Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments, features and aspects of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, like reference numbers can indicate functionally identical or similar elements. While the various aspects of the embodiments are presented in drawings, the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale unless specifically indicated.
In addition, in the following detailed description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details. In some instances, well known means have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for alleviating fatigue driving, which can be implemented by a system for alleviating fatigue driving, where fig. 1 is a flowchart of the method in this embodiment, and referring to fig. 1, the method in this embodiment includes the following steps S1-S3:
step S1, judging whether a fatigue driving state signal sent by a vehicle fatigue driving detection system is received or not in the driving process of the vehicle; the fatigue driving state signal indicates that the driver is in a fatigue driving state;
specifically, in the vehicle driving process, the vehicle fatigue driving detection system detects whether the current driver is in a fatigue driving state in real time, and generates the fatigue driving state signal and sends the fatigue driving state signal if the current driver is in the fatigue driving state. The fatigue driving relieving system and the fatigue driving detection system establish communication connection in a wired or wireless communication mode, receive a fatigue driving state signal sent by the fatigue driving detection system in real time, and execute a subsequent fatigue relieving process when determining that the driver is in fatigue driving when determining that the fatigue driving state signal is received, namely steps S2-S3.
It should be noted that, the method of this embodiment is intended to provide a personalized fatigue mitigation strategy when the driver is in fatigue driving, and the manner of detecting fatigue driving is not specifically limited in this embodiment, and the method of this embodiment may be applied to any vehicle model equipped with a fatigue driving detection system. For example, whether or not the driver is in a fatigue driving state is detected by detecting the opening and closing state of the eyes of the driver, the frequency of blinking of the driver, the facial expression and other facial features, the physiological index of the driver such as an electrocardiographic signal and a pulse signal, or the vehicle running state such as lane departure and accelerator pedal strength.
Step S2, after judging that the fatigue driving state signal is received, acquiring user information of a driver, and acquiring corresponding preset user preference information according to the user information;
specifically, in this embodiment, after receiving the fatigue driving state signal, the fatigue driving mitigation system acquires user information of the driver, it should be noted that each driver has corresponding unique user information for representing identity information of the driver, and preferences of each driver are basically different, so that corresponding user preference information is preset for each driver, and the user information of the driver is bound with corresponding preset user preference information and stored in a local database. Certainly, most of the existing vehicles have an internet/internet of vehicles communication function and can acquire internet/internet of vehicles data, so that the user information of the driver and the corresponding preset user preference information can be bound and then stored in the cloud database.
The user information, for example, is mobile phone number information, for example, account information of the user logging in the vehicle navigation entertainment system, for example, face feature information, and the like, which may be used to uniquely represent related information of the driver identity, and this embodiment is not limited in particular.
For example, in general, a vehicle is configured with a vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system, and a user needs to log in the vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system when using the vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system, so that account information of the user logging in the vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system can be used as user information for identifying the identity of the driver, that is, in this example, the fatigue driving relieving system obtains account information currently logged in the vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system, and before applying the method of the present embodiment, the account information of the driver is bound and stored with preference information in advance.
Further exemplarily, in general, a fatigue driving detection system for performing fatigue driving detection by using facial feature information is configured with a face image acquisition module and a face image recognition module, and the face image recognition module can obtain facial feature information of a driver when recognizing a face image, so that the facial feature information of the driver can also be used as user information for recognizing the identity of the driver, that is, in this example, the fatigue driving mitigation system acquires the facial feature information recognized by the fatigue driving detection system, and before applying the method of this embodiment, acquires the facial feature information of the driver in advance, and binds and stores the facial feature information of the driver with preference information.
There are many actuators that can implement the fatigue relieving function in the vehicle, and it can be understood that different users have different preference choices, that is, the preference information in the steps, when different actuators execute corresponding functions. The preference information may be manually preset by the driver, or may be preference information generated according to the personal behavior habit of the driver in the driving record, such as the frequently listened music style, the type and the intensity of the fragrance of the vehicle-mounted fragrance system, the frequently visited rest place type, and the like.
And step S3, generating a fatigue relieving instruction according to the preset user preference information, and controlling a preset vehicle executing mechanism to execute the fatigue relieving instruction.
Specifically, because the preferences of different users are different, a corresponding fatigue relieving instruction can be generated according to the preset user preference information of the current driver, namely, a corresponding personalized scheme is provided for the current driver, the driver driving fatigue relieving is realized according to the personal preferences of the user, the provided fatigue relieving scheme has pertinence, and the relieving effect can be greatly improved for the current general environment scheme.
In some embodiments, the preset user preference information comprises music preference information, the fatigue mitigation instructions comprise a play song list instruction, and the preset vehicle actuator comprises an in-vehicle navigation entertainment system.
The step S3 includes:
step S311, obtaining a personalized song list according to the music preference information and the local music data or the Internet music data;
specifically, the music preference information refers to a favorite music style/genre or a favorite singer of the user, the music style/genre is rock, ballad, popular, pure music, etc., and a plurality of songs matching the music style/genre or the singer can be obtained by querying local music data or internet music data according to the favorite music style/genre or the favorite singer of the user, and the personalized singer comprises the plurality of songs.
