The processor 201 is connected to the touch screen 202, the pressure sensor 203, the microphone 204, the earpiece 205, and the baseband chip 206.
The touch screen 202 is used for displaying images, sensing touch operations of a user, and triggering the pressure sensor 203 arranged below the touch screen when the user presses the touch screen. The pressure sensor 203 is disposed below the touch screen 202, and is configured to detect a pressure value of the pressing on the touch screen and send the detected pressure value to the processor 201. step 301: the user operates the mobile phone to be in a call state, for example, the user uses the mobile phone to make or receive a call;
step 302: detecting whether a user presses a touch screen, specifically, detecting a pressure value on the touch screen by a pressure sensor of the mobile phone; if the user does not press the touch screen, the pressure value on the touch screen is 0; if the user presses the touch screen, the pressure sensor detects the pressure to obtain a corresponding pressure value, and at the moment, the pressure value is not 0; in other words, when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure value is not 0, it is considered that the user has pressed the touch screen; in order to avoid the false triggering of the call recording due to the slight touch, it may be further set that the user is considered to press the touch screen when the pressure value on the touch screen is greater than a threshold value, where the threshold value is greater than 0, for example;
step 303: when detecting that a user presses a touch screen, starting call recording by the mobile phone, and starting recording, specifically, starting a call recording application on the mobile phone and starting recording;
step 304: in the process of call recording, a user must keep pressing the touch screen, so that the pressure on the touch screen cannot disappear, for example, the pressure value on the touch screen is continuously greater than 0;
step 305: detecting whether a user keeps pressing the touch screen, specifically, detecting whether the pressure on the touch screen disappears by the pressure sensor, when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure value on the touch screen is 0, stopping call recording by the mobile phone, otherwise, keeping the mobile phone in a call recording state;
step 306: and when detecting that the user does not press the touch screen any more, stopping the call recording by the mobile phone and storing the call recording data.
Example two
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a call recording method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. step 401: the user operates the mobile phone to be in a call state, for example, the user uses the mobile phone to make or receive a call;
step 402: detecting whether a user presses a touch screen, specifically, detecting a pressure value on the touch screen by a pressure sensor of the mobile phone; if the user does not press the touch screen, the pressure value on the touch screen is 0; if the user presses the touch screen, the pressure sensor detects the pressure to obtain a corresponding pressure value, and at the moment, the pressure value is not 0; in other words, when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure value is not 0, it is considered that the user has pressed the touch screen; in order to avoid the false triggering of the call recording due to the slight touch, it may be further set that the user is considered to press the touch screen when the pressure value on the touch screen is greater than a threshold value, where the threshold value is greater than 0, for example;
step 403: when detecting that a user presses a touch screen, starting call recording by the mobile phone, and starting recording, specifically, starting a call recording application on the mobile phone and starting recording;
step 404: in the process of call recording, the user does not need to continuously press the touch screen, and the call recording can be normally carried out;
step 405: detecting whether the user presses the touch screen again, specifically, the pressure sensor continuously detects whether pressure exists on the touch screen again, when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure value on the touch screen is not 0 again, the user is considered to press the touch screen for the second time, the mobile phone stops call recording, and if the pressure sensor does not detect the pressure on the touch screen, the mobile phone keeps a call recording state;
step 406: and when the fact that the user presses the touch screen for the second time is detected, the mobile phone stops call recording and stores call recording data.
EXAMPLE III

step 503: when detecting that a user presses a touch screen, starting call recording by the mobile phone, and starting recording, specifically, starting a call recording application on the mobile phone and starting recording;
meanwhile, determining an operation mode of the call recording according to the pressure value on the touch screen; specifically, when the pressure value on the touch screen belongs to a first pressure value range, step 504 is executed, and when the pressure value on the touch screen belongs to a second pressure value range, step 507 is executed, wherein the first pressure value range and the second pressure value range are not overlapped, for example, a value in the first pressure value range is greater than a value in the second pressure value range, however, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in practical applications, the first pressure value range and the second pressure value range are set as required;
step 504: in the process of call recording, a user must keep pressing the touch screen, so that the pressure on the touch screen cannot disappear, for example, the pressure value on the touch screen is continuously greater than 0;
step 505: detecting whether a user keeps pressing the touch screen, specifically, detecting whether the pressure on the touch screen disappears by the pressure sensor, when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure value on the touch screen is 0, stopping call recording by the mobile phone, otherwise, keeping the mobile phone in a call recording state;
step 506: when detecting that the user does not press the touch screen any more, the mobile phone stops call recording and stores call recording data;
step 507: in the process of call recording, the user does not need to continuously press the touch screen, and the call recording can be normally carried out;
step 508: detecting whether the user presses the touch screen again, specifically, the pressure sensor continuously detects whether pressure exists on the touch screen again, when the pressure sensor detects that the pressure value on the touch screen is not 0 again, the user is considered to press the touch screen for the second time, the mobile phone stops call recording, and if the pressure sensor does not detect the pressure on the touch screen, the mobile phone keeps a call recording state;
step 509: and when the fact that the user presses the touch screen for the second time is detected, the mobile phone stops call recording and stores call recording data.
In summary, according to the embodiments of the present invention, when a call recording device (e.g., a terminal such as a mobile phone) needs to record a call, a user can start call recording only by pressing the screen with a hand or applying a certain pressure to the screen with a face, and when the user does not press the screen, the call recording is automatically ended, or when the user applies a certain pressure to the screen again, the call recording is automatically ended.
