Of course, the application client may also record the position relationship information only when entering or leaving, and may specifically be set according to an actual usage scenario.
306. When the application client wakes up the attendance application client with the running state being the non-starting state according to the position relation information, the application client generates corresponding attendance information based on the attendance application client.
In this embodiment, because the attendance application client is in the unopened state when attendance checking is not required, after the application client determines the position relationship information between the current geographic position information of the user to be checked and the preset geo-fence, the attendance application client in the unopened state can be started according to the position relationship information, for example, the attendance application client is awakened through a trigger event of a system background, so that the application client can generate corresponding attendance information based on the attendance application client.
It should be noted that the attendance checking application client described above may include, but is not limited to, an enterprise wechat application client, and the like, and is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application. In addition, it is to be noted that the above described attendance information may include a work attendance record and time information, and specifically may include work attendance record information and work attendance record information, where the work attendance record information includes a work attendance record and work attendance time information corresponding to the work attendance record, and the work attendance record information is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the application client generating the corresponding attendance information based on the attendance application client may include two cases:

Referring to fig. 9, it can be seen from fig. 9 that another attendance prompting information provided in the embodiment of the present application is based on the description in fig. 7, where the attendance prompting information is attendance information related to a user B to be checked, and the attendance checking state of the user B to be checked is displayed as abnormal, and at this time, the user needs to manually start the attendance application client to perform card checking again.
Optionally, in some other embodiments, in order to avoid the mischief that the user to be checked carries a mobile phone of a colleague and the like to help the colleague to perform attendance checking, after the corresponding attendance information is generated based on the attendance application client, it may be determined whether at least two pieces of attendance information generated based on the same current geographic location information are both generated by the same user to be checked; and if the attendance information is generated by the same user to be checked, the application client updates at least two pieces of attendance information generated by the same current geographic position information into abnormal information. That is, it is understood that, under normal circumstances, it should be only necessary to perform attendance card punching and attendance card punching once a day for the same user, but if the same user to be checked is subjected to card punching in the same current geographic location information, at this time, if at least two pieces of attendance information are generated, it is indicated that the user to be checked carries at least two application clients such as a mobile phone, and therefore, the at least two pieces of attendance information need to be updated to abnormal attendance information, so that the user to be checked is prevented from abusing the attendance function.

In the embodiment of the application, the current geographic position information of the user to be checked is obtained, the position relation information between the current geographic position information and the preset geographic fence is determined, the attendance application client in the non-started state can be awakened according to the position relation information, so that the attendance information corresponding to the position relation information is generated based on the attendance application client, the attendance information is recorded based on the geographic position information, the condition of missing card punching is avoided, and the timeliness of the attendance information recording is ensured.
For convenience of understanding, the method for processing attendance information described in the embodiment of the present application will be described below specifically in terms of attendance on duty, please refer to fig. 10, and fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of the method for processing attendance information provided in the embodiment of the present application.

The application client acquires first current geographic position information of the user to be checked, wherein the first current geographic position information is the position of the user to be checked when the user leaves the preset geographic fence again within a certain time threshold after leaving the preset geographic fence.
In this embodiment, after some users to be checked go to work and punch a card within a specified time and generate corresponding attendance information, the users inevitably return to the company for overtime due to requirements, and at this time, when the users to be checked leave the company after overtime is completed within a certain time threshold, the users go to work and punch a card again at the first current geographic location information, and the first current geographic location information and the geographic location information of the previous attendance check may be the same geographic location or different geographic locations, and is not particularly limited.

In this embodiment, by acquiring the current geographic position information of the user to be checked, determining the position relationship information between the current geographic position information and the preset geo-fence, the attendance application client in the non-started state can be awakened according to the position relationship information, so that after the attendance application client generates the attendance information corresponding to the position relationship information, the attendance information is output to prompt the user to be checked, the attendance time corresponding to the attendance information can be updated, real-time recording of the attendance information based on the geographic position information is realized, the situation of missing card punching is avoided, and the timeliness of attendance information recording is ensured.
In addition, it should be noted that, after the application client is downloaded to the terminal device, the method for processing the attendance information based on the terminal device may specifically execute the steps described in fig. 2, fig. 3, or fig. 10.
