s421, the car machine continuously monitors the speech content of the user, analyzes and compares the speech content with the call information of the multi-person call, and judges whether the speech content is matched with the call information;
and S422, if the speaking content is judged to be matched with the conversation information, judging that the conversation state needs to be set to be silent cancellation.
Specifically, the call information may further include a voice tone of the user and a speaking volume of the user. The human voice tone color in the vehicle and the human voice volume in the vehicle can be continuously monitored. Whether a speaker in the vehicle is a user of the connected mobile terminal or not can be identified by continuously monitoring the voice tone of the person in the vehicle; by continuously monitoring the voice volume in the vehicle, the speaker can judge whether speaking to the vehicle machine or speaking to other people in the vehicle through waveform and volume analysis, so as to avoid the problems of mistakenly canceling silence and causing unnecessary troubles.
For example, the vehicle firstly judges whether the vehicle is a user of the mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone owner, according to the voice tone, so as to prevent other people in the vehicle from accidentally speaking to cause misjudgment of voice call and speaking; then judging whether the vehicle is communicated or not according to the voice volume of the person, but other people of the vehicle are not communicated; at this time, the vehicle may determine that the user who is the mobile terminal is speaking. The vehicle can continuously detect the speech content of the user, quickly identify the keywords in the speech content, and then analyze and compare the speech content with the conversation content of the voice conversation. The call content may include, among others, a title of a voice call (e.g., a conference title) stored in the vehicle ROM, the aforementioned conference information, and conference content. In addition, the keywords in the linguistic database of the speaking of the participants can be compared with the keywords of the speaking content of the user to confirm whether the keywords are the same. If the same or higher similarity exists, the speaking content is determined to be the same thing discussed by other people, and the call state needs to be set to be unmuted. And finally, the vehicle confirms which MIC module has waveform input through the 3 MIC modules arranged on the roofs of the main driver, the auxiliary driver and the rear row vehicle, so that whether the main driver, the auxiliary driver or the rear row vehicle speaks is judged. For example, if it is determined that the driver has a waveform input, the driver participates in speaking, and then the Mute other 2-way MIC.
In some embodiments, S5 includes at least one of: the vehicle-mounted control vehicle automatically cancels the mute button or prompts a user to manually cancel the mute button.
Specifically, after the user can set the car machine by himself to determine that the call state needs to be set to mute, the car can automatically cancel the mute button or prompt the user to manually cancel the mute button, and the setting can be performed according to the actual requirements of the user. After the vehicle automatically cancels the mute button, the user can be prompted that the mute button is cancelled; when the user is prompted to cancel the mute button manually, a time threshold value can be set, and after the time threshold value is exceeded, the mute button is not canceled.
In the embodiment, under the condition that the car machine is connected with the mobile terminal, a plurality of people talk and the mute button of the car is pressed at the same time, the talk environment in the car can be identified, whether a user needs to speak or not is judged, the mute is automatically cancelled according to the requirement, and the experience of the user is improved; the speaking state of the user can be judged to analyze whether the user needs to speak, needs to speak but is not suitable for speaking or is speaking, the conversation environment of the user is analyzed to judge whether the user really needs to speak under the condition of silence, and the multi-directional scene analysis is carried out to guarantee the use experience of the user; whether the user really needs to speak under the mute condition can be judged according to multiple dimensions such as the user identity, the voice information and the driving condition, so that the condition that the mute is cancelled by mistake is avoided, and the conversation experience of the user is improved.
Example two
Corresponding to the above embodiment, the present application further provides a device for automatically canceling mute of a vehicle, referring to fig. 3, the device includes a communication module 301, a voice detection module 302, a voice acquisition module 303, a determination module 304, and a control module 305.
