Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the application is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the application and are not limiting of the application. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the steps as a sequential process, many of the steps can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the steps may be rearranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a recording method of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may be executed by a recording apparatus of the mobile terminal, where the apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be generally integrated in the mobile terminal. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101, monitoring the value change of a preset audio parameter in the mobile terminal.
For example, the mobile terminal in the embodiment of the present application may include mobile devices such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and a media player.
When a user makes a call, if the call time is long or the memorability of the user to make the call is poor, the user can easily forget the call content, and the mode of making the call and recording is inconvenient, so that some mobile terminal systems provide a call recording function, and when the user makes a call, the call content of both parties of the call can be recorded, so that the user can conveniently listen to the call after the call is finished. At present, third-party application programs in mobile terminals are more and more abundant, and many third-party applications, such as third-party application programs like WeChat, QQ and facebook (facebook), support voice call or video call functions, and the call mode is realized through a network communication mode, so that telephone charges do not need to be spent, the call cost can be saved, and more users like to select the third-party application programs for calling. However, when a call is made using a third-party application program, a problem similar to making a call is also faced, and a recording function for the call made by the third-party application cannot be realized by the current mobile terminal.
Generally, a mobile terminal system includes an audio system, and a third-party application program needs to call a multimedia interface of the audio system when implementing a call function. The value of the preset audio parameter in the application can be used for representing whether the method corresponding to the multimedia interface is called, and if the method is called, the value of the preset audio parameter changes. In the embodiment of the application, the value change of the preset audio parameter is monitored, and whether the third-party application enters a call state is further judged.
In the embodiment of the present application, the preset audio parameter may be different according to different operating systems loaded on the mobile terminal, and the present application is not particularly limited. Taking Android operating system as an example, the preset audio parameter may be an audio mode (also referred to as audio state).
And 102, when the value of the preset audio parameter is changed into a preset value, determining that the current third-party application enters a call state.
The call state comprises a voice call state and a video call state.
Alternatively, for example, IN the android system, the preset audio parameter is an audio MODE, the preset value may be a COMMUNICATION MODE (MODE _ IN _ COMMUNICATION), and when the user makes a CALL to the system, the audio MODE may be set to a telephone MODE (MODE _ IN _ CALL).
For example, when it is detected that the value of the audio MODE is changed to MODE _ IN _ COMMUNICATION, it may be considered that the third-party application enters the call state, that is, it is determined that the current third-party application enters the call state.
And 103, recording the call content of the current third-party application if the preset recording function is detected to be in the enabling state.
Illustratively, the preset recording function is triggered to be enabled in a plurality of ways, which may correspond to the recording requirement of the user, and when it is detected that the running state of the mobile terminal and/or the running state of the current third-party application meet the preset recording requirement, the preset recording function may be triggered to be started, and then the preset recording function enters the enabled state. For example, if the user wants to record the call contents of all the third-party applications in the voice call and video call processes, the preset recording function may be in an always-on state, and when it is determined that the current third-party application enters the call state, recording of the call contents of the current third-party application may be started. For another example, whether the preset recording function is enabled or not can be determined according to whether the electric quantity of the mobile terminal is sufficient or whether the storage space is sufficient, for example, the preset recording function is enabled when the electric quantity is sufficient and the storage space is sufficient. For another example, whether the preset recording function is enabled may be determined according to whether the current third-party application is an application pre-selected by the user, and if the user pre-selects the WeChat, the preset recording function is enabled if the current third-party application is the WeChat. The above example is that the mobile terminal automatically determines whether the preset recording function is enabled, and in order to meet the user's requirement, the preset recording function may also be enabled according to the user's active operation. For example, after determining that the current third-party application enters a call state, the mobile terminal may enter a recording preparation state, and when it is detected that the user triggers the recording button, the preset recording function is enabled, that is, it is detected that the preset recording function is in the enabled state, and recording is started.