The above description mainly introduces the scheme provided by the embodiments of the present application from the perspective of interaction. It is to be understood that the hardware structure and/or software modules for performing the respective functions are included to realize the above functions. Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the various illustrative modules and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as hardware or combinations of hardware and computer software. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, functional modules of the apparatus may be divided according to the above method example, for example, each functional module may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the module is schematic, and is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
Referring to fig. 11, please refer to fig. 11 for a schematic diagram of an embodiment of an application client 110 in the embodiment of the present application, where the application client 110 may include:
a first obtaining unit 1101, configured to obtain current geographic position information of a user to be checked in;
a first determining unit 1102, configured to determine position relationship information between the current geographic position information acquired by the first acquiring unit 1101 and a preset geographic fence;
a first generating unit 1103, configured to, when the attendance application client whose running state is the un-started state is awakened according to the positional relationship information determined by the first determining unit 1102, generate corresponding attendance information based on the attendance application client.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 11, referring to fig. 12, for a schematic view of another embodiment of the application client 110 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the first determining unit 1102 includes:
a first determining module 11021, configured to determine that the location relationship information is the geographical location information before entering the preset geo-fence when the distance between the current geographical location information and the edge or the center of the preset geo-fence is in a relatively reduced state until the current geographical location information enters the preset geo-fence;
a second determining module 11022, configured to determine that the location relationship information is the previous geographic location information, and the geographic location information leaves the preset geo-fence when the distance between the current geographic location information and the edge or the center of the preset geo-fence is in a relatively increased state until the current geographic location information leaves the preset geo-fence.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 12, referring to fig. 13, for another embodiment of the application client 110 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the first generating unit 1103 may include:
a first generating module 11031, configured to use attendance information when the attendance application client enters the current geographic position information into the preset geo-fence based on the first determining module 11021 as corresponding attendance information on duty;
a second generating module 11032, configured to use, when the attendance application client uses the attendance information when the current geographic location information enters the preset geo-fence based on the second determining module 11022, as corresponding attendance information on duty.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment corresponding to fig. 13, in another embodiment of the application client 110 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the application client 110 further includes:
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain first current geographic position information of the user to be checked, after the second generating module takes attendance information obtained when the current geographic position information leaves the preset geo-fence based on the attendance application client as corresponding attendance information, where the first current geographic position information is a position at which the user to be checked leaves the preset geo-fence again within a certain time threshold after leaving the preset geo-fence;
the second generating unit is used for generating first on-duty attendance information when the first current geographical position information acquired by the second acquiring unit leaves the preset geographical fence;
and the updating unit is used for updating the attendance time corresponding to the attendance information to the corresponding attendance time of the first attendance information generated by the second generating unit, so that the corresponding attendance time of the first attendance information is used as the actual attendance time in the attendance on the same day.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the application client 110 provided in this application embodiment, the first obtaining unit 1101 includes:
the second determining unit is used for determining whether at least two pieces of attendance information generated by the first generating unit based on the same current geographic position information are both generated by the same user to be checked;
and the second updating unit is used for updating at least two pieces of attendance information generated based on the same current geographical position information into abnormal information when the second determining unit determines that the at least two pieces of attendance information are generated by the same user to be checked by a card.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the application client 110 provided in this application embodiment, the application client 110 further includes: the receiving unit is used for receiving the attendance position information sent by the application server before the acquisition unit acquires the current geographical position information of the user to be checked; and the establishing unit is used for establishing the preset geo-fence according to the attendance position information received by the receiving unit.
In the embodiment of the application, the current geographic position information of the user to be checked is acquired through the first acquisition unit 1101, the position relation information between the current geographic position information and the preset geographic fence is determined through the first determination unit 1102, the checking-in application client in the non-started state can be awakened according to the position relation information, and therefore the first generation unit 1103 generates the checking-in information corresponding to the position relation information based on the checking-in application client, the recording of the checking-in information based on the geographic position information is achieved, the situation of missing of card punching is avoided, and the timeliness of the checking-in information recording is guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of an application server provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the application server 120 mainly introduces an application client, and the application server 120 may include:
an obtaining unit 1201, configured to obtain attendance location information;
a sending unit 1202, configured to send the attendance location information acquired by the acquiring unit 1201 to an application client, so that the application client establishes a preset geo-fence according to the attendance location information.
The application client and the application server in the embodiment of the present application are described above from the perspective of the modular functional entity, and the application client and the application server in the embodiment of the present application are described below from the perspective of hardware processing. Fig. 15 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the computer device may include the application client and the application server described above, and the computer device may generate a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and the computer device may include at least one processor 1301, a communication line 1307, a memory 1303, and at least one communication interface 1304.
The processor 1301 may be a general processing unit (CPU), a microprocessor, an application-specific integrated circuit (server IC), or one or more ICs for controlling the execution of programs in accordance with the present disclosure.
The communication link 1307 may include a path that conveys information between the aforementioned components.
Communication interface 1304, which may be any device such as a transceiver, is used to communicate with other devices or communication networks, such as ethernet, Radio Access Network (RAN), Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN), etc.
The memory 1303 may be a read-only memory (ROM) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a Random Access Memory (RAM) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, and may be separate and coupled to the processor via the communication line 1307. The memory may also be integral to the processor.
The memory 1303 is used for storing computer-executable instructions for executing the scheme of the present application, and is controlled by the processor 1301 to execute the instructions. The processor 1301 is configured to execute the computer execution instruction stored in the memory 1303, so as to implement the method for processing attendance information provided in the foregoing embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, the computer-executable instructions in the embodiments of the present application may also be referred to as application program codes, which are not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In particular implementations, the computer device may include multiple processors, such as processor 1301 and processor 1302 of fig. 15, for one embodiment. Each of these processors may be a single-core (single-CPU) processor or a multi-core (multi-CPU) processor. A processor herein may refer to one or more devices, circuits, and/or processing cores for processing data (e.g., computer program instructions).
In particular implementations, the computer device may also include an output device 1305 and an input device 1306, as one embodiment. The output device 1305, which is in communication with the processor 1301, may display information in a variety of ways. Input device 1306 is in communication with processor 1301 and may receive user input in a variety of ways. For example, the input device 1306 may be a mouse, a touch screen device, or a sensing device, among others.
The computer apparatus described above may be a general-purpose device or a special-purpose device. In particular implementations, the computer device may be a desktop, laptop, nas server, wireless end device, embedded device, or a device having a similar structure as in fig. 15. The application client and the application server are not limited in types in the embodiments of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the processor 1301 included in the computer apparatus further has the following functions:
acquiring current geographical position information of a user to be checked in;
determining position relation information between the current geographic position information and a preset geographic fence;
and when the attendance application client with the running state being the non-starting state is awakened according to the position relation information, generating corresponding attendance information based on the attendance application client.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, a division of a unit is merely a logical division, and an actual implementation may have another division, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
Units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or contributed to by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method of the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing attendance information is applied to an application client, the application client is installed in a terminal device, and the method comprises the following steps:
the application client acquires the current geographic position information of a user to be checked in;
the application client determines the position relation information between the current geographic position information and a preset geographic fence;
when the application client wakes up the attendance application client with the running state being the non-starting state according to the position relation information, the application client generates corresponding attendance information based on the attendance application client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining, by the application client, the location relationship information between the current geo-location information and a preset geo-fence comprises:
when the distance between the current geographic position information and the edge or the center of the preset geographic fence is in a relatively reduced state until the current geographic position information enters the preset geographic fence, determining that the position relation information is that the previous geographic position information enters the preset geographic fence;
when the distance between the current geographic position information and the edge or the center of the preset geographic fence is in a relatively increased state until the current geographic position information leaves the preset geographic fence, determining that the position relation information is that the current geographic position information leaves the preset geographic fence.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the application client generates the corresponding attendance information based on the attendance application client, comprising:
the application client takes attendance information when the current geographic position information enters the preset geo-fence as corresponding attendance information based on the attendance application client;
and the application client takes the attendance information when the current geographic position information leaves the preset geo-fence as corresponding attendance information based on the attendance application client.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the application client treats attendance information when the current geo-location information leaves the preset geo-fence as corresponding attendance information for attendance off duty based on the attendance application client, the method further comprises:
the application client acquires first current geographic position information of the user to be checked, wherein the first current geographic position information is the position of the user to be checked when the user leaves the preset geographic fence again within a certain time threshold after leaving the preset geographic fence;
the application client generates first on-duty attendance information when the first current geographical position information leaves the preset geographical fence;
and the application client updates the attendance time corresponding to the attendance checking information to the attendance time corresponding to the first attendance checking information, so that the attendance time corresponding to the first attendance checking information is used as the actual attendance time in the attendance on the current day.
5. The method of any of claims 1 to 4, wherein after the application client generates the corresponding attendance information based on the attendance application client, the method further comprises:
the application client determines whether at least two pieces of attendance information generated based on the same current geographic position information are both generated by the same user to be checked;
and if the attendance information is generated by the same user to be checked, the application client updates at least two pieces of attendance information generated by the same current geographic position information into abnormal information.
6. The attendance information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein before the application client acquires the current geographic location information of the user to be attended, the method further comprises:
receiving attendance position information sent by an application server;
and establishing the preset geo-fence according to the attendance location information.
7. A method for processing attendance information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the application server acquires attendance position information;
the application server sends the attendance location information to an application client so that the application client can establish a preset geo-fence according to the attendance location information.
8. An application client, comprising
The first acquisition unit is used for acquiring the current geographic position information of a user to be checked in;
a first determining unit, configured to determine position relationship information between the current geographic position information acquired by the first acquiring unit and a preset geographic fence;
and the first generating unit is used for generating corresponding attendance information based on the attendance application client when the attendance application client with the running state being the non-starting state is awakened according to the position relation information determined by the first determining unit.
9. A computer device, characterized in that the computer device comprises: an input/output (I/O) interface, a processor and a memory,
the memory has stored therein program instructions;
the processor is configured to execute program instructions stored in the memory to perform the method of any of claims 1-6 or 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed on a computer device, cause the computer device to perform the method of any of claims 1-6 or 7.
