In one example, each data extraction manner of the multiple data extraction manners is related to a backup protocol of the backup application, and the screening of the first data extraction manner from the one or more data extraction manners according to the version of the backup application includes: screening a plurality of data extraction modes to be selected from the plurality of data extraction modes according to the user interface version; and screening out a first data extraction mode from the multiple data extraction modes to be selected according to the version of the backup application and the backup protocol of the backup application corresponding to each data extraction mode to be selected.
In this example, when the version of the android system is greater than or equal to the third system version, the first data extraction manner may be further screened out based on the user interface version and the backup protocol of the backup application. Specifically, a plurality of data extraction modes to be selected are screened out from the plurality of data extraction modes according to the user interface version, each data extraction mode to be selected is associated with one backup protocol of the corresponding backup application, and then a first data extraction mode is screened out from the plurality of data extraction modes to be selected according to the version of the backup application and the backup protocol of the backup application corresponding to each data extraction mode to be selected.
In one implementation, the method for extracting the data includes the steps of screening a plurality of data extraction modes to be selected from a plurality of data extraction modes according to a user interface version, and screening a first data extraction mode from the plurality of data extraction modes to be selected according to a backup application version and a backup protocol of a backup application corresponding to each data extraction mode to be selected, and the method includes the steps of: if the user interface version is smaller than the third interface version, screening a to-be-selected data extraction mode of a first backup protocol and a to-be-selected data extraction mode of a second backup protocol from a plurality of data extraction modes, if the version of the backup application is smaller than or equal to the first application version, taking the to-be-selected data extraction mode of the first backup protocol as the first data extraction mode, and if the version of the backup application is the second application version, taking the to-be-selected data extraction mode of the second backup protocol as the first data extraction mode; if the user interface version is greater than or equal to the third interface version and less than or equal to the fourth interface version, screening a to-be-selected data extraction mode of a third backup protocol and a to-be-selected data extraction mode of a fourth backup protocol from the plurality of data extraction modes, if the backup application version is smaller than the third application version, taking the to-be-selected data extraction mode of the third backup protocol as a first data extraction mode, and if the backup application version is greater than or equal to the third application version, taking the to-be-selected data extraction mode of the fourth backup protocol as the first data extraction mode; if the user interface version is larger than the fourth interface version, a data extraction mode to be selected of a fifth backup protocol and a data extraction mode to be selected of a sixth backup protocol are screened from the plurality of data extraction modes, if the backup application version is equal to the third application version, the data extraction mode to be selected of the fifth backup protocol is used as the first data extraction mode, and if the backup application version is larger than the fourth application version, the data extraction mode to be selected of the sixth backup protocol is used as the first data extraction mode.
In this example, the third interface version is smaller than the fourth interface version, the first application version is smaller than the second application version, the second application version is smaller than the third application version, and the third application version is smaller than the fourth application version according to the level of the versions from low to high. According to the backup protocol of the backup application from low to high, the first backup protocol is smaller than the second backup protocol, the second backup protocol is smaller than the third backup protocol, the third backup protocol is smaller than the fourth backup protocol, the fourth backup protocol is smaller than the fifth backup protocol, and the fifth backup protocol is smaller than the sixth backup protocol. A specific first data extraction manner can be seen in fig. 5.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, a first data extraction manner is screened from one or more data extraction manners according to the version of the android system, the user interface version, and the version of the backup application, and a specific embodiment is given below, as shown in fig. 6:
the equipment to be extracted is a mobile phone, the brand of the mobile phone is Huawei, and the backup application is Huawei assistant. The policy mentioned in fig. 6 is the candidate data extraction method in the above embodiment. The kinds of policies of hua is a mobile phone include policy 1, policy 2, policy 3, policy 4, policy 5, policy 6, and policy 7 shown in fig. 6. Root in the strategy 1 refers to Root-based authority, Recovery Root in the strategy 2 refers to Root authority in a Recovery mode, ADB Backup in the strategy 4 refers to debugging bridge ADB Backup, downrade Backup in the strategy 5 refers to system degraded Backup, self-Backup in the strategy 6 refers to system self-Backup, and Huawei helper protocol Backup in the strategy 7 refers to Backup protocol taking Huawei helper. The protocol versions corresponding to the sub-policies in the policy 7 refer to backup protocols of versions regarded as assistants.
