Referring to fig. 1, a flow diagram of some embodiments of a data update method according to the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the data updating method includes the following steps:
step 101, before the appointment schedule of the target meeting room is finished, whether the target entrance is displayed is determined.
In the present embodiment, the execution subject of the data update method (e.g., the display device 501 shown in fig. 5) may determine whether or not the target portal is presented before the reservation schedule of the target conference room is ended.
The reservation schedule may be a schedule reserved in advance.
The target conference room may be a conference room corresponding to the execution subject. In general, the execution main body may be a display device provided in a target conference room.
In practice, the occupancy state of the target conference room is set to occupied in advance in the appointment schedule. The occupancy states may include occupied and unoccupied.
It can be understood that, during the appointment schedule, if the occupation state of the target conference room is not updated to be unoccupied, other users cannot reserve the target conference room.
The target entrance is used for receiving a trigger operation for updating the occupation state of the target conference room.
In some scenarios, the executive agent may determine an appointment duration for the target meeting room for the appointment schedule. Further, in response to the reserved time length being greater than or equal to a preset time length, the execution subject may determine to display the target entry. Otherwise, the executing agent may determine not to present the target entry.
Step 102, responding to the determined display target entrance, displaying the target entrance.
In this embodiment, in response to determining to present the target entry, the execution subject may present the target entry
In practice, after the target entry is displayed, the update user may perform a trigger operation on the target entry. The update user may be a user who updates the occupancy state of the target conference room.
And 103, determining whether to update the occupied state of the target conference room through the server based on the trigger operation of the update user on the target entrance, wherein the server updates the occupied state of the target conference room to be unoccupied in response to the determination of updating the occupied state of the target conference room.
In this embodiment, the execution subject may determine whether to update the occupancy state of the target conference room by a server (for example, the server 503 shown in fig. 5) based on a trigger operation of the update user on the target portal.
The update user may be a user who performs a trigger operation on the target portal.
In some scenarios, in response to a trigger operation of the update user on the target portal, the execution subject may send an update request of the occupancy state of the target conference room to the server. Further, in response to the update request, the server may determine the number of reservations of the target conference room for the current day. Still further, in response to the number of times of reservation being greater than or equal to the preset number of times, the server may determine to update the occupancy state of the target conference room. Otherwise, the server may determine not to update the occupancy state of the target conference room.
In this embodiment, the server updates the occupancy state of the target conference room to unoccupied in response to determining to update the occupancy state of the target conference room.
At present, in order to improve the utilization rate of a conference room, in the related art, human body information is detected through a human body sensor, and if the human body information is not detected within a predetermined time period after a scheduled time, the reservation of the conference room is released. After the reservation is released, other employees may make reservations for the conference room. It is understood that the reservation of the meeting room is released by detecting the human body information, and a human body sensor is additionally arranged. Also, human body information needs to be detected in real time by a human body sensor.
In this embodiment, in response to determining that the target portal is shown, which means that the target portal is shown to guide the update user to update the occupancy state of the target conference room before the appointment schedule is finished. Further, whether the occupation state of the target conference room is updated or not is determined by the server based on the trigger operation of the update user on the target entrance, which means that the server is triggered to determine whether the occupation state of the target conference room is updated or not by the trigger operation of the update user on the target entrance. Still further, the server updates the occupancy state of the target conference room to unoccupied in response to determining to update the occupancy state of the target conference room. Thus, the occupancy state of the target conference room can be updated to unoccupied before the end of the reservation schedule. It can be understood that if the occupied state of the target conference room is updated to be unoccupied, other users can make a reservation for the target conference room. Thus, a new method for improving the use efficiency of the target conference room is provided.
In some embodiments, the above-described execution may be performed according to the flow shown in fig. 2, and step 103 is executed.
And step 1031, responding to the trigger operation of the target entrance, and determining whether to display an updating interface.
The update interface may be an interface for updating the occupancy state of the target conference room. In practice, the update interface includes a first control component that agrees to update the occupied status.
