Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
At present, when a user pays on an e-commerce platform, various user resources are generally available for deducting or reducing partial payment fees of the user, such as points, coupons and the like. For example, when a user initiates a return of goods, the user usually has various rights and interests for free of transportation fees. Common are freight insurance, credit payment, and VIP member free freight.
Freight insurance: when the order is placed on the E-commerce platform, the returned freight insurance purchased by a consumer or given by a merchant is used according to the dimension of the order, and generally, only one freight insurance is contained in one order within the validity period.
And (3) integrating the freight payment: when the consumption of the user reaches a certain integral in each period (such as monthly) on the e-commerce platform, the user gives a certain number of times (such as 3 times) of transport-free interest and issues the interest according to the account number.
VIP member: when the user is a VIP member of the E-commerce platform, goods return occurs, freight is not required to be carried out completely, the number of times is not limited, but the VIP member usually has an effective period.
Aiming at the user resources, the VIP member is not limited by times, so that the use of the prior waybill for the member rights does not influence the ordering of the subsequent waybill, and generally has no use conflict; for freight insurance and integral freight, because of the limitation of times, the problem of use conflict exists, a pre-occupation mechanism can be introduced, and the requirements of returning goods and placing orders of users under different scenes can be flexibly met through the use or release of pre-occupation. In the implementation process of the invention, the user resources supporting pre-occupation are preferentially inquired according to the priority, and under the condition of determining that no available resources exist, the member information is further selected to trigger the payment process.
It should be noted that the freight risk and the credit offset freight of the present invention are only exemplary user resources that can be reserved, and the VIP member is also exemplary user resources that do not need to be reserved.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a user resource processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1.
Step S101, receiving task information and determining user information corresponding to the task information;
taking the user return as an example, when the user returns, the collection terminal receives a collection task, the collection task usually refers to a pick-up task at the door corresponding to one waybill, usually one order corresponds to one or more waybills, and one waybill corresponds to one or more service waybills.
Taking the example that the single order of the user contains the goods A, B, C and D, when the user applies for the returned goods A for the first time, a service order is generated; if no other goods returning operation is carried out, the service order corresponds to an invoice and the collection is carried out. If the user initiates the goods return of the commodity B after the commodity A returns the goods, and the waybill of the commodity A is not generated or the waybill is not completely received at the moment, the two service tickets of the user goods return A and B can be completed by using one waybill (as long as the waybill is not completed, the information of the waybill can be modified, and the service tickets before the waybill is not completed can be combined into one waybill). If the user initiates the return of the goods B, the waybill of the returned goods a has already been collected (i.e. the transfer of the goods from the user to the logistics company is completed, and the service order information and the like contained in the waybill are not allowed to be modified), then it is necessary to generate a waybill of the returned goods B alone to collect the waybill, that is: one order may correspond to two orders.
After receiving the collection task, the terminal needs to determine user information first in order to subsequently query user resources with different priorities. Preferably, the user information may be a user identifier for distinguishing different users, such as a user identification code or a user account.
Step S102, according to the user information and the priority of at least one item of user resource, obtaining the available resource and the pre-occupation result of the user;
in this step, the terminal may obtain the available resource of the user and the preemption result of the available resource by the server by sending an inquiry request to the server according to the user information. For example: the server can determine whether the freight insurance and freight free requirements are met according to the detailed information (such as receiving and sending cities, commodity details and the like) of all service orders under the freight order. In general, if one order can only avoid one freight rate, it is necessary to determine whether all service orders belong to the same order, and determine whether the freight rate is met or not according to the existing freight rate service condition of the order, and if yes, pre-occupation is performed.
The implementation of step 102 includes, but is not limited to, the following two ways:
the first method is as follows: and sending the query requests in sequence according to the priority of the user resources.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
sorting at least one item of user resources according to priority;
sending a user resource query request, querying the at least one item of user resource according to the sequence of the priority from high to low, and receiving a query result;
determining available resources and a pre-occupation result of the user according to a target query result;
if the resources available for the user are determined to be pre-occupied according to the query result corresponding to the query request with the high priority, taking the query result as a target query result, and stopping sending the query request with the low priority; otherwise, continuing to send the query request until all the user resource queries are completed.
The second method comprises the following steps: and sending a query request in parallel, and selecting a query result according to the priority of the user resource.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
synchronously sending a user resource query request to the at least one item of user resource;
receiving a query result corresponding to the query request, and sequencing the query result according to the priority of the at least one item of user resource;
selecting a target query result to determine available resources and a pre-occupation result of the user;
if the resources available for the pre-occupied user are determined to exist according to the query result with the high priority, taking the query result as a target query result, and terminating the selection; otherwise, the query results of the next priority are continuously processed until all the query results are processed.
