The system comprises a project data entry module, a data attribute check module, a data summarization module, an audit conclusion entry module and a data circulation module, wherein the data attribute check module is used for checking whether the project data entry module is consistent with the entry content attribute, the data summarization module is used for classifying and summarizing project data, the audit conclusion entry module is used for entering an audit conclusion, and the data circulation module is used for transmitting the project data and the audit conclusion to the next level. The method can enhance the quality of the joint approval and improve the efficiency of the joint approval.