And when data extraction is carried out on the Hua mobile phone, selecting a corresponding strategy to carry out data extraction on the Hua mobile phone. The logic for selecting a policy is illustrated with reference to fig. 7. In the data extraction operation for the hua-shi mobile phone, see fig. 7. First, the version of the Android system of the mobile phone is identified. Versions of the android system include six versions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Secondly, the version of the user interface EMUI of the mobile phone needs to be identified. Versions of EMUI include eight versions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. Furthermore, it is also necessary to identify versions of the backup applications built in the mobile phone. The versions of the backup application KoBackup include three versions 8, 9, and 10. The specific implementation of the first data extraction manner is determined according to the version of the android system, the user interface version, and the version of the backup application, as shown in fig. 8.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the figures may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
The present application further provides a data extraction apparatus of a device, as shown in fig. 9, the apparatus includes a reading module 902, a first identifying module 904, a second identifying module 906, and an extracting module 908. A reading module 902, configured to read hardware attribute information of a device to be extracted; a first identification module 904, configured to identify an operating system type of the device to be extracted according to the hardware attribute information; a second identification module 906, configured to identify a data extraction manner according to the type of the operating system; the extracting module 908 is configured to extract data of the device to be extracted according to the data extracting manner.
In one embodiment, the hardware attribute information includes one or more of a device identifier, a vendor identifier, a product identifier, a device class code, an interface protocol code, vendor description information, and product description information of the device to be extracted.
In an embodiment, the identifying the data extraction manner according to the operating system type and extracting data of the device to be extracted according to the data extraction manner include: when the operating system type is an android operating system, identifying a first data extraction mode, wherein the first data extraction mode is used for indicating data extraction of equipment to be extracted based on the android operating system, and extracting data of the equipment to be extracted according to the first data extraction mode; and when the operating system type is the apple operating system, identifying a second data extraction mode, wherein the second data extraction mode is used for indicating data extraction of the equipment to be extracted based on the apple operating system, and extracting data of the equipment to be extracted according to the second data extraction mode.
In an embodiment, the identifying the first data extraction manner includes: acquiring system characteristics of equipment to be extracted; identifying the brand of the equipment to be extracted according to the system characteristics; and identifying a first data extraction mode according to the brand of the equipment to be extracted.
In an embodiment, the identifying the first data extraction manner according to the brand of the device to be extracted includes: identifying one or more data extraction modes according to the brand of the equipment to be extracted; identifying the version of the android system of the device to be extracted, the version of a user interface and the version of a backup application in the device to be extracted; and screening out a first data extraction mode from the one or more data extraction modes according to the version of the android system, the user interface version and the version of the backup application.
In an embodiment, the screening of the first data extraction manner from the one or more data extraction manners according to the version of the android system, the user interface version, and the version of the backup application includes: if the version of the android system is lower than the version of the first system, screening out a first data extraction mode based on root authority from one or more data extraction modes; if the version of the android system is a first system version and the user interface version is a first interface version, screening out a first data extraction mode based on the ADB backup of the debugging bridge from one or more data extraction modes; if the version of the android system is a first system version and the user interface version is a second interface version, screening out a first data extraction mode based on system degradation backup from one or more data extraction modes; if the version of the android system is a second system version and the user interface version is smaller than a third interface version, screening out a first data extraction mode based on system self-backup from one or more data extraction modes; if the version of the android system is larger than or equal to the version of the third system, screening out a first data extraction mode from one or more data extraction modes according to the version of the backup application; the first system version is smaller than the second system version, the second system version is smaller than the third system version, the first interface version is smaller than the second interface version, and the second interface version is smaller than the third interface version.
