The cloud tag has various forms, can be an N-dimensional code with N >0 such as a one-dimensional code, a two-dimensional code, a three-dimensional code and the like, can be an RFID tag, and can also be other image-text combinations capable of storing information with a unique identification function, such as a unique serial code which can be identified through an image identification function. The cloud label can also be any combination of the foregoing forms, as long as the cloud label can be unique and is distinguished from other cloud labels. The cloud tag is used for showing the identification address. The identification address is unique and corresponds to the cloud label one by one. The cloud tag is displayed on and/or near an item and/or at an administrative location, in one-to-one correspondence with the item. The on-line mapping of the off-line object is carried out through the one-to-one correspondence of the one-object-one code and the one-code-one address, and the function of internet of everything is realized. The display may be a physical cloud tag attached to and/or near an object and/or a management location, or an electronic cloud tag that can be called from inside or near the object at any time for displaying, such as displaying through a display screen on the object, or projecting, or sending to a mobile phone or a mailbox of a requestor. The management position is a display position set up according to the management requirement, and can be in an item index of an owner of the item or a task list of a maintainer of the item. If the article is a printer owned by a company A and outsourced to a company B for maintenance service, the company B as the owner and the company B as the maintainer can display the cloud label, so that the work of respective staff is facilitated. It is emphasized here that what is called uniqueness is in terms of the information carried by the cloud tag, and not the uniqueness of the cloud tag as a substance itself. The cloud tag may have one or more copies, at different locations according to administrative needs.

The address conversion unit converts the identification address into information that can be carried by the cloud tag, that is, the form of the cloud tag information depends on the form of the cloud tag. The storage space matching unit is responsible for allocating the storage space and associating the address of the allocated storage space with the corresponding identification address. The data receiving unit is responsible for receiving the multimedia data and storing the multimedia data into the storage space allocated by the storage space matching unit. The data reading unit is configured to send the storage space address corresponding to the identification address, and the multimedia data stored in the storage space can be accessed through the storage space address. The article marking unit is used for marking the article. Marking is the application of a digital label to the article. The digital tag can be filled or selected by a person according to own judgment, can be extracted from multimedia data by the cloud management platform, and can be filled or selected by the cloud management platform according to other people or can be associated according to the digital tag extracted before the cloud management platform.
The cloud label manufacturing tool can be a printer, an RFID label writing device and equipment capable of calling the electronic cloud label. One or more cloud label making tools can be provided, and the cloud label making tools are suitable for the form of the cloud label.
The cloud tag identification tool can be a mobile phone or other handheld devices, and can also be a special device in a production workshop. The device capable of identifying part or all of the cloud tag is the cloud tag identification tool, and there may be one or more devices.
The multimedia data uploading tool can be various devices such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer and a computer. The uploaded multimedia data may be recorded or recorded, and is uploaded while recording, that is, the uploaded multimedia data is streaming data. The mode of recording and uploading can make full use of massive cloud storage space to greatly relieve the problem of insufficient local storage space.

The user can be linked to the cloud system through reading the tag address, and various information such as the attribute, price, time (including time information such as production, purchase and use), owner, contact way, contract, video, audio and photo of the article can be identified and stored in the cloud, so that the article can be energized and managed. Meanwhile, the system can realize the purpose of 'clustering by types of objects and grouping by types of people' through the label aggregation of the objects. Cloud tags can have many application scenarios in life. For example, through the cloud tag, the traditional notebook can be upgraded to a paper and cloud recording mode from paper recording, the cloud records store photos, voices, files and videos, and the notebook can record key points by using paper and notes. For another example, various service management of the vehicle can be realized through the cloud tag, including but not limited to contacting vehicle owner moving, rescue service contact and the like. By means of the cloud label technology, the construction of a novel Internet of things technology can be achieved, and B2M is transformed and upgraded into C-M-B, C-M-C.
In some embodiments, the present invention provides a multimedia cloud tag method:

The form of the cloud label, the address conversion mode, the manufacturing tool and the identification tool all have corresponding relations and can be matched with each other to complete the whole process.

