The Processor 60 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 61 may be an internal storage unit of the terminal device 6, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal device 6. The memory 61 may also be an external storage device of the terminal device 6, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like, which are provided on the terminal device 6. Further, the memory 61 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the terminal device 6. The memory 61 is used for storing the computer program and other programs and data required by the terminal device. Claims (10)

1. An information reporting method is applied to a mobile terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
monitoring a target communication state of the mobile terminal, wherein the target communication state comprises an installation state of a target application program or a use state of an identity identification card;
if the target communication state is detected to change, acquiring a history message corresponding to the identity identification card of the mobile terminal;
generating target reporting information according to the historical information, the unique identification of the identity identification card and the equipment code of the mobile terminal;
and uploading the target report information to a server to indicate the server to search for the mobile phone number corresponding to the historical information, and establishing the association relation among the mobile phone number, the unique identification of the identity identification card and the equipment code.
2. The information reporting method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the history message corresponding to the id card of the mobile terminal if the change of the target communication state is detected comprises:
if the fact that the use state of the identity recognition card of the mobile terminal is detected to be that the identity recognition card is pulled out is detected, and the fact that the use state of the identity recognition card is that the identity recognition card is inserted is detected within a first preset time period, acquiring historical information corresponding to the identity recognition card;
and if the user state of the identity identification card of the mobile terminal is detected to be that the identity identification card is pulled out and the identity identification card is not detected to be inserted after a first preset time, directly sending the equipment code of the mobile terminal to a server so as to indicate the server to release the association relation of the equipment code.
3. The information reporting method of claim 1, wherein before the monitoring the target communication status of the mobile terminal, further comprising:
and receiving a verification code short message sent by a server through an operator channel or a message sent by the server through an internet channel, and correspondingly storing the verification code short message or the message as a history message with an identity identification card.
4. The information reporting method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the history message corresponding to the id card of the mobile terminal if the change of the target communication state is detected comprises:
and if the target communication state is detected to be changed, acquiring historical information stored in an identity identification card of the mobile terminal and/or acquiring historical information corresponding to the current identity identification card stored in a storage unit of the mobile terminal.
5. The information reporting method of claim 1, wherein the generating target reporting information according to the history message, the unique identifier of the id card, and the device code of the mobile terminal comprises:
and combining and encrypting the historical information, the unique identification of the identity identification card and the equipment code of the mobile terminal to obtain target reporting information.
6. The information reporting method of claim 1, wherein the uploading the target reporting information to a server comprises:
if the network condition is detected to be not in accordance with the uploading condition, network detection is carried out again every second preset time;
and if the network is detected to accord with the uploading condition, uploading the target reporting information to a server.
7. The information reporting method of claim 1, wherein after the uploading the target reporting information to a server, further comprising:
and if the target report information is successfully uploaded, deleting the target report information of the mobile terminal.
8. An information receiving method, which is applied to a server, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving target reporting information sent by a mobile terminal, and acquiring history information, unique identification of an identity card and an equipment code contained in the target reporting information;
inquiring a historical sending information base according to the historical information to obtain a target mobile phone number corresponding to the historical information;
and establishing the association relation among the target mobile phone number, the unique identification of the identity identification card and the equipment code.
9. A terminal device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the terminal device to carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7; or cause a terminal device to carry out the steps of the method as claimed in claim 8, when said processor executes said computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, causes a terminal device to carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7; alternatively, the computer program, when being executed by a processor, causes a terminal device to carry out the steps of the method as claimed in claim 8.