The implementation of the above two modes will be further described in detail in the following embodiments of the specification.
Step S103, judging whether the resources available for the pre-occupied user exist, if so, executing step 104, and if not, executing step 105.
Specifically, it may be determined whether there are resources available to camp on the user based on the query results returned in step 102.
And 104, after the task is completed, sending a task completion message for using the resources available for the pre-occupied user.
Taking the pull-in task as an example, the pull-in completion message is a consumption message sent after the pull-in is completed by the terminal, and may be a broadcast message or a unicast message corresponding to a resource which is required to be used and is available to the pre-occupied user.
Further, the step may further include sending a blanket uncompleted message for reserving or releasing the resources available for the pre-occupied user if the blanket is uncompleted. The specific reservation or release rules are not specifically required and may be determined according to the usage requirements of the available resources.
The package acquisition incomplete message includes: the termination of collecting, the cancellation of the shipping bill, the re-collection of collecting and the change message of the shipping charge settlement subject, etc. The method comprises the following specific steps:
and (4) ending the pull-in: after the user places an order, the courier cannot operate the waybill to complete the collection, and the task is terminated;
and (4) cancelling the waybill: after the user places the order, the user cancels the waybill;
collecting and fetching again: the courier can not finish picking according to the set time of going to the home, operates to pick again, and changes the time of getting to the home;
change of freight settlement subject: the freight rate payment party of the freight bill changes, for example, from freight rate insurance to point freight rate or from point freight rate to freight rate insurance.
And 105, triggering a payment process according to the member information of the user.
In this step, it may be determined whether the user is a VIP member according to the member identifier, and if yes, the member preference is used, and if no, the user directly pays a fee. Before the service list is issued, the after-sale system judges whether the user is a VIP member or not by the VIP member system, and stores the member identification on the service list.
In the embodiment, the available resources and the pre-occupation result of the user can be obtained according to the user information and the priority of at least one item of user resources, and the user resources can be flexibly used according to the completion condition of the task, so that the technical problems that the user cannot automatically use the high-priority user resources and cannot timely release the user resources in the prior art are solved, the use efficiency and the flexibility of the user resources are improved, and the user experience is improved.
In the event of collecting, in order to further explain the user resource processing method at the collecting terminal side of the present invention, the following explanation of the terminal side of the present invention takes the example that the user resources include freight insurance, point freight, and VIP member free freight (wherein, the freight insurance priority is higher than the point freight), in the specific implementation process, the main involved bodies include: the system comprises a terminal, an after-sales system, an order system, an invoice system, a freight insurance system, a scoring system and a member system. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above system may be distributed, deployed separately, partially or fully on a physical server or a virtual server, and used for querying and transmitting data through an interface or a network, etc.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of receiving task information by a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the terminal will query the user resource only after receiving the acquisition task, so that the data interaction of the after-sale system, the order system and the waybill system is mainly involved before receiving the acquisition task; meanwhile, since the VIP member identifier needs to be carried in the acquisition task, the VIP member identifier also needs to be acquired from the member system before the acquisition task is issued.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
after the user initiates return operation, the after-sale system calls the VIP member system when generating the service list, inquires whether the user is a VIP member, and identifies whether the user is the VIP member on the service list according to the returned inquiry result. Whether the user is a VIP member can be indicated by setting a VIP member identifier in the service list, and accordingly, whether the user is the VIP member can be judged according to the identifier in subsequent processing of the terminal, and the VIP member of the user is used for free freight rights.
Ordering by a service order: and after the after-sale system generates the service order, the service order is issued to the order system. The service order information comprises a user identifier, a user VIP member identifier, returned commodity information, a receiving and dispatching city and the like;
generation and issuing of freight note: according to the received one or more service orders, the order system can judge which service orders belong to one waybill, waybill information is further generated, then the waybill information is sent to the waybill system, the waybill detail is stored and processed by the waybill system, and the follow-up terminal can conveniently inquire the waybill information and the service order detail corresponding to the waybill information.
And (3) receiving and issuing a task: after the order system generates the waybill, the related information such as the waybill number and the like is sent to the corresponding collecting terminal according to the collecting address corresponding to the waybill, and the collecting terminal can inquire the waybill information and the corresponding service order detail through the related information such as the waybill number and the like; optionally, the waybill information and the service order corresponding to the waybill information may be further specified and sent to the collecting terminal, and the collecting terminal directly uses the information in the subsequent user resource query process.
