As shown in fig. 20, the electronic apparatus: at least one processor 201; and a memory 202 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 201; and a communication component 203 communicatively coupled to the scanning device, the communication component 203 receiving and transmitting data under control of the processor 201; the memory 202 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 201, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor 201 to implement the information interaction method.

Memory 202, which is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules. The processor 201 executes various functional applications and data processing of the device by running nonvolatile software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 202, that is, the above-described information interaction method is realized.
The memory 202 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store a list of options, etc. Further, the memory 202 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 202 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor 201, which may be connected to an external device via a network. Claims (30)

1. An information interaction method is applied to a first terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a first login request;
triggering and acquiring a first certificate and a second certificate based on user operation;
sending the first certificate and the second certificate to a server, so that the server requests an open platform server to acquire first open platform account information and first mobile phone number information and inquires a delivery order according to the first open platform account information and/or the first mobile phone number information;
and displaying an order detail page according to the first query result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first credential is used to obtain first open platform account information for logging in a target program, and the second credential is used to obtain first mobile phone number information for logging in the target program.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the triggering the obtaining of the first credentials and the second credentials based on the user operation comprises:
displaying an authorization page of the target program;
in response to receiving an authorization instruction, obtaining the first credential and the second credential from the open platform server;
and the authorization page comprises an authorization control which is used for triggering the authorization instruction.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the open platform server is a WeChat platform server.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the first login request is triggered based on a user action;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and before receiving the first login request, calling up the target program based on user operation.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
acquiring identification information of the target intelligent cabinet based on a mode of scanning the two-dimensional code or receiving input through the target program;
uploading the identification information of the target intelligent cabinet;
and the target intelligent cabinet identification information corresponds to the target intelligent cabinet.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the triggering the obtaining of the first credentials and the second credentials based on the user operation comprises:
calling an open platform interface to acquire the first certificate;
displaying an authorization page of the target program;
in response to receiving an authorization instruction, obtaining the second credential;
and the authorization page comprises an authorization control, and the authorization control is used for triggering the authorization instruction.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the order details page comprises at least one order display area for displaying order information corresponding to the delivery order.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein each of the order display areas has a corresponding stock control for triggering a stock instruction for a corresponding delivery order;
the method further comprises the following steps:
in response to receiving a storage instruction for the target delivery order, sending a storage request;
wherein the storage request is used for indicating allocation of available cabinet grids, and the available cabinet grids are cabinet grids which do not store the delivered articles.
10. The method of claim 2, wherein the first login request is triggered based on scanning a two-dimensional code;
the method further comprises the following steps:
according to the first login request, the target program is called;
acquiring target intelligent cabinet identification information in the two-dimensional code information;
uploading the identification information of the target intelligent cabinet;
and the target intelligent cabinet identification information corresponds to the target intelligent cabinet.
11. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and responding to the received information acquisition request, and prompting to input the distribution mobile phone number information, wherein the distribution mobile phone number information is the mobile phone number information of the pickup corresponding to the distribution article.

The method according to claim 2, wherein the server is a developer server of the target program, the target program is an application program developed based on an open platform, and the open platform server stores the first open platform account information and the first mobile phone number information.
13. An information interaction method is applicable to a server, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a first credential;
receiving a second credential;
requesting to an open platform server to acquire first open platform account information and first mobile phone number information according to the first certificate and the second certificate;
and inquiring a delivery order according to the account information of the first open platform and/or the first mobile phone number information.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the first credential is used to obtain first open platform account information for logging in to a target program, and wherein the second credential is used to obtain first phone number information for logging in to the target program.
15. The method of claim 13, wherein the first credentials and the second credentials are received by the server simultaneously.
16. The method of claim 13, wherein requesting an open platform server for obtaining the first open platform account information and the first phone number information according to the first credential and the second credential comprises:
calling an open platform interface to request an open platform server to acquire the first open platform account information according to the first certificate;
and calling the open platform interface to request an open platform server to acquire the first mobile phone number information according to the second certificate.
17. The method of claim 13, wherein querying delivery orders according to the first open platform account information and/or the first mobile phone number information comprises:
and inquiring the delivery order in an order system according to the account information and/or the first mobile phone number information of the first open platform.
18. The method of claim 13, further comprising:
and receiving target intelligent cabinet identification information, wherein the target intelligent cabinet identification information corresponds to the target intelligent cabinet.
19. The method of claim 18, further comprising:
and responding to a received storage request, and distributing available cabinet lattices in the target intelligent cabinet according to the identification information of the target intelligent cabinet, wherein the available cabinet lattices are cabinet lattices which do not store the delivered articles.
20. The method of claim 18, further comprising:
