In the process of stopping working of the hot drink part for making the five-cereal drink, namely, the cold drink of the five-cereal drink is made at the moment, such as green bean paste, red bean paste, etc., the control part controls the output end of the three-way joint for outputting the five-cereal powder to the cup to be closed, and simultaneously switches on the other output end communicated with the storage barrel, then the control part continuously controls the control valve of the storage bin 22 to open to discharge the granular five-cereal raw materials, and pulverized and ground into powder by the pulverizing and grinding part 30 and then input into the storage barrel, and then the control part controls the water supply part to deliver a proper amount of hot water to the storage barrel, then the hot drink finished product of the five-cereal drink is formed after the stirring is carried out by a stirring mechanism arranged in the storage barrel, after the stirring is finished, the control part controls the refrigerating box body to start refrigerating, so that the finished product of the five-cereal beverage in the storage barrel gradually forms a cool five-cereal beverage cold drink, and the ice five-cereal beverage is provided for purchasers in hot days. After the buyer inserts coins and confirms the purchase, the packing and conveying part 50 conveys the cup to the first position 511, the control part controls the moving motor 61 to move the stirring seat 62 downwards to cover the opening of the cup, then the control part controls the cold drink pumping pump to pump a preset amount of the cereal cold drink from the storage barrel to the inner pump of the cup, then the control part controls the moving motor 61 to move upwards, meanwhile, the control part controls the packing and conveying part 50 to return the cereal cold drink to the covered cup cover and compress the cereal cold drink, and convey the cereal cold drink to the buyer cup taking opening 99, and the buyer can take out the cereal cold drink for drinking.
In order to allow the buyer to see the process of making the beverage in the five-cereal beverage vending machine during the waiting time, a transparent front window 90 is arranged on the front panel 91 of the mounting frame. The buyer can watch the whole process of making the five-cereal beverage through the transparent front window 90, so that the automatic five-cereal beverage vending machine has more appreciation while vending the five-cereal beverage, and the buyer is more confident and peaceful in terms of cleanness and sanitation of the five-cereal beverage.
The water supply part 40 of the present embodiment is supplied with purified water, which is placed in the storage space below the transfer rail 51. Likewise, the purified water used by the cereal drink vending machine is also visible to the purchaser through the transparent front window 90.
After the assembly of the components of the cereal vending machine is completed, the support frame is reinforced by the first protective plate 95 and the second protective plate 96, and then the first side plate 94 covers the outer side of the first protective plate 95 and the second side plate 97 covers the outer side of the second protective plate 96.

Claims (10)
1. A five-cereal beverage preparation process is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S10: baking the five-cereal raw materials, and storing the baked five-cereal raw materials in a raw material storage bin of a five-cereal beverage vending machine;
step S20: selecting a five-cereal beverage formula which is preset in a control part of the five-cereal beverage vending machine in advance, and discharging a corresponding amount of five-cereal raw materials from a raw material storage bin according to the selected five-cereal beverage formula by the control part;
step S30: the control part controls a grinding part of the five-cereal beverage vending machine to grind the discharged five-cereal raw materials into five-cereal powder and put the five-cereal powder into a cup;
in the step S30, the discharged multiple kinds of grain raw materials can be separately pulverized and ground, and then the separately ground multiple kinds of grain powders are sequentially put into a cup;
step S40: the control part controls a water supply part of the five-cereal beverage vending machine to put hot water into the cup to form the five-cereal beverage and output the five-cereal beverage;
in the process of step S40, the control part controls the water supply part to put a certain amount of hot water into the cup according to the amount of water that can be held in each cup set in the control part in advance; after the hot water is put into the cup, the control part controls the stirring part of the five-cereal beverage vending machine to stir and mix the hot water and the five-cereal raw materials in the cup;
when the five-cereal beverage needs to be iced, the ground various five-cereal powder is placed into the storage barrel, the storage barrel is supplied with hot water by the water supply part, the stirring mechanism is arranged in the storage barrel to stir the five-cereal raw materials and the hot water of the storage barrel, and the storage barrel is refrigerated after the stirring is completed, so that the iced five-cereal beverage is made.
2. The process of claim 1, wherein in the step S10, after the roasting of the raw materials of the five cereals is completed, the raw materials of the five cereals are classified, and the classified raw materials of the five cereals are separately stored in the raw material storage bins.
3. The process of claim 1 or 2, wherein in the step S20, the grain material stored in the material storage bin is weighed during discharging of the grain material, and the control part controls the amount of the grain material discharged according to the weighed weight change information; in the process of discharging the five-cereal raw materials, the five-cereal raw materials in the raw material storage bin are continuously reduced, and when the reduced amount of the five-cereal raw materials obtained by weighing reaches a preset discharge amount, the control part controls the control valve of the raw material storage bin to be closed.
4. The process of manufacturing a five cereal drink according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in the process of discharging the five cereal raw material in the step S20, the volume of the discharged five cereal raw material is measured, and the control part controls the raw material storage bin to discharge the predetermined volume of the five cereal raw material; when the control part controls the control valve on the raw material storage bin to open and discharge the five-cereal raw materials, the five-cereal raw materials are placed into a container trolley with a pre-selected volume, and when the container trolley is filled with the five-cereal raw materials, the discharged five-cereal raw materials reach a preset discharge amount, and the control part controls the control valve on the raw material storage bin to close.
5. The process of claim 4, wherein the discharged plurality of grains are collectively pulverized and then ground, and then the mixed grains powder is put into a cup during the step S30.
6. A five cereal beverage vending machine for use in the process of making a five cereal beverage as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising: the device comprises a mounting frame, a control part, a raw material supply part, a crushing and grinding part, a water supply part and a packaging and conveying part; the mounting frame can form a closed space, and the control part is mounted in the mounting frame; the raw material supply part is arranged in the mounting frame, and a control valve arranged at an output port of the raw material supply part is electrically connected with the control part; the crushing and grinding part is arranged in the mounting frame, a material inlet of the crushing and grinding part is communicated with an output port of the raw material supply part through a control valve, and the crushing and grinding part is electrically connected with the control part; the water supply part is arranged in the mounting frame and comprises a water pump, and the water pump is electrically connected with the control part; the package transport is mounted within the mounting frame.