The communication module 301 is configured to respond to a connection between a car machine and a mobile terminal, where the car machine obtains identity information of a user of the mobile terminal; the voice detection module 302 is configured to respond to a detection that the user has a multi-person call through the car machine, and the car machine detects a call state; the voice obtaining module 303 is configured to, in response to detecting that the call state is silent, obtain, by the car machine, call information of the multi-person call; a determining module 304, configured to determine, by the car machine, whether the call state needs to be set to mute cancellation according to the identity information and the call information; and a control module 305, configured to control the vehicle to execute a corresponding operation.
Further, the call information at least includes call contents of the multi-person call. Based on this, the voice obtaining module 303 is further configured to continuously monitor the call content of the multi-person call by the car machine, and analyze the speech content of each participant in the call content into a text record until the multi-person call is ended.
Further, the voice obtaining module 303 is further configured to correspondingly create, by the car machine, a language database of each participant according to the text record of each participant, add the text record of each participant to the corresponding language database, store the language database to the car machine, and perform key encryption on the language database through an algorithm, so as to obtain the language database through key decryption subsequently.
Further, the determining module 304 is further configured to determine, by the vehicle machine, a speaking state of the user according to the identity information and the call information; and the car machine is used for judging whether the call state needs to be set as silence cancellation or not according to the speaking state. Wherein the speaking status comprises at least one of: the user needs to speak, the user needs to speak but is not suitable to speak, and the user is speaking.
Further, the identity information includes at least one of: a name of the user, a title of the user, and a position of the user. Based on this, the communication module 301 is further configured to, by the car machine, determine at least one keyword related to the identity information of the user according to the identity information, and store the at least one keyword. The determining module 304 is further configured to monitor, by the car machine, whether the call information includes the at least one keyword, and determine, based on a monitoring condition, a speech state of the user.
Further, the determining module 304 is further configured to determine, by the car machine, that the speaking state of the user is that the user needs to speak or that the user needs to speak but is not suitable for speaking, if the monitoring condition is that the conversation information includes the at least one keyword.
Further, the device further comprises a call environment information acquisition module, wherein the call environment information acquisition module is used for acquiring the running condition information of the vehicle and monitoring the voice information in the vehicle by the vehicle machine. The determining module 304 is further configured to, in response to that the voice information of the user is not detected within a first preset time and/or that the vehicle is currently in the complex road condition based on the driving condition, determine, by the vehicle machine, that the speaking state of the user is that the user needs to speak but is not suitable for speaking; and the car machine judges that the call state does not need to be set to mute cancellation.
Or, the determining module 304 is further configured to determine, in response to detecting the voice waveform signal of the user within a first preset time and determining that the vehicle is currently in a non-complex road condition based on the driving condition, that the vehicle machine determines that the speaking state of the user is that the user needs to speak; and the car machine is used for judging that the call state needs to be set to be mute cancellation.
Further, the call information further includes at least one of the following: the voice tone of the user and the speaking volume of the user. Based on this, the device still includes the people's voice information monitoring module for monitor the people's voice information in the vehicle, people's voice information includes in-vehicle people's voice color and in-vehicle people's voice volume. The determining module 304 is further configured to detect, by the vehicle machine, whether the sound color of the person in the vehicle includes the sound color of the person of the user according to the identity information and the sound color of the person of the user; if yes, the car machine judges whether the user speaks for the multi-person conversation according to the in-car voice volume and the speaking volume of the user; and if so, the car machine judges the speaking state of the user as that the user is speaking. The determining module 304 is further configured to continuously monitor, by the vehicle machine, the speech content of the user, analyze and compare the speech content with the call information of the multi-person call, and determine whether the speech content is matched with the call information; and if the speaking content is judged to be matched with the conversation information, judging that the conversation state needs to be set to be mute cancellation.
Further, the control module 305 is further configured to control the vehicle to automatically cancel the mute button or control the vehicle to prompt the user to manually cancel the mute button by the vehicle.