For example, the sound recording in the embodiment of the present application may be a sound recording calling a mediarecord interface, and may also be a sound recording calling an audiorecord interface. The recording file obtained by calling the media interface recording is a compressed and encoded file, and the recording file obtained by calling the audio interface recording is a file of original Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) data.
The recording method of the mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the application monitors the value change of the preset audio parameter in the mobile terminal, determines that the current third-party application enters a call state when the preset audio parameter changes to the preset value, and records the call content of the current third-party application if the preset recording function is detected to be in the enabling state. By adopting the technical scheme, whether the current third-party application enters the conversation state or not can be rapidly and accurately identified by monitoring the change of the preset audio parameter value in the mobile terminal, and the conversation content of the third-party application can be recorded after the current third-party application enters the conversation state, so that the recording function of the mobile terminal is enriched.
In some embodiments, when it is monitored that the value of the preset audio parameter is changed from the preset value to another value, the recording may be stopped. For example, if the value of the audio MODE is no longer MODE _ IN _ COMMUNICATION, such as MODE _ IN _ CALL or MODE _ NORMAL, it indicates that the CALL of the third-party application is ended, and the recording may be stopped. In addition, the recording can also be actively finished by the user, for example, when the recording stop button is detected to be triggered by the user, the recording can be stopped even if the call of the third-party application is not finished.
Optionally, after stopping recording, the recording data may be automatically named (e.g., named by the name of the opposite party and/or the time of the call) and stored, or may be named by the user and stored in the path selected by the user.
In some embodiments, the detecting that the preset recording function is in an enabled state includes: and judging whether the current third-party application is in a preset application list, and if so, determining that the preset recording function is detected to be in an enabling state. The method has the advantages that automatic recording can be selectively realized according to the identity of the third-party application, the user does not need to actively trigger the recording, and the recording content is prevented from being missed because the user forgets to trigger the recording. Optionally, the application list may be set according to a user operation, for example, when a preset application list setting event is triggered, a list of third-party applications with a call function loaded in the mobile terminal is provided to the user (for example, displayed on a screen), a check box is set for each third-party application, and when the user wants to implement the call recording function of an application, and the check box corresponding to the application is checked, the system adds the application to the preset application list.
Further, the determining whether the current third-party application is in a preset application list includes: acquiring a stack for calling a setting method corresponding to the preset audio parameter; identifying a package name of an application contained in the stack; and judging whether the application program name corresponding to the package name is contained in a preset application list, and if so, determining that the current third-party application is in the preset application list. The advantage of this arrangement is that the identity of the current third-party application can be determined quickly and accurately for determining whether the current third-party application is in the preset application list. Illustratively, when the third-party application realizes the call, the setting method corresponding to the preset audio parameter is called, the stack calling the setting method includes the package name of the third-party application, and the identity of the current third-party application is determined according to the package name.
In some embodiments, the detecting that the preset recording function is enabled may include: and judging whether the call counterpart in the current third-party application is a preset contact person, and if the call counterpart is the preset contact person, determining that the preset recording function is detected to be in an enabling state. The method has the advantages that automatic recording can be selectively realized according to the identity of the opposite party of the call, the user does not need to actively trigger the recording, and the recording content is prevented from being missed because the user forgets to trigger the recording. Optionally, the mobile terminal may open an access right of a contact list in the third-party application in advance, set a preset contact according to a user operation, for example, when a preset contact setting event is triggered, provide a contact list of each third-party application with a call function loaded in the mobile terminal to a user (for example, displayed on a screen), set a check box for each contact, when the user wants to implement a call recording function of a certain contact, and check the check box corresponding to the contact, the system sets the contact as the preset contact, and records identity information (for example, a name and/or a head portrait) corresponding to the contact. In order to enhance the flexibility of the preset contact setting, different third party applications can be set respectively. For example, a user installs WeChat and QQ in his mobile terminal, the name of Fumingming of the user is tomorrow in a contact list of WeChat, the name of Fumingming of the user is Rizechwan in a contact list of QQ, and the user can select to set tomorrow as a preset contact and not to set Rizechwan as a preset contact, so that recording can be selectively realized according to different applications of a third party for the same call object. For example, after determining that the current third-party application enters the call state, the identity information (such as a name and/or an avatar) of the call counterpart is obtained from the third-party application, and it is determined whether the call counterpart is a preset contact according to the identity information.
