Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a cloud service management method based on a government cloud platform according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes step S101, step S102, and step S103.
Step S101, receiving cloud service application information sent by a cloud service using user, and sending the cloud service application information to a cloud hosting user.
For example, the cloud service usage user may include a usage unit (as shown in fig. 2 and 4), an upper cloud unit (as shown in fig. 3); the cloud hosting user may include a cloud hosting department (as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4). The cloud service user can be a unit for deploying the information system by using government cloud platform service and resources, is responsible for development test, operation maintenance, monitoring management, safety management and other works of the information system of the unit, and cooperates with the government cloud security inspection, emergency exercise, statistical inspection, performance evaluation and other works. The cloud administration users can be corresponding data resource administration departments, which are the administration departments of the government cloud platform and are responsible for making management systems and standard systems of the government cloud platform, examining important decisions, coordinating to solve important problems, examining annual operation and maintenance funds of the government cloud platform, examining service applications of the government cloud platform, supervising and checking the application of the application clouds of the use units, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, the cloud service uses users (i.e., cloud administration units, usage units, end users), the cloud administration users (i.e., cloud administration departments, superadministrators, data offices), the cloud administration users (i.e., cloud administration institutions, big data center administrators), and the user roles of the cloud service provisioning users (i.e., cloud service providers, operation and maintenance administrators) can all generate mapping relations with the government cloud platform. In some embodiments, the user roles of the government cloud platform are not only preset with common role types, including: super manager, multi-cloud manager, tenant manager, virtual Data Center (VDC) user, etc., also support the user role of the self-defined government cloud platform, and flexibly configure the page access authority of the user role. Under the government cloud scene, all user roles are logged in the government cloud platform in a unified way, each transaction is processed, the government departments can be promoted to strengthen cooperation, each operation and maintenance management transaction is coordinated, the circulation efficiency is improved, and the stable operation of the government cloud is ensured.
For example, in the step S101, as shown in fig. 3, the cloud service usage user (i.e. cloud service unit) determines a cloud demand, and determines the cloud service application information (e.g. cloud service demand application form) according to the demand of the government cloud platform and the demand of the cloud service resource; and then, sending the cloud service application information to the cloud management user through the government cloud platform.
As shown in fig. 4, the government cloud platform provides a self-service portal and a management and control portal, on one hand, the cloud service user (i.e. a cloud service unit and a use unit) can apply for corresponding cloud service resources by self-service according to own requirements; on the other hand, the cloud management user (namely the cloud management department) can flexibly define approval links, approval layer grades, approvers, approval modes, approval operation authorities and the like according to actual demands, so that the cloud service utilization user can reasonably apply and use cloud service resources in the department responsibility range.
Step S102, if the cloud service application information is confirmed by the cloud management user, the cloud service application information is sent to the cloud management user.
For example, the cloud management user may include a cloud management organization (as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4). The cloud management user is responsible for daily management of the government cloud platform under the guidance of the cloud management user, is a management mechanism of the government cloud platform, and is specifically responsible for platform construction, operation and maintenance implementation and other business works; and carrying out daily safety supervision, operation and maintenance supervision and service quality assessment on the cloud service supply user, and carrying out cloud loading guidance and training on the cloud service use user. In the step S102, the cloud manager user reviews the cloud service application information (such as a cloud service requirement application form), and after the cloud manager user confirms the cloud service application information, the cloud service application information is sent to the cloud manager user. Subsequently, the cloud management user and the cloud service user (i.e. cloud loading unit and use unit) can jointly determine corresponding cloud service task information based on the cloud service application information.
In some embodiments, the cloud service management method based on the government cloud platform further comprises: and if the cloud service application information is rejected by the cloud management user, sending rejection information about the cloud service application information to the cloud service using user.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the cloud administrator (i.e. the cloud administrator) reviews the cloud service application information (e.g. the cloud service requirement application form) sent by the cloud service user (i.e. the cloud administration unit, the use unit), and if the cloud service application information does not pass the approval of the cloud administrator in this link, the cloud service application information is rejected by the cloud administrator. After receiving the reject information about the cloud service application information, the cloud service user can negotiate with the cloud manager user, and resend the updated cloud service application information after updating the material. And after receiving the updated cloud service application information, the cloud management user carries out secondary auditing, and if the updated cloud service application information is confirmed by the cloud management user, the updated cloud service application information is sent to the cloud management user. The authority management and control can be realized in a refined mode, and various actual requirements under government cloud scenes are matched.
Step S103, cloud service task information is determined based on the cloud service application information, and the cloud service task information is sent to a cloud service provisioning user.
For example, the cloud service provision user may include a cloud facilitator (as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4). The cloud service provision user can be a provider for providing resource service for the government cloud platform and an operation and maintenance party of the government cloud platform; the cloud service provision user is responsible for the construction, consultation, service opening, daily operation maintenance and platform safety of a government cloud platform according to the requirements of the cloud administration user and the cloud administration user, and is specifically responsible for the operation management work such as government cloud resource allocation implementation, resource monitoring report, platform operation and maintenance optimization, fault response, technical support, platform resource expansion and the like, and the cloud service provision user is matched to perform the work such as application deployment, operation and maintenance guarantee and the like; the cloud service provision user can be determined through a bidding purchase and other programs.
