The method need not be performed in the exact order shown, unless explicitly stated.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a flow chart of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the method includes operations S410 to S440.
In operation S410, a communication space is created in response to a creation request for creating a communication space from a first user terminal, wherein the communication space has a space identification.
In operation S420, the space identification is written into the cache.
In operation S430, a spatial identifier is transmitted to the first user terminal, so that the first user terminal transmits the spatial identifier to at least one second user terminal.
In operation S440, in response to the target user terminal having entered the communication space using the space identifier, deleting the space identifier in the cache to start the communication recording service, wherein the target user terminal includes at least one of: a first user terminal and at least one second user terminal.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication method may be performed by a management server. The first user terminal may transmit a request for creating a communication space to the management server. The management server receives a request to create a communication space and creates the communication space in response to receiving the request to create the communication space.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a communication space may refer to a virtual space, a video room, which provides a communication management service for at least two user terminals, for example, a first user terminal and at least one second user terminal. The communication room can support at least two user terminals to perform communication such as video call, voice call and the like, and can also provide communication management service such as communication recording service and the like for the first user terminal and at least one second user terminal participating in the communication of video, voice and the like.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication recording service may include a service of recording audio data, video data, text data, and other transmission file data generated during communication. But is not limited thereto. The system also can comprise the services of synthesizing the recorded audio data, video data and the like and reprocessing the voice to text.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, after the management server creates the communication space in response to the creation request, a space identification (Identity Document) may be provided for the communication space. The space identifier may be an identification code for characterizing the identity of the communication space, such as an account number or a serial number. But is not limited thereto. But also an identifier, a bar code, etc. characterizing the identity of the communication space. If a plurality of communication spaces are created, the plurality of communication spaces may be distinguished by the space identifier.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the management server may send the space identifier to the first user terminal, so that the first user terminal sends the space identifier to the second user terminal. And the second user terminal establishes connection with the communication space by using the space identifier, enters the communication space by using the space identifier, and communicates with the first user terminal or other second user terminals.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, after creating the communication space, the management server may write the space identifier into a cache (Redis), but the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the space identifier may also be written into another space with a storage function, such as a database, or may also be stored into both the database and the cache.
According to an optional embodiment of the present disclosure, the management server uses the space identifier in the deletion cache as a trigger condition for starting the communication recording service in response to the target user terminal entering the communication space. The management server utilizes the fast processing capability of the caching mechanism to enable operations that delete space identifiers in the cache to be executed faster than other storage type storage devices. And the time interval between two operations of responding to the target user terminal entering the communication space and starting the communication recording service is short, so that the integrity of the communication recording is improved. In addition, the space identifier in the deleted cache is used as a trigger condition for starting the communication recording service, the communication recording service can be started once, and the space identifier does not exist in the cache after the space identifier is deleted, so that the communication recording service is prevented from being started repeatedly for many times.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the target user terminal may refer to a user terminal that first enters the communication space among a plurality of user terminals. For example, each of the plurality of user terminals transmits a request for a call or a response call to the management server, and each of the plurality of user terminals may enter the communication space in response to the request for a call or a response call. The operations entering the communication space are asynchronous operations, which causes different entering orders. At least one user terminal that first enters the communication space may be targeted. Therefore, the communication recording service can be ensured to be earlier than communication operation such as video call operation, namely after the subsequent user terminal enters a communication space, the communication recording service is started, no time gap exists, and the integrity of the communication recording data is ensured. In addition, the first user terminal entering the communication space is used as the target user terminal, and the communication recording service can be started before the subsequent user terminal does not enter the communication space, so that the communication space can also perform the recording service for the target user terminal entering the communication space under the condition that the subsequent user terminal does not respond to the call operation, namely, the missed call is formed, and the intelligence and the flexibility of the communication space are improved.
According to other embodiments of the present disclosure, the target ue may also refer to a pre-designated ue, such as at least one ue creating a communication space, but is not limited thereto, and may also refer to other pre-designated ues as long as they participate in the communication. The pre-designated user terminal is used as the target user terminal, so that the communication authority of the target user corresponding to the target user terminal can be increased, the personalized requirements are met, and the communication experience of the user is improved.
By using the communication method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, communication recording service can be provided for communication such as video call, voice call and the like, so that the space identifier in the cache is successfully deleted as a trigger condition for starting the communication recording service, the operation of the communication recording service can be simplified, and the intelligence of the communication recording service can be improved.