Optionally, the detecting that the preset recording function is in an enabled state includes: and judging whether the current third-party application is in a preset application list, if so, judging whether a call counterpart in the current third-party application is a preset contact person, and if so, determining that the preset recording function is detected to be in an enabling state. The method has the advantage that automatic recording can be achieved more pertinently according to the identity of the third-party application and the identity of the call counterpart.
In some embodiments, the determining whether the call partner in the current third-party application is a preset contact includes: acquiring call audio data with preset duration; identifying voiceprint information in the call audio data; and judging whether the voiceprint information contains voiceprint information matched with a preset contact person, and if so, determining that the call counterpart in the current third-party application is the preset contact person. The method has the advantages that the contact person list of the third-party application and the reading permission of the identity information of the current call opposite side do not need to be acquired, whether the current call opposite side is the contact person of which the user needs to record or not can be determined, the interaction with the third-party application is reduced, and the stability and the safety of the system are improved. For example, the preset time period may be freely set, for example, 10 seconds. Voiceprint features can be included in the voiceprint information. Voiceprints are the spectrum of sound waves carrying verbal information displayed with an electro-acoustic instrument. When human language is generated, a complex physiological and physical process is formed between the human language center and pronunciation organs, and the pronunciation organs used by a person during speaking comprise a tongue, a larynx, a lung, a nasal cavity and the like. The voiceprint features are feature parameters of the voiceprint, and are parameters enabling the voiceprint to be quantized, and different voiceprint features can distinguish voices of different people speaking. Optionally, a voiceprint information template corresponding to the preset contact may be pre-stored in the mobile terminal, the recognized voiceprint information is compared with the voiceprint information template, and if the matching degree reaches a preset matching degree threshold, it can be stated that the current call counterpart is the preset contact.
In some embodiments, it may further include: if the call state is detected to be a video call state, the judging whether the call counterpart in the current third-party application is a preset contact includes: acquiring a video picture of a call opposite side; recognizing a face image in the video picture; and judging whether the face image is matched with a preset contact person, and if so, determining that the call counterpart in the current third-party application is the preset contact person. Similar to the voiceprint recognition scheme, the method has the advantages that the contact list of the third-party application and the reading permission of the identity information of the current call opposite side do not need to be acquired, whether the current call opposite side is the contact for which the user needs to record or not can be determined, interaction with the third-party application is reduced, system stability and safety are improved, recognition speed is high, and accuracy is high. Optionally, a face image template corresponding to the preset contact may be pre-stored in the mobile terminal (for example, a photo of the preset contact is selected in an album, and a face image in the photo is extracted as the face image template), the identified face image is compared with the face image template, and if the similarity reaches a preset similarity threshold, it may be determined that the identified face image matches the preset contact.
Optionally, in order to ensure the integrity of the recording content of the preset contact, after determining that the current third-party application enters a call state, recording and caching the call content, if it is determined that the opposite party of the call is the preset contact, continuing recording, and combining the cached recording data and the data continuing recording into the recording data of the call content; and if the opposite party of the call is determined not to be the preset contact, stopping recording, and deleting the cached recording data.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of another recording method of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes the following steps:
step 201, monitoring the value change of a preset audio parameter in the mobile terminal.
Step 202, when the value of the preset audio parameter becomes a preset value, determining that the current third-party application enters a call state.
The call state comprises a voice call state and a video call state.
Step 203, obtaining a stack for calling a setting method corresponding to the preset audio parameter.