For specific limitations of the vehicle automatic mute cancellation apparatus, reference may be made to the above related limitations in the embodiment of the vehicle automatic mute cancellation method, and therefore, details thereof are not repeated herein. The modules in the automatic mute cancellation device for the vehicle can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
EXAMPLE III
The present application also provides a vehicle including the vehicle automatic mute cancellation apparatus, and an electronic device including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to implement the vehicle automatic mute cancellation method.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the system can be used as the electronic device for the vehicle automatic muting method in any one of the embodiments. In some embodiments, a system may include one or more computer-readable media (e.g., system memory or NVM/storage) having instructions and one or more processors (e.g., processor (s)) coupled with the one or more computer-readable media and configured to execute the instructions to implement modules to perform actions described herein.
For one embodiment, the system control module may include any suitable interface controller to provide any suitable interface to at least one of the processor(s) and/or to any suitable device or component in communication with the system control module.
The system control module may include a memory controller module to provide an interface to the system memory. The memory controller module may be a hardware module, a software module, and/or a firmware module.
System memory may be used, for example, to load and store data and/or instructions for the system. For one embodiment, the system memory may comprise any suitable volatile memory, such as suitable DRAM. In some embodiments, the system memory may include a double data rate type four synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR4 SDRAM).
For one embodiment, the system control module may include one or more input/output (I/O) controllers to provide an interface to the NVM/storage and communication interface(s).
For example, the NVM/storage may be used to store data and/or instructions. The NVM/storage may include any suitable non-volatile memory (e.g., flash memory) and/or may include any suitable non-volatile storage device(s) (e.g., one or more hard disk drive(s) (HDD (s)), one or more Compact Disc (CD) drive(s), and/or one or more Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) drive (s)).
The NVM/storage may include storage resources that are physically part of the device on which the system is installed, or it may be accessible by the device and not necessarily part of the device. For example, the NVM/storage may be accessible over a network via the communication interface(s).
The communication interface(s) may provide an interface for the system to communicate over one or more networks and/or with any other suitable device. The system may wirelessly communicate with one or more components of the wireless network according to any of one or more wireless network standards and/or protocols.
For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) may be packaged together with logic for one or more controllers (e.g., memory controller modules) of the system control module. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) may be packaged together with logic for one or more controllers of the system control module to form a System In Package (SiP). For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) may be integrated on the same die with logic for one or more controllers of the system control module. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) may be integrated on the same die with logic of one or more controllers of a system control module to form a system on a chip (SoC).
In various embodiments, the system may be, but is not limited to being: a server, a workstation, a desktop computing device, or a mobile computing device (e.g., a laptop computing device, a handheld computing device, a tablet, a netbook, etc.). In various embodiments, the system may have more or fewer components and/or different architectures. For example, in some embodiments, a system includes one or more cameras, a keyboard, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screen (including touch screen displays), a non-volatile memory port, multiple antennas, a graphics chip, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), and speakers.
It should be noted that the present application may be implemented in software and/or a combination of software and hardware, for example, implemented using Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), general purpose computers or any other similar hardware devices. In one embodiment, the software programs of the present application may be executed by a processor to implement the steps or functions described above. As such, the software programs (including associated data structures) of the present application can be stored in a computer readable recording medium, such as RAM memory, magnetic or optical drive or diskette and the like. Additionally, some of the steps or functions of the present application may be implemented in hardware, for example, as circuitry that cooperates with the processor to perform various steps or functions.
In addition, some of the present application may be implemented as a computer program product, such as computer program instructions, which when executed by a computer, may invoke or provide methods and/or techniques in accordance with the present application through the operation of the computer. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the form in which the computer program instructions reside on a computer-readable medium includes, but is not limited to, source files, executable files, installation package files, and the like, and that the manner in which the computer program instructions are executed by a computer includes, but is not limited to: the computer directly executes the instruction, or the computer compiles the instruction and then executes the corresponding compiled program, or the computer reads and executes the instruction, or the computer reads and installs the instruction and then executes the corresponding installed program. Computer-readable media herein can be any available computer-readable storage media or communication media that can be accessed by a computer.