The cereal beverage vending machine of claim 6, wherein the package conveying portion comprises a conveying rail and a conveying vehicle, the conveying rail is provided with a first position, a second position, a third position and a fourth position, the first position is used for placing the environment-friendly paper cup, the second position is used for making the cereal beverage, the third position is used for covering the cup cover, the fourth position is used for pressing the cup cover, and then the cup is moved to the cup taking opening.
8. The five-cereal beverage vending machine according to claim 7, wherein said water supply section further comprises a hot water machine, a water inlet of said hot water machine being connected to said water pump, a water level detector being provided in said hot water machine, said water level detector being electrically connected to said control section.

The five-cereal beverage vending machine according to claim 8, wherein the stirring part comprises a moving motor, a stirring seat, a stirring motor and a stirring blade, the moving motor is fixed on the mounting frame, the stirring seat is mounted on an output shaft of the moving motor, the stirring seat can move up and down along the axial direction of the output shaft of the moving motor, the stirring motor is fixed on the stirring seat, the output shaft of the stirring motor passes through the stirring seat, the stirring blade is mounted on the output shaft of the stirring motor, and the stirring blade rotates synchronously with the output shaft of the stirring motor;
the stirring seat is of a plate-shaped structure, two connecting through holes are formed in the stirring seat, one connecting through hole is communicated with a water outlet of the hot water machine of the water supply part, and the other connecting through hole is communicated with an output port of the grinding part through a connecting pipeline; after the cup is conveyed to the second position, the stirring seat can descend to cover the cup mouth, the five-cereal powder is input into the cup through the connecting through hole, the water supply part injects water into the cup, and then the control part controls the stirring motor to start to drive the stirring blades to rotate and stir;
the five-cereal beverage vending machine further comprises a washing part, the washing part comprises a washing water pump and a washing nozzle, the washing nozzle is opposite to the stirring blades, and the washing water pump is electrically connected with the control part.

The five-cereal beverage vending machine according to claim 8, further comprising a refrigeration box, a storage barrel and a cold beverage pump, wherein the storage barrel is arranged in the refrigeration box, a tee joint is arranged at an outlet of the grinding part, two output ends of the tee joint are independently communicated, one output end of the tee joint is communicated with the storage barrel, the storage barrel is supplied with hot water by a water supply part, a stirring mechanism is arranged in the storage barrel to stir the five-cereal raw materials and the hot water in the storage barrel, and the refrigeration box refrigerates the storage barrel after stirring is completed, so that the iced five-cereal beverage is made;
one end of the cold drink pumping pump is communicated with the storage barrel, the other end of the cold drink pumping pump is communicated to an independent cold drink slurry outlet on the stirring seat through a flexible pipe, and the cold drink pumping pump is electrically connected with the control part.
