arranging the Internet of things identification on a file cabinet, a file cover or a file;
establishing a file room image model by using a BIM technology, wherein the file room image model comprises at least one file cabinet image model, and establishing a corresponding relation between the file cabinet image model and the Internet of things identifier, and the file cabinet image model comprises position information of a file cabinet;
establishing a file retrieval list and a content retrieval list according to the corresponding relation between the Internet of things identification and the file cabinet image model, and uploading corresponding file electronic documents;
receiving a query request, and returning the archive retrieval list, the content retrieval list, the archive electronic document or archive position information according to the query request; the query request is generated and sent by a user by reading the Internet of things identifier through equipment, or is sent by the user when the user browses the archive office graphic model;
and receiving a borrowing and returning request, modifying the archive retrieval list, the content retrieval list, the archive electronic document or the Internet of things identifier according to the borrowing and returning request, and reading the Internet of things identifier by using equipment of a user to generate and send the borrowing and returning request.
2. The BIM and IOT based drawing and document management method according to claim 1, wherein the establishing of the archive retrieval list and the content retrieval list according to the corresponding relationship between the IOT identifier and the archive cabinet image model and the uploading of the corresponding archive electronic document specifically comprises:
taking the information recorded by the Internet of things identification of the file cover as a file retrieval item of a file, and associating the file retrieval item with the image part of the file position in the file cabinet image model to establish a file retrieval list;
establishing a content retrieval list by taking the information recorded by the Internet of things identification of the archive file as a content retrieval item of the archive, and establishing a link between the content retrieval list and the archive retrieval item of the archive;
and for each content retrieval item, uploading the corresponding archive electronic document, and establishing a link between the content retrieval item and the corresponding archive electronic document.

The BIM and IOT based drawing and document management method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving of the query request and the returning of the archive retrieval list, the content retrieval list, the archive electronic documents or archive location information according to the query request specifically comprises:
receiving a query request, extracting identity information and request content of a request sender in the query request, and performing authority authentication according to the identity information and the request content of the request sender;
judging whether the requester passes the authority authentication;
if so, returning a file retrieval list, the content retrieval list, the file electronic document or file position information which requests to be inquired;
if not, returning the prompt information.
4. The BIM and Internet of things based drawing management method of claim 1, wherein the borrowing and returning request comprises a borrowing request and a returning request;
the specific steps of receiving a borrowing and returning request and modifying the archive retrieval list, the content retrieval list, the archive electronic document or the Internet of things identifier according to the borrowing and returning request comprise:
receiving the borrowing request, extracting the identity information and the request content of a request sender in the borrowing request, performing authority authentication according to the identity information and the request content of the request sender, and judging whether the request sender passes the authority authentication or not; if yes, information of lent is added into the file retrieval list and the content retrieval list, the Internet of things identification is modified, and if not, prompt information is returned;
receiving the returning request, extracting returning file information in the returning request, performing file position authentication according to the returning file information, judging whether the file position authentication is passed or not, if so, deleting the lent information, and modifying the Internet of things identification; if not, returning the position information of the file.
5. The BIM and Internet of things based drawing and document management method according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a temperature signal transmitted by a temperature sensor and a humidity signal transmitted by a humidity sensor;
displaying the received temperature signal and the received humidity signal on a display screen;
judging whether the temperature signal is greater than a preset temperature value or not, if so, displaying alarm information on a display screen and starting refrigeration equipment;
and judging whether the humidity signal is greater than a preset temperature value or not, if so, displaying alarm information on a display screen and starting the dehumidification equipment.