In some scenarios, in response to a trigger operation of the update user on the target portal, the execution subject may determine a time difference between a current time and an end time of the appointment schedule. Further, in response to the time difference being greater than or equal to a preset difference, the execution subject may determine to display the update interface. Otherwise, the execution subject may determine not to present the update interface.
Step 1032, in response to determining to present the updated interface, presenting the updated interface.
And 1033, in response to the triggering operation of the first control, sending agreement information used for representing that the update user agrees to update the occupation state to the server, so that the server determines the occupation state of the update target conference room.
In some scenarios, the server may determine to update the occupancy state of the target conference room in response to receiving the consent information sent by the execution subject.
Therefore, the updating user updates the occupation state of the target conference room by executing the trigger operation on the first control. Therefore, before the appointment schedule is finished, if the update user agrees to update the occupation state of the target conference room, the occupation state of the target conference room can be updated to be unoccupied.
In some embodiments, the above-described execution may perform step 1031 as follows.
The first step, responding to the trigger operation of the target entrance, and determining whether a first configuration mode provided by the server is configured to verify the updating authority of the updating user.
The first configuration mode is used for configuring whether to verify the updating authority of the updating user.
The update permission may be a permission for updating the occupancy state of the target conference room by the update user.
It should be noted that, the first configuration manner may be that the execution subject acquires from the server in response to a trigger operation of the update user on the target portal. The first configuration may be that the server transmits to the execution agent in advance.
And secondly, verifying the updating authority of the updating user in response to the fact that the first configuration is not configured, and determining to display an updating interface.
Therefore, after the update user executes the trigger operation on the target entry, if the first configuration mode provided by the server is not configured to verify the update authority of the update user, the update interface can be displayed.
In some embodiments, the update interface further includes a second control that rejects the update occupancy status. At this time, the execution main body may execute step 103 in the following manner.
Specifically, in response to the triggering operation of the second control, reject information that the update user rejects to update the occupancy state is sent to the server, so that the server determines not to update the occupancy state of the target conference room.
In some scenarios, the server may determine not to update the occupancy state of the target conference room in response to receiving the rejection information sent by the execution subject.
Therefore, before the appointment schedule is finished, if the user refuses to update the occupation state of the target conference room, the occupation state of the target conference room can still be occupied.
In some embodiments, the executing agent may execute step 103 according to the flow shown in fig. 3.
Step 1034, in response to the triggering operation of the target portal, determining whether to display the verification interface.
The verification interface is used for verifying the updating authority of the updating user.
In some scenarios, in response to updating the trigger operation performed by the user on the target portal, the execution subject may determine a time difference between the current time and the start time of the appointment schedule. Further, in response to the time difference being less than or equal to a preset time difference, the execution subject may determine to display a verification interface. Otherwise, the execution subject may determine not to present the verification interface.
Step 1035, in response to determining to expose the verification interface, exposes the verification interface.
And step 1036, verifying whether the update user has the update authority through the server based on the verification operation performed by the update user on the verification interface, wherein the server determines the occupation state of the update target conference room in response to the update user having the update authority.
The above-described verification operation may be an operation of verifying whether the update user has the update authority. For example, the verification operation may include: and inputting the appointment code of the appointment schedule in the verification interface.
In some scenarios, the execution subject may send a verification request for the update authority of the update user to the server in response to a verification operation performed by the update user on the verification interface. Further, the server may determine the number of times the update user performs the authentication operation on the same day. Still further, in response to the number of execution times being less than or equal to the preset number of times, the server may determine that the update user has the update authority. Otherwise, the server may determine that the update user does not have the update authority.
Therefore, the updating user is guided to verify the updating authority by displaying the verification interface. Further, if the update user executes the verification operation, the server verifies whether the update user has the update permission. Further, if the update user has the update right, the server may update the occupied state of the target conference room to be unoccupied. Therefore, before the appointment schedule is finished, if the updating user has the updating permission, the occupied state of the target conference room can be updated to be unoccupied.