It should be noted that, after the order system generates the waybill, the step of issuing the waybill to the waybill system and the step of receiving task issuing may be executed in parallel, or may be executed sequentially, and the execution sequence is not limited.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a terminal querying a user resource according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, user resources are prioritized first, and then are sequentially queried according to the priority order.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
and after receiving the collecting task, the terminal acquires the details of the service order according to the waybill information in the collecting task, and then performs available query of the freight risk free freight and the integral payment. Preferably, the service order details can be inquired in the waybill system through waybill in the acquisition task; or the detailed information of the waybill issued based on the acquisition task is directly analyzed and obtained, and corresponding to the analysis obtaining condition, the waybill information and the corresponding service order are required to be detailed and sent to the acquisition terminal when the acquisition task is issued.
After the terminal obtains the service list details, the terminal can initiate the query of the available resources of the user. In this embodiment, the freight insurance freight-free freight and the integral freight payment available resources of the two users are preferably prioritized, for example: the freight insurance exempt freight has higher priority than the integral freight.
After the priority of the user resource is determined, firstly, an inquiry request is sent to a high-priority freight insurance system, and whether the user can use the freight insurance free freight is inquired. The inquiry information can carry one or more of the freight note number, the order number and the service note number, and the invention does not limit the inquiry information, and only needs to inquire whether the user can use the freight risk and free the freight according to the related information carried in the sent inquiry information. For example, in the case that a single order has only one freight risk free freight, after the freight risk of the order is judged to be used by the user according to the order information, the freight risk free freight can not be enjoyed by the freight order. When the freight insurance system judges that the user can use freight insurance free from freight, the user resource is pre-occupied, so that the user resource is prevented from being used by other freight notes before the freight note is collected.
And returning a query result by the freight insurance system, wherein the query result carries a result of whether the user can use the freight insurance without freight and the pre-occupation condition of user resources. And if the terminal determines that the freight insurance can be used and the freight is free according to the query result and pre-occupies the freight insurance, the terminal terminates the query and confirms that the user pays the freight by using the freight insurance. Otherwise, continuously sending a query request to the low-priority scoring system and receiving a query result. The query process is similar to that of freight insurance.
And after the integral system returns the query result, if the terminal determines that the integral freight can be used according to the query result and preempts the integral freight, the terminal terminates the query and confirms that the user pays the freight by using the integral. Otherwise, if the user resource with lower priority exists, the query process can be continued. In this embodiment, the accumulated freight transfer fee is already the lowest priority user resource, and after determining that the accumulated freight transfer fee is unavailable, the terminal determines that the user uses the member free freight transfer fee or the user directly pays the freight transfer fee according to the VIP member identifier of the user.
In addition, it should be noted that the timing when the terminal initiates the query is not limited in the present invention, as long as the timing can be executed before the completion of the collection. Preferably, the query process can be executed within a period of time after the terminal receives the cable collecting task or within a period of time after the terminal receives the cable collecting task, so that the pre-occupation of the available resources of the user is completed.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of another method for a terminal to query a user resource according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, different from the embodiment of fig. 3, a user resource is queried in a parallel query manner, and then a query result is selected according to a priority of the user resource.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the step of confirming the service order details after the terminal receives the cable receiving task is the same as that of the embodiment of fig. 3, and is not described again.
And after the terminal acquires the details of the service list, the terminal synchronously initiates query to the freight insurance system and the score system and receives a returned query result. The plurality of parallel query requests may be a plurality of or one. When a query request is used, the query may be initiated in the form of a broadcast.
And the terminal receives the query result 1 and the query result 2 returned by the freight insurance system and the integral system, and determines the selection sequence of the query result 1 and the query result 2 according to the priority of the freight insurance free freight and the integral transfer fee. As in the previous embodiment, the freight risk free freight is given a higher priority than the point-to-point freight. Correspondingly, whether the freight insurance can be used or not is firstly determined according to the query result 1, if so, a pre-occupation indication 1 is sent to the freight insurance system, and the freight insurance system finishes pre-occupation; if the fact that the freight insurance free freight is unavailable is determined in the query result 1, whether the member points are available or not is determined according to the query result 2; if the available member points are free of freight, the preemption indication 2 is sent to the member system, and the preemption is completed by the freight insurance system.
And if the user can not use the freight risk free freight rate nor the accumulated freight rate according to the query results 1 and 2, determining that the user uses the member free freight rate or directly pays the freight rate by the terminal according to the VIP member identification of the user.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of pre-empting user resource usage, release or reservation according to an embodiment of the invention.
After the available resources (freight insurance free freight, integral freight, etc.) of the user are pre-occupied, the available resources can be used, released or reserved according to the task completion condition of the terminal.
