In the above operating environment, the present application provides a communication method as shown in fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the communication method is applied in a server, and includes:
s301, receiving a feedback message returned by the first terminal, and acquiring an identification code of the first terminal, wherein the feedback message is a feedback message of a message sent by the first terminal for the second terminal.
Specifically, the second terminal may be a terminal that initiates a short message, for example, an enterprise terminal that sends a service short message, the first terminal may be a terminal that receives a short message, for example, a mobile phone of a personal user that receives the service short message sent by the enterprise terminal, and the identification code of the first terminal may be a mobile phone number of the user.
The first terminal may send a feedback message to the second terminal after receiving the message sent by the second terminal, for example, the second terminal sends a satisfaction survey report to the first terminal, and the feedback message of the first terminal may be a satisfaction result or an unsubscribe message.
It should be noted that when the first terminal sends the feedback message to the second terminal, the feedback message is sent to the server first, and then the server sends the feedback message of the first terminal to the corresponding second terminal, and the server may be a cloud service.
In order to determine to which second terminal the feedback message is sent when receiving the feedback message returned by the first terminal, optionally, in the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention, before receiving the feedback message returned by the first terminal, the method further includes: receiving a message sent by a second terminal to a first terminal, and acquiring an identification code of the first terminal; generating second identification codes corresponding to the second terminals and first identification codes corresponding to the first terminals, and establishing an association relationship between each first identification code and the corresponding second identification code; and storing the first identification code, the second identification code and the association relation.
Optionally, in the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving a message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal, the method further includes: determining a target third terminal from the candidate third terminals; and sending the message sent by the second terminal to a gateway corresponding to the target third terminal, and sending the message to the first terminal through the gateway.
Specifically, the third terminal may be a base station of an operator, and when the second terminal sends a message to the first terminal, the message is submitted to the server, and the server matches the most suitable operator for issuing according to an intelligent scheduling system of the system, and finally sends the message to an operator gateway, where the operator sends the message to the first terminal.
It should be noted that, in the case that the enterprise terminal sends the short message to the personal user terminal and the personal user terminal replies the message, the enterprise terminal and the personal user terminal do not support mutual identification, and for the first terminal with the uplink reply, if the operator in this country does not support the uplink reply, the holding user of the first terminal has no way to unsubscribe or reply other contents.
Therefore, under the condition that the server receives the message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal, the server generates a unique second identification code for the second terminal, and simultaneously generates a first identification code for the first terminal of the message sent by the second terminal, namely generates a first identification code corresponding to the identification code for the first terminal, and establishes an association message between the second identification code and the first identification code, so that when the feedback message of the first terminal is received, the second terminal corresponding to the first terminal is determined through the association relationship between the first identification code and the second identification code.
Specifically, when the server generates the unique second identification code for the second terminal, the server may apply for a second identification code in real time for the second terminal when receiving a message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal, or may apply for a batch of second identification codes in advance and store the second identification codes in the data pool, and when receiving a message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal, allocate a second identification code in the data pool to the second terminal.
When the server generates the first identification code for the first terminal of the message delivered by the second terminal, a spreading code of 3-6 bits may be randomly generated and used as the first identification code of the first terminal, i.e., the first identification code corresponding to the identification code of the first terminal.
In addition, the first identification code of the first terminal and the second identification code corresponding to the second terminal can be combined to obtain the customized code, the customized code is a unique number corresponding to the identification code of the first terminal, and the customized code comprises the association relationship between the first identification code and the corresponding second identification code.
Through the embodiment, an operator in a region/country does not support to directly acquire the online reply message through an internet link, the identification code of the first terminal and the first identification code of the first terminal can be matched in the server, and then the first identification code of the first terminal and the second identification code of the second terminal are matched to realize the matching of the first terminal and the second terminal, so that the feedback message of the first terminal and the second terminal to be sent to the feedback message are matched to bypass the link of the operator, and the sending of the feedback message is realized.
S302, the identification code is matched with the stored first identification codes to obtain a target first identification code matched with the identification code, wherein the first identification code is used for identifying the first terminal.
Specifically, the server generates a second identification code of the second terminal and a first identification code corresponding to the first terminal before receiving a feedback message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal and acquiring the identification code of the first terminal, the server stores a plurality of first identification codes, and after receiving the feedback message returned by the first terminal and acquiring the identification code of the first terminal, the server may traverse the stored plurality of first identification codes to acquire the first identification code corresponding to the identification code of the first terminal.
S303, determining a second identification code associated with the target first identification code to obtain a target second identification code, wherein the second identification code is used for identifying a second terminal.
Specifically, the server generates second identification codes of the second terminals and first identification codes corresponding to the first terminals, and simultaneously establishes an association relationship between each first identification code and the corresponding second identification code, and when the first identification codes corresponding to the identification codes of the first terminals are acquired, the second identification codes associated with the first identification codes, that is, the target second identification codes, can be acquired according to the association relationship, so as to acquire the second terminals corresponding to the first terminals.
