specifically, the embodiment of the disclosure is applied to a scheduling network interaction system, which can monitor the whole process of the line power failure and power restoration cooperation operation, and can interact with an external terminal device and transmit commands. In the line coordination operation, two parties are involved, namely a leading party and a coordinating party. The leading and cooperating relationship of the two parties scheduling can be determined by the self negotiation of the coordinating operation scheduling mechanism at the two sides of the line. The leading party and the coordinating party are respectively provided with at least one scheduling terminal and an auditing terminal.
The power failure coordination operation task list comprises a coordination operation line name, lines on two sides, a switch disconnecting link initial state, a target state and the like. The power-off cooperation operation task list can be filled in on the system by a scheduling voter of the main party, or the scheduling voter of the main party can be filled in on a first operation terminal and then uploaded to the system.
S102, checking the power failure coordination operation task list, and sending the power failure coordination operation task list to a first checking terminal for checking;
During specific implementation, after the power failure coordination operation task list is filled, the system support is stored locally, the actual equipment state of the system support can be automatically acquired after storage, and the actual equipment state and the initial equipment state and the target equipment state filled in the power failure coordination operation task list are automatically checked. After the checking is finished, the system can send the filled-in matching operation task list to a first checking terminal of a principal duty responsible person for checking.
S103, after the first audit terminal finishes auditing, the power failure coordination operation task list is sent to a second operation terminal;
specifically, after the master scheduling on-duty responsible person passes through the first audit terminal and is audited, the system sends the power-off coordination operation task list to the second operation terminal of the coordinating party for scheduling. Meanwhile, the system can also send the checked power failure coordination operation task list to a first operation terminal of the main party scheduling ticket-drawer.
S104, checking the power failure coordination operation task list, and sending the power failure coordination operation task list to a second checking terminal for checking;
during specific implementation, after the system transfers the power failure coordination operation task list to the second operation terminal of the coordinating party, the coordinating party dispatcher signs the power failure coordination operation task list through the second operation terminal. And the system acquires the equipment state at the side of the partner and automatically checks the initial state and the target state in the power-off cooperation operation task list. After the automatic check is completed, the system sends the power failure coordination operation task list to a second checking terminal, and the second checking terminal checks the power failure coordination operation task list by a coordination party duty responsible person.
S105, after the second audit terminal finishes auditing, sending the power failure coordination operation task list to the first operation terminal and the second operation terminal so that the first operation terminal and the second operation terminal execute power failure operation of a line;
specifically, after the auditing of the scheduling on-duty responsible person of the partner is finished, an auditing completion signal is sent to the system. The system can send the power failure coordination operation task list to a second operation terminal of the coordinator scheduling person, and send the power failure coordination operation task list to a first operation terminal of the main director scheduling ticket-drawer. And then, the main director and the coordinating director execute the power failure operation of the current coordinating operation line according to the requirements of the state, the operation sequence and the like of the target equipment filled in the power failure coordinating operation task list.
And S106, after the power failure operation of the line is completed, marking the line as power failure.
