Since the encoding result of each acquired data may also be stored in the preset table, the target data may be determined from the acquired data stored in the preset table according to the encoding result corresponding to the data source stored in the preset table.
Compared with the situation that a plurality of branches, subsidiaries and/or subordinate departments coordinate to collect each source data and then summarize and summarize each source data, the technical scheme can automatically acquire and process the source data and uniformly manage the processing result of each source data by establishing a wide table and/or a middle table, so that the coordination time is saved, the problems that manual summarization is time-consuming and the precision is limited due to complex data sources are solved, and the convenience of report remark disclosure is improved.

In fig. 5a, the meaning of the business determination remark item is to determine the remark item to be disclosed according to the actual business requirement; configuring the dimension table and the caliber table can be understood as a process of configuring the dimension parameter and the caliber parameter; configuring the intermediate table may be understood as configuring which intermediate calculation results need to be stored in the intermediate table.
Secondly, the source data of the system is combined with a calculation engine, each source data is automatically processed, appropriate additional data are selected according to the business logic of different additional data items, and finally a report additional data is formed. In particular, see fig. 5 b:
in the data source module, the system summarizes general ledger system data (which may be represented by a Trial Balance (TB) data table), multi-subsystem detailed data (i.e., data from different data sources) and department entry data (e.g., entry data of some subordinate departments), and then sorts these source data according to service identification information (e.g., annotated project identification information, data project identification information, etc.) of each source data and/or source identification information (e.g., system identification information of some subsystem, etc.).
In the source data processing module, a wide table with sufficient breadth is established for the sorted source data for data storage and encoding, so that the unified configuration of all the source data is completed, and part of the source data can be further calculated and stored in an intermediate table according to the service definition.
In the remark parameter configuration module, the data items to be disclosed in the remark items and the sequence disclosure sequence of each data item are set by configuring the caliber parameters and the dimension parameters, specifically, the data source is determined by configuring the caliber parameters, and the data items are determined by configuring the dimension parameters.
In the calculation engine module, the item value of the corresponding data item is obtained by calculating the target data from each data source. Specifically, the present module may involve four parts: summary calculations for dimension-caliber hierarchy, JEP calculations that require, in part, flexible editing (i.e., calculations based on preconfigured computational formulas), independent calculations for additional data (since additional data typically does not correspond to a dimension table and caliber table, but directly to a data item), and hook-and-play calculations between parts of tables.
In the report remark disclosure table module, the report remark disclosure can be performed, and the operations of querying, downloading, deleting and the like can be performed on the disclosed report remark.
The system realizes the functions of relation mapping among caliber dimensions, account checking data of each subsystem and the general ledger system, parameterized configuration of the caliber table and the dimension table and the like by the mutual cooperation of the five modules, thereby achieving the effect of automatically generating the remarks of the report forms and practically improving the disclosing efficiency of the remarks of the report forms.
On the basis, optionally, the system can further comprise a report remark checking module which automatically checks the generated report remark by a pre-configured checking method, so that the reasonability and the accuracy of data are enhanced; the system also comprises a reference data module used for importing maintenance reference data; the system also comprises an authority process management module which is used for managing the personnel list, the personnel authority, the system configuration, the filling process and the like related to the system; etc., and are not specifically limited herein.
With reference to the functional architecture diagram shown in fig. 5b, the processing flow of the system can refer to fig. 5c, where the general ledger mapping table can be understood as the above TB data table, which can be a mapping relationship between data source-source identification information-target data, and each piece of data in the general ledger mapping table corresponds to an aperture. Summarizing target data in the general account subject mapping table and the multi-subsystem detailed data, acquiring additional data, and storing each acquired data (namely a data summarizing result and a data additional result) in a middle table and/or a wide table, wherein each acquired data and/or middle calculation result in the middle table and/or the wide table can be associated with respective service identification information. An association relation exists between the dimension table and the caliber table, and the caliber table and the catalogue table can be associated through report form identification information of the financial report form. And generating the report remark based on the preconfigured calculation logic, the preconfigured dimension table, the preconfigured caliber table and the preconfigured target table, so that the effect of automatically generating the report remark is achieved.

Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a structure of a report comment generation apparatus according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus is configured to execute a report comment generation method according to any of the embodiments. The device and the method for generating the report remark belong to the same inventive concept, and details which are not described in detail in the embodiment of the device for generating the report remark can refer to the embodiment of the method for generating the report remark. Referring to fig. 6, the apparatus may specifically include: a remark parameter obtaining module 410, a project numerical value determining module 420 and a report remark generating module 430. The generation device of the report remark provided by the fourth embodiment of the present invention determines, through mutual cooperation of the remark parameter acquisition module and the item value determination module, the data item and the data source according to the acquired remark parameter corresponding to the received generation instruction of the report remark, specifically because the remark parameter includes a dimension parameter for controlling the data item under the remark item in the report remark to be generated and a caliber parameter for controlling the data source of the data item, the data item can be determined according to the dimension parameter and the data source can be determined according to the caliber parameter, then the target data from the data source is determined from each acquired data, and the item value of the data item is determined according to the target data; and further, generating a report note according to each data item under each note item and the item value corresponding to each data item through a report note generating module. The device can assist the financial department to realize the automation of report remark disclosure and the agility of the remark number, and solves the problems of slow remark number and high error risk caused by manual number output, thereby saving human resources, improving the efficiency and the precision of report remark disclosure and achieving the effect of report automatic generation.
The device for generating the report remark, provided by the embodiment of the invention, can execute the method for generating the report remark, provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the generation device of the report note, each unit and each module included in the embodiment are only divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division, as long as the corresponding function can be realized; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a generation apparatus for report notes according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus includes a memory 510, a processor 520, an input device 530, and an output device 540. The number of processors 520 in the device may be one or more, and one processor 520 is taken as an example in fig. 7; the memory 510, processor 520, input device 530, and output device 540 in the apparatus may be connected by a bus or other means, such as by bus 550 in fig. 7.
The memory 510 is a computer-readable storage medium, and can be used for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the report note generation method in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the note parameter acquisition module 410, the item value determination module 420, and the report note generation module 430 in the report note generation device). The processor 520 executes various functional applications and data processing of the device by running software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 510, that is, the above report note generation method is realized.
The memory 510 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the device, and the like. Further, the memory 510 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, memory 510 may further include memory located remotely from processor 520, which may be connected to devices through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 530 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the device. The output device 540 may include a display device such as a display screen.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, where the computer-executable instructions are executed by a computer processor to perform a method for generating any report remark, where the method includes:
when a generation instruction of a report form remark is received, acquiring a remark parameter corresponding to the generation instruction, wherein the remark parameter comprises a dimension parameter for controlling a data item under a remark item in the report form remark to be generated and a caliber parameter for controlling a data source of the data item;
determining data items according to the dimension parameters, determining data sources according to the caliber parameters, determining target data from the data sources from the acquired data, and determining item values of the data items according to the target data;
and generating a report remark according to each data item under each remark item and the item value corresponding to each data item.
Of course, the storage medium containing the computer-executable instructions provided in the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the above-described method operations, and may also perform related operations in the generation method of the report notes provided in any embodiment of the present invention.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Claims (10)

1. A method for generating a report remark is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a generation instruction of a report form remark is received, acquiring a remark parameter corresponding to the generation instruction, wherein the remark parameter comprises a dimension parameter for controlling a data item under a remark item in the report form remark to be generated and a caliber parameter for controlling a data source of the data item;
determining the data items according to the dimension parameters, determining the data sources according to the caliber parameters, determining target data from the data sources from each acquired data, and determining item values of the data items according to the target data;
and generating the report remarks according to the data items under each remarked item and the item numerical values respectively corresponding to the data items.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein each of the acquired data corresponds to a respective encoding result, and wherein determining the target data from the respective acquired data that originated from the data source comprises:
and determining the coding result corresponding to the data source, and determining target data from each acquired data according to the coding result corresponding to the data source.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
respectively acquiring identification information of each source data, and processing each source data according to the identification information, wherein the identification information comprises service identification information and/or source identification information;
storing a machining result as the acquired data in a preset table, encoding each acquired data, and storing the encoding result in the preset table, wherein the preset table comprises a preset wide table and/or a preset middle table;
determining target data from each acquired data according to the encoding result corresponding to the data source includes:
and determining target data from each acquired data stored in the preset table according to the encoding result corresponding to the data source and stored in the preset table.
4. The method of claim 1, prior to said determining an item value for said data item from said target data, further comprising:
determining the remark item to which the data item belongs, and acquiring computing logic configured for the remark item to which the data item belongs in advance;
the determining an item value for the data item from the target data includes:
if the target data are determined to be required to be calculated according to the calculation logic, calculating the target data based on the calculation logic to obtain a project numerical value of the data project;
otherwise, the target data is used as the item value.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a parameter configuration instruction is received, acquiring a parameter configuration target corresponding to the parameter configuration instruction, wherein the parameter configuration instruction is an instruction for configuring the remarked parameters;
and configuring the remark parameters based on the parameter configuration target, and updating the remark parameters according to a configuration result.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when receiving a comment adjusting instruction, acquiring a comment adjusting target corresponding to the comment adjusting instruction, wherein the comment adjusting instruction comprises an instruction for adjusting the generated report comment, and the comment adjusting target comprises a target for adjusting at least one of the comment items, the data items and the data sources in the generated report comment;
and adjusting the generated report notes based on the note adjustment target, and updating the generated report notes according to an adjustment result.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a data supplement event is detected, obtaining supplement data based on a data supplement interface corresponding to the data supplement event, and taking the supplement data as the obtained data.
