Because the current attendance system cannot automatically generate required data when the attendance of a user per month is finished, and the required data can be used only by secondary processing under the line after the data is exported, the attendance system cannot automatically archive the final data, which causes that the data viewed by a user object and a manager in the attendance system is inconsistent with the data required by a corresponding business event. Therefore, when the attendance check period is finished, the account is automatically sealed and filed regularly according to the account sealing time node in the attendance check rule, so that filed data serve as latest attendance data checked by a user object and a manager, and the historical attendance data can be traced. The archived data includes, but is not limited to, attendance information, daily attendance results, supplementary attendance results, and attendance statistics results. Therefore, according to the method and the device, the attendance information and the attendance statistical result are automatically sealed and filed, so that the displayed attendance data in the attendance system and the final attendance data have consistency, the operation and the management are convenient, the condition that the final attendance data is checked by a manager on line is avoided, the workload of the manager is reduced, and the processing efficiency of the attendance data is improved.
In some embodiments, the sealing the attendance information and saving the attendance information and the attendance statistics result further includes:
sending an attendance checking confirmation request to a corresponding user terminal, wherein the attendance checking confirmation request is used for requesting the user terminal to confirm a corresponding attendance counting result;
and when a confirmation instruction sent by the user terminal is received, sealing and archiving the attendance information, wherein the confirmation instruction is sent by the user terminal after responding to the attendance confirmation request.
In this embodiment, when the attendance account period ends, the user object is regularly notified according to the attendance confirmation time node in the attendance rule to confirm the attendance statistical result of the current statistical date interval. In some embodiments, the sealing the attendance information and saving the attendance information and the attendance statistics result further includes:
responding to a sealing and unsetting instruction, and carrying out sealing and unsetting on the attendance information corresponding to the sealing and unsetting instruction;
updating the attendance information and/or attendance rules of the user terminal, and updating corresponding attendance statistical results based on the updated attendance information and/or attendance rules;
and sealing account of the current attendance information, and updating the stored attendance information and the corresponding attendance statistical result.
In this embodiment, after account sealing, statistics needs to be performed on part of users or all of the users again, and the administrator sends an account sealing removing instruction to the server, so that the server removes account sealing on the attendance information of the relevant user. After the account sealing is released, the server updates attendance information in the accounting date interval of the released account sealing, such as supplementary attendance information submitted by the user terminal and/or updates used attendance rules. In an embodiment, the post-sealing data processing rule includes not responding to a supplementary attendance request related to a sealed date after sealing, and the processing the attendance information based on the attendance rule further includes:
and when receiving a supplementary attendance request sent by the user terminal after the account is sealed, sending a prompt message to the corresponding user terminal, wherein the prompt message is used for reminding the user of requesting the abnormal operation.
In this embodiment, the post-accounting data processing rule in the attendance rule includes that the post-accounting data processing rule does not respond to a supplementary attendance request related to the accounted date, where the supplementary attendance request is a request for performing supplementary processing on supplementary attendance information of the accounted date, such as leave-on, shift-in, card-supplementing, business trip, and going-out. After the attendance counting result of any counting date interval is sealed, if a supplementary attendance request which is submitted by a user terminal and is related to the sealed counting date interval is received, the supplementary attendance request is not allowed to be processed and responded, and a prompt message for prompting the user to request abnormal operation is sent to the user terminal which initiates the request so as to inform that the applied counting date interval is sealed and the request cannot be processed. Therefore, according to the embodiment, the work load of management personnel is greatly reduced by flexibly defining the attendance rules, the response can be timely made to the request of the user, the prompt is timely made, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In another embodiment, the post-sealing data processing rule includes responding to a supplementary attendance request related to a sealed date after sealing, and the processing the attendance information based on the attendance rule further includes:
when a supplementary attendance request sent by a user terminal is received after account sealing, the supplementary attendance request is audited;
when the verification is passed, generating and recording corresponding supplementary attendance information in the attendance information of the current statistical date interval, wherein the supplementary attendance information comprises the statistical date interval applied by the supplementary attendance request, so that when the attendance information of the current statistical date interval is processed, the supplementary attendance information is subjected to supplementary processing based on the applied statistical date interval.
