new pre-filled list number, a selected service mode parameter and a file list parameter on the reservation success page, if files such as identity card certificates and the like are required.
The method provided by the embodiment only stores the reserved service lists and the service parameters of each reserved service in different reserved channels according to the difference of different reserved channels, and the subsequent reserved channels only care for the service parameters of the reserved services without standardizing the service mode, the file list, the notification mode and the like supported by each reserved service, so that the unified management of the channels is realized, and the expansion of the channels and the reserved services is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 4, there is shown an overall framework schematic diagram according to an embodiment of the present invention, including an appointment channel end, an application integration layer, a bank counter system and an appointment system:
1. the reservation channel end comprises all reservation channels such as a personal mobile phone bank, a personal internet bank, a website, a palm website, a WeChat bank, an enterprise mobile phone bank, an enterprise internet bank and a mobile portal, and required service parameters are inquired and displayed according to actual reservation processes of different services.
2. The transaction of the reservation preprocessing component is uniformly published on the application integration layer, and all reservation channels and the transaction of calling reservation service by the bank counter system pass through the layer; the transaction is a technical interface, and the desired parameters are inquired by calling the interface.
3. Bank counter system: and the system is responsible for maintaining, updating and deleting the service parameters of the reserved service, and comprises reserved service mode management, reserved service mode checking, reserved service file list management, reserved service file list checking, reserved notification mode management, reserved notification mode checking and the like.
4. A reservation system: the log can be an inquiry record, a modification record, a creation record or a deletion record of a certain service parameter at a certain time point, the deleted service parameter is deleted, the modified/created service parameter is to be validated, and the rest condition is usually in an effective state.
And the parameter maintenance post personnel maintain the service parameters of the reservation service to the back end of the reservation preprocessing component in the bank counter system, and the reservation channel end calls the parameter inquiry transaction issued by the back end of the reservation preprocessing component so as to inquire the reservation service list of the corresponding reservation channel and the service parameters of the reservation service.

Referring to fig. 5, a schematic diagram of main modules of a service processing apparatus 500 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including:
the query module 501 is configured to invoke a reservation preprocessing component in response to a selection operation on a target channel, query and display a reservation service list corresponding to the target channel, and receive a selection operation on a target reservation service in the reservation service list;
a calling module 502, configured to determine a service parameter type corresponding to the target subscribed service, and query a function number corresponding to the service parameter type to call an interface corresponding to the function number, so as to obtain a service parameter corresponding to the service parameter type;
an operation module 503, configured to acquire a page parameter corresponding to the target subscription service, generate a subscription page in combination with the service parameter, and display the subscription page, so as to perform corresponding operation according to operation information in the subscription page.
The device for implementing the invention also comprises a configuration module used for:
receiving one or more reserved services configured for the target channel, generating a reserved service list based on the one or more reserved services, and storing the corresponding relation between the number of the target channel and the reserved service list into a database of the reservation preprocessing component; and
receiving a service parameter configured for each reserved service, establishing a corresponding relation between the number of each reserved service and the type of the service parameter, and storing the corresponding relation into the database.
In the implementation device of the present invention, the service parameter includes at least one of a service mode parameter, a file list parameter, and a notification mode parameter.
In the device for implementing the present invention, the service parameter is at least one of a service mode parameter and a notification mode parameter, and the operation module 503 is configured to:
receiving a selection operation of one or more service parameters in the reservation page and receiving reservation information input in the reservation page;
transmitting the reservation information and the one or more service parameters to the reservation preprocessing component for auditing;
and responding to the verification result that the verification result is passed, generating a pre-form number, calling a reservation success page, and displaying the pre-form number and the one or more service parameters on the reservation success page.
In the device for implementing the present invention, the service parameter is a file list parameter, and the operation module 503 is configured to:
receiving reservation information input by a user on the reservation page, and sending the reservation information to the reservation preprocessing component for auditing;
and responding to the verification result that the verification result is passed, generating a pre-form number, calling a reservation success page, and displaying the pre-form number and the file list parameters on the reservation success page.
In addition, the detailed implementation of the apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail in the above method, so that the repeated description is not repeated here.
Fig. 6 shows an exemplary system architecture 600 in which embodiments of the invention may be applied, including terminal devices 601, 602, 603, a network 604 and a server 605 (by way of example only).
The terminal devices 601, 602, 603 may be various electronic devices having display screens and supporting web browsing, and installed with various communication client applications, and users may use the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 to interact with the server 605 through the network 604 to receive or send messages, etc.