In some embodiments, the execution agent may perform step 1034 as follows.
The first step, responding to the trigger operation of the target entrance, and determining whether a first configuration mode provided by the server is configured to verify the updating authority of the updating user.
The first configuration mode is used for configuring whether to verify the updating authority of the updating user. For the timing when the server provides the first configuration mode to the execution main body, reference may be made to the foregoing description, and details are not described here.
And secondly, verifying the updating authority of the updating user in response to the configuration of the first configuration mode, and determining to display a verification interface.
Therefore, after the update user triggers the target entrance, if the first configuration mode provided by the server verifies the update authority of the update user, a verification interface can be displayed.
In some embodiments, the verification interface includes a verification code. In practice, the verification interface includes a verification code for verifying whether the update user has the update right. At this time, the execution main body described above may execute step 1036 in the following manner.
Specifically, the verification code is scanned by the updating user through a preset application based on the updating user, and the scanning information of the updating user on the verification code is sent to the server through the preset application installed by the updating user, so that the server can verify whether the updating user has the updating right or not according to the scanning information.
The scanning information may be information characterizing the updated user scan validation code.
In practice, after the main body display verification interface is executed, the updated user may scan the verification code by using a predetermined application. Here, the authentication operation may be scanning an authentication code using a predetermined application.
In some scenarios, the update user scans the passcode with a predetermined application installed, which may send the scan information to the server. Further, the server may determine the number of times the update user scans the authentication code the day. Still further, in response to that the number of times that the update user scans the verification code on the same day is less than or equal to a preset number of times, the server may determine that the update user has the update right. Otherwise, the server may determine that the update user does not have the update authority.
Thus, after the update user scans the verification code by using a predetermined application, whether the update user has the update authority or not is verified.
In some embodiments, the server may verify whether the user has the update right as described above.
In the first step, schedule information of an appointment schedule is acquired in response to receiving the scanning information.
In practice, the aforementioned reservation schedule makes reservations using a predetermined application. That is, the reservation schedule is a schedule reserved by a reservation user using a predetermined application. It will be appreciated that the predetermined application may provide a function of scanning a code and may also provide a function of making an appointment for a schedule.
The schedule information includes definition information for defining the update authority.
And secondly, determining whether the updating user has the updating authority or not according to the limiting information.
In some scenarios, the defined information includes a number of participants on an appointment schedule. Therefore, the server can determine whether the number of participants in the appointment schedule is less than or equal to a preset number. Further, in response to the number of participating persons being less than or equal to a preset number, the server may determine that the update user has the update authority. Otherwise, the server may determine that the update user does not have the above-described update right.
Therefore, the server can determine whether the user has the update authority of the occupation state of the target meeting room according to the limited information included in the schedule information.
In some embodiments, the defined information includes user identification information of the subscribers and/or participants to the appointment schedule. In practice, the user identification information may be information capable of uniquely identifying the user. For example, the user identification information may be a user name, a user account number, and the like.
At this time, the server may determine whether the update user has the update authority in the following manner.
In a first step, it is determined whether the updated user is an appointment or a participant in an appointment schedule based on the defined information.
In some scenarios, the server may determine whether the subscriber identification information of the updated subscriber and the subscriber identification information of the subscriber are consistent. Further, in response to the agreement, the server may determine to update the user as an appointment for the appointment schedule. Otherwise, the server may determine that the update user is not a subscriber to the appointment schedule.
In other scenarios, the server may determine whether the user identification information of the participant includes user identification information of an updated user. Further, in response to the user information of the participant including the user identification information of the update user, the server may determine that the update user is a participant of the reservation schedule. Otherwise, the server may determine that the updating user is not a participant in the appointment schedule.
In a second step, in response to the update user being a subscriber or participant of the reservation schedule, it is determined that the update user has the update authority.