Step 204, identifying the package name of the application program contained in the stack.
Step 205, determining whether the application program name corresponding to the package name is included in a preset application list, if yes, executing step 206; otherwise, the flow ends.
And step 206, recording the call content of the current third-party application.
Step 207, judging whether the value of the preset audio parameter is changed into other values, if so, executing step 208; otherwise, return to execute step 206.
And step 208, stopping recording, and storing the recording data.
According to the embodiment of the application, whether the current third-party application enters the call state or not can be rapidly and accurately identified by monitoring the change of the preset audio parameter value in the mobile terminal, and after the current third-party application enters the call state, if the current third-party application is detected to be the application which the user wants to realize automatic recording, the call content of the third-party application is recorded, and the recording function of the mobile terminal is enriched.
By way of example, the following provides a specific code implementation in an android system:

the broadcast sending may be sending a broadcast to a recording module (or a recording application) by the system, and then the broadcast carries the parameters android, media, oppo, VOIP, EXTRA (which may be understood as flag bits flag), and android, media, oppo, VOIP, EXTRA, STRING, and the recording application may detect the broadcast, know that a third-party application is in a call if the parameters android, media, oppo, VOIP, EXTRA are detected to be 1, may record, and know that the third-party application ends the call if the parameters are detected to be 0, and stop recording, thereby achieving the purpose of recording the call content of the third-party application. The recording can also detect the value of the parameter of android, media, OPPO, VOIP, EXTRA, STRING, so that the user can know which application is used for calling, and the recording of different applications can be distinguished.
Illustratively, the method includes monitoring value change of an audio MODE IN the mobile terminal, determining that a current third-party application enters a call state when the value of the audio MODE is changed into MODE _ IN _ COMMUNICATION, setting a flag value to be 1 and carrying the flag value IN a broadcast to be sent so that the recording application receives the broadcast, detecting whether a preset recording function is IN an enabling state through the recording application, and recording call content of the current third-party application by using the recording application if the preset recording function is IN the enabling state. And continuously monitoring the value change of the audio MODE IN the mobile terminal, determining that the current third-party application finishes the conversation when the value of the audio MODE is changed into MODE _ IN _ CALL or MODE _ NORMAL, setting the value of flag to be 0, carrying the flag IN the broadcast and sending the flag so that the recording application receives the broadcast and stops recording.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a recording method of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes:
step 301, monitoring the value change of a preset audio parameter in the mobile terminal.
Step 302, when the value of the preset audio parameter becomes a preset value, determining that the current third-party application enters a call state.
The call state comprises a voice call state and a video call state.
Step 303, judging whether the current third-party application is in a preset application list, if so, executing step 304; otherwise, the flow ends.
Step 304, judging whether the call state is a video call state, if so, executing step 305; otherwise, step 307 is executed.
And 305, acquiring a video image of the call opposite side, and identifying a face image in the video image.
Step 306, judging whether the face image is matched with a preset contact person, if so, executing step 309; otherwise, the flow ends.
And 307, acquiring the call audio data with preset duration, and identifying voiceprint information in the call audio data.
Step 308, judging whether the voiceprint information contains voiceprint information matched with a preset contact person, if so, executing step 309; otherwise, the flow ends.
Step 309, recording the call content of the current third-party application.
Step 310, judging whether the value of the preset audio parameter is changed into other values, if so, executing step 311; otherwise, go back to step 309.
And step 311, stopping recording, and storing the recording data.
According to the embodiment of the application, whether the current third-party application enters the call state or not can be rapidly and accurately identified by monitoring the preset audio parameter value change mode in the mobile terminal, after the current third-party application enters the call state, the identity of the third-party application and whether the call opposite side meets the recording requirement or not are detected, when the third-party application and the call opposite side meet the recording requirement, the call content of the third-party application is recorded, and the recording function of the mobile terminal is enriched.