In one embodiment, each of the plurality of data extraction manners is related to a backup protocol of the backup application, and the screening of the first data extraction manner from the one or more data extraction manners according to the version of the backup application includes: screening a plurality of data extraction modes to be selected from the plurality of data extraction modes according to the user interface version; and screening out a first data extraction mode from the multiple data extraction modes to be selected according to the version of the backup application.
For specific limitations of the data extraction device of the apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the data extraction method of the apparatus, which are not described herein again. The modules in the data extraction device of the above-mentioned apparatus can be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a data extraction method of an apparatus. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 10 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: reading hardware attribute information of equipment to be extracted; identifying the type of an operating system of the equipment to be extracted according to the hardware attribute information; identifying a data extraction mode according to the type of the operating system; and extracting data of the equipment to be extracted according to the data extraction mode.
In one embodiment, the hardware attribute information includes one or more of a device identifier, a vendor identifier, a product identifier, a device class code, an interface protocol code, vendor description information, and product description information of the device to be extracted.
In an embodiment, the processor executes a computer program to implement the step of identifying the data extraction manner according to the operating system type, and when the step of extracting the data of the device to be extracted according to the data extraction manner is implemented, the following steps are specifically implemented: when the operating system type is an android operating system, identifying a first data extraction mode, wherein the first data extraction mode is used for indicating data extraction of equipment to be extracted based on the android operating system, and extracting data of the equipment to be extracted according to the first data extraction mode; and when the operating system type is the apple operating system, identifying a second data extraction mode, wherein the second data extraction mode is used for indicating data extraction of the equipment to be extracted based on the apple operating system, and extracting data of the equipment to be extracted according to the second data extraction mode.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to implement the above step of identifying the first data extraction manner, the following steps are specifically implemented: acquiring system characteristics of equipment to be extracted; identifying the brand of the equipment to be extracted according to the system characteristics; and identifying a first data extraction mode according to the brand of the equipment to be extracted.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to implement the above step of identifying the first data extraction manner according to the brand of the device to be extracted, the following steps are specifically implemented: identifying one or more data extraction modes according to the brand of the equipment to be extracted; identifying the version of the android system of the device to be extracted, the version of a user interface and the version of a backup application in the device to be extracted; and screening out a first data extraction mode from the one or more data extraction modes according to the version of the android system, the user interface version and the version of the backup application.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to realize the step of screening out the first data extraction manner from the one or more data extraction manners according to the version of the android system, the user interface version, and the version of the backup application, the following steps are specifically realized: if the version of the android system is lower than the first system version, screening a first data extraction mode based on root permission from one or more data extraction modes; if the version of the android system is a first system version and the user interface version is a first interface version, screening out a first data extraction mode based on the ADB backup of the debugging bridge from one or more data extraction modes; if the version of the android system is a first system version and the user interface version is a second interface version, screening out a first data extraction mode based on system degradation backup from one or more data extraction modes; if the version of the android system is the second system version and the user interface version is smaller than the third interface version, screening out a first data extraction mode based on system self-backup from one or more data extraction modes; if the version of the android system is larger than or equal to the version of the third system, screening out a first data extraction mode from one or more data extraction modes according to the version of the backup application; the first system version is smaller than the second system version, the second system version is smaller than the third system version, the first interface version is smaller than the second interface version, and the second interface version is smaller than the third interface version.
In one embodiment, each data extraction manner of the multiple data extraction manners is related to a backup protocol of the backup application, and when the processor executes the computer program to realize the step of screening out the first data extraction manner from the one or more data extraction manners according to the version of the backup application, the following steps are specifically realized: screening a plurality of data extraction modes to be selected from the plurality of data extraction modes according to the user interface version; and screening out a first data extraction mode from the multiple data extraction modes to be selected according to the version of the backup application.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: reading hardware attribute information of equipment to be extracted; identifying the type of an operating system of the equipment to be extracted according to the hardware attribute information; identifying a data extraction mode according to the type of the operating system; and extracting data of the equipment to be extracted according to the data extraction mode.

