the technical assistance module is used for receiving the project design data of the review data management platform and the technical assistance request information of the review module, and outputting and displaying the project design data and the technical assistance request information; receiving technical assistance review information input by a fourth user, generating a technical assistance review result according to the technical assistance review information, and returning the technical assistance review result to the review data management platform; wherein the technical assistance review result comprises qualified data, or unqualified data and third modification suggestion data;
the approval module is used for receiving the project design data and the secondary audit result of the audit data management platform and outputting and displaying the project design data and the secondary audit result; receiving approval opinion information input by a fifth user, generating an approval result according to the approval opinion information, and returning the approval result to the review data management platform; wherein the approval result comprises pass or fail and corresponding modification suggestion data.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the review data management platform comprises:
the first human-computer interaction module is used for displaying the acquired project design data, the primary examination result, the secondary examination result and the examination and approval result to a platform manager logged in the review data management platform and receiving management information input by the platform manager;
the system management and maintenance module is used for acquiring the project design data, the primary audit result, the secondary audit result and the approval result, managing data transmission among the design module, the implementation module, the review module, the approval module and the technical assistance module and storing the transmitted data into a database module;
the database module is used for accessing data transmitted among the design module, the implementation module, the review module, the approval module, the technical assistance module and the review data management platform;
the account management module is used for managing the user permissions of the first user, the second user, the third user, the fourth user and the fifth user;
the first communication module is used for communication interaction with the design module, the implementation module, the technical assistance module, the review module and the approval module;
and the first security module is used for encrypting the communication connection between the review data management module and the design module, the implementation module, the technical assistance module, the review module and the approval module.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the design module comprises:
the second human-computer interaction module is used for displaying the data of the project to be designed and the data of the design project requirement to the first user;
the auxiliary submission module is used for acquiring project design data of the first user;
the second communication module is used for sending the project design data acquired by the auxiliary submission module to the review data management platform and receiving the project data to be designed and the design project requirement data;
and the second security module is used for encrypting the communication connection between the design module and the review data management platform.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the enforcement module comprises:
the third human-computer interaction module is used for displaying the project design data to the second user and receiving the primary audit opinion information input by the second user;
the auxiliary internal examination module is used for providing the project design data, the secondary examination and approval result, the project circulation record, the project design specification and the management regulation for the second user;
the third communication module is used for sending the primary audit opinion information to the audit data management platform and receiving project design data of the audit data management platform;
and the third security module is used for encrypting the communication connection between the implementation module and the review data management platform.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the review module comprises:
the fifth human-computer interaction module is used for displaying project design data to the third user and receiving secondary audit opinion information input by the third user;
the second auxiliary review module is used for providing the project design data, the primary review result, the project circulation record, the project design specification and the project management regulation for the third user;
the fifth communication module is used for sending the secondary audit result to the review data management platform and receiving the project design data and the primary audit result of the review data management platform;
and the fifth security module is used for encrypting the communication connection between the review module and the review data management platform.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the technology assistance module comprises:
the fourth man-machine interaction module is used for displaying the project design data and the technical assistance request information of the review module to the fourth user and receiving the technical assistance review information input by the fourth user;
the first auxiliary review module is used for providing the primary review result, the secondary review result, the circulation record of the project, the design specification of the project and the management regulation for the fourth user;
the fourth communication module is used for sending a technical assistance evaluation result to the evaluation data management platform and receiving project design data of the evaluation data management platform and technical assistance request information of the evaluation module;
and the fourth security module is used for encrypting the communication connection between the technical assistance module and the review data management module.

the sixth human-computer interaction module is used for displaying the project design data and the secondary audit result to the fifth user and receiving the approval opinion information input by the fifth user;

the sixth communication module is used for sending the approval result to the review data management platform and receiving the project design data and the secondary review result of the review data management platform;
and the sixth security module is used for encrypting the communication connection between the approval module and the review data management module.
8. A review method for the engineering project review system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, the method including the steps of:
step S1, the review data management platform sends the data of the project to be designed and the data of the requirement of the design project to the design module;
step S2, the design module displays the project data to be designed and the required data of the design project, acquires the project design data input by the first user and sends the project design data to the review data management platform;
step S3, the review data management platform sends the project design data to an implementation module;
step S4, the implementation module displays the project design data, acquires the primary audit opinion information input by the second user, generates a primary audit result according to the primary audit opinion information, and sends the primary audit result to the audit data management platform; wherein, the one-time auditing result comprises qualified data, unqualified data and first modification suggestion data;
step S5, if the result of one-time examination is unqualified, the review data management platform returns the first modification suggestion data to the design module for the first user to modify; if the result of one-time examination is qualified, the evaluation data management platform sends the project design data to the evaluation module;
step S6, the review module displays the received project design data, obtains the secondary review opinion information input by the third user, generates the secondary review result according to the secondary review opinion information and sends the result to the review data management platform; wherein the secondary audit result comprises qualified data, unqualified data and second modification suggestion data;
step S7, if the secondary audit result is unqualified, the review data management platform returns the second modified data to the design module for the first user to modify; if the secondary verification result is qualified, the evaluation data management platform sends the project design data to the approval module;
step S8, the approval module displays the received project design data, acquires approval opinion information input by a fifth user, generates approval results according to the approval opinion information, and sends the approval results to the approval data management platform;
and step S9, if the approval result is unqualified, the review data management platform sends the approval result to the review module to prompt a third user to review again, and if the approval result is qualified, the review data management platform sends the approval result to the implementation module and the review module.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the step S6 further comprises:
in the process of secondary audit, when technical assistance review is needed, acquiring primary audit opinion information input by a third user for carrying out primary audit on project design data according to design specifications and management regulations of the project, and generating a primary audit result according to the primary audit opinion information; when the initial review result is qualified, the project design data is sent to a technical assistance module through the review data management platform;
the technical assistance module displays the received project design data, acquires technical assistance review opinion information input by a fourth user and used for carrying out technical assistance review according to the project design data, generates a technical assistance review result according to the technical assistance review opinion information, and sends the technical assistance review result to the design module or the review module through the review data management platform.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the specific process of the technical assistance review comprises:
judging whether the project design data initially examined by the evaluation module needs to be reviewed;
if the review is needed, returning the technical assistance review result to the design module, revising the project design data, sending the revised project design data to the implementation module for review, and judging whether the revised project design data is qualified; if the revised project design data are not qualified, returning the revised project design data to the design module to continue to be revised again; if the revised project design data is qualified, sending the revised project design data to the technical assistance module;
if the technical assistance review result does not need to be reviewed, the technical assistance review result is sent to a review module through a review data management platform; the evaluation module judges whether the revised project design data is qualified or not, and if the revised project design data is qualified, the revised project design data is sent to the approval module; and if the revised project design data are unqualified, returning to the technical assistance module for technical assistance review again.