Therefore, the server determines whether the updated user is a reservation or participant of the reservation schedule according to the limited information included in the schedule information. Further, if the update user is a subscriber or participant in the schedule, the server may determine that the update user has the update permission.
In some embodiments, in the predetermined application for booking and/or participating in the aforementioned booking schedule, the occupancy state of the target conference room is updated in response to an update of the occupancy state of the target conference room.
In practice, if the occupancy state of the target conference room is updated to unoccupied, the occupancy state of the target conference room is updated to unoccupied in a predetermined application for reserving and/or participating in the reserved conference. That is, the occupancy state of the target conference room may be updated to unoccupied in a predetermined application of the subscriber and/or participant.
Accordingly, if the occupancy status of the target conference room is updated to occupied, the occupancy status of the target conference room is updated to occupied in the reservation application for reserving and/or participating in the above-mentioned reservation conference. That is, the occupancy state of the target conference room may be updated to occupied in a predetermined application of the subscriber and/or the participant. Thus, by updating the occupancy state of the target conference room in the reservation application for reserving and/or participating in the above-mentioned reservation conference, it is possible to realize that the reservation and/or participant grasps the occupancy state of the target conference room in real time.
In addition, when the occupied state of the target conference room is updated, the server of the predetermined application may update the stored state of the target conference room accordingly. Therefore, when a user using the predetermined application has a meeting room reservation requirement, the occupation state of the meeting room can be acquired.
In some embodiments, the executing body may execute step 101 in the following manner.
The first step is to determine whether the second configuration mode provided by the server is configured to update the occupation state of the target conference room.
The second configuration mode is used for configuring whether to update the occupation state of the target conference room.
The second configuration may be that the execution main body acquires from the server in response to the start time of the reservation schedule. The second configuration may be that the server transmits to the execution agent in advance.
And secondly, updating the occupation state of the target conference room in response to the configuration of the second configuration mode, and determining a display target entrance.
Therefore, if the second configuration mode provided by the server is configured to update the occupation state of the target conference room, the target entrance can be displayed.
In some embodiments, the appointment schedule is booked by the booker by:
specifically, in response to the appointment operation of an appointment person on an appointment schedule by using a preset application, an appointment request of the appointment schedule is sent to the server, so that the server determines whether to appointment the appointment schedule according to an approval result of the appointment schedule provided by the management platform, wherein the server indicates that the administrator of the management platform agrees to appointment the appointment schedule in response to the approval result, and the appointment schedule is appointed.
The reservation operation may be an operation of reserving the reservation schedule using a predetermined application.
The approval result can represent that the manager of the management platform agrees or refuses to reserve the reservation schedule.
In some scenarios, in response to the reservation operation, a reservation application installed by the subscriber may send a reservation request of the reservation schedule to the server. Further, in response to receiving the reservation request, the server may send an approval request to the management platform whether to approve reservation of the reservation schedule. Still further, in response to receiving the approval request, the management platform may generate approval information for approving the appointment schedule. Therefore, the manager of the management platform can give the examination and approval result according to the examination and approval information. And the management platform can feed back the approval result to the server. And finally, responding to the received approval result representation manager agreeing to reserve the reservation schedule, and the server can reserve the reservation schedule.
Thus, the reservation schedule is managed by the manager of the management platform. Therefore, if the manager agrees to reserve the reservation schedule, the reservation of the reservation schedule can be realized. If the manager refuses to reserve the reservation schedule, the reservation of the reservation schedule can not be realized.
In some embodiments, the executing body may further execute the following steps.
The first step is that the sign-in prompt information is displayed in the sign-in time interval provided by the server.
The check-in time interval may be a time interval during which the user checks in. Alternatively, the check-in time interval may be a time interval between the first time and the second time. The first time is earlier than the preset time length of the starting time of the appointment schedule. The second time is later than the preset duration of the starting time of the appointment schedule.
The check-in prompt message is used for prompting the user to check in.
