Background

As shown in fig. 1, a structure diagram of a resource management system for a cloud resource platform and a storage medium according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cloud platform, a cloud resource management unit, a project management unit, and an application middleware, where the cloud resource management unit communicates with the cloud platform and is configured to provide resource management, system survey, work order construction, and approval management for a user of the cloud platform; the project management unit is communicated with the cloud resource management unit and is used for synchronizing projects and project information related to the user to the cloud resource management unit; the application middle platform assembly is communicated with the cloud resource management unit and used for man-machine interaction.
In one case of this embodiment, the users may be divided into an applicant user, an approver user, and a constructor user, when the applicant user logs in the system, the cloud resource management unit may directly obtain the project and project information of the user from the project management unit, when the applicant user submits a resource application in the application center module, first, the application of the resource application may be performed in the cloud resource management unit, the cloud resource management unit may push a message to the approver user, when the approver user completes the approval of the resource application, the constructor user may open a corresponding resource in the cloud platform according to the resource application, enter account information of the applicant user, and the resource application may be completed.

Specifically, the resource overview sub-module is configured to perform overview display on the storage resources of the cloud platform, and preferably, the storage resources may be displayed in a pie chart manner, or in a table manner, and during the display, the resource overview sub-module may also display the occupants or users of the resources; the resource change submodule is used for changing the pre-configured resources, can change the resources after an application is made by an applicant user, and can also automatically change the resources according to the authority; the resource monitoring submodule is used for monitoring storage resources of the cloud platform so as to facilitate management; the resource report submodule can provide different resource use reports according to cycles such as day, month, year and the like, and provides evaluation reference for clients.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the approval management module includes an application submitting sub-module and an application processing sub-module, where the application submitting sub-module is configured to initiate an application for a resource according to a user requirement and store the application; and the application processing sub-module is used for editing or modifying the stored application.
In actual application, when a user submits a resource application, if the resource application is not successfully submitted, the resource application can be directly saved as a draft so as to be convenient for resubmission or editing in a later period, and if the resource application is successfully submitted, the resource application can also be saved so as to be convenient for browsing and searching in the later period; in the approval process, the rejected resource application can be re-submitted by the user after editing, so that the user can operate conveniently.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cloud resource management unit further includes a parameter configuration module and a role assignment module, where the parameter configuration module is configured to configure parameters in the cloud resource management unit; the role distribution module is used for distributing the authority of resource management, system investigation, work order construction and examination and approval management, for example, for an applicant user, after the authority distribution is completed, the authority of work order construction and examination and approval management is not available, and the role distribution module can be determined according to the actual situation.
As shown in fig. 1, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least an identity authentication module for authenticating an identity of a user and a message service module for receiving a prompt message sent by a cloud resource management unit are provided in the application middleware component; the identity authentication module may be implemented by means of a password, a fingerprint, and the like, and is not particularly limited.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: a user enters flow configuration, and starts to start the flow after setting an approval flow;
when an application user (such as an education bureau and the like) enters the system and requests for applying for resources, an application form interface appears, the system can push the existing project information of the user for the application user, the information is synchronously obtained from a project management unit, the user can apply for newly added resources on the basis of the original project, and after the user selects the required resources and specification parameters, the resources are added into the application form, namely, the resource application is completed;
entering an approval process, wherein an approval user enters a system to perform approval operation, the approval user can directly pass through or reject the system, or can select to allow an applicant user to re-edit or directly edit according to authority, namely directly re-edit the application details without modifying the applicant, and the approval user passes through or transmits an attachment to the next approver;
when the whole examination and approval link is finished, entering a construction process, receiving a message by a constructor with construction authority, entering a construction interface, and inputting the information of the opened account number after opening corresponding resources on the cloud platform; after receiving the message of completing the opening of the resources, the user of the applicant enters the system and checks and receives the account information; so far, the resource application approval process is closed-loop.
When the resources are opened, the resources enter a resource evaluation process, the resource evaluation process is mainly displayed in a resource report sub-module, different types of cloud resources can be evaluated, specific evaluation indexes are selected, an ECS (elastic computing server) is selected as an example, and the evaluation indexes are a CPU and a memory;
selecting usage data over a time frame, such as a month;
sorting the CPU real-time use data in the current month of the ECS (elastic calculation server) from big to small;
selecting a time interval (a time range from highest to low), intercepting data in the time range, namely, expressing a part of the maximum inverted CPU utilization rate in the time interval, checking the CPU utilization rate by the part, and solving an arithmetic mean value X in the data range, namely the CPU utilization rate in the month; comparing these X with a given threshold Y, if X < Y, this means that the CPU utilization of this ECS (resilient computing Server) is low, suggesting a reduced configuration. The system also supports the issue of different resource usage reports according to the period of day, month, year and the like, and provides evaluation reference for clients.
In addition, the system presets charging models of various resources, and bills can be issued monthly. The basic rate of various resources is preset, and the calculation is carried out according to the formula of the unnecessary cost.
For example, ECS (elastic computing server) sets the specification of 1 core 2G as 2 yuan/day, the system disk storage is 0.28 yuan/day, and the data disk storage is 0.28 yuan/day;
the designed charging model is as follows: specification + system disk storage + data disk storage is XX yuan/day;
for example: 1-core 2G +50G system disc +20G data disc 2+50 0.28+20 0.28-21.60 yuan/day. The charge report is calculated according to the charging model, and the historical price is managed.
The embodiment of the invention provides a resource management system for a cloud resource platform and a storage medium, which can accurately control authority, support a custom application approval process, enable service personnel who do not know technology to simply and quickly manage cloud resources, enable a user to accurately receive evaluation reports of various cloud resources in real time, facilitate the user to more reasonably distribute and use the cloud resources, and improve the resource utilization rate.

the project management unit is communicated with the cloud resource management unit and is used for synchronizing projects and project information related to the user to the cloud resource management unit; and
and the application middle platform component is communicated with the cloud resource management unit and is used for performing human-computer interaction.
2. The resource management system for the cloud resource platform and the storage medium according to claim 1, wherein the cloud resource management unit comprises:
the resource management module is used for managing resources;
a system investigation module; the cloud resource management unit is used for performing resource operation and evaluation to realize system level management and control;
the work order construction module is used for allowing authorized users to apply for construction on the work orders of the resources which are subjected to the process audit; and
and the approval management module is used for approving the resource application work order.
3. The resource management system for cloud resource platforms and storage media of claim 2, wherein the resource management module comprises:
the resource overview sub-module is used for carrying out overview on the storage resources of the cloud platform;
the resource change submodule is used for executing change on the pre-configured resource;
the resource monitoring submodule is used for monitoring resources; and
and the resource report submodule is used for issuing use reports of different resources according to a set period.
4. The resource management system for the cloud resource platform and the storage medium according to claim 2, wherein the approval management module comprises:
submitting an application submodule for initiating an application for resources according to a user requirement and storing the application; and
and the processing application sub-module is used for editing or modifying the stored application.
5. The resource management system for the cloud resource platform and the storage medium according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the cloud resource management unit further includes a parameter configuration module for configuring parameters in the cloud resource management unit.

The resource management system for the cloud resource platform and the storage medium according to claim 5, wherein the cloud resource management unit further comprises a role assignment module for assigning authority of resource management, system investigation, work order construction and approval management.
7. The resource management system for the cloud resource platform and the storage medium according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6, wherein at least an identity authentication module for authenticating a user and a message service module for receiving a prompt message sent by the cloud resource management unit are provided in the application middleware component.