For example, after the second identification code of the second terminal and the first identification code corresponding to the first terminal are generated, the first identification code of the first terminal and the second identification code corresponding to the second terminal are combined to obtain the customized code of the first terminal, and since the customized code includes the association relationship between the first identification code and the corresponding second identification code, after the first identification code corresponding to the identification code of the first terminal is obtained, the customized code corresponding to the first terminal can be located, so that the second identification code of the second terminal is obtained from the customized code.
S304, the feedback message is sent to the second terminal corresponding to the target second identification code.
Optionally, in the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention, sending the feedback message to the second terminal corresponding to the target second identity code includes: determining an application program interface corresponding to the target second identification code; and calling an application program interface, and sending the feedback message to the second terminal through the application program interface.
Specifically, the server is provided with a pair of application program interfaces, each application program interface corresponds to the second identification code, and the second terminal can call the application program interface corresponding to the second identification code, so that the feedback message of the first terminal which has sent the message is acquired, the feedback message of the first terminal is acquired without passing through an operator link, and the problem that the feedback message of the first terminal is difficult to acquire by the second terminal under the condition that an operator in one region/country does not support the direct acquisition of the on-line reply message through the internet link is avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, the identification code of the first terminal is obtained by receiving the feedback message returned by the first terminal, wherein the feedback message is the feedback message of the first terminal aiming at the message sent by the second terminal; matching the identification codes with a plurality of stored first identification codes to obtain target first identification codes matched with the identification codes, wherein the first identification codes are used for identifying the first terminal; determining a second identification code associated with the target first identification code to obtain a target second identification code, wherein the second identification code is used for identifying a second terminal; and sending the feedback message to a second terminal corresponding to the target second identification code. The server distributes the identification codes for the first terminal and the second terminal, the first terminal and the second terminal are matched by means of the identification codes, the feedback message of the first terminal is sent to the matched second terminal, and the purpose of sending the feedback message of the first terminal to the first terminal is achieved.
In order to deliver more content by using a message, the message sent by the first terminal to the second terminal may include a link, and optionally, in the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention, receiving the feedback message returned by the first terminal includes: responding to a trigger instruction of a link in a message sent by a first terminal to a second terminal, and returning a static page corresponding to the link to the first terminal, wherein the static page at least comprises an identification message of the second terminal and information to be fed back of the first terminal; and receiving a feedback message generated after the static page is edited by the first terminal.
Specifically, the message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal may be a short message, and the link in the message may be a short link into which a long link is converted, so as to save the number of words for sending the short message. And after clicking an end link in the received short message by the holding object of the first terminal, skipping to the server, analyzing the short link by the server to obtain a long link corresponding to the short link, skipping to a static page corresponding to the long link, and returning the static page to the first terminal, wherein the static page can contain the content to be replied and also can contain identification information of an object to which the second terminal belongs.
Further, after the holding object point of the first terminal views the static page, the content in the static page may be edited to complete feedback of the information, for example, when the content to be replied in the static page is the satisfaction survey content, the user may click the control corresponding to the satisfaction score to generate a feedback message, and in order to avoid receiving the message sent by the second terminal many times, the user may click the control corresponding to "unsubscribe", thereby unsubscribing the message.
In order to reduce the cost of making a static page by the object to which the second terminal belongs, optionally, in the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention, before receiving the message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal, the method further includes: acquiring request information of a second terminal for a static page template; analyzing the request, and determining a target template requested by the request information; and acquiring a target template from the stored static page templates, and returning the target template to the second terminal.
Specifically, the server can provide a static page template for the client, the client can select static pages of different styles, the background sets the identifier of the client for the selected static pages, the identification degree of the client is improved, the sender of the static pages can be known after the client views the static pages, information interaction with the client can be better carried out, language can be selected in the static page template, and the client is supported to send the static pages to a plurality of different countries or regions.
Through the embodiment, the server provides the static page template, and supports the modification of the static page by the client, so that the cost of the client for developing the static page is reduced, the cost of the client terminal accessing the server is reduced, and the access convenience and efficiency are improved.
In order to further improve the matching accuracy of the first terminal and the second terminal, optionally, in the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention, before the matching the identification code with the stored plurality of first identification codes to obtain the target first identification code matching with the identification code, the method further includes: analyzing the verification code from the feedback message, and judging whether the verification code is matched with the identification code; and under the condition that the verification code is matched with the identification code of the first terminal, matching the identification code with a plurality of stored first identification codes to obtain a target first identification code matched with the identification code.
In particular, the static page may further include an input field for inputting the verification code, prompting the user to input the verification code, as shown in fig. 4, which is a schematic diagram of a static page in the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention, the preset verification code may be the last two digits of the identification code of the second terminal, for example, the last two digits of the mobile phone number, under the condition that the user inputs the verification code and feeds back the message, the server can verify the verification code, judge whether the verification code is matched with the identification code, in case of a match, the terminal that describes the feedback message is identical to the terminal that received the message, the feedback message may be fed back to the second terminal, in case of no match, the server may discard the feedback message if the terminal that has the feedback message is not consistent with the terminal that received the message, thereby avoiding the problem of sending an erroneous feedback message to the second terminal.