And secondly, determining whether the check-in condition is met or not through the server based on the check-in operation of the check-in user, wherein the server responds to the fact that the check-in condition is not met and updates the occupied state of the target conference room to be unoccupied.
The check-in operation may be an operation performed for checking in. For example, the check-in operation may include: a name is input.
The check-in condition is used for limiting the check-in behavior of the user. For example, the check-in condition may include: the number of the people signing in is more than or equal to the preset number of people.
In some scenarios, in response to a check-in operation performed by a check-in user, the execution subject may send check-in information to the server that characterizes the completion of the check-in by the check-in user. Further, the server may determine the number of check-in people based on the number of times check-in information is received within the check-in time interval. Still further, the server may determine that the check-in condition is satisfied in response to the number of people checked-in being greater than or equal to a preset number of people. Otherwise, the server may determine that the check-in condition is not satisfied.
Referring to the foregoing analysis, the occupancy state of the target conference room is set to occupied in advance in the reservation schedule.
In some scenarios, the server may update the occupancy status of the target conference room as unoccupied in response to the check-in condition not being satisfied. That is, the server may change the occupancy state of the target conference room on the premise that the check-in condition is not satisfied.
Therefore, the sign-in prompt message is displayed in the sign-in time interval, and the sign-in user is guided to sign in. And on the premise that the check-in condition is not met, changing the occupied state of the target conference room into unoccupied state.
In some embodiments, the check-in operation comprises at least one of: and scanning the sign-in code by using a preset application, inputting a human face image and inputting a fingerprint.
In some scenarios, after the check-in user scans the check-in code using the installed predefined application, the predefined application may send scan information to the server characterizing the check-in user scanning the check-in code. Further, in response to receiving the scan information, the server may determine whether a check-in condition is satisfied.
In some scenarios, after the check-in user inputs the facial image, the execution subject may send image input information representing the check-in user input facial image to the server. Further, in response to receiving the image input information, the server may determine whether a check-in condition is satisfied.
In some scenarios, after the check-in user inputs the fingerprint, the execution body may send fingerprint input information characterizing the check-in user input fingerprint to the server. Further, in response to receiving fingerprint input information, the server may determine whether a check-in condition is satisfied.
Therefore, the check-in user can scan the check-in code by using the preset application to complete the check-in. And the sign-in user can input fingerprints to complete sign-in. And the check-in user can input the fingerprint to complete the check-in.
In some embodiments, the check-in condition comprises: the check-in user is an appointment or a participant in the appointment schedule. At this time, the server may determine whether the check-in condition is satisfied in the following manner.
The method comprises the first step of responding to received sign-in information representing that a sign-in user executes sign-in operation, and obtaining schedule information of an appointment schedule.
The schedule information may be information for describing the reservation schedule. In practice, user identification information of the subscriber or user identification information of the participant may be included in the schedule information.
And secondly, determining whether the check-in user is an appointment or participant of the appointment schedule according to the schedule information.
Third, in response to the check-in user being an appointment or participant in the appointment schedule, determining that the check-in condition is satisfied.
Therefore, if the check-in user is the subscriber or the participant of the reservation schedule, the server can continuously keep the occupation state of the target conference room as occupied. Otherwise, the server may change the occupancy state of the target conference room to unoccupied.
In some embodiments, the first configuration, the second configuration, and the check-in time interval are determined by the server according to configuration information sent by the management platform.
In practice, the server may determine the first configuration mode, the second configuration mode, and the check-in time interval according to the configuration information sent by the management platform. And, the server may provide the determined first configuration manner, second configuration manner, and check-in time interval to the execution main body.
The configuration information represents the configuration of the manager of the management platform to the first configuration mode, the second configuration mode and the check-in time interval.
In practice, after the administrator of the management platform configures the first configuration mode, the second configuration mode and the check-in time interval, the management platform may send configuration information to the server.
Thus, whether to verify the update authority of the user can be configured by the administrator of the management platform. Whether to update the occupancy state of the target conference room may also be configured by the administrator of the management platform. The check-in time interval may also be configured by an administrator of the management platform.