Communication media includes media by which communication signals, including, for example, computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules, or other data, are transmitted from one system to another. Communication media may include conductive transmission media such as cables and wires (e.g., fiber optics, coaxial, etc.) and wireless (non-conductive transmission) media capable of propagating energy waves such as acoustic, electromagnetic, RF, microwave, and infrared. Computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules, or other data may be embodied in a modulated data signal, for example, in a wireless medium such as a carrier wave or similar mechanism such as is embodied as part of spread spectrum techniques. The term "modulated data signal" means a signal that has one or more of its characteristics set or changed in such a manner as to encode information in the signal. The modulation may be analog, digital or hybrid modulation techniques.
An embodiment according to the present application comprises an apparatus comprising a memory for storing computer program instructions and a processor for executing the program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, trigger the apparatus to perform a method and/or a solution according to the aforementioned embodiments of the present application.
Example four
In correspondence with the above embodiments, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for executing the method for automatically canceling muting a vehicle.
In the present embodiment, computer-readable storage media may include volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information, such as computer-readable instructions, data structures, program modules, or other data. For example, computer-readable storage media include, but are not limited to, volatile memory such as random access memory (RAM, DRAM, SRAM); and non-volatile memory such as flash memory, various read-only memories (ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM), magnetic and ferromagnetic/ferroelectric memories (MRAM, FeRAM); and magnetic and optical storage devices (hard disk, tape, CD, DVD); or other now known media or later developed that can store computer-readable information/data for use by a computer system.
While preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including the preferred embodiment and all changes and modifications that fall within the true scope of the embodiments of the present application.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is intended to include such modifications and variations as well.

Claims (9)

1. A method for automatically canceling silence of a vehicle is applied to a vehicle machine, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to the connection between the vehicle machine and the mobile terminal, and the vehicle machine acquiring the identity information of the user of the mobile terminal;
the car machine detects a call state in response to the detection that the user carries out multi-person call through the car machine;
in response to the detection that the call state is silent, the car machine acquires call information of the multi-person call;
the car machine judges the speaking state of the user according to the identity information and the conversation information, wherein the speaking state comprises at least one of the following: the user needs to speak, the user needs to speak but is not suitable for speaking, and the user is speaking;
the car machine judges whether the conversation state needs to be set to be mute cancellation or not according to the speaking state;
if the call state needs to be set to mute cancellation, the vehicle machine controls the vehicle to execute corresponding operation;
wherein, in response to the car machine being connected to the mobile terminal, the car machine obtains the identity information of the user of the mobile terminal, including:
the car machine determines at least one keyword related to the identity information of the user according to the identity information, and stores the at least one keyword;
the said car machine according to said identity information and said conversation information, judge said user's state of speaking, including:
the car machine monitors whether the call information contains the at least one keyword or not, and judges the speaking state of the user based on the monitoring condition.
2. The vehicle automatic unmuting method according to claim 1, wherein the call information includes at least call contents of the multi-person call;
the car machine obtains the call information of the multi-person call, including:
and the car machine continuously monitors the conversation content of the multi-person conversation and analyzes the speaking content of each participant in the conversation content into a text record until the multi-person conversation is finished.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the car machine continuously monitors the conversation contents of the multi-people conversation and parses the speaking contents of each participant in the conversation contents into a text record until the multi-people conversation is ended, comprising:
the car machine correspondingly creates a language database of each participant according to the character records of each participant, adds the character records of each participant to the corresponding language database, stores the language database to the car machine, and encrypts the language database by a secret key through an algorithm so as to obtain the language database through secret key decryption subsequently.
