The more detailed storage and sorting method and the working principle of the storage and sorting integrated device are not described herein again.
In summary, the storage and sorting integrated device and method provided by the invention have the following advantages:
1) this equipment adopts hoist mechanism can directly dock the selection station, can realize carrying the packing box directly to the function of selecting the station from the lifting machine, need not the complicated transfer line body transfer among the prior art, carries the packing box, has improved warehouse-out, has returned storehouse efficiency, has simplified receipts goods, warehouse-out, letter sorting, returns storehouse, packing delivery flow, greatly reduced the input cost.
2) The storage unit and the picking station are integrally designed, so that the whole device is formed, the investment cost is greatly reduced, and the space use cost occupied by a complex conveying line body in the prior art is also saved.
3) The multi-layer goods shelf, the storage unit and the picking station of the device are in modular design, can be expanded according to actual demands, meet diversified demands and have wide adaptability.

Claims (12)

1. An integrated storage and picking device, characterized in that it comprises at least one group of storage units and at least one picking station; wherein:
the storage unit comprises a multilayer goods shelf, a lifting mechanism and a shuttle car;
the lifting mechanism comprises at least one goods lifter, and the goods lifter is provided with a lifting tray;
a tunnel is arranged in the multilayer goods shelf, and the shuttle car runs in the tunnel;
setting one end of the roadway close to the lifting mechanism as a first end;
when the shuttle car moves to the first end of the roadway, the shuttle car can be butted with the lifting tray so as to transfer a container between the shuttle car and the lifting tray;
the sorting station is in butt joint with the lifting tray so as to transfer the containers between the lifting tray and the sorting station.
2. The storage-picking integrated apparatus according to claim 1,
the hoisting mechanism comprises 2 goods hoists, and the 2 goods hoists are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first end of the roadway.
3. The storage and picking integrated apparatus of claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism further comprises a level-changing elevator,
and the layer changing hoister is butted with the first end of the roadway and is used for changing layers of the shuttle car.
4. The storage-picking integrated apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the number of the storage units is a plurality of groups; the plurality of groups of storage units are arranged in parallel.
5. The storage and picking integrated device of claim 1 or 4,
the sorting stations are multiple in number; a plurality of picking stations are arranged in parallel;
the equipment also comprises a conveying line body;
the conveying line body can communicate a plurality of sorting stations and/or can communicate the lifting tray with the sorting stations.
6. The storage and picking integrated apparatus according to claim 5,
the conveying line body comprises a plurality of conveying lines, and each conveying line can be communicated with a container to convey the container.
7. The storage and picking integrated apparatus according to claim 5,
the conveying line body further comprises a transferring and conveying device.
8. A warehousing, storing, picking and packaging integrated device, which is characterized by comprising the storing and picking integrated device of any one of the preceding claims 1-7 and other devices;
the aforementioned other apparatus comprises at least 1 of a receiving station and a packing station,
the goods receiving station is butted with the lifting tray so as to transfer the containers between the goods receiving station and the lifting tray;
the packing station is in butt joint with the picking station and is used for packing the sorted goods.
9. A method based on the storage and picking integrated device of any one of claims 1-7, the method comprising:
the shuttle car takes the container out of the multi-layer goods shelf and moves to the first end of the roadway;
transferring the container to a lifting tray of a cargo elevator by the shuttle car;
the lifting tray carries the container thereon to make descending movement, and transfers the container to a sorting station;
and sorting the containers by operators or robots at the sorting station to finish sorting.
10. A method according to claim 9, further comprising:
after an operator or a robot sorts the containers at the picking station, the containers are transferred from the picking station to the lifting tray;
the lifting tray drives the container on the lifting tray to move upwards;
the shuttle car moves to the first end of the roadway, removes the containers from the lifting pallets, and deposits the containers into the multi-tiered racking.
11. A method based on the storage and picking integrated device of any one of claims 5 to 7, the method comprising:
the shuttle car takes the container out of the multi-layer goods shelf and moves to the first end of the roadway;
transferring the container to a lifting tray of a cargo elevator by the shuttle car;
the lifting tray drives the containers on the lifting tray to do descending movement, and the containers are transferred to a designated sorting station through a conveying line body;
and sorting the containers by operators or robots at the sorting station to finish sorting.
12. A method according to claim 11,
the method further comprises the following steps: after the operator or the robot sorts the containers at the picking station, the conveyor body transfers the containers from the picking station to the lifting tray or transfers the containers from the picking station to other picking stations.