Step S312, generating a song list playing instruction according to the personalized song list;
and step S313, controlling the vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system to execute the song list playing instruction and play the songs in the personalized song list.
In this embodiment, when the driver is in a fatigue driving state, songs that the driver likes are played, which can help to alleviate the fatigue of the driver.
In some embodiments, the preset user preference information includes preferred behavior habit information, and the preferred behavior habit information is specific to places where the user frequently visits, such as a coffee shop, a restaurant, a hotel, and the like. The fatigue relieving instruction comprises a first prompting instruction, and the preset vehicle executing mechanism comprises a vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system.
The step S3 includes:
step S321, obtaining current vehicle position information, and generating a first prompt instruction according to the preference behavior habit information and the current vehicle position information;
step S322, controlling the vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system to execute the first prompt instruction, so as to determine that the distance between the vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system and the current vehicle position is smaller than a preset distance threshold value according to the preference behavior habit information and the current vehicle position information, and one or more rest places which accord with the preference behavior habit of the driver, and outputting first prompt information for prompting the driver to rest in one of the rest places or one of the rest places; the prompt mode for outputting the first prompt message comprises voice prompt and/or interface display.
Specifically, the vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system of the vehicle has functions of navigation, voice, display and the like, so that the vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system can determine one or more rest places which are less than a preset distance threshold (for example, 2 kilometers) away from the current vehicle position and accord with the preference behavior habit of the driver according to the preference behavior habit information, the current vehicle position information and the map data of the vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system, for example, a coffee shop is located 1 kilometer away from the current vehicle position, and the driver frequently goes to the coffee shop to drink coffee, so that the coffee shop is a rest place which accords with the personalized requirement of the user, and the determination of other types of places can refer to the example of the coffee shop here, which is not described herein again. And finally, generating first prompt information for prompting the driver to rest in the rest place or one of the rest places, and outputting the first prompt information in a voice mode by using a voice function module or outputting the first prompt information in an interface display mode by using a display module.
Illustratively, the first prompt information template may be "you are currently in fatigue driving, please drive to a nearby XXX rest". Wherein XXX is the name of the rest place.
In some embodiments, the preset user preference information comprises preferred driving style information, the fatigue mitigation instruction comprises a second prompt instruction, and the preset vehicle execution mechanism comprises a vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system and an automatic driving assistance system;
the step S3 includes:
step S331, generating a second prompt instruction;
specifically, after step S2 is executed, the second presentation instruction is generated.
Step S332, controlling the vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system to execute the second prompt instruction, and outputting second prompt information for prompting whether the user needs to assist driving;
for example, the second prompt message template may be "you are currently in fatigue driving, ask for whether to assist driving", the vehicle-mounted navigation entertainment system of the vehicle has functions of navigation, voice, display, and the like, and the second prompt message may be output in a voice manner by using a voice function module, or output in an interface display manner by using a display module.
Step S333, acquiring user input information input by a driver;
specifically, the user input information is a reply to the second prompt information, and the driver may input the user input information by a voice input method or a physical key input method.
And step 334, when the user input information indicates that the driving assistance is needed, generating a corresponding driving assistance instruction according to the preference driving style information.
And step S335, controlling the automatic driving assistance system to execute the auxiliary driving instruction, and performing auxiliary driving according to the preference driving style of the driver.
In this embodiment, when the driver is in a driving fatigue state, the driver can be actively asked whether the driver needs to assist driving (i.e., unmanned driving), and when the driver needs to assist driving, the automatic driving mode is switched in, and automatic driving is performed in the driving style of the driver, so that the fatigue of the driver can be better alleviated.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
step S41, acquiring selection information input by a driver when a preset vehicle executing mechanism executes the fatigue relieving instruction;
specifically, the selection information is, for example, a selection of a song sheet played by a driver, for example, when a certain song is played, the song is not played completely, the driver performs a song cutting operation, which indicates that the driver does not like the song, and the song sheet generated when the fatigue relieving scheme is provided next time should not include the song; for another example, if the driver plays a song one by one or multiple times, indicating that the driver likes the song, the next song generated when the fatigue mitigation scheme is provided should include the song.
The selection information is, for example, a driver's selection of a rest place, such as a recommended rest place of all the plurality, e.g., cafe, restaurant, park, and the driver selects the cafe, which indicates that the driver prefers to go to the cafe for rest, and the cafe is prioritized when obtaining the rest place the next time the fatigue mitigation solution is provided.
And step S42, updating the preset user preference information according to the selection information.
Specifically, it is possible to determine which functions/services/music the driver likes or dislikes according to the driver's selection information, and accordingly, update the preset user preference information, and delete, retain, or add the corresponding user preference information.
Based on the description of the above embodiments, it can be known that the method of the embodiment customizes a set of solution for relieving the driving fatigue of the driver for the driver, reminds the driver of driving safety, reduces the probability of fatigue driving of the driver to a certain extent, gives the driver a proper suggestion for relieving the fatigue, and brings better driver experience.