As shown in fig. 5, after the terminal blanket finishes, a blanket finished consumption message may be sent to the freight insurance system and the bonus system, and specifically, the message may be implemented as a message queue MQ. In implementation, the message may be a broadcast message or a unicast message corresponding to the message receiving end. For example: the terminal can simultaneously send the consumption information of completion of the collecting to the freight insurance system and the score system, and the freight insurance system and the score system pre-occupy the user resources; in another embodiment, when the terminal determines that only the freight insurance exempt freight or the integral freight is pre-occupied, the acquisition completion consumption information can be separately sent to the corresponding pre-occupied system, so that the system overhead is saved.
In this embodiment, after the freight insurance system receives the acquisition completion consumption message, in order to further confirm the accuracy of the acquisition state, the acquisition state of the freight note can be queried from the freight note system, and when the acquisition state is confirmed to be the acquisition completion, the preoccupation of the freight insurance freight charge is marked as the acquisition completion, so that the available resource is prevented from being released by other processes. In addition, since the freight risk is a freight reduction of the post-paid nature, the normal use is a payment by the merchant after the completion of the due payment. Therefore, as shown in the figure, after the waybill is confirmed, the terminal and the waybill system perform the synchronization of the dead-time state, the waybill system sends a dead-time message queue MQ to the freight insurance system, and the freight insurance system performs the settlement according to the dead-time MQ message.
Correspondingly, after the integral system receives the MQ, the secondary confirmation of the completion state of the acquisition can be carried out by adopting a processing mode similar to the freight insurance system. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the scoring system may directly use the pre-occupied user resource without performing the confirmation process. Similarly, the freight insurance system can also directly mark the pre-occupation right interest state as the completion of the acquisition after receiving the MQ without secondary confirmation.
Besides the completion of the blanket collection, the blanket collection is incomplete, and at the moment, the terminal sends the blanket collection incomplete MQ to the freight insurance system and the score system for releasing or reserving pre-occupied user resources.
As described in the foregoing embodiment, the collecting uncompleted message includes: the termination of collecting, the cancellation of the shipping bill, the re-collection of collecting and the change message of the shipping charge settlement subject, etc. In the invention, after receiving the message of incomplete acquisition, the available resources of the pre-occupied users are released or reserved without limitation, and can be formulated according to different business requirements.
Preferably, since the freight insurance has only one time per order and needs to be released in time, the release process can be performed after any one of the four acquisition unfinished messages is received.
For the point transfer charge, because the user is usually given a plurality of times of free freight according to the consumption points of the user in a predetermined period (for example, after the consumption reaches a certain amount every month, the free freight is given for 3 times), the reservation processing can be carried out under the condition of collecting and re-taking (namely, the user can be pre-occupied with available resources to be reused), and the release processing can be carried out when the message of collecting termination, waybill cancellation and change of the freight settlement main body is received.
In addition, in the actual implementation process, there is a case where resources available to the pre-occupied user are pre-occupied, but neither a task completion message nor a task incompletion message is received within a period of time, that is, there is no subsequent operation after pre-occupation, and in this case, the resources available to the pre-occupied user also need to be released or reserved. Specifically, a time threshold may be set, and when no subsequent operation is performed beyond the time threshold, the available resources of the preempted user are released or reserved, for example, in a quit-transportation scenario, the preempted transportation cost risk is released without transportation cost, and the preempted integral transportation cost is reserved. Further, due to the presence of the pre-empted release mechanism, it is possible that the available user resources obtained by querying at different times for the same task are different. For example: during initial query, the integral transfer charge is preempted; before the completion of the acquisition, the freight insurance with high priority level is possible to avoid the release of the freight, so that the secondary query can be carried out on available user resources when the acquisition is carried out at home or within the set time, the freight payment main body is judged again, if the prior query result corresponds to the pre-occupied user available resources, whether the user available resources with higher priority level exist is further judged, if so, the user available resources with higher priority level are pre-occupied, and the original pre-occupied user available resources are released; if not, the original resources which are reserved for the user are continuously used.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of another processing method of user resources according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6.
Step S601, receiving an inquiry request sent by the terminal.
Step S602, inquiring user resources according to the inquiry request, pre-occupying user available resources, and sending inquiry results, wherein the inquiry results comprise the user available resources and pre-occupied results;
step S602, receiving a task completion message sent by a terminal, and using the available resources of the pre-occupied user according to the task completion message; and/or receiving a task incomplete message sent by the terminal, and reserving or releasing the available resources of the pre-occupied user.
A time threshold may be set in the server, and if any one of the task completion message and the task incompletion message sent by the terminal is not received within the threshold, the resources available to the pre-occupied user are directly released or reserved. Meanwhile, the server can also receive a secondary query request corresponding to the same task information and sent by the terminal, if the prior query result corresponds to the pre-occupied user available resource, whether the user available resource with higher priority exists is further judged, if so, the user available resource with higher priority is pre-occupied, and the original pre-occupied user available resource is released; if not, the original resources which are reserved for the user are continuously used.