4. The vehicle automatic unmuting method according to claim 1, wherein the identity information comprises at least one of:
a name of the user, a title of the user, and a position of the user.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the monitoring, by the car machine, whether the call information includes the at least one keyword, and the determining, based on the monitoring, the speaking status of the user comprises:
if the monitoring condition is that the call information contains the at least one keyword, the car machine judges that the speaking state of the user is that the user needs to speak or the user needs to speak but is not suitable for speaking.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein before the car machine monitors whether the call information includes the at least one keyword, and determines the speaking status of the user based on the monitoring condition, the method further comprises:
the vehicle machine acquires the running condition information of the vehicle and monitors the voice information in the vehicle;
the vehicle machine judges whether the speaking state of the user is that the user needs to speak or the user needs to speak but is not suitable for speaking, and the method comprises the following steps: in response to that the voice information of the user is not detected within a first preset time and/or the vehicle is determined to be in a complex road condition currently based on the running condition, the vehicle machine determines that the speaking state of the user is that the user needs to speak but is not suitable for speaking; the car machine judges whether the call state needs to be set to cancel silence according to the speech state, and the method comprises the following steps: the car machine judges that the call state does not need to be set to mute cancellation;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the vehicle machine judges whether the speaking state of the user is that the user needs to speak or the user needs to speak but is not suitable for speaking, and the method comprises the following steps: responding to a voice waveform signal of the user detected within a first preset time and determining that the vehicle is currently in a non-complex road condition based on the running condition, and determining that the speaking state of the user is that the user needs to speak by the vehicle machine; the car machine judges whether the call state needs to be set to cancel silence according to the speech state, and the method comprises the following steps: and the car machine judges that the call state needs to be set to be mute cancellation.

The vehicle automatic unmuting method according to claim 1, wherein the call information further comprises at least one of: the voice tone of the user and the speaking volume of the user; before the car machine judges the speaking state of the user according to the identity information and the conversation information, the method further comprises the following steps:
monitoring the voice information in the vehicle, wherein the voice information comprises the voice color and the voice volume in the vehicle;
the said car machine according to said identity information and said conversation information, judge said user's state of speaking, including: the vehicle machine detects whether the human voice color in the vehicle contains the human voice color of the user according to the identity information and the human voice color of the user; if yes, the car machine judges whether the user speaks for the multi-person conversation according to the in-car voice volume and the speaking volume of the user; if so, the car machine judges the speaking state of the user as that the user is speaking;
the car machine judges whether the call state needs to be set to cancel silence according to the speech state, and the method comprises the following steps: the car machine continuously monitors the speech content of the user, analyzes and compares the speech content with the call information of the multi-person call, and judges whether the speech content is matched with the call information or not; and if the speaking content is judged to be matched with the conversation information, judging that the conversation state needs to be set to be mute cancellation.
8. The method for automatically canceling mute in a vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein if it is determined that the call state needs to be set as mute cancellation, the in-vehicle machine controls the vehicle to perform corresponding operations, including at least one of:
the vehicle machine controls the vehicle to automatically cancel the mute button or controls the vehicle machine to prompt a user to manually cancel the mute button.
9. An automatic silence canceling device for a vehicle, comprising:
the communication module is used for responding to the connection between a vehicle machine and the mobile terminal, and the vehicle machine acquires the identity information of a user of the mobile terminal;
the voice detection module is used for responding to the detection that the user carries out multi-person conversation through the car machine, and the car machine detects the conversation state;
the voice acquisition module is used for responding to the detection that the call state is mute, and the car machine acquires the call information of the multi-person call;
a judging module, configured to judge, by the car machine, a speaking state of the user according to the identity information and the call information, where the speaking state includes at least one of the following: the user needs to speak, the user needs to speak but is not suitable for speaking, and the user is speaking; the car machine is used for judging whether the call state needs to be set as silence cancellation or not according to the speaking state;
the control module is used for controlling the vehicle to execute corresponding operation if the call state needs to be set to mute cancellation;
the communication module is specifically used for the car machine to determine at least one keyword related to the identity information according to the identity information and store the at least one keyword; the judging module is specifically configured to monitor, by the car machine, whether the call information includes the at least one keyword, and judge, based on a monitoring condition, a speaking state of the user.