In this embodiment, the post-sealing data processing rule in the attendance rule includes responding to a supplementary attendance request related to the sealed date after sealing. After the attendance counting result of any counting date interval is sealed, if a supplementary attendance request which is submitted by a user terminal and is related to the sealed counting date interval is received, a notice is sent to the user terminal which initiates the request, the notice is used for informing the user that the applied counting date interval is sealed, and the submitted supplementary attendance request is subjected to supplementary processing in the subsequent counting date interval. And meanwhile, responding to the supplementary attendance request, and auditing supplementary attendance information corresponding to the supplementary attendance request. And if the audit is not passed, sending a corresponding message to the user terminal. If the verification is passed, the supplementary attendance information corresponding to the supplementary attendance request is loaded into attendance information of a current statistical date interval (namely the statistical date interval in which the verification passing operation is located), the supplementary attendance information comprises a statistical date interval, an application date, an application type, a start-stop time and a duration to which the supplementary attendance request belongs, and the supplementary attendance information inconsistent with the current statistical date interval is extracted when the attendance information of the current statistical date interval is processed because the statistical date interval to which the supplementary attendance request belongs is inconsistent with the current statistical date interval, so that the attendance statistical result of the statistical date interval is subjected to supplementary processing according to the supplementary attendance information. Therefore, according to the method and the device, the work load of management personnel is greatly reduced, the flexibility and operability of attendance are improved, and meanwhile the processing efficiency of attendance data is improved. And the system can respond to the request of the user in time and remind the user in time, so that the use experience of the user is improved.
In an optional embodiment, the operation of the supplementary processing may specifically be to perform account sealing and release on the attendance statistics result of the statistics date interval applied by the supplementary attendance request, update the attendance information of the applied statistics date interval based on the supplementary attendance information, and update the attendance statistics result of the statistics date interval based on the updated attendance information. And then, performing daily attendance on the attendance information of the employee by using the attendance rule to obtain a monthly statement of attendance in the current month (namely, an attendance monthly statement in the current statistical date interval), and then obtaining a monthly statement statistical result (namely, an attendance statistical monthly statement). And further, if the employee needs to confirm the monthly report statistical result, a request notice related to the monthly report statistical result is sent to the corresponding employee, the attendance information in the current month is automatically sealed and filed after the employee confirms, and the monthly report statistical result in the current month is stored. If the monthly newspaper statistical result is not required to be confirmed by the staff, the attendance information of the current month is automatically sealed and filed, and the monthly newspaper statistical result of the current month is stored. After the account is sealed, if the account is sealed, an application for removing the account is submitted to the server through staff or management personnel, so that the account sealing of the attendance information in the current month is removed based on the application, the statistical result of the monthly report is counted again, the account is sealed, and the archiving of the statistical result of the monthly report in the current month is completed. In the monthly report counting process of the next month, if the post-account-sealing data processing rule of the attendance rule is that the submitted application is not allowed after account sealing (namely the supplemented attendance request related to the account-sealing date), the server cannot process the submitted application. If the post-sealing data processing rule of the attendance rules is to allow for submission of the application after sealing, the server can process the submitted application, acquire post-sealing flow data (namely, supplementary attendance information corresponding to the supplementary attendance request), and count the application data submitted in the sealing month, so as to update the monthly report statistical result of the sealing month based on the application data.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. The data processing apparatus 500 includes:
a data obtaining module 501, configured to obtain a service event to be processed and user information from at least one user terminal, where the user information includes identity information and attendance information of a user;
a rule determining module 502 configured to determine an attendance rule associated with the identification information based on the business event;
the data processing module 503 is configured to process the attendance information based on the attendance rule to obtain a corresponding attendance statistical result, and process the business event according to the attendance statistical result.

and the account re-sealing unit is used for sealing the current attendance statistical result and updating the stored attendance information and the corresponding attendance statistical result.
In some embodiments, the information of the attendance rule includes at least one of a statistics date interval, an account closing time node, an attendance confirmation time node, and a post-account closing data processing rule.
In some embodiments, the post-sealing data processing rule includes that the post-sealing data processing rule does not respond to an application flow request related to a sealed account date, and the data processing module 503 further includes:
and the abnormity reminding unit is used for sending a reminding message to the corresponding user terminal when receiving the supplementary attendance request sent by the user terminal after closing the account, wherein the reminding message is used for reminding the user of requesting the abnormal operation.
