determining peripheral top rod position information of other top rods in a preset area around the top rod according to the position corresponding to the action position information;
the top bars at the positions corresponding to the action position information and the top bars at the positions corresponding to the surrounding top bar position information are controlled to move upwards so as to jack the head of the snorer, and jacking time information is output;
judging whether the time length corresponding to the jacking time length information is consistent with a preset reference time length or not;
if the time length corresponding to the jacking time length information is inconsistent with the reference time length, the jacking rod continues to move upwards;
