Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of automobile control, and particularly relates to a method for multiplexing and optimizing a cruise key.
Background
The cruise keys are a group of keys, and the commonly adopted forms are three-key modes (adding, subtracting and closing) and four-key modes (adding, subtracting, closing and resetting). The cruise key is not only used for adjusting the cruise speed, but also can be used for adjusting the speed limit of a vehicle speed limiting function, adjusting the rotating speed required by rear power takeoff rotating speed and adjusting the rotating speed of a vehicle at low idle speed.
The method adopted for multiplexing the cruise key at present is to output the state of the cruise key to other functions (a cruise function, a vehicle speed limiting function, a PTO function and a low-idle speed fine adjustment function) after switch signals are collected and are logically selected and judged through three keys and four keys. Then, in other functions, whether the adjustment according to the states of the cruise keys is allowed or not is judged according to the current running condition of the vehicle, particularly whether other functions adopting the cruise keys are started or not. The flow is shown in the figure, wherein a blue signal is a variable transferred between models, each yellow square represents a functional model, and a white square represents a sub-function in the model. The flow chart is shown in figure 2.
Although the current judging mode can complete the multiplexing function of the cruise key, the interaction among models is too much, so that the logic is too complex, the readability is poor on the whole, and great difficulty is brought to the ECU test work. The cruise key model CrSwt only gives a cruise key state signal to be transmitted to four major functions, and the multiplexing of the switches is mainly judged and selected in each client function according to the vehicle state and the activation condition of other functions. When a function is tested, the five models need to be familiar and known at the same time, so that the multiplexing mode of the cruise key can be judged in an expected manner.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a method for optimizing the reuse of the cruise key.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
a cruise key reuse optimization method comprises the following steps:
s1: after a cruise switch in the cruise key model collects a switch signal, a cruise key state signal is output to a cruise key multiplexing pre-judgment and distribution system through three-key four-key logic selection judgment, and the cruise key state signal comprises addition, subtraction, turn-off, setting, resetting, idling and faults;
s2: the cruise key multiplexing pre-judgment and distribution system judges the activation conditions of each client and the current running state of the vehicle, and pre-judges and distributes the cruise key multiplexing, because the running conditions of each client function are different, at the same moment, the cruise key is only possibly distributed to one client function, each client function is only interacted with the cruise key function, the cruise key gives an independent cruise key state aiming at different client functions, and meanwhile, a cruise key distribution state is also given, so that a tester can conveniently confirm which function the current cruise key serves;
s3: the cruise key multiplexing pre-judging and distributing system outputs a cruise key state signal to other functions after judgment, and the other functions comprise a cruise function, a vehicle speed limiting function, a rear power take-off rotating speed demand function and an idle speed fine adjustment function.
Preferably, the cruise key multiplexing pre-judgment and distribution system is unified in the cruise key model, so that the readability of the model is enhanced, the logic complexity is reduced, and the software testing efficiency is improved.
Preferably, the cruise key multiplexing pre-judgment and distribution system performs pre-judgment according to pre-judgment conditions:
SS 1: the cruise key is effective for the cruise function if: more than two cruise keys are not pressed simultaneously, the speed of the vehicle is greater than a certain threshold value, the brake is not stepped, the idle speed fine adjustment function is not in an activated state, the PTO main switch is not activated,
SS 2: the cruise key is effective on the rear power take-off function, if: more than two cruise keys are not pressed simultaneously, the speed of the vehicle is less than a certain threshold value, the brake is not stepped, the cruise function is not activated, and the PTO main switch is activated;
SS 3: the cruise key is effective for idle trim functions if: the vehicle speed is less than a certain threshold value;
stepping down a brake; the cruise function is not active; PTO master switch is not activated;
SS 4: the cruise key is effective for the vehicle speed limiting function if: the speed is greater than a certain threshold value, the brake is not stepped, the PTO main switch is not activated, the speed limit switch is turned on, and the speed limit adjusting switch is turned on; when the cruise key is invalid for a certain function, a neutral gear state is given, and when the cruise key is valid for a certain function, a numerical value is given as a mark for the distribution state of the cruise key.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the cruise key reuse judgment is unified in one model, so that the logic is clearer, and the readability of the model is better. The client model is relatively independent, the function increase and decrease are more convenient, and the problem that other functions cannot be realized due to the fact that one model makes mistakes is not easy to occur in the model building process.
When testing for one function, it is only necessary to be familiar with this function and the cruise key function without needing to consider the situation of the other client functions.
When the functions are increased or decreased, fewer models need to be considered, and other functions are not easily affected.