The network 604 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 and the server 605. Network 604 may include various types of connections, such as wire, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
The server 605 may be a server providing various services, and it should be noted that the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 605, and accordingly, the apparatus is generally disposed in the server 605.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 6 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 7, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 700 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the use range of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the computer system 700 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)701, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from a storage section 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 700 are also stored. The CPU 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other via a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 705: an input portion 706 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 707 including components such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and a speaker; a storage section 708 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 709 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 709 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 710 is also connected to the I/O interface 705 as needed. A removable medium 711 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 710 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 708 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 709, and/or installed from the removable medium 711. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 701.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, which may be described as: a processor comprises a query module, a calling module and an operation module. The names of these modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation on the module itself, and for example, the operation module may also be described as a "page operation module".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not assembled into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to perform any of the above-described service processing methods.
The computer program product of the present invention includes a computer program that implements the service processing method in the embodiments of the present invention when executed by a processor.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Claims (13)

1. A method for processing a service, comprising:
responding to the selection operation of a target channel, calling a reservation preprocessing component, inquiring and displaying a reservation service list corresponding to the target channel, and receiving the selection operation of a target reservation service in the reservation service list;
determining a service parameter type corresponding to the target reservation service, and inquiring a function number corresponding to the service parameter type to call an interface corresponding to the function number to obtain a service parameter corresponding to the service parameter type;
and acquiring a page parameter corresponding to the target reservation service, generating a reservation page by combining the service parameter, and displaying the reservation page so as to perform corresponding operation according to the operation information in the reservation page.
2. The method of claim 1, prior to said responding to the selection operation of the target channel, further comprising:
receiving one or more reserved services configured for the target channel, generating a reserved service list based on the one or more reserved services, and storing the corresponding relation between the number of the target channel and the reserved service list into a database of the reservation preprocessing component; and
receiving a service parameter configured for each reserved service, establishing a corresponding relation between the number of each reserved service and the type of the service parameter, and storing the corresponding relation into the database.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the service parameter comprises at least one of a service mode parameter, a file list parameter, and a notification mode parameter.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the service parameter is at least one of a service mode parameter and a notification mode parameter, and performing corresponding operation according to the operation information in the reservation page includes:
receiving a selection operation of one or more service parameters in the reservation page and receiving reservation information input in the reservation page;
transmitting the reservation information and the one or more service parameters to the reservation preprocessing component for auditing;
and responding to the verification result that the verification result is passed, generating a pre-form number, calling a reservation success page, and displaying the pre-form number and the one or more service parameters on the reservation success page.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the service parameter is a file list parameter, and performing corresponding operations according to the operation information in the reserved page comprises:
receiving reservation information input by a user on the reservation page, and sending the reservation information to the reservation preprocessing component for auditing;
and responding to the verification result that the verification result is passed, generating a pre-form number, calling a reservation success page, and displaying the pre-form number and the file list parameters on the reservation success page.
6. A traffic processing apparatus, comprising:
the query module is used for responding to the selection operation of a target channel, calling a reservation preprocessing component, querying and displaying a reservation service list corresponding to the target channel so as to receive the selection operation of a target reservation service in the reservation service list;
the calling module is used for determining a service parameter type corresponding to the target reservation service, inquiring a function number corresponding to the service parameter type, and calling an interface corresponding to the function number to obtain a service parameter corresponding to the service parameter type;
and the operation module is used for acquiring the page parameters corresponding to the target reservation service, generating a reservation page by combining the service parameters and displaying the reservation page so as to perform corresponding operation according to the operation information in the reservation page.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a configuration module to:
receiving one or more reserved services configured for the target channel, generating a reserved service list based on the one or more reserved services, and storing the corresponding relation between the number of the target channel and the reserved service list into a database of the reservation preprocessing component; and
receiving a service parameter configured for each reserved service, establishing a corresponding relation between the number of each reserved service and the type of the service parameter, and storing the corresponding relation into the database.
8. The apparatus according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the service parameter comprises at least one of a service mode parameter, a file list parameter, and a notification mode parameter.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the service parameter is at least one of a service mode parameter and a notification mode parameter, and the operation module is configured to:
receiving selection operation of one or more service parameters in the reservation page and reservation information input in the reservation page;
transmitting the reservation information and the one or more service parameters to the reservation preprocessing component for auditing;
and responding to the verification result that the verification result is passed, generating a pre-form number, calling a reservation success page, and displaying the pre-form number and the one or more service parameters on the reservation success page.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the service parameter is a file list parameter, and wherein the operation module is configured to:
receiving reservation information input by a user on the reservation page, and sending the reservation information to the reservation preprocessing component for auditing;
and responding to the verification result that the verification result is passed, generating a pre-form number, calling a reservation success page, and displaying the pre-form number and the file list parameters on the reservation success page.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-5.
12. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-5.
13. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the method according to any of claims 1-5 when executed by a processor.