In some embodiments, after performing step 103, the performing body may further perform the following operations.
Specifically, the data associated with the target conference room and the reservation schedules are forwarded to the management platform by a server (e.g., server 503 shown in fig. 5) so that the management platform determines the usage data of the target conference room based on the data associated with the target conference room and each reservation schedule of the plurality of reservation schedules.
The data associated with the target conference room and the appointment schedule may include data related to the target conference room and/or data related to the appointment schedule.
The plurality of appointment schedules may be schedules that appoint the target meeting room.
The usage data may be data characterizing the usage of the target conference room.
In some scenarios, after the appointment schedule is over, the server may send data associated with the target meeting room and the appointment schedule to the management platform.
The management platform determines the use condition data of the target conference room, so that the use condition of the target conference room can be clearly known. Furthermore, the manager of the management platform can reasonably set the scope of the reserved time length of the target meeting room according to the use condition of the target meeting room. Thus, waste caused when the target conference room is used can be reduced.
In some embodiments, the data associating the target meeting room with the appointment schedule includes at least one of: state switching result information, sign-in result information, reserved time length determining information and target time length determining information.
The state switching result information indicates whether the occupied state of the target conference room is switched to unoccupied in response to the triggering operation of the target entrance. In practice, before the schedule termination time arrives, the participants of the schedule can actively switch the occupied state of the target conference room to unoccupied state by executing the trigger operation on the target entrance. In practice, the state switching result information may be described in various ways. For example, "0" indicates that the occupied state of the target conference room is not switched from occupied to unoccupied, and "1" indicates that the occupied state of the target conference room is switched from occupied to unoccupied.
The check-in result information indicates whether a participant of the reservation schedule checked in. In practice, the check-in result information may be described in a variety of ways. For example, "Y" indicates checked-in and "N" indicates not checked-in.
The reserved time length determination information is information for determining the reserved time length of the target conference room. For example, the scheduled time determination information may include a schedule start time and a schedule end time, and at this time, the difference between the schedule end time and the schedule start time may be taken as the scheduled time of the target conference room. For another example, the reserved time length determination information may include the reserved time length of the target conference room, and in this case, the reserved time length of the target conference room may be directly determined from the reserved time length determination information. It should be noted that the schedule start time may be a start time designated by the user when the schedule is reserved, and correspondingly, the schedule end time may be an end time designated by the user when the schedule is reserved.
The target duration determination information is information for determining the target duration. The target duration is the duration between the schedule starting time of the appointment schedule and the occupation state switching time of the target conference room. The occupation state switching time is the time when the occupation state of the target conference room is switched to be unoccupied in response to the triggering operation of the target entrance. In other words, the occupancy state switching time may be a time when the participant actively switches the occupancy state of the target conference room to unoccupied. For example, the target duration determination information may include the target duration. At this time, the target duration may be determined directly from the target duration determination information. For another example, the target duration determination information may include a schedule start time of the appointment schedule and an occupancy state switching time of the target conference room. At this time, the difference between the occupancy state switching time of the target conference room and the schedule start time of the reservation schedule may be set as the target time length.
In some embodiments, the usage data includes an occupancy state switching rate of the target conference room. The occupancy state switching rate may be a rate at which the occupancy state of the target conference room switches to unoccupied in response to a trigger operation of the target portal. In other words, the occupancy state switching rate may be a rate at which the participant actively switches the occupancy state of the target conference room to unoccupied.
At this time, the management platform may determine the occupancy state switching rate of the target conference room in the following manner.
The method comprises the following steps that firstly, the total number of first schedules of the plurality of reservation schedules occupying the state switching schedules is determined according to the state switching result information of each reservation schedule in the plurality of reservation schedules of a target conference room.
The occupancy state switching schedule may be a reservation schedule in which the occupancy state of the target conference room is switched to unoccupied in response to a trigger operation of the target portal. In other words, the occupancy state switching schedule may be an appointment schedule in which the participant actively switches the occupancy state of the target conference room to unoccupied.