In one embodiment, each of the plurality of data extraction manners is associated with a backup protocol of the backup application, and when the computer program is executed by the processor to implement the step of selecting the first data extraction manner from the one or more data extraction manners according to the version of the backup application, the following steps are specifically implemented: screening a plurality of data extraction modes to be selected from the plurality of data extraction modes according to the user interface version; and screening out a first data extraction mode from the multiple data extraction modes to be selected according to the version of the backup application.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Claims (10)

1. A method of data extraction for a device, the method comprising:
reading hardware attribute information of equipment to be extracted;
identifying the type of the operating system of the equipment to be extracted according to the hardware attribute information;
identifying a data extraction mode according to the type of the operating system;
and extracting data of the equipment to be extracted according to the data extraction mode.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the hardware attribute information comprises one or more of a device identifier, a vendor identifier, a product identifier, a device class code, an interface protocol code, vendor description information, and product description information of the device to be extracted.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the identifying a data extraction manner according to the operating system type and the extracting data from the device to be extracted according to the data extraction manner comprise:
when the operating system type is an android operating system, identifying a first data extraction mode, wherein the first data extraction mode is used for indicating that data extraction is performed on the device to be extracted based on the android operating system, and performing data extraction on the device to be extracted according to the first data extraction mode;
and when the operating system type is an apple operating system, identifying a second data extraction mode, wherein the second data extraction mode is used for indicating that data extraction is performed on the equipment to be extracted based on the apple operating system, and performing data extraction on the equipment to be extracted according to the second data extraction mode.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the identifying the first data extraction manner comprises:
acquiring system characteristics of the equipment to be extracted;
identifying the brand of the equipment to be extracted according to the system characteristics;
and identifying the first data extraction mode according to the brand of the equipment to be extracted.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the identifying the first data extraction manner according to the brand of the device to be extracted comprises:
identifying one or more data extraction modes according to the brand of the equipment to be extracted;
identifying the version of the android system of the device to be extracted, the version of a user interface and the version of a backup application in the device to be extracted;
and screening the first data extraction mode from the one or more data extraction modes according to the version of the android system, the user interface version and the version of the backup application.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the screening the first data extraction manner from the one or more data extraction manners according to the version of the android system, the user interface version, and the version of the backup application comprises:
if the version of the android system is lower than the version of the first system, screening out a first data extraction mode based on root authority from the one or more data extraction modes;
if the version of the android system is the first system version and the user interface version is a first interface version, screening out a first data extraction mode based on ADB backup of a debugging bridge from the one or more data extraction modes;
if the version of the android system is the first system version and the user interface version is the second interface version, screening out a first data extraction mode based on system degradation backup from the one or more data extraction modes;
if the version of the android system is a second system version and the user interface version is smaller than a third interface version, screening out a first data extraction mode based on system self-backup from the one or more data extraction modes;
if the version of the android system is larger than or equal to a third system version, screening the first data extraction mode from the one or more data extraction modes according to the version of the backup application;
wherein the first system version is smaller than the second system version, the second system version is smaller than the third system version, the first interface version is smaller than the second interface version, and the second interface version is smaller than the third interface version.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the plurality of data extraction methods are provided, each data extraction method of the plurality of data extraction methods is associated with a backup protocol of the backup application, and the screening of the first data extraction method from the one or more data extraction methods according to the version of the backup application comprises:
screening a plurality of data extraction modes to be selected from the plurality of data extraction modes according to the user interface version;
and screening the first data extraction mode from the multiple data extraction modes to be selected according to the version of the backup application and the backup protocol of the backup application corresponding to each data extraction mode to be selected.
8. An apparatus for extracting data from a device, the apparatus comprising:
the reading module is used for reading the hardware attribute information of the equipment to be extracted;
the first identification module is used for identifying the type of the operating system of the equipment to be extracted according to the hardware attribute information;
the second identification module is used for identifying a data extraction mode according to the type of the operating system;
and the extraction module is used for extracting data of the equipment to be extracted according to the data extraction mode.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