The form of the cloud label, the address conversion mode, the manufacturing tool and the identification tool all have corresponding relations and can be matched with each other to complete the whole process.

Claims (18)

1. A multimedia cloud tag system, the system comprising:
the cloud tag is used for displaying the identification address; the identification address is unique and corresponds to the cloud label one by one; the cloud tags are displayed on and/or near articles and/or at management positions and correspond to the articles one to one; the management position is a display position set up according to the management requirement;
the cloud management platform is used for storing and managing multimedia data and accessing through the identification address; the cloud management platform comprises: the storage module is used for storing the multimedia data; the storage module comprises storage units, and the storage units have storage unit addresses in one-to-one correspondence; the management module is used for managing the multimedia data; the management module comprises: the identification address generating unit is used for generating the identification address; the address conversion unit is used for converting the identification address into cloud label information which can be borne by the cloud label; the storage space matching unit is used for associating the identification address with the storage unit address and allocating the storage unit; the data receiving unit is used for receiving the multimedia data and storing the multimedia data into the storage unit corresponding to the storage unit address distributed by the storage space matching unit; the data reading unit is used for sending the storage space address corresponding to the identification address, and the multimedia data stored in the storage space can be accessed through the storage space address; the article marking unit is used for marking the article;
a cloud label making tool for making the cloud label so as to display the cloud label through the article;
the cloud tag identification tool is used for reading the identification address displayed in the cloud tag;
the multimedia data uploading tool is used for enabling the data receiving unit to store the produced or produced multimedia data into the storage unit by accessing the identification address read by the cloud label recognition tool;
and the multimedia data display tool is used for obtaining the address of the storage unit allocated by the storage space matching unit by accessing the identification address read by the cloud tag identification tool, reading the multimedia data in the storage unit and playing the multimedia data.

the cloud tag identification tool, comprising: a reading device for the RFID tag; and a reading device of the N-dimensional code tag, wherein N is greater than 0.
5. The system according to claim 3, 4, characterized in that:

10. A multimedia cloud tagging method, the method comprising:
generating an identification address, wherein the identification address has uniqueness;
converting the identification address into cloud label information which can be borne by a cloud label;
making the cloud label, wherein the cloud label bears the cloud label information, namely the cloud label information comprises the identification address; the cloud label and the identification address have a one-to-one correspondence relationship; placing the cloud tags on and/or near an article and/or a management location, the article and the cloud tags having a one-to-one correspondence; the management position is a display position set up according to the management requirement;
scanning the cloud tag to obtain the identification address, and accessing a cloud management platform through the identification address;
uploading the made or making multimedia data to the cloud management platform; the cloud management platform allocates a storage space for the multimedia data for storage, and associates a storage space address of the storage space with the identification address; the storage space and the storage space address have a one-to-one correspondence relationship;
the storage space address associated with the identification address is obtained through the cloud management platform, and the multimedia data stored in the storage space corresponding to the storage space address is read and displayed;
marking the multimedia data and/or the articles through the recognition function of a user or the cloud management platform.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein:
the cloud tag comprises an RFID tag;
the cloud tag information comprises RFID information, and is information stored in the RFID tag;
the cloud label making tool comprises a writing device of the RFID label;
the cloud label identification tool comprises a reading device of the RFID label.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein:
the cloud tag comprises an N-dimensional code tag, wherein N is greater than 0;
the cloud tag information comprises an N-dimensional code, wherein N > 0;
the cloud label manufacturing tool comprises manufacturing equipment of the N-dimensional code label, wherein N is greater than 0;
the cloud tag identification tool comprises a reading device of the N-dimensional code tag, wherein N > 0.

the cloud tag includes: an RFID tag; an N-dimensional code tag, N > 0;
the cloud tag information includes: RFID information, which is information stored in the RFID tag; an N-dimensional code, N > 0;
the cloud label production tool comprises: a write device for the RFID tag; the N-dimensional code label manufacturing equipment is characterized in that N is greater than 0;
the cloud tag identification tool, comprising: a reading device for the RFID tag; and a reading device of the N-dimensional code tag, wherein N is greater than 0.