The first schedule total number may be a total number of occupied state switching schedules among the plurality of reservation schedules.
In practical application, after the occupied state of the target conference room is switched to unoccupied state, the user can reserve the target conference room again through the schedule. Therefore, the occupied state of the target conference room is switched to be unoccupied, namely, the target conference room is restored to be the bookable state.
Specifically, the management platform may determine the occupation state switching schedule from the plurality of appointment schedules according to the state switching result information of the target meeting room in each appointment schedule. Further, the management platform can determine the total number of the first schedule of the occupied state switching schedule in the plurality of reservation schedules.
And secondly, determining a second schedule total number of the appointment schedules for which the participants finish check-in according to the check-in result information of each appointment schedule in the plurality of appointment schedules of the target meeting room.
The second schedule total may be a total number of preset schedules for which the participant completed the check-in.
In practical applications, the participant can only occupy the target meeting room after the appointment schedule starts after the participant finishes signing in. Therefore, the participant completes the check-in appointment schedule, namely the appointment schedule which is successfully occupied by the target meeting room.
Specifically, the management platform can determine the appointment schedules in which the participants finish check-in the plurality of appointment schedules according to check-in result information of the target meeting room in each appointment schedule. Further, the management platform may determine a second schedule total for the appointment schedule for which the participant completed the check-in.
And thirdly, taking the ratio of the total number of the first schedule to the total number of the second schedule as the switching rate of the occupation state.
Therefore, the rate of the participants actively restoring the target conference room to the bookable state can be clearly known through the occupancy state switching rate.
In some embodiments, the usage information includes an effective switching duration of the target conference room in the occupancy switching schedule.
The effective switching duration may be a duration in which the occupied state of the target conference room is switched to unoccupied state in response to the trigger operation of the target portal before the schedule termination time is reached. Generally, after the occupied state of the target conference room is switched to unoccupied state, even if the appointment time is not reached, the target conference room can be reserved again through the schedule.
At this time, the management platform may determine the effective switching duration of the target conference room in the occupancy state switching schedule in the following manner.
Specifically, for each occupancy state switching schedule in the plurality of reservation schedules, the management platform may perform the following operations.
The method comprises the steps of firstly, respectively determining the reserved time length and the target time length based on the reserved time length determination information and the target time length determination information which are associated with the target meeting room and the occupation state switching schedule.
As for the manner of determining the reserved time length and the target time length, reference may be made to the foregoing, and details are not described here.
In practical application, the user switches the occupied state of the target meeting room to unoccupied state, which means that the appointment schedule is ended in advance. As can be seen, the target duration is also the actual occupied duration of the target conference room.
And secondly, taking the difference between the determined appointment duration and the target duration as the effective switching duration of the target conference room in the occupation state switching schedule.
Before the appointment of the schedule is finished, if the user switches the occupied state of the target meeting room to be unoccupied, the target meeting room can make an appointment again through the schedule. Thus, the effective time length for making a reservation to the target conference room can be increased. Therefore, the added effective duration for reserving the target conference room can be clearly known through the effective switching duration.
In some embodiments, the target duration determination information includes a schedule start time and an occupancy state switching time. The use condition data comprises a schedule starting time and/or an occupation state switching time associated with the target meeting room and the occupation state switching schedule.
At this time, the management platform may determine a schedule start time and/or an occupancy state switching time associated with the target conference room and the occupancy state switching schedule in the following manner.
Specifically, for each occupancy state switching schedule in the plurality of reservation schedules, a schedule start time and/or an occupancy state switching time is determined from target duration determination information associated with a target conference room and the occupancy state switching schedule. Therefore, for the occupation state switching schedule, by determining the schedule starting time and the occupation state switching time, the use time of the participant for reserving the target conference room and the time for actively restoring the target conference room to the reserved state can be clearly known.