In some embodiments, the post-sealing data processing rule includes a post-sealing response to an application flow request related to a sealed account date, and the data processing module 503 further includes:
the request auditing unit is used for auditing the supplementary attendance request when receiving the supplementary attendance request sent by the user terminal after account sealing;
and the supplementary processing unit is used for generating and recording corresponding supplementary attendance information in the attendance information of the current statistical date interval when the audit is passed, wherein the supplementary attendance information comprises the statistical date interval applied by the supplementary attendance request, so that when the attendance information of the current statistical date interval is processed, the supplementary attendance information is subjected to supplementary processing based on the applied statistical date interval.
The apparatus of the embodiment of the present application may execute the method provided by the embodiment of the present application, and the implementation principle is similar, the actions executed by the modules in the apparatus of the embodiments of the present application correspond to the steps in the method of the embodiments of the present application, and for the detailed functional description of the modules of the apparatus, reference may be specifically made to the description in the corresponding method shown in the foregoing, and details are not repeated here.
The embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device (computer apparatus/device/system), which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory, wherein the processor executes the computer program to implement the steps of the data processing method, and compared with the related art, the method can implement: the data statistics rule of the attendance information is flexible and diversified, and data meeting different business event requirements can be directly provided for different user objects, so that the fusion of the business events and the data statistics rule is realized, and secondary processing under lines after the data is exported is not needed. Therefore, the attendance system provided by the embodiment of the application can solve the technical problems that the expansibility of the attendance system is poor and the requirements of different service differentiated data processing cannot be met in the prior art, avoids the problems of data loss, errors and the like caused by manual operation, and is favorable for improving the attendance data processing efficiency.

The memory 603 is used for storing computer programs for executing the embodiments of the present application, and is controlled by the processor 601 for execution. Claims (11)

1. A data processing method, comprising:
acquiring a service event to be processed and user information from at least one user terminal, wherein the user information comprises identity identification information and attendance information of a user;
determining an attendance rule associated with the identity information based on the business event;
and processing the attendance information based on the attendance rules to obtain corresponding attendance statistical results, and processing the business events according to the attendance statistical results.
2. The data processing method of claim 1, wherein the processing the attendance information based on the attendance rules further comprises:
and sealing accounts of the attendance information, and storing the attendance information and the attendance statistical result.
3. The data processing method of claim 2, wherein the sealing of the attendance information and the saving of the attendance information and the attendance statistics result further comprises:
sending an attendance checking confirmation request to a corresponding user terminal, wherein the attendance checking confirmation request is used for requesting the user terminal to confirm a corresponding attendance counting result;
and when a confirmation instruction sent by the user terminal is received, sealing and archiving the attendance information, wherein the confirmation instruction is sent by the user terminal after responding to the attendance confirmation request.
4. The data processing method of claim 2, wherein the sealing of the attendance information and the saving of the attendance information and the attendance statistics result further comprises:
responding to a sealing and unsetting instruction, and carrying out sealing and unsetting on the attendance information corresponding to the sealing and unsetting instruction;
updating the attendance information and/or attendance rules of the user terminal, and updating corresponding attendance statistical results based on the updated attendance information and/or attendance rules;
and sealing account of the current attendance information, and updating the stored attendance information and the corresponding attendance statistical result.
5. The data processing method of claim 2, wherein the information of the attendance rule comprises at least one of a statistics date interval, an account closing time node, an attendance confirmation time node, and a post-account closing data processing rule.
6. The data processing method of claim 5, wherein the post-sealing data processing rules include not responding to a supplemental attendance request associated with a sealed date after sealing, and wherein processing the attendance information based on the attendance rules further comprises:
and when receiving a supplementary attendance request sent by the user terminal after the account is sealed, sending a prompt message to the corresponding user terminal, wherein the prompt message is used for reminding the user of requesting the abnormal operation.
7. The data processing method of claim 5, wherein the post-sealing data processing rules include post-sealing responses to supplemental attendance requests associated with a sealed date, and wherein processing the attendance information based on the attendance rules further comprises:
when a supplementary attendance request sent by a user terminal is received after account sealing, the supplementary attendance request is audited;
when the verification is passed, generating and recording corresponding supplementary attendance information in the attendance information of the current statistical date interval, wherein the supplementary attendance information comprises the statistical date interval applied by the supplementary attendance request, so that when the attendance information of the current statistical date interval is processed, the supplementary attendance information is subjected to supplementary processing based on the applied statistical date interval.
8. A data processing apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a data acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the data acquisition module is used for acquiring a service event to be processed and user information from at least one user terminal, and the user information comprises identity identification information and attendance information of a user;
